Unpaid Family Worker is blind area of industry safety. Danger of industrial accident is some high but because was excepted in industrial accident compensation insurance application. In most case, because paltry Unpaid Family Worker is no opportunity to take safety education to prevent industrial accidents and there are few safety facility and safety equipment, etc., among business, it may be said that probability to suffer industrial accidents on a trifling mistake or carelessness is higher than general worker of business. Consider such difficult actuality of Unpaid Family Worker and our country must give these benefit of industrial accident compensation insurance application, as opened the door of insurance application in recognition of worker position by "Industrial accident compensation insurance Law" to middle·smaller enterprise's business proprietor or special form labor employees.

On a conceptual point of SCM, as a order of development, physical distribution, logistics management, basic supply chain management and advanced supply chain management etc. they are magnifying gradually, confusing with information and analysis techniques which seems possible. In this paper a new remote control system for operating indoor gas(LPG) range safely based on PLM(Power Line Modem) and telephone is developed because it would make disasters of properties and lives by user's carelessness or worker's bad installation, etc. The system includes the following elements: a telephone line interface system for user to call from the outdoors to the indoors, a communication system using the power line as a communication media, a system of cutting off gas and a alarm system.

The first stage for computer security is password. If security of password is impotent even constructing of perfect fire-wall, fire-wall is not anything but a good-for-nothing. Because management of password is depend upon an end-user rather than a system-manager, carelessness of password management is an inevitable result. It is a reason that an end-user is actually not able to manage a high-difficulty-password. In this paper, algorithm of password is improved to be difficult of hacking, having a existing password input pattern for an end-user.

In this study, I have researched into the causes of defects in apartment house, The results of this study are listed below. (1) Water leakages which result from land sinking and cracks, results of misuse of back filling method, are the main reason of defects in civil engineering work and architectural work. (2) Inexperience and unwillingness are the main reason of defects in plaster work. (3) In windows work and painting work, the main reasons are lacks of precision construction and efflorescence resulting from outdoor air, respectively. (4) Defects in waterproofing work and electric work result from fault construction by low unit Costs. (5) Equipment work requires uses of standardized construction materials and management, and landscape architecture work requires minimizing human mistakes, for instance, degin carelessness. For the reasons stated above, the causes of defects in apartment house are insufficient construction labors, inferior construction materials, urgent construction process time, and conscientiousless industrialists who only seek after a profit margin.

A Recently elevator accidents were occurred and increased due to carelessness of user and violent behavior. The accident of door detachment in elevator platform by electronic motor scooter show a example of safety concerns and insensibility for safety awareness. In this report, we review the cause of accident of door detachment in elevator platform by electronic motor scooter, and show some suggestions of preventing from the safety concerns about this case.

According to 2014 fire statistical yearbook in the National Fire Data System, a main cause of fire is electrical fire except carelessness fire. Joint/contact badness is the one of the main cause of electrical fire. Furthermore, power relays which are used in electric panel board, motor control center and automation controller, are main element of automation system in the industry field. Overload, voltage unbalance and open-phase due to joint/contact badness of terminal make electric accidents or electrical fires. In order to prevent joint/contact badness of terminal, this paper proposes a sensing circuit of chattering, tracking, arc current, voltage unbalance and open-phase etc. Some experimental tests of the proposed apparatus confirm practicality and validity of the theoretical results.

The gang-form widely used in apartment construction sites has advantages compared to scaffolding in preventing falling accidents. One problem, however, is that safety accidents associated with gang-form works repeatedly occur due to worker carelessness. In this study, hierarchical checking tables are provided to support safety management activities for the gang-form works at the sites. Through a survey of experts and analyses of case studies of construction accidents, 137 safety check items are classified by participant type based on a hierarchical safety check scheme. The applicability and effectiveness of the hierarchical checking tables was evaluated through interviews with experts. It was found that the hierarchical checking tables enabled each gang-form related participant to check his own safety management items, and provided a level-wise structure to site safety management systems.

Various algorithms and system development are being required to support the advanced decision making of navigation information support system because of a serious loss of lives and property accidents by officer's error like as carelessness and decision faults. Much of researchers have introduced the techniques about the systems, but they hardly consider environmental factors. In this paper, We collect the context information in order to assess the risk, which is considered the various factor of the sailing ship, then extract the features of knowledge context, which is to apply the weight of correlation coefficients among data in context information. We decide the risk after the extract features through the classification and prediction of context information, and compare the value accuracy of proposed method in order to compare efficiency of the weighted value with the non-weighted value. As a result of experience, we know that the method of weight properties effectively reflect the marine environment because the weight accurate better than the non-weighted.

Recently, the demand for smart farms is increasing due to the increase in the cultivation area such as horticulture, fruit trees and special crops. However, due to the irregular weather changes and the cultivation method of the crops due to the different cultivation environment, there are frequent occurrence of diseases and insect pests and infectious diseases due to system error or carelessness, and the cycle is also very short. In addition, the Smart Farm business has been built by combining various sensors (temperature, humidity, CO2, illumination) and LED lighting, but it is costly in terms of frequent errors, lack of power supply, And thus the management can not be efficiently managed. Therefore, this paper combines real time sensing technology based on IoT Platform and high performance control technology to control pests and equipment errors and monitor the growth status of crops in real time based on big data analysis and Artificial Intelligence System.
