병원 간호사의 동료간 돌봄-배려행위, 전문직 자아개념, 재직의도의 관계 (The Relation of Peer Group Caring Interaction, Professional Self-concept, and Nurses' Retention)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the relation of peer group caring interaction, Professional self-concept, and Nurses' Retention. The subjects of this study are 133 nurses who have worked for more than three months at five general hospitals with more than 300 beds in S city. As a result of the study, nurses' retenstion was higher than those of under 25 years of age between 30 and 35(F=3.313, p=.039).The professional self-concept of hospital nurses has been identified as an influence factor of intent to serve. Professional self-concepts have been shown to be better with higher peer-care and consideration(r=.397, P=.004). The peer group caring interaction behavior can occur not only between colleagues but also between managers. Therefore, it is necessary to proceed with the manager's group caring interaction as a follow-up study.

임상간호사를 위한 한국형 대인돌봄행위 측정도구의 타당성 (Validity of the Korean Interpersonal Caring Behavior Scale (ICBS) for Clinical Nurse)

  • 본 연구는 김수지의 사람 돌봄 이론을 기반으로 사람 돌봄 행위 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법은 김수지의 사람 돌봄 이론을 통해 윤선희가 개발한 10개 개념에서 각 5문항씩 50문항으로 구성된 도구를 사용하였다. 대상자는 종합병원이상에서 근무하고 있는 간호사로서 본 연구 참여에 동의한 자로 하였다. 연구결과 탐색적, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 최초10개 개념의 50개 문항이 적극적 경청, 수용, 칭찬, 알아봄, 동행의 5개 개념, 32개 문항으로 도출되었고, 준거타당도, 신뢰도가 검증되었다. 이 도구는 대상자와 가족의 관점에서 돌봄 행위를 측정할 수 있으며, 이를 수량화함으로써 간호의 질적 향상을 가시화하는 지표로 활용할 수 있다는 점에 의의가 있다.

일 지역주민의 죽음관과 돌봄행위 (The Notion of Death and Caring Behaviors in one Community)

  • This study was to find out the perceptions of toward death and caring behavior of lay persons in one community : One Island in Puan County, Chonbuk. The methodology of this study was ethnography. For this study, the fieldwork was conducted from October 1997 to July 1998. Data collected by in-depth interview and participant observations. The participants consisted fo were 17 persons of both sexes. The key informants were four specific people. The result of this study is as follows ; The people perceived two different kinds of death. Normal death, which means death from old age. The person was respected as an ancestor God and was believed to exist forever with their offspring. Abnormal death was regarded as negative, many had fears toward this kind of death. The causes of abnormal death were supernatural phenomena and had absolute holy meanings. Whether death was good or bad, the death was not personal, but collective events as family or community affairs and was interpreted as death and birth for their offsprings. Funeral rites were family-centered and/or com munity-centered. They did normal procedures for normal deaths for abnormal deaths, there were many protective ceremonies(BuJungMagi : the prevention of the taboo of uncleanliness) for the remaining people. These ceremonies combined confucism and shamanism. Caring behavior for dying persons was ruled as community-centered, reciprocal and reality-centered principles.

중소기업 제조업체 근로자의 행복감 영향 요인 (Influencing Factor of Happiness in the Employees of SME Manufacturing industry)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업 제조업체 근로자의 행복감의 영향 요인을 조사하였다. 자료 수집은 이 연구에 동의한 근로자에게 설문조사를 통해 수집되었고 최종 대상은 139명 이었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN Ver 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and Hierarchical regression analysis을 실시하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 행복감은 연령, 학력, 종교, 월수입, 월수입 만족도, 직급, 근무방식에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 행복감은 자아 존중감과 대인 돌봄 인식과 양의 상관 관계를 보였고 직무 스트레스와는 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 행복감에 가장 영향을 미치는 예측 변인은 자아존중감이었고, 그 다음은 대인돌봄인식 이었다. 이 들 변수의 설명력은 46.6%이었다. 중소기업 제조업체 근로자의 행복감을 향상시키기 위한 전략을 세우는데 자아존중감, 대인돌봄인식을 고려해야 함을 확인하였다. 이는 중소기업 제조업체 근로자의 행복감을 향상을 위한 간호중재 방안을 계획하는데 중요한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

