IPTV, which is convergence of Communication and Broadcasting, has improved quickly recently. This service can provide high quality and various services to their customers, such as choosing channels freely, VOD and many kinds of Interactive service. As the technology of IPTV rapid development, more and more people worry about its disadvantages during the spread and apply, for instance, the illegal application, illegal copy, access authority abuse and the danger of the IPTV contents. This paper will provide the solution to solve these problems, through the Public Key Certificate of PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) and the Attribute Certificate of PMI(Privilege Management Infrastructure).

In 1998, A. Young and M. Yung proposed the auto-recovery auto-certificate cryptosystem in public key infrastructure. We propose the new recoverable cryptosystem in public key infrastructure which is designed with the concept of A. Young et al's auto-recovery auto-certificate cryptosystem. It has the private/public key pairs of the user and the master private/public key pairs of the escrow authority. It is based on RSA cryptosystem and has efficiency and security.

The purposes of this study is to draw up some measures for improving the farmer's satisfaction for certificate system of environment-friendly agricultural products. The data was collected from a survey in 2013. The results of survey for farmers producing environment-friendly agricultural products are as follows. First, almost 60% of the respondents are certified by the private certificate bodies. Second, the main factors affecting farmers' choice of the authority are their trust (49%), geographical adjacency (22.1%), and other farmers' recommendation (7.7%), etc. Third, the index of farmers satisfaction level regarding the certification bodies and the examiner is estimated as 4 out of 5 marks followed by ex post facto management (3.8), application process (3.77), application document (3.66), etc. Lastly, farmers want to make improvement on the complicated application process most (37.9%), followed by expensive application fee (25.2%) and excessive application documents (17.5%). The results can be used to improve the supervision system of certification bodies of farmers, who produce environment-friendly agricultural products.

For operating military aircraft, military certificate of airworthiness (MCA) must be obtained from military authority. Among procedures of general airworthiness certification, there is a military type certification process that aircraft design complies with military airworthiness certification criteria. The Surion is the first military rotorcraft which has obtained military type certificate, production validation and airworthiness certificate in Korea, and the Surion derivatives for special mission are being operated for government services. Based on Aviation Safety Act, in order to operate the Surion derivatives (military aircraft) for special purpose (such as emergency patient transportation and firefighting), the issuance of special airworthiness certificates was needed from civil airworthiness authority, and the restricted category type certification (RTC) is one of design approvals for special airworthiness certification to be streamlined. This study discussed the procedures for acquiring RTC for special purpose operation of the Surion derivatives classified as military derived aircraft, and suggested procedural ideas to improve Korean RTC system.

In the paper. the health card system to integrate several cards into one card for protecting patient's privacy and security problems is proposed. Firstly, it is defined the minimal data set for integrating several patient cards into one card using IC card, and developed the issuing system to issue the integrated patient IC card. In order to secure and certificate a patient's personal information. the integrated patient IC card has applied 3-DES and the PKI certificate authority based Windows 2000 is established. The receipt and reservation system for taking care of a healthcare has developed to cooperate with the existing hospital computer system. The integrating patient IC card system proposed in this paper is implemented to 11 hospitals and used for 1.000 patients. On the result of the simulation. the proposed system can receive or reserve for a patient to take care of healthcare in the simulated hospitals and also establish the basis of the mechanism to share a medical information.

one of the representative micropayment protocols. The original PayWord system is designed for a user who generates paywords by performing hash chain operation for payment to an only designated vendor. In other words, a user has to create new hash chain values in order to establish commercial transactions with different vendors on the Internet. Therefore, we suggest an efficient scheme that is able to deal with business to different vendors by using only one hash chain operation to supplement this drawback. In this proposed system, a broker creates a new series of hash chain values along with a certificate for the user's certificate request. This certificate is signed by a broker to give authority enabling a user to generate hash chain values. hew hash chain values generated by a broker provide means to a user to do business with multiple vendors.

Today, there is an increasing number of cases in which certificate information is leak, and accordingly, electronic finance frauds are prevailing. As certificate and private key a file-based medium, are easily accessible and duplicated, they are vulnerable to information leaking crimes by cyber-attack using malignant codes such as pharming, phishing and smishing. Therefore, the use of security token and storage toke' has been encouraged as they are much safer medium, but the actual users are only minimal due to the reasons such as the risk of loss, high costs and so on. This thesis, in an effort to solve above-mentioned problems and to complement the shortcomings, proposes a system in which digital signature for Internet banking can be made with a simply bio-authentication process. In conclusion, it was found that the newly proposed system showed a better capability in handling financial transitions in terms of safety and convenience.

Ad-Hoc network technology is a mobile internet technology of the future that will be used widely not only in Mobile Network but also in Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN) and Ubiquitous Network For this to occur, distributed routing protocol design, loop prevention for link information reduction in overhead for control messages and route restoration algorithm must be improved or complemented. Security techniques that can guarantee safe com-munication between Ad-Hot nodes net also be provided. This study proposes and evaluates a new authentication mechanism for MANET. The mechanism segregates the roles of certification authority to keep with the dynamic mobility of nodes and handle rapid and random topological changes with minimal over-head. That is, this model is characterized by its high expandability that allows the network to perform authentication service without the influence of joining and leaving nodes. The efficiency and security of this concept was evaluated through simulation.

Recently, the navigation risk is increasing significantly with growing of vessels' volume and propelling marine facilities, water bridges and port development etc. At this point of time, the Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs introduced the Maritime Safety Audit(MSA) in amendment of the Korea Marine Traffic Law. audit results were survey for the last two years. As a result, appropriate certificate appears 11% among audit report, is an urgent need for improved quality of audit reports. This study is aimed to propose about Audit Personnel Education & Training System. To these solve, this paper analyzed the tendency of Audit Personnel Training. And also the opinions of user and experts were investigated and analyzed using Questionnaire survey methods. As a result, this paper was suggested, the construction of Audit Personnel Training System and the curriculum and training contents for 5-days of basic course, 2-days of expert course, 3-days of Qualification Maintain course.

Purpose - The purpose of this research study is to make a comparative analysis between corporate governance guidelines 2016 and 2012 and area of further improvement to ensure better governance, accountability and transparency. Research design, data and methodology - This research study is mainly based on the corporate governance guidelines 2016 and 2012 issued by the regulatory authority known as Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). Results - This study finds that corporate governance guideline 2012 include some new issues such as criteria and qualification of independent director; some additional statements in the directors' report; mandatory requirement of separation of chairman and CEO; constitution of audit committee; chairman of audit committee; role of audit committee, duties of CEO and CFO on financial statements; and collection of compliance certificate from professional accountant or secretary in compare to corporate governance guidelines 2016. Conclusions - This study suggests that the regulatory authority should include more issues such as tax management and reporting, risk management and reporting; individual and overall performance analysis of the board and independent directors; separate nomination and compensation committee; assessment of true independence of the board and its supporting committees to ensure higher quality of corporate governance and transparency.
