  • In 1994, the house construction work was separated from design part to prevent incomplete work and to improve quality. During that time, the supervision in the house construction work has made a great development in the quantity phase, but there is no study case about the satisfaction degree of clients on the supervision job. This study presents the improvement schemes of the supervision job rationality, the revision of supervision system and supervisor's improved construction management ability. also, This paper aims at advancing our construction field and enhancing competitive power by seeking for solutions to problems and improving current system to a reasonable supervision in the house construction work comparing and analyzing by questionnaire in Taegu, Kyungbuk area. The further study will be needed about the whole Korean construction market.

  • The important goal of urban renewal is not to reform only Physical environment but to improve people' life quality. people who have been lived in urban renewal area are grouped to owner and tenant. owner of land or house has substituent right but tenant has only house-moving money or rental house by urban renewal. But rental house condition is not good to tenant because tenant has large family, low-income and low grade and it is essential to provide rental house for low-income class and it is worth to analyze tenant house problem The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of public rental house and to presents solutions. The study was done in following process. First, the literatures on this subject were investigated to seek the problems of public rental house. Second, Survey were done on the staff, who works in the cooperative housing redevelopment and whose jobs are officer, consultant, real estate introducer and designer, to seek problems and solution of public rntal house. survey which is made by three group. one group is made by people who already lived in tenant APT, second group is made by people who are waiting for moving in tenant APT. Third group is made by specialist who has many experience-more than 3years- to urban renewal. Third, the Correlation Analysis was used to analyze the relation between the Area and dwelling satisfaction. Fourth, tenant policy' altenative is presented to solve tenant APT' problem which is analyzed by this study The results are as follows : First, tenant APT' size Which is regulated to 30-$45m^{2}$ is enlarged to more than $45m^{2}$ because tenant family is made up averagely of 4.8 persons. Second, tenant APT' rental cost is reduced to 100 thousand won. Third tenant APT' arrangement is divided from owner because tenant and owner want to live in group by group. Fourth, tenant house type is changed to various house type because tenant is not familiar with APT

  • 대량생산을 통한 표준화, 새로운 기술의 구조와 공법, 유동적으로 일체화된 내부공간이라는 특성들로 설명되는 케이스 스터디 하우스의 산업화된 모더니즘적 시각에서 벗어나 이를 지역화된 모더니즘의 시각으로 분석하여 이들 주택들의 공통적인 특성들을 정리하면 첫째, 지역의 환경적 요인과 도시의 수평성에 대응한 다양한 굴절형의 배치형태. 둘째, 파티오라는 독특한 문화를 함축한 내외부공간의 강한 연계성, 셋째 지역산업과 연계된 다양한 재료의 사용을 들 수 있으며 이들은 유럽 모더니즘과는 구별되는 지역성을 다양한 건축의 구성요소들로서 구체적으로 유형화하고 있다.

  • Housing is the most important factor for the elderly and the disabled to live safely and independently. If they want to stay in their familiar community as long as possible, to support their stay in their house must be needed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the housing alterations for the elderly and the disabled. To accomplish the purpose of this study, three cases that had altered housing to fit their needs in three countries, were selected. In Korean case of alterations for the disabled, bathroom and kitchen were the altered spaces in the house. But active alterations were not done, because of the limited expense for the alterations and housing ownership, rented. In one case of housing construction for the elderly in Japan, there was no level difference in the interior. Two bedrooms were provided for the husband and the wife, because of the difference of time to bed. The sunroom for enjoying the outside of the nature was provided. In swedish case, due to the supports of the government and local authority, the house was altered at many spaces such as bathroom, kitchen, ramp at the entrance, elevator and so forth. In conclusion, sufficient supports of government and community services can increase the housing quality of people. The ultimate goal of housing alterations must be done not for the elderly and disabled but for all people.

