Purpose: Financial independence of the museum is an urgent issue in Korea. In this paper, methodology to combine arts and culture facilities with senior society is investigated based on case study of various senior programs in other countries. Methods: In this paper, case study of various senior programs from cultural and arts facilities in other countries are investigated in the aspect of public nature and independent management. Based on the analysis of the case study, optimal methodology is derived. Results: Based on case study of various senior program in other countries, it is clear that art and cultural facilities play important roles in participating elderly people to various social activities through developing programs specialized for elderly people. Conclusion: From analysis of the case study, senior program from arts and culture facilities provides more familiar contents rather than professional contents. Also, they consider more on communication and cooperation with local society to develop the senior program, which fulfill both public nature and financial independence.

The main purposes of this study are to appraise the family-centered case-management (FCCM) practices in terms of building the community networking efforts, and to propose the practical improvement suggestions to overcome the barriers in practicing the current Healthy Families Policy, FCCM. The blended methodology was employed by collecting the quantitative and qualitative data sets including an staff's on-line survey, in-depth interviews(site case studies), and FGIs. As results, the authors found, despite the building and maintaining functional community networks was the essential and critical condition for the FCCM policy deliveries, many staffs have faced hardships in FCCM practices such as building a new network or finding an available and apt network within their communities. The lack of previous experiences in case-management exaggerated the functional difficulties thus, the new staffs were more prone than the staffs with 2 or more years experiences to the misunderstanding about the missions and tasks related to FCCM. Authors suggested that various on-the-job-training should be provided to eliminate those obstacles to build and/or maintain the community network for FCCM. Also, it is necessary for the each institution's director or managers to understand the FCCM and its relation to community networking, and to support FCCM staff members.

Practical applications of learning systems usually involve complex domains exhibiting nonlinear behavior and dilution by noise. Consequently, an intelligent system must be able to adapt to nonlinear processes as well as probabilistic phenomena. An important class of application for a knowledge based systems in prediction: forecasting the future trajectory of a process as well as the consequences of any decision made by e system. This paper examines the robustness of data mining tools under varying levels of noise while predicting nonlinear processes in the form of chaotic behavior. The evaluated models include the perceptron neural network using backpropagation (BPN), the recurrent neural network (RNN) and case based reasoning (CBR). The concepts are crystallized through a case study in predicting a Henon process in the presence of various patterns of noise.

This paper presents a case study regarding a simple accounting information analysis method through the practical design using spreadsheet tool-Excel, which can offer to the management with more useful and practical information for the management decision-making. In this study, spreadsheet program is used to constitute case of the accounting information analysis method. Spreadsheet tool-Excel is easy to analyze the accounting information. And it can constitute a necessary program through function menu. In conclusion, the spreadsheet program should be used for quantitative analysis and evaluation on the accounting information. And it should be used to perform management activities. The results of this study may be summarized as follows: First, it is possible to constitute useful and practical case in the accounting information analysis method with spreadsheet program. Second, this study proposes directions for the accounting information analysis method with spreadsheet program.

본 연구는 의료급여 사례관리의 중재방법별 접근횟수에 따른 효과를 분석함으로써 의료급여 사례관리 중재의 발전을 모색하고자 하였으며, 2010년 3개의 시 군 구에서 고위험군 564명을 대상으로 실시된 사례관리 이차자료 분석연구이다. 중재방법별 접근횟수에 따른 사례관리 전 후 점수는 방문의 경우 자가건강관리능력과 합리적 의료이용에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 전화는 자가건강관리능력에서, 우편은 건강 삶의 질, 자가건강관리능력, 합리적 의료이용에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 중재방법별 접근횟수에 따른 의료이용은 방문과 우편이 총급여일수에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 중재방법별 접근횟수와 사례관리 점수 간의 상관관계에서는 방문이 자가건강관리능력과 음의 관계를, 전화는 합리적 의료이용, 우편은 사례관리 점수 전 영역, 내소는 건강 삶의 질 영역과 양의 관계로 나타났다. 중재방법별 접근횟수와 의료이용 간의 상관관계에서 방문과 자원연계는 총 급여일수와 음의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 의료급여 과다이용 수급자의 건강 삶의 질 향상과 적정의료이용을 도모하기 위해서는 사례관리 중재방법별 효율적인 접근횟수를 고려하여 사례관리를 실시하는 것이 필요하다.

