The paper examines the impact of digital media art on urban creative products, analyzing opportunities and challenges in the digital era. This paper analyzes the existing transportation systems of Nigeria and Korea and proposes a new railway and roadway design for Nigerian cities. The research findings and feasibility study revealed that the state of Nigeria's transportation system was critical as was its market segment, infrastructural deficit and financial requirement needed to implement a smart transportation system. The dilapidation of the existing infrastructure coupled with poor maintenance culture and limited public transport services has hindered the economic growth of Nigeria and its cities. A case study of Korea and Japan shows some possible solutions to Nigeria transportation challenges. Analytical and descriptive methods were used to critically assess the infrastructural challenges, movement, and convenience. The study proposed the design of a new intercity railroad and roadway across Abuja, Enugu, Lagos and Port Harcourt cities. The proposed designs have been established to be an innovative solution with advanced benefits over the current system. The implementation of the proposed designs is estimated to cost about US$(77,832,027,719) across the study areas. Thus, the discussion, conclusion, and recommendations given present a proposal to the Nigerian government on the possibility of solving the Nigerian intercity railroad and roadway transportation challenges across Abuja, Enugu, Lagos and Port Harcourt cities through smart designs.

Purpose Seoul Digital Industrial Complex has remarkably grown both quantitatively and qualitatively in short period of time since it started restructuring project in 1997. It's also not few that there were various challenges and difficulties in this industrial complex due to fast growth in short-term, such as the deficient amenities, noncooperation among the related organizations. Now, it's time to overcome these challenges and difficulties to establish new strategy for the sustainable growth and development of this Industrial Complex. Methodology There are some previous researches but almost none of them considered the priority order of the development strategy having reflected the needs of industrial complex in point of customer. In this regard, this study suggests the development strategy of Seoul Digital Industrial Complex by supplementing the limits of proceeding researches and using the combined SWOT/AHP analysis theory. Findings Based on the final analysis result of survey by combined SWOT/AHP method, this study suggests the priority order of 4 development strategies for Seoul Digital Industrial Complex, such as SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy and WT strategy.

There has been a rapid growth in the development of mobile application resulting from its wide usage for online transaction, data storage and exchange of information. However, an important issue that has been overlooked is the lack of emphasis on the security issues at the early stage of the development. In fact, security issues have been kept until the later stage of the implementation of mobile apps. Requirements engineers frequently ignore and incorrectly elicit security related requirements at the early stage of mobile application development. This scenario has led to the failure of developing secure and safe mobile application based on the needs of the users. As such, this paper intends to provide further understanding of the real challenges in extracting security attributes for mobile application faced by novice requirements engineers. For this purpose, two experiments on eliciting security attributes requirements of textual requirements scenario were conducted. The performance related to the correctness and time taken to elicit the security attributes were measured and recorded. It was found that the process of eliciting correct security attributes for mobile application requires effort, knowledge and skills. The findings indicate that an automated tool for correct elicitation security attributes requirement could help to overcome the challenges in eliciting security attributes requirements, especially among novice requirements engineers.

As the era of ChatGPT and generative AI technologies unfolds, the marketing industry stands on the precipice of a paradigm shift. Innovations such as GPT-4, DALL-E 2, and Mid-journey Stable Diffusion possess the capacity to dramatically transform the methods by which advertisers reach and engage with customers. The potential applications of these advanced tools herald a new age for the marketing and advertising sectors, offering unprecedented opportunities for growth and optimization. Nevertheless, the rapid adoption of generative AI within these industries presents a unique set of challenges, particularly for organizations that lack the necessary technological infrastructure and human capital to effectively leverage these innovations. As a result, a competitive crisis may emerge, exacerbating existing disparities between well-equipped enterprises and their less technologically adept counterparts. In this article, we undertake a comprehensive exploration of the implications of generative AI for the future of marketing, examining both its potential benefits and drawbacks. We consider the possible impact of these developments on the advertising and marketing industries at large, as well as the ways in which professionals operating within these fields may need to adapt to remain competitive in an increasingly AI-driven landscape. By providing a holistic overview of the challenges and opportunities associated with generative AI, this study aims to elucidate the complex dynamics at play in the ongoing evolution of the marketing and advertising sectors.

