Purpose: This study focuses on the performance of the strategy of Indonesia's companies in facing the development of e-commerce business. The relationship between Knowledge Management (Organizational Memory, Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge Absorption, Knowledge Acceptance), Organizational Innovativeness, Competitive Advantage (Time, Quality, Cost, Flexibility) and E-Commerce (Humanistic Factors: Management, Competence, Organizational Structures) examined in this case study. Research design, data, and methodology: This study uses two types such us qualitative and quantitative. A survey approach were conducted to collect data from the Group of Companies (Director and Manager), Academician (Lecturer), Regulator (Head of Government Institution Division), and Master of Management (at least five years). Total of 114 samples was collected and processed for statistical analysis using Smart PLS. Results: This study provide the findings proved that Knowledge Management and Organization Innovativeness simultaneously have positive influence on Competitive Advantage, while Knowledge Management, Organization Innovativeness, and Competitive Advantage simultaneously have positive influence on E-commerce where Competitive Advantage positively influence to E-commerce. Conclusions: The implementation of strategies or steps in this study are expected to steer and motivate an organization to successfully implement a good knowledge management system to pass on knowledge from generation to generation in the company Organizational Innovativeness strategies to improve e-commerce performance.

This paper proposes a novel design of enhanced auto light control system using PLC(Power Line Communication) and SMS(Short Message Service) to copy with emergent cases effectively. In the proposed system, the indoor sensing system is designed to send emergent messages to the users or system manager in case of fire or invasion, which may prevent secondary accident. In addition, data transmission using PLC may drastically decreases the number of lines. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed system.

In most PFI(Private Finance Initiative) projects in Korea, the project management are in charge of the Special Purpose Company(SPC) established for carrying out the project. This paper is a case study about an owner CM executed by the organizations and staffs of SPC itself. : Seoulbeltway (Ilsan $\~$ Toegaewon) Private Investment Project. In time management area, the SfC was the leader of project management throughout the life circle - plan, design, permit, construction, operation and maintenance - beyond the schedule manager's role. In cost management area, the methods of reducing the total costs by VE, new technologies, etc. has been needed assuming the construction risks were subject to SPC.

These days, mobile embedded systems adopt flash memory capable of XIP feature since they can reduce memory usage, power consumption, and software load time. XIP provides direct access to ROM and flash memory for processors. However, using XIP incurs unnecessary degradation of applications' performance because direct access to ROM and flash memory shows more delay than that to main memory. In this paper, we propose a memory management framework, dynamic XIP, which can resolve the performance degradation of using XIP. Using a constrained RAM cache, dynamic XIP can dynamically change XIP region according to page access pattern to reduce performance degradation in execution time or energy consumption resulting from native XIP problem. The proposed framework consists of a page profiler gathering applications' memory access pattern using PMU and an XIP manager deciding that a page is accessed whether in main memory or in flash memory. The proposed framework is implemented and evaluated in Linux kernel. Our evaluation shows that our framework can reduce execution time at most 25% and energy consumption at most 22% compared with using XIP-only case adopted in general mobile embedded systems. Moreover, the evaluation shows that in execution time and energy consumption, our modified LRU algorithm with code page filters can reduce more than at most 90% and 80% respectively compared with applying just existing LRU algorithm to dynamic XIP.

Small and Medium Business Associate has supporting small and medium business and private business for establishment business and sales increasing with various policy since 2005. Arousing the interesting on customer relationship management, small and medium business and private business have recognized the necessity of the concept and introduction the CRM. This study suggested the effectiveness of the CRM throughout real cases of the CRM for small and medium business managers in order to rising sales in such an environment. The case of this study tried to figure it out to accomplish manager's ends of small and medium business to get successful business results based on innovative volition and mind trying to change. The owner who has experience 12 years in meat sales was analyzed the results of aptitude test that the business is highly appropriate to him in personality and aptitude. As also saw the strength and opportunity of SWOT analysis, he has an excellent talent for friendship, knowledge of searching Internet and organizing information, and learning ability. This study provided a marketing policy, ideas of customer services and system remodeling to improve relationship with customer, and a division diagnosis of business activities. The owner has an excellent friendship, so that this study suggest to remodel interior inside store clearly and sanitary displaying on products, to introduce aggressive and concentrated marketing strategies, and to recognize the important of public relation.