대학생의 하우스셰어링 의식과 선호에 관한 연구 (A Study on the College Students' Awareness and Preference about House Sharing)

  • This study examined the general housing awareness and awareness on house sharing of college students who are present residents as well as potential residents of shared houses. To achieve this purpose, structured questionnaires were used as a survey tool to understand students' awareness on housing and opinions on house sharing including a range of space sharing, preferences on house mates, and demands on services and facilities. The survey was conducted of college students in Busan, and the data were analyzed by the PASW Statistics 18.0 program. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) The housing awareness was categorized into seven factors by factor analysis. The subjects valued 'personality factor' in the housing awareness. 2) Regarding preference of house mate type, participants preferred a person who has similar lifestyle and in the same gender. 3) As for the space sharing, the subjects didn't want to share a bathroom and shower. Also, they preferred medium or large scale dormitory layout type to small sized apartment type. 4) The most positive aspect of house sharing was 'Reduction of rental and maintenance cost'. On the other hand, 'Difference of daily life pattern' was the most negative aspect of house sharing. 5) In case of services and community spaces, they preferred 'delivery storage service' and 'coin-operated laundry facility'.

지하수 이용 지열 히트펌프 시스템의 주거용 건물 적용시 난방성능 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Heating Performance of SCW Type Geothermal Heat Pump System for Residential House)

  • Geothermal heat pump system using sanding column well type with their ground heat exchanger can be used as a highly efficient source of heating and cooling in massive buildings. But there is no case of a small scale residential house. So in the residential house this study estimated heating coefficient of performance (COP) of geothermal heat pump system using sanding column well type which is excellent in heat recovery. As a result of analysis, The COP of heat pump is over average 6 and is excellent. And in consequence of making a comparative study according to the bleeding, the COP is higher in the case of bleeding. Therefore, bleeding affects the performance of the system. This study has shown performance result that stands on actual data. Therefore, this study provides ground data that needs when a low capacity of system designs for a residence with confidence elevation.

원룸시스템 주택 계획을 위한 거주자 행태연구 (Users' Behavior Study for the Planning of One-room System Houses)

  • The demand for one-room system house as a new type of house will increase gradually, and residents also tend to be diversified. However, a method of planning of planning of one-room system house was limited and unified. Current floor plans of the one-room don't utilize a benefit of open plan in small areas. The purpose of this study is to propose several guidelines for the planning of one-room system houses that correspond to residents' needs in order to facilitate the benefit of open plan such as efficiency and multi-purpose use in small area. For this, a field survey was carried out as case studies, with individual interviews, questionnaires, and actual survey including taking pictures. Subjects were 50 residents who living in one-room system houses in Busan. Space usage behavior of residents, residential satisfactions, and preference attitudes on the attached service facilities were analyzed. The results were synthesized to suggest several guidelines for planning of one-room system house.

Applying a Two-Stage Option Games Method to Investment Decisions of Business Startups: Case Study of a Smart House Startup in Indonesia

  • In this paper, we present a case study of a new emerging business startup involved in smart house appliances. The irreversible investment concept and real-option theory are introduced as the fundamentals of the model. By using games theory we show that the startup's actions can trigger reactions from other firms. The first part covers initial the research and development stage, while the second part covers production and commercialization. The findings of this study suggest that, given a certain amount of initial investment, an open and shared innovation may lead to hurting a firm's investment while strengthening the competitors' position in the market. However, given the sensitivity analysis, when volatility and demand grow favorably, sharing R&D investment is not a bad option for a new player to adjust its position in the market while still maintaining positive returns.

  • The accurate distribution of flow rate has been a very important part to control the air change rate since introduction of house ventilation system. An inappropriate selection of fan due to incorrect prediction of pressure loss in duct brings energy loss. In the previous study the pressure loss of general spiral duct was measured and database was constructed for finding correct loss factors in fitting upper stream. The purpose of this study is to compare and investigate the error range of flow rate by applying T-Method to bilateral symmetry and asymmetry layout of duct. The results of this study are as following. It is demanded to decide accurate size under duct design for house ventilation system. Because the small amount of Flow rate was considered at that time. The error range was 3.17% on case1 and 3.52% on case2. The error range difference was 0.35%.
