케이블 사고 자가원인 진단시스템 구축 및 사고사례 검증에 관한 연구 (The Study of Accident Cases Verification and Construction of It's Cause Diagnosis System of Power Cable Accident)

  • 전력케이블 사고 발생시에는 사고원인을 규명 해야하며, 본 연구에서는 FMEA 방법을 이용하여 케이블 사고에 대한 자가원인 진단 시스템을 구축하였다. 자가원인 진단 시스템은 사고당시의 데이터 입력, 픽토그래프를 통한 사고형태의 표현, FMEA 방식을 적용한 사고확률 값으로 구성되어 있으며, 각 선택에 따라 사고원인에 대한 사고가능성이 결과로 나타나게 된다. 또한 실제 케이블 사고사례의 원인분석을 통해 자가원인 진단 시스템을 검증한 결과, 이 시스템은 실제 분석결과와 잘 일치되었다.

  • Modular Construction is regarded as having enhanced safety compared to traditional construction since most of modular manufacturing process in plants. Unlike general consideration for safety in modular construction, several industrial accident data and studies have pointed out that the accident rate of modular construction is not enough less as much as the practitioners have expected. It means that there is a clear need for improvement of safety management in modular construction. To enhance safety, it is necessary to identify the type and cause of accident through accident cases in order to prevent safety accident in advance. In this consideration, this study analyzed the types and causes of accidents through root cause analysis procedure with accident cases of U.S. OSHA. The classification was carried out in the order of process type, accident type and cause of accident. By following the classification criteria in this study, the causal factor was derived and the root cause map was created. Based on the analysis results, cross-analysis was conducted and it is shown that activity characteristics of modular construction are related to safety accidents. In addition, prevention methods to reduce safety accident by major activity are presented in terms of organizational, educational and technical aspects. This study contributes that the result can be used as the basic safety management in the manufacturing and construction process of modular construction.

Modern Cause and Effect Model by Factors of Root Cause for Accident Prevention in Small to Medium Sized Enterprises

  • Background: Factors related to root causes can cause commonly occurring accidents such as falls, slips, and jammed injuries. An important means of reducing the frequency of occupational accidents in small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMSEs) of South Korea is to perform intensity analysis of the root cause factors for accident prevention in the cause and effect model like decision models, epidemiological models, system models, human factors models, LCU (life change unit) models, and the domino theory. Especially intensity analysis in a robot system and smart technology as Industry 4.0 is very important in order to minimize the occupational accidents and fatal accident because of the complexity of accident factors. Methods: We have developed the modern cause and effect model that includes factors of root cause through statistical testing to minimize commonly occurring accidents and fatal accidents in SMSEs of South Korea and systematically proposed educational policies for accident prevention. Results: As a result, the consciousness factors among factors of root cause such as unconsciousness, disregard, ignorance, recklessness, and misjudgment had strong relationships with occupational accidents in South Korean SMSEs. Conclusion: We conclude that the educational policies necessary for minimizing these consciousness factors include continuous training procedures followed by periodic hands-on experience, along with perceptual and cognitive education related to occupational health and safety.

  • The catenary system used in urban electrification railway have suffered mechanical and chemical stresses. These brought out severe messenger wire problems, these have caused accident. Especially, messenger wire is severely influenced by corrosion, vibration and tension. This paper investigate for the cause analysis of broken accident on messenger wire in catenary system. To analyze the cause analysis of accident, we have conducted experiment such as XRD, SEM, EDX and tensile test.

부천 LPG 충전소 사고 원인에 대한 연구 (Discussions on the Cause of Bucheon LPG Station Accident)

  • Cause of Bucheon LPG refueling station accident could not be clearly verified because of opposite talking of men reponsible for the accident the accident, damaged by BLEVE and fire, and no systematic fire investigation. After two and half years, recently first judgement has been carried out. But competitive arguement is going on and first leak point of massive LPG will not be clearly identified with evidences acquired by now. This accident gave us many instructions and advices. Specially, massive LPG leak can result in pool fire and safety of underground-installed storage tank is proved by no damage in the strong BLEVE.

