본 연구는 의료기관 인증 제도를 받은 요양병원과 양방병원의 내부구성원을 구분하여 인증이 구성원만족도, 직무 스트레스, 병원운영 효과, 의료서비스 향상에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 요양병원이 양방병원보다 인증제도가 구성원만족도, 병원운영효과, 의료서비스 효과에서 높게 나타났으며, 양방병원 구성원이 직무 스트레스에 대해선 높게 나타났다. 요양병원 및 양방병원 모두 인증에 따른 구성원 만족도, 병원 운영효과, 의료서비스 효과는 정(+)적인 결과를 나타났다. 요양병원은 2013년부터 의무적 인증으로 인증제의 효과가 실증적으로 높게 나타났을 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구는 인증제가 의료서비스 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 꾸준한 의료의 질 관리가 병원경영 효율화 및 환자의 만족도 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

각 시 도교육청에서는 교사의 ICT 활용능력을 신장시키기 위해 교원정보활용능력 인증제(ICT-ACCST)를 시행하고 있다. 그러나 인증제를 시행한지 3년이 지났지만, 인증 자격을 받은 교사의 비율은 매우 낮으며, 최근에는 인증자의 수가 급격히 감소하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 경상남도 교육청에서 시행하고 있는 교원정보활용능력 인증제의 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방안을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 인증제와 관련된 참고문헌들을 조사 분석하여 인증제를 개선할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하였다. 다음으로 시사점을 바탕으로 설문 문항들을 개발하였다. 연구 자료는 547명의 경상남도내 초 중 고등학교 교사들을 대상으로 수집되었다. 본 연구로 부터 얻을 수 있는 인증제의 개선점은 인센티브의 적절성, 개별과목 인증방식 도입, 인증의 유효기간 도입, 인증을 공신력 있는 외부기관에 위탁 등을 고려하는 것이다.

Nowadays, the demand of civil application of an UAV has been being increased all over the world. And many projects are going on to develop a new regulatory system for an UAV to access a national airspace. Especially, to fly UAV over the non-restricted airspace as a standard airworthiness standard, many authority funded research institutes and associations are studying regulatory environment. For the UAV to access civil airspace, the certification system of the aviation regulation have to allow this. FAA of US, CASA of Australia and European authorities are now issuing an experimental airworthiness certificate to a civil UAV. This is the first step of issuing a standard airworthiness certificate. And many people believe that civil UAV can fly over a NAS if some technical issues are resolved. In this study, I would like to present an international trends of a civil UAV regulation system, reliability trend of unmanned aerial system and would like to bring up a our regulatory environment and suggest an UAV regulatory policy.

De-icing system is essential for any aircraft to fly in icing conditions. So there are two kinds of aircraft-those that are certificated for flight in icing conditions and those that are not. Icing certification involves a rigorous testing program, and relatively few light aircraft carry this approval. From a legal perspective, aircraft that do not have all required ice protection equipment installed and functional are prohibited from venturing into an area where icing conditions are known. There are a few kinds of de-icing system. It is necessary to review the systems in point of aircraft certification considering the operational and safety issues.

Promoting barrier-free living environments is necessary in residential facilities on which senior citizens rely most of their lives. Safety of elder people can be reassured by a certification system based on the existing barrier-free certification program in public facilities. The range of certification does not cover all living area, but is limited to the bathroom, which is a sanitary space. Given the nature of BIM modeling, an existing multi-family building was selected and modeled, as the certification process requires all the necessary information and various viewport. BIM modeling of the bathroom was conducted in accordance with the requirements of the certification for barrier-free living environment. The results suggested that there is a need for a removal of thresholds, larger doors, better selection of finishing materials, sufficient room for a wheelchair, larger space next to the toilet, and the availability of an emergency bell and grab bars. Such information supports the potentials of BIM modeling, and it is expected that an automated certification system would be established in the foreseeable future.

