A service platform was designed to provide smart aids to navigation services with the standardized format and to manage user authentication and access rights. To meet the requirements of the service platform, Keycloak, an open source OIDC implementation, was used for user authentication, and the S-100 feature catalogue versioning method was used for service management. To standardize internal service data to S-100, we designed a minimum standard format for mapping internal service data to S-100 data using JSON Schema.

The main purpose of the present study is to survey the major iudexing bulletins of national nature in Korea, to define such problem areas as lacunae, duplicates and limitation in coverage in the indexing services currently available in Korea, and to make some suggestions for action for improving the existing indexing services in the light of general principles and the tradition and constraints unique to Korea. The major findings and conclusions reached at this study are summarised as follows: (A) A new indexing bulletin of general nature covering the entire field needs to be created in each of the following fields without an established indexing service available for the outcome of research and development activities in Korea. (1) Philosophy (2) Religion (3) Pure sciences (4) Art (5) Language (6) Literature (7) History (B) A new specialised indexing bulletin needs to be created in each of the following fields where indexing services are heavily utilised but no, or only partial, indexing service is available. (1) Social sciences (a) Statistics (b) Sociology (c) Folklore (d) Military science (2) Pure sciences (a) Mathematics (b) Physics (c) Chemistry (d) Astronomy (e) Geology (f) Mineralogy (g) Life sciences (h) Botany (i) Zoology (3) Applied sciences (a) Medicine (b) Agriculture (c) Civil engineering (d) Architectural engineering (e) Mechanical engineering (f) Electrical engineering (g) Chemical engineering (h) Domestic science (C) Publication of the indexing bulletins suggested in A and B above may be ideally carried on by a qualified and dependable learned society established in the respective fields and designated by the Minister of Education, and should be financially supported from the public fund under the provisions of Art. 27 of the Scientific Research Promotion Act of 1979. (D) The coverage and contents of the four indexing bulletins in the field of banking and financing published by the Library of the Bank of Korea are similar and considerably duplicated. It is, therefore, suggested that the four indexing bulletins are combined in one to form a more comprehensive and efficient bibliographical tool in the field and it is further developed into a general guide to the literature produced in the entire field of economics in Korea by gradually expanding its subject coverage. (E) For the similar reasons stated in D, the Index to the Articles on North Korea and the Catalogue of Theses on North Korea, both publisheds by the Ministry of Unification Library, are suggested to make into one. The Index to the Articles of the Selected North Korean Journals and the Index to the Articles of the North Korean Journals in Microfilm Housed in the Ministry of Unification Library, both published by the same Library, are also suggested to be combined in one. (F) The contents of the Catalogue of the Reports Submitted by Government Officials Who Have Travelled Abroad, published by the National Archives are included in the Index to the Information Materials Related to Government Administration, published by the National Archives. The publication of the former is hardly justified. (G) The contents of the Index to Legal Literature published by the Seoul National University Libraries and those of the Law Section of the Index to Scholastic Works published by the National Central Library are nearly identical. One of the two indexes should cease to be published. (H) Though five indexes are being published in the field of political science and four in the field of public administration, their subject coverage is limited. Naturally, these indexes are little usable to many other researchers in the two fields. A comprehensive index covering all the specialised areas in each field needs to be developed on one or all the existing indexes. (I) It is suggested that the Catalogue of the Scholastic Works on Curricula published by the National Central Library expands its subject coverage to become a more usable and effective index to all the researchers in the field of education. (J) The bimonthly Index to Periodical Articles and the specialised index by subject series published by the National Assembly Library, and the Index to Scholastic Works published by the National Central Library are expected to increase their coverage and frequency of publication to be used more effectively and more efficiently by all users in all fields till the indexing bulletins suggested in this study will fully be available in Korea.

