In this paper, we propose 'a self - conformance system of convergence security provider' to provide basic data for security and reliability of convergence industrial technology, system and service. It is difficult to evaluate convergence security systems, limited to information and communication service providers, unable to check convergence security items, burden of submission documents, difficulty in measuring convergence security service level and we will summarize product and service-based requirements that can be integrated and systematically measure the level of convergence security and define renewed life cycle-based convergence security information and content security and assurance requirements. On the basis of this, each convergence security company declares conformity with the standard itself without the certification of the certification body, and introduces the provider conformity certification system which can manufacture and sell. This will enable the company to strengthen its competitiveness through timely launch and implementation of products and services and cost reduction.

It is very important to evaluate how the functions of products, facilities, and spaces affect human life. The evaluation of these actions has legal regulations such as certification, inspection, and diagnosis, and the degree of quality, safety, and excellence of the results is announced. This study sought to secure safety through efficient system operation by reviewing safety-related certification systems established and implemented by each government department in Korea and analyzing the characteristics of each system and similarities between systems. There was also an aspect of cross-checking safety through the certification and diagnosis system implemented by each ministry, but it was confirmed that the efficiency of the system should also be considered in terms of overlapping application. Therefore, when securing safety is confirmed based on each safety-related law, active alternatives such as exemption, substitution, delegation, etc. should be presented.

Purpose - The distribution of agricultural products is changing due to recent shifts in environmental free trade. Specifically, the competitiveness of domestic agricultural products has weakened as a result of the Korea-China Financial Trade Agreement. Agricultural producers are faced with increasing difficulties and organized production centers are growing in importance daily. To overcome this crisis, agricultural producer organizations are vying for environment-friendly agricultural certifications, Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). In particular, as consumer demand for higher safety grows, farmers are increasing their certification rates. Therefore, this certification system is expected to help strengthen the competitiveness of agricultural producer organizations. Research design/data/methodology - Organized production centers are classified by certification. A survey was conducted with 91 organizations using factor analysis and logistic regression analysis for the examination. The factor analysis results are as follows. Raw material procurement, education·specialization, marketing, joint business, organizing ability, business management, effectiveness, certification, and larger organizations were classified as the nine types of factors. These factors affect the organized production centers and are used in the logistic regression analysis. The purpose of such research and analysis is to suggest a direction for future production center policies. Results - The basic statistical results are as follows: analysis of the producer organizations of 91 sites, average number of members per site of 1,624, and average sales of 25,961 million won. Additionally, the average income per farmer is 175 million won, and the pooling system rate is 53.5%. The factor analysis results are as follows. Factor 1 consists of contract cultivation, ongoing shipment, selection subdivision, traceability, and major retailer management. Factor 2 consists of manual cultivation, specialty selection, education program, and R&D. Factor 3 consists of advertising, various dealers, various sales strategies, and a unified sales counter. Factor 4 consists of agricultural materials co-purchase, policy support, co-shipment, and incentives. Factor 5 consists of the co-selection and pooling system. Factor 6 consists of co-branding and operating by the organization's article. Factor 7 consists of the buy-sell ratio and rate of operation of the agriculture promotion center. Factor 8 consists of bargaining power in volume and participation rate of farmer certification. Factor 9 consists of increasing new subscribers. The logistic regression analysis results are as follows. Considering the results by type of certification, the environment-friendly agricultural certification type and the GAP certification type have a (+) influence. GAP and HACCP certification types affecting the education·specialization factor have a (+) influence. Considering the results for each type of certification, the environment-friendly agricultural certification types on the effectiveness factor have (-) influence; the HACCP certification types on the organizing ability and effectiveness factor have a (-) influence. Conclusions - Agricultural producer organizations should develop plans as follows: The organizations need to secure education for agricultural production; increase the pooling system ratio for sustainable organizational development; and, finally, expand the number of agricultural producer organizations.

This qualitative case study explored seven non-certified firms' family-friendly cultures and their responses to the family-friendly certification through interviews with the human resources managers. The results from the data analysis revealed within firm's differences and a gap among those firms. In addition, their responses to the family-friendly certification were classified into three categories: a positive group, indifference group, and negative group. From the results of the firms' various family-friendly cultures and the firms' various responses to the family-friendly certification, we suggested several issues on the family-friendly certification system's improvement and the government's management and supervision of the legal requirement to ensure workers' work-life balance and the firm's autonomy plan for its' own family-friendly culture.

The software installed on an aircraft is directly related to its safety. Therefore, it shall comply with the standards of the airworthiness certification to ensure safety of flight. Airborne software should be developed in accordance with the DO-178 (Software Consideration in Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification) to comply with the airworthiness certification criterion. However, the military airborne software has been developed in accordance with the DAPA weapons system software development and management manual. In this paper, we completed a questionnaire survey of software experts. We also suggest a military airborne software development/certification process based on DO-178.

The DAPA (Defense Acquisition Program Administration) has been operating the DQ mark certification since 2012 to certify the superior technology and quality of munitions. On the other hand, the current DQ mark certification can not directly provide DQ mark certification to software because it is impossible to verify the quality of software alone. Therefore, this study analyzed domestic/overseas software quality evaluation/certification standards to find a way to verify the quality of software in the DQ mark certification. Among them, the method of applying the GS certification according to the international standard ISO/IEC 25000 series to the DQ mark certification was suggested as an improvement plan, and DQ mark certification verified the quality of software and provided certification. An attempt was made to expand the certification scope of DQ mark certification. This paper proposes that the DQ mark can be given to the system software by introducing GS certification to the DQ mark certification. To this end, an improved procedure for omitting the factory audit and verification by submitting a GS certificate for product evaluation is proposed. This is expected to increase defense exports using the granted DQ mark and improve the quality of defense software products through GS certification.

Recently, production-consumption quantity and market size of environment-friendly agricultural products(EFAP) have been increased. Consumers have demanded food safety and nutrition of EFAP, but in the near future they will need many kinds of item, relatively low price and high quality. So producers have to make an effort for down-cost, increasing items and developing technical know-how, which can be attained by producer/region organization. Correlation coefficient between the recognition degree for certification system and purchasing amounts at a time is higher than other ones. Therefore public information works using the TV and newspaper must be promoted all the more about certification system. And if the consumer’s satisfaction level of EFAP purchased gets higher, the quantity demanded will be increased more. And consumer’s trust on EFAP is derived from certification system or close relation between producers and consumers. Thus the most important thing of marketing strategies for EFAP is continuously to focus on explanation and information works on certification system by region in metropolitan area. Also, it necessary to introduce green marketing principles and apply to strategies item type. Namely those need to establish target market segmentation And marketing strategy stages according to the green degrees of market And commodity.
