청소년의 진로 교육에서 다양한 교육적 시도가 이루어지고 있음에도 불구하고 진로성숙에 필요한 독서 방법을 제시하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인지적 관점에서의 독서가 진로성숙에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 이 과정에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 확인하고자 한다. 2015 개정 교육과정에 제시된 독서방법을 차용하였으며 중학생을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하고 설문 데이터를 통계적으로 분석하여 독서방법, 자기효능감, 진로성숙의 관계를 확인하였다. 연구 결과 비판적 읽기는 진로 결정성, 확신성에 영향을 주며 감상적 읽기와 창의적 읽기는 진로 준비성에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 비판적 읽기는 자기효능감의 자신감, 자기조절효능감, 과제난이도선호에 영향을 미치고 창의적 읽기는 자기조절효능감에 영향을 미쳤다. 비판적 읽기는 자기효능감을 매개하여 진로성숙에 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 진로독서교육에서 진로성숙과 자기효능감 발달을 위한 학습요소를 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of self-efficacy and social support on career decision level for fisheries and merchant marine high school students. And it will help improving the Fisheries and Merchant Marine High School students' career decision level. To achieve the purpose of this research, the study carried out a survey targeting 456 fisheries and merchant marine high school students. Analysis methods includes Frequency Analysis, One way ANOVA, t-test, and Regression Analysis and data was analyzed by PASW Statistics 18. The results are as follows: First, fisheries and merchant marine high school students' self-efficacy and social support were generally positive. Second, The effects of the grade, the major and the school of students on self-efficacy showed statistically significant difference. Third, the higher self-efficacy and social support of students were, the higher career decision level was. Lastly, The effects of self-efficacy and social support on career decision level were valued positive.

본 연구는 조리전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십이 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동과의 영향관계를 분석하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 data는 SPSS 16.0 Version 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 다양한 결과들을 도출하였다. 첫째, 모든 셀프리더십의 하위요인(행동준비전략, 자연보상 및 건설적 사고전략)은 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인(직업정보, 목표설정, 계획수립, 문제해결, 자기평가)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모든 셀프리더십 하위요인은 진로준비행동 하위요인(진로탐색활동, 목표달성활동)에 정(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로, 조리전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십의 강화는 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동으로 발전에 매우 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a career exploration program using career portfolio for vocational high school students and suggest ideas for making a decision their career and occupation. The number of subjects in this study were 50 high school students in Busan metropolitan city among which 25 were assigned for the experimental group and 25 in the control group. The career exploration program utilizing career portfolio in this study was composed of 12 sessions utilizing the career portfolio. This program was based on Jeong et al.'s career development program(2005) for high school students and Choi's career exploration program using internet(2005). The instruments of this study were self-efficacy scale and career identity scale. The average, standard deviation and the differences between the pre and post-test were calculated and processed by SPSS WIN 14.0. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the career exploration program using career portfolio was effective to enhance significantly the level of the self-efficacy of vocational high school students. Second, the career exploration program using career portfolio was also effective to enhance career identity.

본 연구의 목적은 셀프리더십 프로그램이 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로인식과 자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과 셀프리더십 프로그램은 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로인식 하위 영역가운데 자기이해, 일과 직업세계의 이해, 진로목표 설정과 전략 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 일에 대한 태도 및 가치관 영역은 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한 셀프리더십 프로그램이 보호관찰소 청소년의 자기효능감 하위 영역 가운데 자신감, 자기조절 효능감 부분에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 과제난이도 영역은 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 셀프리더십 프로그램이 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로인식과 자기효능감 향상에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 증명한 것이다. 앞으로 보호관찰소 청소년들의 진로인식과 자기효능감 향상을 위해 더욱더 활발한 셀프리더십 프로그램에 대한 연구가 필요하며 실제로 활용도를 높여 가야 할 것이다.