Established in 1909, the Imperial Museum was the forerunner of Korean museums, and its collection formed the foundation of today's National Museum of Korea. However, when the Imperial Museum was first established in Changgyeonggung Palace, a zoo and botanical garden were created in addition to the museum. From 1911 onward, these three facilities were collectively referred to as Changgyeongwon Park. The zoo and botanical garden remained at Changgyeongwon when the museum was relocated in 1938, as did some of the items from the collection of the Yi Royal Household Museum. Among them were palanquins used by the royal family and folk items such as armor, as well as taxidermized birds. These stuffed birds were displayed in the corridor of Myeongjeongjeon Hall in Changgyeongwon, and were also displayed in the specimen hall at the back of Myeongjeongjeon Hall. The stuffed birds in particular should prompt a reconsideration of the nature of the Imperial Museum (Yi Royal Household Museum). The museum had been known as a prominent art museum, mainly collecting masterpieces of ceramics (such as Goryeo celadon), Buddhist sculptures, and paintings. However, this character seems to have been just one aspect of the museum. Along with the zoo, which housed live animals, and the botanical garden, which included greenhouses for tropical plants, the museum also featured specimens like taxidermy, suggesting that its initial aim, from a museological perspective, was to be a more comprehensive museum. Notably, Shimogoriyama Seiichi, who managed the general affairs of the museum, collected and cataloged Korean avian specimens from 1908 to 1917. This suggests that the zoo and botanical garden were not merely for entertainment purposes, but also served a museological purpose. However, the Imperial Museum (Yi Royal Household Museum) lacked the essential research and educational functions necessary for a museum, beyond its collecting and exhibition roles. For instance, although specimens of stuffed Korean birds were collected, they were not thoroughly researched. This indicates that while the museum's collection was acquired from a museological perspective, it did not advance into more specialized research. This study aims to examine how the characteristics of the Yi Royal Household Museum have evolved by analyzing the inventory of the museum's collections and the list of Korean bird specimens it held.
The solar cell need the characteristic interpreting because the solar cell changes greatly according to the isolation, temperature and load in the photovoltaic development. Moreover, to get many energy in photovoltaic development need the position tracking of the sun according to the environment change. Also, The solar cells should be operated at the maximum power point. In this paper, I used microprocessor and sensor and designed to improve the efficiency of the photovoltaic system the photovoltaic position tracker device, and compared the normal photovoltaic system of fixed form with the photovoltaic system of solar position tracked form. Moreover, compared the catalogue of solar cell module and the simulation through a mathematics modelling with the solar cell's characteristic interpreting and composed an power conversion system with boost converter and voltage source inverter. Used the constant voltage control method for maximum power point tracking in boost converter control and, used the SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) control method in inverter control. The result was less then 5% when compared the catalogue of solar cell module and the simulation through a mathematics modelling. The boost rate of boost converter was similar to 167 % with the simulation.

One of the fundamental roles of libraries is to provide users with efficient and easy retrieval of materials. Various discussions have been made at domestic and abroad to improve the accessibility of materials by category, user, and collection, and at the center of this is the issue of improving classification and cataloging systems. However, there are few studies in this area dealing with the data accessibility of the DLS catalog, which is a central tool for accessing domestic school library materials. This study started from the appeal of school library users to the difficulty of searching and accessing books, especially literature. This study is an exploratory study that attempts to derive problems by finding the causes of there difficulties from various aspects. To this study, we surveyed and analyzed the current status of school library collections, the data registration of the school library support system DLS, the subject accessibility of catalog records produced through this, and the recognition and opinions of school library professionals. As a result, school library collections were highly concentrated in the literature field, and it was found that there was not enough catalog bibliographic records to provide efficient access to these collections. In addition, it was found to be somewhat lacking through the DLS search function to compensate for this. Surveys of school librarians and librarians have also identified this problem, and a rich topic index and search keyword assignments have been drawn to the majority of opinions as a way to improve access to materials in school library catalogs. As a continuous discussion on this subject, the plan for improving access to school library materials will be more concrete through future user studies and new challenges for bookshelf classification.

This is an analytical study on Munheongak (文獻閣) and it's catalogue. The major objective of the study is to get a recognition of Munheongak under the culture of Sukjong (肅宗) period in Korean library history. Most of early studies made on such a category have been concentrated on Jiphyunjeon (集賢殿), Hongmungwan (弘文館), Kyujanggak(奎章閣) and their backgrounds. In this study, the author has invest gated Kungwolji (宮闕志), Munheongakseomg (文獻閣書目) and other materials related to this subject. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. Munheongak was established by king Sukjong in the 26th year of his reign. According to some records of Kungkwolji, the reason of establishment of the library was to arrange the collection in the Sango (相庫) consisted of various kinds of materials. In case of books, most of them turned out to be Korean books. 2. Munheongak was sited to the estern side of Kyunghyundang (景賢堂), which was located on the Kyungdeokgung (慶德宮). After Youngjo (英祖) the place was called Kyungheuigung (慶熙宮) so as to avoid the name of the precedent king. But these days, both the buildings are not to be found. 3. After its establishment, the library could not play the role as a library because of the then political situation and sectionalism. During the period of the revival of the learning from Youngjo till Jeongjo(正祖) the function of the library was in a stagnant state. Kyujanggak played the part in its place. 4. Referring to the collection management, the Munheongakseomog is equipped with 101 titles, 2,525 volumes, which are arranged by means of the traditional Chinese classification system. 5. The classification scheme is based on the traditional Chinese classification system which might divide all subjects into four categories such as: Confucian classics division, Historical documents division, Master's division, and Collection of literature division. Some illustrations reveal that the classification system was directly influenced by Seogoseomg (書庫書目) : the influence reflected in the classes for the translated literature and writings, poems, genealogy about kings, etc. But some subdivisions such as a class of Annals, Historical Epcerpts were omitted in the classification scheme, which did not strike the balance in the system in terms of the present theory of classification. Most of bibliographical descriptions were also influenced by Seogoseomog but some elements were partly omitted. 6. The special feature of the collection building is the absence of books in Collection of literature division except only three kinds of books in examining the Munheongakseomog. Since this is rather a comprehensive study for such aspects as historical backround, catalogue, and cultural environment of Munheongak and its related record, it is advised that further and additional research should be made.

