경제성장 구조변화에 따른 전력소비 변화요인 연구 (A Study on the Changing Factors of the Electricity Consuming Pattern in accordance with the change in the Economic Growth Structure)

  • An electricity consumption is closely related to the economic growth structure. The change of economic growth structure affects the pattern of electricity consumption widely and severely. This paper gives that the primary changing factors of electricity growth are economic growth, change of industry structure(the change of electricity consumption ratio in case of residential sector), and the effect of electricity saying. It gives a model to analyze the influence of GDP to the change of electricity consumption patterns by sector through the period of pre and post 1998(IMF, financial crisis) to observe the contribution of each factor to the growth of electricity demand. It is anticipated that this study shows the feasible scheme of economic structure to become the developed country.

  • A microcantilever is a well-known MEMS structure for sensing bio-chemical molecules. When bio-chemical molecules are adsorbed on the microcantilever's surface, resonance frequency shift is generated. There are two issues in this phenomena. The first one is which one between mass change and surface stress change effects is more dominant on the resonance frequency shift. The second one is what will be the performance change when the boundary condition is changed from cantilevers to double clamped beams. We have studied the effect of surface stress change and compared it with that of mass change by using FEM analysis. Furthermore, for microstructures having different boundary conditions, we have studied Q-factor, which determines the detection limit of micro/nano mechanical sensors.

  • Today's customer demands in supply chains tend to change quickly, variously even in a short time Interval. The uncertainties of customer demands make it difficult for supply chains to achieve efficient inventory replenishment, resulting in loosing sales opportunity or keeping excessive chain wide inventories. Un this paper, we propose an adaptive vendor managed inventory (VMI) model for a two-echelon supply chain with non-stationary customer demands using the action-reward learning method. The Purpose of this model is to decrease the inventory cost adaptively. The control Parameter, a compensation factor, is designed to adaptively change as customer demand pattern changes. A simulation-based experiment was performed to compare the performance of the adaptive VMI model.

온도변화에 대한 고분자 코팅 층에 발생하는 응력 해석 (Analysis of Stresses Induced in a Polymer Coating Layer due to Temperature Change)

  • This paper deals with the stress singularity developed in a polymer layer that is coated to a concrete surface, due to temperature change. The boundary element method is employed to investigate the behavior of interface stresses. The polymeric layer is assumed to be a linear viscoelastic material, and is thermorheologically simple. The order of the singularity is obtained, numerically, for a given viscoelastic model. Numerical results exhibit the relaxation of interface stresses, and large gradients are observed in the vicinity of the free surface. Results show that the stress singularity factor is relaxed with time, while the order of the singularity increases with time for the viscoelastic model.

가솔린 LPG 엔진오일의 사용에 따른 물리적, 화학적 성질의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Changes in Physical and Chemical Properities of Oil Used in Gasoline and LPG Engine)

  • This study is concerned with the change of physical and chemical properties of the used oil in gasoline and LPG engine. The used oils of engine were sampled from dynamometer and cars. The field tests of car were done in city and on highway. The properties of oil were TAN, TBN, visocity, oxidation, ZDTP depletion factor and etc. Also the relation between the chemical change and antiwear property was studied. From the study, it was shown that the decrease of antiwear property of used oil was depended on the changes of ZDTP depletion factor as well as TAN (total acid number). Also, it was found that the oil used by LPG car was deteriorated within the shortest distance among the other gasoline cars. The antiwear property of oil decreased as the running distance increased. The gasoline engine oil drove mainly on highway was the least deteriorate of properities for the same running distance.

디젤 엔진오일의 사용에 따른 물성 변화에 관한 연구 (A study of the Property Changes of Oil Used in Diesel Engine)

  • This study is concerned with the property changes(chemical and mechanical) of the used oil in diesel engine, which were sampled from a test engine with dynamometer and various cars. The properties of oil are TAN, viscosity, oxidation, ZDTP depletion factor and etc. Also the relation between the change of chemical and antiwear property of used oil was strongly related to ZDTP depletion factor as wall as the change of TAN(total acid number), sulfation and pentan unsoluble contents which were reated to the formation of protect film in sliding area. The oil used in pick-up(small) truck engine was deteriorated within the shortest distance than that of other cars. The antiwear property of used oil was decreased sharply as the running distance were over 5,000km. The oil used to mini bus was the least to deteriorate of properities for the funning distance.

  • Both ratio error and phase angle error in current transformer(CT) depend critically on values of CT burden. Thus, precise measurement of CT burden is very important for the evaluation of CT. A method for the measurement of CT burden has been developed by employing the portable shunt precise resistor with negligible AC-DC resistance difference less than $10^{-5}$. The burden value(value and power factor) can be calculated from resistance and reactance obtained by measuring the change of ratio error and phase angle error caused by the change of shunt resistor. The uncertainty for the method is evaluated and found to be abut 2 %.

  • The experimental study of die-sinking electrical discharge machining for alloy tool steel of STD-11 with circular electrode was conducted for various conditions of the peak current and duty factor with the change of internal size of electrode for distributing the amount of dielectric flow through the electrode. From this study, the material removal rate(MRR) was found to be increased with the peak current and duty factor. The more MRR was obtained for the case of electrode inside diameter of 10mm. The surface roughness and roundness values were analyzed regularity under various conditions, and these values were not affected by the inside diameter change of electrode.
