찹쌀 14 품종의 전분 미세구조는 효소처리에 의해서 debranching시킨 전분의 glucose chain length 분포 비교에 의해서 수행되었고, 찹쌀 품종별로 미세구조상에 차이가 있었다. 짧은 쇄장을 다량 함유하고 있는 찰품종은 병곡이었으며, 상대적으로 긴 쇄장을 다량 함유하고 있는 품종은 TP2579Al이었다. 15% $H_2SO_4$에 대한 가수분해도는 샤레벼-152-1-B가 가장 높았으며, 산동 47이 가장 낮았다. X선 회절도는 14 품종 찹쌀 모두 전형적인 A형이었다. Glucoamylase에 의한 가수분해도의 양상은 품종에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 거창 1 및 병곡은 $37^{\circ}C$에서 3시간 작용시킴에 의해 100% 가수분해 되었다.

Acyl-CoA oxidases (ACOXs) play important roles in lipid metabolism, including peroxisomal fatty acid ${\beta}$-oxidation by the conversion of acyl-CoAs to 2-trans-enoyl-CoAs. The yeast Yarrowia lipolytica can utilize fatty acids as a carbon source and thus has extensive biotechnological applications. The crystal structure of ACOX3 from Y. lipolytica (YlACOX3) was determined at a resolution of $2.5{\AA}$. It contained two molecules per asymmetric unit, and the monomeric structure was folded into four domains; $N{\alpha}$, $N{\beta}$, $C{\alpha}1$, and $C{\alpha}2$ domains. The cofactor flavin adenine dinucleotide was bound in the dimer interface. The substrate-binding pocket was located near the cofactor, and formed at the interface between the $N{\alpha}$, $N{\beta}$, and $C{\alpha}1$ domains. Comparisons with other ACOX structures provided structural insights into how YlACOX has a substrate preference for short-chain acyl-CoA. In addition, the structure of YlACOX3 was compared with those of medium- and long-chain ACOXs, and the structural basis for their differences in substrate specificity was discussed.

We here analyzed and proposed the structures of the N-linked sugar chains of PAS-7 from bovine milk fat globule membrane. The N-linked sugar chains were liberated from PAS-7 by hydrazinolysis and, after modifying the reducing ends with 2-aminopyridine (PA), were separated into one neutral (7N,55%) and two acidic (7M mono-, 43%; 7D, di-, 2%) sugar chain roups. The latter were converted into neutral groups (7MN and 7DN) by sialidase digestion. The structure of each of these PA-neutral sugar chains was determined by sugar analysis, sequential exoglycosidase digestion, partial acetolysis, and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The results show that the 10 sugar chains were of the biantennary complex type with and without fucose. The structure of 7N2A one of the major sugar chains, was proposed as; [structure: see text] A structural comparison between PAS-6 and -7 indicated that although they shared the same protein core, their sugar moiety was markedly different, involving the existence of a different pathway during the post-transcriptional modification.

This study explores the value structure of experiential rental Hanbok companies using the means-end chain theory. For this, soft laddering was conducted for nine experiential rental Hanbok companies located in Jeonju Hanok Village. Next, the value structure was created. The results are as follows. First, the elicited values are in the following order: "creation of wealth," "promotion of Korean culture," "aesthetic value," "self-actualization," "community development," and "transmission of tradition." Second, most attributes are connected to "creation of wealth." Third, "promotion of Korean culture" and "community development" are similar to Holden's instrumental values. Fourth, some attributes linked to "aesthetic value" express what the experiential rental Hanbok companies consider to be beautiful. Fifth, the companies pursue "company satisfaction" through "consumer satisfaction" and "company differentiation," which leads to "self-actualization" and "aesthetic value." Sixth, it seems that "transmission of tradition" can be achieved through "expertise/expert training," indicating that some companies think expertise is necessary for the transmission of Hanbok and do it. This study is significant because it is a new attempt to understand the core values of experiential rental Hanbok companies and provides insights into their growth.

A radical environmental change of enterprise and varieties of customer needs demand that the value-added activities of enterprise should be restructured and coordinated. But it is not sufficient that the reengineering processes are restricted withen a firm, so the value-added processes should be expanded into intercompany. The integrated organizational structure between enterprises refer to supply chain network. In this paper we present characteristics, structure concepts, and axiomatic model of supply chain network.

공급망을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 공급망의 특성과 구조에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 하는데, 이를 위해서는 공급망을 분석할 수 있는 프레임워크가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 공급망을 관계유형의 관점에서 분석할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제시하고 있다. 이러한 프레임워크를 토대로 공급망 관계 유형을 분석함으로써 공급망 상에 놓여있는 각 주체들의 공급망 수준을 파악할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 프레임워크를 항만물류산업에 적용함으로써 우리나라 항만물류산업의 공급망 수준이 어느 정도인지 파악하고 앞으로 발전적인 공급망을 형성하기 위해 고려해야 할 사항들을 도출하였다.

With the development of AI (artificial intelligence), animation digital publishing has been integrated with intellectualization. This paper adopts the theory of the global value chain, and analyzes the basic structure of the animation publishing value chain. Then focuses on the analysis of digital technology and artificial intelligence technology to play an active role in the topic selection and content customization of animation digital publishing products, optimization of publishing platforms, and user experience of publishing products. Finally, it proposes the use of artificial intelligence data analysis and deep learning technology. The purpose of this paper is to realize the upgrading of animation digital publishing, product upgrading, industrial chain upgrading, and identify some promotion methods for the value chain, such as copyright protection.

Mass spectra of the dammarane triterpenes having open side chain and $C_{20}-C_{25}-epoxy$ side chain were measured. Principal fragment ions were assigned and plausible mechanisms for the formation of the fragment ions were proposed. In general, the triter-penoids of $C_{20}-C_{25}-epoxy$ side chain. produce $h_{1}-species$ fragment ions by the deletion of side chain at $C_{20}-C_{22}$ bond and open side chain triterpenoids produce $h_{2}$ species fragmentions whose mass numbers are higher by two mass unit than those of $h_{1}$ species. The mass number of h species fragment ions will serve as the diagnostic tool for the elucidation of side chain structure of tetracyclic triterpenoids.