This is a single-group pre-post study conducted to determine the effect of a calligraphy program on nursing students' career decision-making self-efficacy and self- leadership. The data collected from 231 second-year nursing students were analyzed using SPSS WIN 25.0 to determine descriptive statistics, paired t-test to analyze the effect of calligraphy, and Pearson correlation coefficient to determine the relationship between career decision self-efficacy and self-leadership. After the program, both career decision self-efficacy (t=7.23, p<.001) and self-leadership (t=6.81, p<.001) improved. The analysis of career decision self-efficacy and self-leadership after the program showed a strong correlation (r=.849, p<.001). The results of this study are significant in that they validate the effectiveness of a calligraphy program in promoting self-leadership and career decision-making self-efficacy among nursing students who do not have clear career goals. Students' overall satisfaction with the calligraphy program was 4/5 points, and they most highly evaluated the smooth interaction between fellow students through the program. At a time when the importance of cultural arts education is gradually increasing in social and educational fields around the world, calligraphy has the advantage of laying the foundation for the promotion of basic arts for the revitalization of cultural arts, so educational support is needed not only in terms of improving the quality of life and pursuing self-actualization of individuals with emotional expression and creative problem-solving skills, but also at the social level.

Objectives: This study was conducted to facilitate improvements in career preparation behavior and career development of dental hygiene students by investigating the effects of self-leadership and career decision self-efficacy on the career preparation behavior of dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 190 dental hygiene students between August 20 to October 31, 2019. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Independent t-test, one way ANOVA, the Scheffe posthoc test, and the Pearson correlation results were reviewed, and a multiple regression analysis was conducted. Results: Self-leadership, career decision self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior were scored 3.29, 3.36, and 2.91 points, respectively. The variables that influenced career preparation behavior were the motion of major select and self-leadership. These factors had 30.5% of variance among dental hygiene students. Conclusions: Institutional support, including counseling and leadership education by professors and students, is needed in schools to improve the career preparation behavior of students majoring in dental hygiene.

본 연구는 사회복지학 전공 대학생의 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동이 어떠한지를 살펴보고, 사회복지 자기효능감과 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동과의 관계를 실증적으로 검토함으로써 사회복지학 전공 대학생의 진로상담 및 진로지도에 도움을 주고자 하는 목적에서 수행되었다. 이 연구를 위해서 5개 대학의 사회복지학 전공 대학생 502명을 대상으로 사회복지 자기효능감, 진로결정수준, 진로준비행동을 측정하였으며 자료처리는 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 사용하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 첫째, 사회복지학 전공 대학생의 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동의 수준은 보통보다 약간 낮은 수준을 보였다. 둘째, 사회복지 자기효능감과 진로결정수준과는 별다른 유의한 영향을 보이지 않았으나 진로준비행동과는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 사회복지 자기효능감의 세 하위변인 중 클라이언트 지지 효능감은 진로준비행동과 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 사회복지 자기효능감은 행동적인 측면인 진로준비행동과 관계가 깊다고 할 수 있을 것이다.

Objectives: This study aims to understand the mediating effects of self-efficacy on the effects of social support on mental health and career preparation behavior of academic high school students. Methods: A survey was conducted targeting total 297 respondents from May 27 to May 30th 2019. The collected data was analyzed by using the PASW Statistics Ver. 18.0. Results: When the school life satisfaction was lower, and when the personality was more introverted, the students with lower school grade showed significantly low scores of mental health and career preparation behavior. In the effects of social support on mental health, the self-efficacy showed mediating roles. In the effects of social support on career preparation behavior, the self-efficacy showed mediating roles. Conclusion: If the education for strengthening social support is preferentially performed, the self-efficacy could be increased, which would have more positive effects on mental health and career preparation behavior. Regarding the subjects of education, t would be more effective to provide selective and concentrative education to the group with significantly low scores of mental health and career preparation behavior.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정수준이 미치는 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 간호학과 3,4학년 108명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 진로결정 자기효능감(β=.54, p<.001), 진로결정수준(β=.23, p=.009)으로 나타났으며, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정수준이 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다(Z=2.49, p=.006). 본 연구결과는 간호대학생의 효과적인 진로준비행동을 위해 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로결정수준을 향상할 필요가 있음을 시사하며, 이를 반영한 전략적 진로지도 및 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