The purpose of this study is to predict the roles of public social workers and clarify their job. There were a few studies concerning them, and they suggested that it was needed to reform the delivery system or to supplement personnel. But they were almost normative. This study, based on the literature, analyzed public social workers' daily works to suggest their desirable roles. Generally the job of public social workers consists of two functions. One is income maintenance function, the other is social services function concerned with economically disadvantaged. The result showed that these functions were meshed up to now. Especially, It also showed that although they performed mostly eligibility work related public assistance and general practices, they wanted to perform professional practices. Took into account their working conditions, it seemed to be desirable to clarify their job. Thus, several suggestions based on these results are as follows: First, while eligibility functions are the central aspects of the public social worker's roles, it is needed for them to provide selected access services. Second, if they wanted to perform social services, it would be needed to restrict their roles for case manager and broker.

The objectives of this study are : (1) to measure the level of economic stress perception in Korean farm households. (2) to identify the effects of related variables such as socio-demographic variables and economic stability. The data from 505 farm households' wives was analyzed using statistical methods such as frequency, correlation, oneway ANOVA, lease significant difference test, and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings are as follows : The mean value of economic stress perception on the 505 wives was 33.5 points out of a possible 100. Among 3 subsectors, income stress perception had highest score. Socio- demographic variables such as family size, type of farm household, financial manager, debt, credit . grant assistant, wife's age, and educational level of the wife had a significant difference on the economic stress perception of wives in the ANOVA analysis. So did the objective and subjective evaluation of economic stability. As a result of multiple regression analysis, economic stability, debt presence, and wife age were verified explaining 23% of the variance of economic stress perception. Therefore, it can be said that farm wives had relatively high economic stress perception in the case of low economic stability, getting into debt and low age.

There are some factors which cause the profits from the production to be decreased or increased. They are, for example, the rise in efficiency of production facilities resulting from the development of the scientific technique, the changes of purchase price of those, and the drop in efficiency of those owing to there long-term operation. In this connection, an manager can get the highest profit by deciding the proper time of new facilities replacement for those in operation or in being planned, which leads to good management planning of his manufactaring business for a given period or a long time. Main purpose of this is the study of how we decide the optimal time or facilities replacement in order to maximize the total profits for a given period by considering them as continous function as to the time in the case where a machineng is set. The results are following: 1. The definition of profit function is in duced in consideration of the breakdowns caused from continous operation of the machinery. 2. The necessary conditions are obtained for the optimal time of replacement and find out the methods of its solution. 3. Comparing between the 'Short cut' method and method in this paper, we obtained that our method is more realistic.

This research develops a preliminary system prototype of construction data warehouse of a construction industry application to provide the construction manager with electronic decision supporting information. Construction data warehouse technology is a contractor-focused concept that provides electronic information analyzed from the separately stored database by management dimension, management subject, and data warehouse technology modules. First the authors reviews the characteristics of data warehouse technology and reviewed the conceptually designed architecture of previous study, then propose the architecture of construction data warehouse system and real application alternatives of each technology module to confirm the construction adaptability of the data warehouse technology through a case study.

This study focuses on how to improve the use of the sustainable clothing through consignment clothing Stores. This study finds factors for activating consignment clothing stores that can help expand and implement the clothing consumption culture of Korean consumers towards sustainable clothing behavior. The objectives of this study are as follows. First, we identify consumer's sustainable apparel behavior through an in-depth interview with a manager who is currently working in a consignment-selling apparel company in Seoul. Second, we analyze factors for activating a consignment clothing store that help enable the implementation of concrete action plans into Korean culture and towards a sustainable clothing behavior. The study results on consignment clothing stores serve as service factors. First, it increases the participation of consumers in the mindset of secondhand apparel. Second, it secures the quality of used apparel products. Third, it can be seen by expanding the market channel. There is a need to rethink the specialty of apparel products in order to secure the quality of used apparel products and appraisal of experienced apprentices of commodity appraisers.