산업재해 사례인자의 범주형 분석 (Categorical Analysis for the Factors of Incustrial Accident Cases)

  • This study aimed to search for the fundamental accident causes using a categorical analysis, a kind of statistical methods. As the analysis methods, correlation analysis, independence test and logistic regression analysis were used. And the SPSS package, a general-purpose mathematical library, was used to obtain statistical characteristics. As the result of this study, the accident causes associated with factor of 'lost working days' were factors such as 'employed periods', 'sex', 'type of accident', 'month'. In case of applying independence test method, the most important cause was the factor of 'month'. In case that logistic regression analysis method was applied, the cause contributed to the increase structure'. 'less than 6 month'. On the basis of these results, the plan for accident prevention and the proper investment for accident prevention expenditure could be carried out in each workshop.

  • This research analyzes blasting accident cause that is happening construction and engineering works spot taking advantage of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) techniques as metrical. Result that apply AHP with blasting accident that is happened the South Korea and Japan, appeared by thing which relative importance by human cause is highest. Specially, it is observance of safety rule that dominate the highest ratio among of human cause, and if observe a little, causes that prevention is possible are much. By result of this research, necessity of safety education is important first of all for prevention of blasting accident. Also, thorough safety control plan of during work and enough on-the-slut probe before work should be established. Because explosives uses gunpowder and explosive high energy, work by qualified person is essential. Ant it may become help to minimize dissipation of important life and property preventing beforehand explosion accident of gunpowder.

  • 연구목적: 건설사고의 근본원인을 찾다보면 발주자의 무리한 공사비와 공기 책정의 문제로 귀결된다. 여기에 역량이 부족한 시공자의 저가입찰이 맞물리면서 공사의 착공 이전에 사고를 일으킬 수 있는 부적절한 공사 구조가 생성된다. 연구방법: 건설업 환경의 원청사 자원 부족이 협력사에게 전가되는 문제와 협력사, 그 소속 근로자는 최소 마진을 확보하기 위해 무리한 작업을 강행할 수밖에 없는 상황에 내몰리는 현상 분석. 연구결과: 건설 사고 근본을 거슬러 올라가면 물리적 현상부터 근본원인까지 여러 차원의 원인이 있는데도 지금까지의 사고예방 대책은 거의가 현상 대응형 1차원 수준에 머물러 있는 이유는 근본원인 분석 부족이다. 결론: 발주자(처)와 정부 주도의 안전사고 대책으로 패러다임 전환이 필요하고, 5Why와 같은 근본원인 분석 기법을 통하여 건설사고의 Root Cause를 찾아야 건설재해는 감소 된다.

  • When happen the electrical facilities accident the one's diagnosis system of fault cause was constructed by FMEA method Cable accident cause is given by accident cause that can happen in each one's diagnosis and accident probability value. From the verification of system, the one's diagnosis system agreed well with result that analyzed actual state. Thus, the system is judged to be used effectively examine for accident cause of electrical facilities.

개인 및 사고원인 특성이 재난안전인식에 미치는 영향분석 (Analysis of the Effect of Individual and Accident Cause Characteristics on Disaster Safety Perception)

  • The purpose of this study is to diagnose the level of disaster safety perception (disaster safety importance, accident possibility, personal safety, and regional safety) of local residents, and to analyze the impact of individual and accident cause characteristics. The analysis method used multiple regression analysis, and the main analysis results are as follows. First, disaster safety importance and accident possibility were higher as residents who had experience in safety education and were willing to visit the safety experience center in the province. Second, disaster safety importance was higher as the cause of the accident was the lack of response 119 and police. And accident possibility was higher as the cause of the accident was the lack of prior treatment by the state and local governments. Third, personal safety and regional safety were higher for men, and especially personal safety was lower as residents with children. The results of this study can be used as basic data for establishing regional customized disaster safety policies based on the perception of local residents, who are policy consumers.
