다질점계로 모델링한 기관 탄성지지계의 강제진동 해석에 관한 연구 (Forced Vibration Analysis of Engine Resilient Mounting System Modelled with Multi-mass and Multi-degree-of-freedom)

  • Being carried out a number of studies for the resilient mounting system of automobile engine than that of the studies for marine engines, many research results for the case of the resilient mounting system of the automobile engine have applied in the analysis for the case of marine engine. However, the size and the power of automobile engines are not only relatively small but also their operating conditions are quite different form those of marine engines. For the analysis of the automobile engine Wavelet shrinkage, misfire condition and unload condition have not been considered. Accordingly , it is not desirable to apply the results obtained form the case of automobile engines to the case of marine engines. In this study , exciting and damping forces working on the marine engine are formulated mathematically in order to apply to the design of a resilient mounting system of engine effectively. futhermore, some mathematical formulation for the analysis of the transmissibility of multi-body system are proposed. A new computer program which is able to calculate the free vibration, the transmissibility and the forced vibration of a resilient mounting system has been developed, As an application of this developed computer program, the dynamic behavior of resilient system with an actual rubber spring for the case of 6-degree-of-freedom system and 36-degree-of-freedom system are evaluated quantitatively.

고효율 LED 방열효과 증대를 위한 융합형 Heat Sink 장치 방열 해석 (A Study on Analysis of Complex Heat Sink System for High Efficiency LED Thermal Effect)

  • 본 논문은 조명용 LED 모듈과 히트싱크 장치의 방열 특성을 확인하기 위한 수치 시뮬레이션을 하였다. 해석 케이스는 200 W급의 가로등 또는 보안등용 조명장치이며 용도에 따라 장치의 자세가 달라짐을 고려하여 발광면이 정상부를 향하는 경우와 정하부를 향하는 경우로 나누어서 해석이 진행되었고, 또한 발열소자의 체적이 큰 경우와 작은 경우로 나누어 해석하였다. 해석 결과 현재의 히트싱크 형상으로 충분히 LED의 발열량을 외부로 배출시킬 수 있음을 확인하였고, 장치의 자세와 발열소자의 크기에 따라 방열 성능의 차이가 나타남을 조사하였다.

J도 LPG충전소 가스 누출로 인한 폭발사례와 피해예측 프로그램의 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis between a Real-Life Explosion Case and A Damage Prediction Program)

  • This study aims to estimate the scope of damage impact with a real-life explosion case and a damage prediction program (ALOHA) and suggest measures to reduce risk by comparing and analyzing the results using a Probit model. After applying it to the ALOHA program, the toxicity, overpressure, and radiant heat damage of 5 tons of storage scopes between 66 to 413 meters, and the real-life case also demonstrated that most of the damage took place within 300 meters of the LPG gas station. In the Probit analysis, the damages due to radiant heat were estimated as first-degree burns (13-50%), while structural damage (0-75%) and glass window breakage (94-100%) were expected from overpressure, depending on the storage volume. After comparing the real-life case and the damage prediction program, this study concluded that the ALOHA program could be used as the scope of damage impacts is nearly the same as the actual case; it also concluded that the analysis using the Probit model could reduce risks by applying calculated results and predicting the probability of human casualties and structural damages.

제천지역 전력부하변동에 따른 인체 전 판단 방법에 대한 연구 (A study for Decision Method of Human Body Safety according to Power Load Fluctuation of the Chechon Area)

  • This paper presents a study for decision method of human body safety according to power load fluctuation of the Chechon area. To cope with substantial electromagnetics analysis, the safety assessments were analyzed the double 154 [kV] T/L, 345 [kV] T/L, Chechon-Ichon, Chechon-Youngju, respectively. As the results of case study, in case of 345 [kV] T/L, the electric field value was 11.4927 [kV/m], magnetic field value was 0.4622 [G] at the point about 7 [m] away from the line in severest case. The results showed that the membership of a proposition fuzzy '11.4937 [kV/m] is hazardous' is 0.7063 for the severest case in case of 345 [kV] T/L. As the analytic results using the fuzzy qualifier term, the membership in case of very false is 0.0862 and fairly false is 0.5419, respectively.