The main purpose of the present study is to survey the major abstracting bulletins of national nature in Korea, to define such problem areas as lacunae, duplicates and limitation in coverage in the abstracting services currently available in Korea, and to make some suggestions for action for improving the abstracting services in the light of general principles and the tradition and situations unique to Korea. The major conclusions reached at this study are summarised as follows: (A) A new abstracting bulletin of general nature covering the whole field needs to be created in each of the following fields where no established abstracting service is available for the outcome of research and development activities in Korea. (1) Language (2) Religion (3) Art (4) Language (5) Literature (6) History (B) A new specialised abstracting bulletin needs to be created in each of the following fields of science where abstracting services limited in coverage are partially available. (a) Statistics (b) Sociology (c) political science (d) Public administration (e) Law (f) Folk lore (g) Military science (2) Pure sciences (a) Mathematics (b) Chemistry (c) Astronomy (d) Geology (e) Mineralogy (f) Life sciences (g) Botany (h) Zoology (3) Applied sciences (a) Agriculture (b) Architectural engineering (c) Mechanical engineering (d) Electrical engineering (e) Chemical engineering (f) Manufacturing industry (g) Domestic science (C) Publication of the abstracting bulletins suggested in (A) and (B) above may be ideally carried on by a qualified learned society established in the respective field. and should be financially supported by the public fund under the provisions of Art. 27 of the Research Promotion Act of 1979. (D) The current practice of adding the author's abstract and keywords to each of the records of the "Doctoral Theses in Humanities and Social Sciences" part of the" Catalogue of Doctoral and Master's Theses Submitted to the Universities in Korea" published by the National Assembly Library should be applied to all the other parts, i. e. to the parts of the "Master's Theses in Humanities and Social Sciences" and of the "Doctoral and Master's Theses in Natural Sciences': which will not only increase the Catalogue's use value but also discourage appearance of various theses abstracts of individual academic institutions such as the" Abstracts of the Doctoral and Master's Theses Submitted to Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology" which will in turn reduce inefficiency involved in the abstracting services at national level. (E) A general abstracting bulletin covering most part of the outcome of research and development activities in Korea other than that covered by the existing abstracts needs to be created to be temporarily. used till the abstracting journals suggested in this study will be fully available. A realistic way of having such a bulletin may be to expand the present coverage of "The Abstracts of the Reports of the Government-sponsored Projects" currently published by Korean Research Foundation.
In South Korea nowadays, Among the married immigrant women in Korea, the proportion of long-term residents living in Korea for more than 10 years is increasing continuously(48%), while the proportion of short-term residents who are under 5 years is decreasing(16%). However, Korean language education and related research in the Marriage and Immigration Women's Center are still focused on the initial immigrants. Therefore, we should classify married immigrant women according to their stay time in Korea, so that Korean language education and teaching materials need to be more diversified. This study focuses on married immigrant women with intermediate and advanced Korean proficiency and chooses a catalogue of Chinese characters idioms to explore the possibility and educational value of using Chinese characters Idioms in Korean education. According to the research results, Chinese characters idiom education can help married immigrant women in Korean language learning and information acquisition, interpersonal relationships and life attitudes, cultural understanding and social adaptation, child rearing and learning guidance. This is the important part of Korean language education that needs to be guided by married immigrant women. Based on this, 130 Chinese characters idioms in Korean language education and textbook development centered on married immigrant women were selected and catalogue edited in four stages. It is hoped that the results of this study will serve as a reference for Korean language education research and textbook development for married immigrant women in the future.
The uncertainty of measurement in quantitative analysis of ammonia by continuous-flow analysis method was evaluated following internationally accepted guidelines. The sources of uncertainty associated with the analysis of ammonia were the weighing of sample, the preparation of extracting solution, the addition of extracting solution into the sample, the reproducibility of analysis and the determination of water content in tobacco, etc. In calculating uncertainties, Type A of uncertainty was evaluated by the statistical analysis of a series of observation, and Type B by the information based on supplier's catalogue and/or certificated of calibration. It was shown that the main source of uncertainty was caused by the volume measurement of 1 mL and 2 mL, the purity of ammonia reference material in the preparation of standard solution, the reproducibility of analysis and the determination of water content of tobacco. The uncertainty in the addition of extraction solution, the sample weighing, the volume measurement of 50 mL and 100 mL, and the calibration curve of standard solution contributed relatively little to the overall uncertainty. The expanded uncertainty of ammonia determination in burley tobacco at $95\%$ level of confidence was $0.00997\%$.