응급실 간호사와 환자가 지각한 돌봄행위의 중요도 (Importance of Nurses' Caring Behaviors as Perceived by Nurses and Patients at Emergency Departments)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the importance of nurses' caring behaviors as perceived by nurses and patients at emergency departments, and to determine the differences between the two groups. Methods: The subjects of this study were 159 nurses working at emergency departments in 9 general hospitals in B Metropolitan City and 153 in-patients in 6 general hospitals, who were transferred to a general ward after being admitted to an emergency room. Research tool was a self-report questionnaire, which was a translated version of Caring Behavior Assessment(CBA). In this study, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was ranged from .83 to .93 in the seven subscale's reliability of CBA. Results: In terms of caring behaviors at emergency departments, both nurses and patients perceived that the most important subscale was . The subscale which showed the least importance from both groups was . Conclusion: The results of this study have demonstrated that nurses' caring behaviors can meet the patient's needs if the gap in perceptions between nurses and patients would be reduced.

간호학생들의 돌봄에 대한 지각 (Nursing Students' Perceptions of Caring)

  • Caring, according to Leininger, is the essence of nursing : it is the central and unifying domain of science and practice of nursing. The problem addressed by the this study was to explore nursing students' perceptions of caring. The purpose was to provide theoretical understanaling at how students conceptualize caring througout the three years of their educational preparation. The subjects for this study were 343 nursing students of one three - year Christian college of nursing in a major regional city in Korea. The data were collected from May 6 to 25, 1991, through an open - ended questionnaire. The data analysis used was descriptive method. Validity was strengthened by confirmations with by a doctoral candidate and three other nursing professors. From the data, 557 descriptive statements were organized into 70 taring behavior patterns and 16 categories of taring. The 16 categories were helping, comfort, love, concern, support, being present, protection, health maintenance, fulfillment. warmth, Instruction, empathy, trust, sharing, restoration and nurturance. The five categories primarily reported by first year students were, In order, helping, comfort:. restoration, protection, and love, by second year students, helping, comfort, love, being present, and support : and by third year students, helping, comfort, love, concern, and support. Instruction, empathy, trust, sharing and nurturance were least reported by the students. Instuction, trust and nurturance were not expressed by first year students. The Korean nursing student's concepts, of caring appeared to be similiar to Leininger's caring constructs but warmth and fulfillment were specified by these students. Theoretical understanding of concepts central to nursing contributes to the development at the discipline.

암 환자 돌봄제공자의 돌봄부담감과 대처방식이 소진에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Caring Burden and the Way of Coping on Burnout in Caregivers of Cancer Patients)

  • Purpose: The aims of this study were to identify the effects of caring burden and the way of coping on burnout in caregivers of cancer patients. Methods: One-hundred and forty family caregivers of cancer patients who visited the cancer center at one tertiary hospital in metropolitan city B were included. The data collection was conducted from August 1st to October 1st, 2018, using a structured, self-reported questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: In the multiple regression analysis, the subject's gender (${\beta}=.12$, p=.028) and caring burden (${\beta}=.74$, p<.001) had a significant effect on burnout. The explanatory power of the subject's gender, education level, religion, caring time, number of family caregivers, monthly income, economic burden, expectation for treatment, caring burden, the way of aggressive coping, and the way of passive coping with burnout was 63.8% (F=23.28, p<.001). Conclusion: Reducing the caring burden in family caregivers of cancer patients will ultimately contribute to reducing burnout, thereby contributing to an improvement in the psychological well-being and quality of life of family members, as well as positively contributing to the recovery of patients.