  • 이 논문은 정신보건실천현장에서 사례관리를 수행할 때 기본적으로 실천이 필요한 사례관리활동목록을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 목록 개발을 위하여 사례관리 수행 과정과 관련된 개념 및 척도에 대한 문헌 고찰을 통하여 예비문항을 추출하였다. 전문가들로부터 예비 항목에 대한 내용타당도를 평가받았으며, 예비조사를 실시하여 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 총 83개의 예비문항이 확정되었다. 척도의 타당화를 위해 사례관리를 의무사업으로 수행하고 있는 정신보건센터에서 현재 사례관리를 행하고 있는 265명의 실무자를 대상으로 평가하였다. 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도, 타당도 분석을 통하여 최종적으로 8요인의 43문항이 확정되었다.

Some Diagnostic Results in Discriminant Analysis

  • Although lots of works are done in influence diagnostics, results in the multivariate analysis are quite rare. One of recent works done by Fung(1995) is about the single case influence diagnostics in the linear discriminant analysis. In this paper we extend Fung's results to the multiple cases diagnostics which are necessary in the linear discriminant analysis for two reasons among others; First, the masking effect cannot be detected by single case diagnostics and secondly two populations are concerned in the discriminant analysis, i.e., influential cases can occur in one or both populations.

  • Recently, a railroad system has a big and complicated structure of specification. Therefore, traceability between specification need to be identified for design change management and this is many engineer's concerns. Traceability means technical relationship. This is to trace other specification or component connect with relevant problem in case some problem should be examined. Traceability between functional specification can be proved through functional analysis essentially. This study will introduce an application method of functional analysis in the case of practical use project of MAGLEV train. And we propose the guide to identify traceability between function through functional analysis.

벌크시멘트화차의 대차 하중시험과 진동성능시험 및 동특성 해석 연구 (Static load test of the bogie and vibration performance test, dynamic characteristics analysis of the bulk cement car)

  • The object of this study is to ensure the stability of bulk cement cars conducting vibration performance test, dynamic characteristic analysis and static load test of bogie frame. In case of static load test, bogie static load test facility was used. In case of dynamic characteristic analysis, Vampire Software was used. In case of vibration performance test, real bulk cement cars were used in kyeung-bu line. In the results of static load test of bogie frame for bulk cement car, all structures satisfied allowable stress criteria of materials. The vibration performance test and dynamic characteristic analysis results satisfied allowable standards.

  • Today, facilities are composed of many complex components or parts. Because of this characteristics, the frequency of failures is decreasing, but the strength of failures is increasing; therefore, the failure analysis about many complex components or parts was needed. In the former research about Fault Tree Analysis, failure data of similar facilities have been used for forecasting about target system or components, but in case that the system or components for forecasting failure is new or qualitative and quantitative data are given simultaneously, there are many difficulty in using Fault Tree Analysis with this incorrect failure data. Therefore, this paper deal with the Fault Tree Analysis method which be applied with Fuzzy theory in above case. In case that , therefore, if there is no the correct failure data, it is represented a system or components as qualitative variable. subsequently, it converted to the quantitative value using fuzzy theory, and the values used as the value for failure forecast.

  • This paper presents a case-building algorithm which can control the design variables of which some variables are designated as the input (known) variables and the remainders are defined as the output (unknown) variables. The case-building algorithm can enhance the design ability by categorizing design case automatically. Common CAD programs for analysis and design of machine elements use a case-selection technique where a programmer set initially a few of design cases and users can only choose one of given cases. This paper also demonstrates the case-building algorithm by applying into CAD programs for power-screw design.