국내 도서관의 양적, 질적 성장에 따라 도서관의 장서 수와 이용자 수가 급증하고 있으나, 이에 따른 도서 관리의 어려움 또한 증대되고 있다. 특히, 도서가 지정된 서가에 위치해 있지 않아 이용자들이 도서를 찾는데 어려움을 겪는 경우가 빈번하다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위해 본 연구에서는 RFID 기술을 이용하여 보다 편리하게 도서의 위치를 파악할 수 있는 도서 검색 시스템인 'R-LIM(알림)' 시스템을 개발하였다. 'R-LIM' 시스템을 활용하면 도서의 현재 위치를 실시간으로 파악할 수 있어 도서를 보다 쉽게 찾을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 도서를 정위치 시키는데 소요되는 시간도 크게 줄일 수 있다. 이 방식은 도서도난방지 등의 부수적 효과도 가져올 수 있다.

Purpose: This study examines the opportunities and challenges of sharia-based regional development bank spin-offs in supporting economic growth and income distribution through a board of commissioner's approach. Research design, data, and methodology: The research design is qualitative research with the main data collection technique through in-depth interviews. Results: The results of the study show that Bank Nagari can support the performance of the West Sumatra government, especially in regional finance. The positive influence is shown in the benefit aspect of 31% and the opportunity of 28% which is the priority value. The challenges that must be faced are technology services, improving the quality of human resources, socialization, and application of local wisdom which is by the philosophical values of the people of West Sumatra Adat Basandi Syara' Syara' Basandi Kitabullah. Conclusions: It can be concluded that the local government of West Sumatra has an essential contribution to the conversion of Bank Nagari to RDB Syariah as a whole. The expected implication is that the local government and shareholders cooperate well in supporting the transformation to realize West Sumatra Mandani through the populist economy of the people of West Sumatra.

The TFT-LCD industry has shown dramatic growth by making technological advances and satisfying consumer needs. It now stands at the heart of the display industry. However, the TFT-LCD market is maturing and is unlikely to sustain the fast pace of growth in years to come. There has been an oversupply in the LCD sector entering 2008 due to capacity expansion aimed at fueling growth coupled with softening demand amid the global economic slowdown and recent financial turmoil. The LCD industry has successfully coped with oversupply on several occasions. Each time, LCD makers faced up to the challenge and responded with a pioneering spirit. They continued to grow by turning crisis into opportunity. LG Display aims to create new markets by developing products based on innovative technology and providing more attractive products through a value-added product planning that incorporates consumer needs. Through a continuous cost innovation targeted at stimulating demand by making products more economical to consumers, we will be at the forefront of overcoming the current oversupply and sustaining robust growth for the TFT-LCD industry. Depending on our management of the situation, the current oversupply could prove to be an opportunity to create even bigger markets for the future.

There have been many achievements for 40 years since the introduction of compulsory health insurance. Despite many achievements, it has many challenges in health insurance. Aging, non-communicable disease, and low growth economy are threatening the sustainability of health insurance, and it is time to reform the health insurance. A long-term reform plan will be an absolute necessity for reform of health insurance and health care system. Health insurance and health care reform should be an extremely revolutionary content that completely changes the framework. This reform should deal with the philosophy of health, approach of medical education and doctor training, changing supply of medical service, the innovation of primary medical care, reform of public health system, the management of medical utilization, the integration of medical cure and care services, enhancing the benefit coverage, prohibition of covered and non-covered services, etc. Therefore, it is urgent to form a consensus on the necessity of reform, to establish the health insurance plan on this consensus, and to make efforts to make health insurance sustainable.

Nanomaterials (NMs) find widespread use in different industries that range from agriculture, food, medicine, pharmaceuticals, and electronics to cosmetics. It is the exceptional properties of these materials at the nanoscale, which make them successful as growth promoters, drug carriers, catalysts, filters and fillers, but a price must be paid via the potential toxity of these materials. The harmful effects of nanoparticles (NPs) to environment, human and animal health needs to be investigated and critically examined, to find appropriate solutions and lower the risks involved in the manufacture and use of these exotic materials. The vast number and complex interaction of NM/NPs with different biological systems implies that there is no universal toxicity mechanism or assessment method. The various challenges need to be overcome and a number of research studies have been conducted during the past decade on different NMs to explore the possible mechanisms of uptake, concentrations/dosage and toxicity levels. This review article examines critically the recent reports in this field to summarize and present opportunities for safer design using case studies from published literature.