본 논문은 유비쿼터스 환경의 핵심 기술인 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) 기술과 이동통신 기술의 접목을 통해 도래하게 될 모바일 RFID 서비스 환경에서의 성인 인증에 관한 것으로, 기존의 인터 넷에서 행하고 있는 단순한 성인 인증의 단점을 극복하기 위하여, 콘텐츠의 내용에 기반한 등급 분류 체계를 갖추고, 이를 통한 성인 인증 시스템을 제안한 것이다. 우선 기존의 성인 인증 방법에 대하여 설명하고, 청소년들에게 유해 정보가 노출되는 것을 막기 위한 콘텐츠 내용에 기반한 등급 분류 기준에 대하여 알아본다. 그리고, 제안하는 모바일 RFID 성인 인증 데이터의 구성을 살펴본 후, 모바일 RFID 성인 인증 시스템을 제안하고 결론을 맺는다.

Advanced nations such as US and Europe have recognized the importance of the aircraft airworthiness and have been operating airworthiness certification system by their government since long time ago. In Korea, airworthiness certification personnel education program has been proceeding, since certification system of military aircraft airworthiness has been legislated. On this study, education course, education content for each course, education operating method and license management related to airworthiness certification personnel education and drew out adequate plan for domestic circumstance through studying aviation advanced nations cases. The proposed education course is divided into basic course, professional course and retraining course, considering its level of education and operation of education course has been recommended to a professional education institute designated by korea government and proposed to acquire authorized certificate for those who completed the education course. We hope to improve the method proposed as a result of the study such as education content, operating program, license management systematically and efficiently as years go by to develop into leading nation for airworthiness certification education and increase the benefit and confidence of nation.

EMC(electromagnetic compatibility) 인증에서 현재까지는 인증사업자 등록 자격요건으로 인증시설 및 인증장비 등을 집중적으로 고려하였으나, 향후에는 인증 시험환경 또한 엄격하게 제한할 것으로 예견되고 있다. 현재 인증 시험환경을 국제표준으로 제정하고자 하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 인증산업의 시장경쟁력 및 부가가치를 높이기 위한 목적으로 온도, 습도, 조도, 일/이산화탄소, 자기장, 인체감지 등을 실시간 자동으로 측정하여 원격에서 자동으로 모니터링하고, 적정한 측정환경을 유지할 수 있는 시스템을 USN(ubiquitous sensor network) 기반으로 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템의 유용성은 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

Small- and medium-sized companies obtain ISO 9000 quality management systems as a way of adapting to the changes of business environment and improving their business performance. Certificates of ISO 9000 quality management systems have been granted to companies by either domestic or foreign certification agencies with different requirements and standards. This study empirically examined whether there are differences in business performance among small- and medium-sized companies that have obtained ISO 9000 quality management system from different types (domestic or foreign) of certification agencies. This study found that there are statistically significant differences in both qualitative and quantitative business performance among them. The findings of this study imply that companies considering ISO 9000 quality management systems be prudent in choosing the type of certification agency to maximize the expected benefits of ISO 9000 quality management systems. This study also provides the government agency regulating ISO 9000 quality management certification system with some valuable information that brings up the need for establishing and managing a more effective quality management certification system.

본 논문은 최근 기업이나 조직에서는 산발적인 보안 관리에서 종합적이고 체계적인 정보보호관리체계가 요구되고 있으며 국내에서도 2001년 7월부터 정보보호관리체계(ISMS) 인증제도가 시행되어, 2012년 7월 현재 130개 업체가 인증을 받았으며. 이와 같이 ISMS 인증제도가 국내에 도입된 이래 인증수요는 꾸준히 증가하여 기업경쟁력의 중요한 수단으로 인식되어 가고 있는 추세인 반면 ISMS 인증의 실수요자가 인식하는 인증의 효과성 등의 질적인 측면이 미흡하다는 문제는 끊임없이 제기되어 오고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 국내 ISMS 인증 취득기업 정보보호 담당자에 대한 설문조사를 통해 ISMS 인증이 기업의 경영성과에 얼마나 긍정적으로 영향을 미친다는 사실을 실증적으로 분석하여, 조직성과에 영향이 있다는 것을 입증하였으며 기업들로 하여금 ISMS 인증 취득의 효과를 인식하여 궁극적으로 ISMS 구축을 통해 보안 사고를 사전에 예방하고 기업성과를 향상시키는데 도움을 주고자 하였다.