This study is aimed to analyze the establishing of fisheries management consulting system by case study of similar organizations. For a gradual extension of new technology of fisheries, National Fisheries Research and Development Institute(NFRDI) has launched fisheries consulting project including management in 2010. Fisheries management consulting needs practical and theoretical background regarding its standardization of process, systematization. To achieve this, fisheries management consulting system has to follow farm management consulting system by means of benchmarking. In order to analyze farm management consulting system, I investigated its role organizations(MIFAFF, RDA, KFRI), farm consulting guide. And also, it was conducted to investigated establishing of fisheries management consulting system through development of standard management consulting table and consulting indicators. The research results showed that the realm of fisheries management consulting should be redefined and systematized apposite to the case of fisheries actual conditions. In recent years, to enhance improvement of the fisheries income, there is need to be focused on the efficient utilization of fisheries management consulting system. It is expected that fisheries management consulting system be main issue in fisheries industry.

연구목적 응급실 기반 자살시도자 사후관리사업에 등록된 자살시도자의 인구학적 요인, 자살시도 패턴 및 정신건강의학과 병력 및 관리가 사후관리 프로그램 완수에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 2018년 6월 1일부터 2021년 5월 31일까지 중앙대학교병원 응급실을 방문한 자살시도 환자 중 사례관리에 동의한 661명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 대상자는 응급실 퇴원 후 8주간의 사후관리 서비스 프로그램에 등록하여 관리를 받았다. 인구학적 요인, 자살시도 패턴, 정신건강의학과 병력 및 관리에 해당하는 요인들을 독립변인으로, 사후관리사업 프로그램의 완수 여부를 종속변인으로 두고, 위계적 로지스틱 회귀 분석을 시행하였다. 결 과 자살시도 패턴이 사후관리 사업 완수에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고, 인구학적 요인, 정신건강의학과 병력 및 관리 순으로 사후관리 사업 완료 여부에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자살시도자 사후관리사업 프로그램 완수자는 미완수자에 비해, 향후 자살계획을 가진 경우가 유의하게 많았고, 자살시도의 진정성이 강했으며, 과거자살시도력 또한 유의하게 높았다. 결 론 대상자들이 사후관리사업 프로그램을 완수하고 지역사회 서비스로 연계되도록 하기 위하여, 자살시도 패턴, 인구학적 요인, 정신건강의학과 병력에 대한 고려를 바탕으로 한 개별화된 접근이 필요하다.

The introduction of BIM technology is expanding not only in the field of design and construction, but also in the maintenance and use stage. In particular, researchers are looking to build a smart facility management system that integrates advanced IT technology and BIM. This study proposes the parts to be used and added to the BIM information, focusing on information generated and exchanged in the application case that is an issue during the current facility maintenance work by introducing the smart facility management technology and its use cases. The effectiveness of this proposal is compared with the scenario in which BIM-based facility safety management is applied and the current business scenario. In conclusion, the requirements for smart facility management are analyzed, and linkable parts between facility management tasks and BIM data that should be reflected in the facility management system are presented. In the maintenance phase, through the use case scenario, the facility management phase is subdivided according to the characteristics and contents of the work. In addition, information about the facilities required for each task is specified. Furthermore, it is examined whether BIM data and IT information can be linked with existing facility management systems. It is a process and guideline that can be provided to practitioners who want to introduce BIM and smart technology to facility management. It can define the required data items and levels according to the required information step by step based on the maintenance case.

The purpose of this study is to present a case study of six sigma quality improvement practice in cooling fan motor(CFM) manufacturing processes. In this study, the CFM manufacturing process of automobile parts not relevant to the target process rate of the process point of view, in order to reduce the system to solve the problem of localized resolution procedures of six sigma DMAIC methodology was applied to study. In conclusion, this study's field D in order to improve the initial rate of inadequate quality management best practices by applying the method of Six Sigma quality CFM failure through stabilization schemes were proposed cost reduction.To be CFM product to satisfy customers based on continuous monitoring of the effective field of claims quality management system is required.