임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생의 인권감수성, 대인돌봄행위와 생명의료 윤리의식과의 관계 (The Relationship between Human Rights Sensitivity, Interpersonal Caring Behavior, and Biomedical Ethics in Nursing Students Who Have Experienced Clinical Practice)

  • 본 연구는 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생의 인권감수성, 대인돌봄행위와 생명의료 윤리의식 정도를 파악하고, 세 변수들 간의 상관관계를 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 경기도와 충청도 소재 3개 대학에 재학 중이며 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호학과 3~4학년을 대상으로 2018년 9월 10일부터 10월 12일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구 결과 간호대학생의 인권감수성, 대인돌봄행위, 생명의료 윤리의식은 평균 112.23점, 3.95점, 2.03점으로 나타났다. 인권감수성은 전공 만족도(t=3.320. p=.001), 임상 실습 만족도(t=2.557, p=.012), 실습 동료와의 관계(t=4.234, p=.000)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대인돌봄행위는 전공 만족도(t=3.423. p=.001), 임상실습 만족도(t=4.364, p=.000), 실습 동료와의 관계(t=3.708, p=.001)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 생명의료 윤리의식은 전공 만족도(t=-2.404, p=.018)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 인권감수성은 생명의료 윤리의식(r=.27, p<.01)과, 대인돌봄행위는 생명의료 윤리의식(r=.17, p<.05)과 양적 상관관계를 보였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 인권감수성을 강화하고, 대인돌봄행위 및 생명의료 윤리의식을 강화시키기 위한 체계적인 간호교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

  • Nursing, a behavior of caring, means a connection of patients and clients has done through the caring of clients. Nurses are always with patients. In fact, caring is very important and the core of nursing, the true meaning of caring was embedded in our custom and consciousness before the approach of academic research. As a result, the existence of caring has not seen and revealed. Therefore, there is a need to study and confirm that caring has been placed in nursing and, nurses are doing caring in practice. The purpose of this study is to present the basis of nursing theory and practice through careful analysis of presence being, an aspect of caring. The presence of nurse shows a personal and healing relationship between nurses and patients on the basis of the respect for the humanity, Also, the role of nurses is to help a patient to integrate one's physical, mental and spritual aspects. Thanks to role of nurse, the pratical nursing has the characteristic of art and becomes more aesthetic and artistic. As we have seen above, we define 'presence' as 'being there' and 'being with' a patient for the purpose of meeting the health care needs. The attributes for which presence would be most appropriate would include the following : (1) being with and being together (2) take attention (3) mutual openness (4) experience an empathy (5) have an intention (6) therapeutic interaction process A caring situation as a necessary condition must be presupposed and the factors in that situation are the nurse's intense attention to the patient and a humanistic philosophy of the institutions of the patient. In any nursing intervention skill, there is listening, touching, giving hope, reassurancing, comforting and so on ; as a result, some positive effects can be expected between nurse and patient.

간호사의 분노, 직무스트레스, 사회적 지지에 대한 대인돌봄행위의 융합적 연구 (The Convergence Study of Interpersonal Caring Behaviors on Anger, Job Stress and Social Support in Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 분노, 직무스트레스, 사회적 지지 정도를 파악하고 대인돌봄행위에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2014년 12월 1일부터 31일까지 4개 도시의 대학병원에서 근무하는 간호사 174명을 대상으로 자료수집을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 간호사의 대인돌봄행위와 분노에 대한 기초자료를 제시하고, 반복적 분노반추가 대인돌봄행위를 줄어들게 하며, 분노억제와 분노조절이 대인돌봄행위에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 높은 직무요구 스트레스에서도 대인돌봄행위를 증가시키기 위해서는 자율적인 간호환경과 물질적 지지, 교육 기간의 확대가 필요할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 간호행위인 대인돌봄행위 증진과 이에 필요한 요소를 규명하고, 간호사의 정서관리 중재로서 분노에 대한 융합적 관리의 필요성을 제시하는데 의의가 있다.
