진로집단상담 프로그램이 대학생의 진로결정효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Career Group Counseling Program on University Student's Career Decision Competence)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 진로집단상담 프로그램을 통한 진로결정효능감의 효과를 검증하여 향후 대학생들의 진로집단상담 프로그램 개발 및 대학의 진로 지도의 방향 설정의 기초가 되고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 창원시 소재 K대학교의 대학생들을 대상으로 하여 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구분하여 진로상담 프로그램의 실시 전후의 효과 검증을 실시하였다. 검증결과 우선 대학생 진로상담프로그램을 적용한 실험집단이 적용받지 않은 통제집단에 비해 진로결정효능감수준이 향상되었다. 진로결정효능감 변화량의 집단간 T-test 결과 진로결정효능감 전체에 대하여서도 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 세부 요인으로서는 계획수립, 자기평가의 변화가 유의한 결과를 나타내었다.

A Study on the Job Career Patterns of Korean IT Personnel

  • With the increasing severity of the shortage of highly-skilled IT personnel, more and more attention is being paid to the professional career path and systematic career management of IT employees. Although some studies have been conducted to describe the current status of IT personnel, limited attempts have been made to analyze the career paths or career patterns of IT professionals from a longitudinal perspective. In this context, this study explored the job career patterns of IT professionals in Korea and examined their relationship with subjective and objective career success. To identify job career patterns over time, detailed information about jobs and positions were used and an optimal matching analysis (OMA) was conducted to calculate the dissimilarity matrix between employees' career sequences, while a cluster analysis was used to categorize the meaningful groups based on this dissimilarity data. This analysis revealed that career patterns among Korean IT personnel are more varied than previously thought. These career types have a significant relationship with individual profiles, such as age, education, industry and company size, and account for significant variations in the three main career success variables, i.e. quality of life, assessment of software quality, and wage level. It is expected that the findings of this study will contribute to refining the Korean career path so as to retain IT personnel, and raise the need to improve the low quality of life and poor SW work environment of IT personnel.

한우 교육프로그램 적용 결과 분석을 통한 경영 교육프로그램의 개발 준거 -경북지역을 중심으로- (Development Conformity of the Management and Educational Program through Application and Analysis for Hanwoo Education Programs -Samples in Gyeongbuk Areas-)

  • The goal of this study was to investigate the distribution chart of management and satisfaction through Hanwoo education program and to provide fundamental data and development conformity available on the management and educational program to managers. In this study, we chose 75 managers taking part in Hanwoo education program as pre-test and applied satisfaction for education program to 33 managers randomly selected as post-test. The results of this study are as follows: First, age and academic career had a significant (P<0.05) effect on breeding size, breeding career, sales, and management methods. This may be due to the fact that managers in Hanwoo industry tended to raise academic standards and the age group moved towards young age rather than middle and old ages. However, an academic career was unaffected by sale and management methods. Second, managers who randomly selected the education program showed higher satisfaction about the program and lower or usual interest and intention in the educational environment, incidental facilities, and reviews. In conclusion, to equip the constituent parts of education program with entire propriety and an effective running system, information on breeding size and breeding career for managers in Hanwoo Industry with respect to age and academic career had to be clearly premeditated. It also needed the educational program to look at it from the standpoint of the managers.

여대생의 진로스트레스와 진로미결정의 관계에서 진로적응성의 매개효과 (Investigating Relationships between Career Stress and Career Indecision of female students: Career Adaptability as the Mediator)

  • 본 연구는 여대생의 진로스트레스와 진로미결정의 관계를 규명하고, 진로적응성의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 진로결정을 앞두고 있는 A대학교 4학년 여학생 184명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로스트레스는 진로미결정을 유의미하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로스트레스와 진로미결정의 관계에서 진로적응성은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 여대생의 진로스트레스가 진로미결정을 예측하는 요인임을 확인할 수 있었고, 진로적응성이 진로스트레스와 진로미결정간의 관계를 높이는 요인임을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 여대생의 진로미결정을 줄이기 위해서 진로스트레스와 진로적응성을 고려한 전략이 필요함을 시사하며, 대학차원의 진로교육 및 진로교육 프로그램 개발에 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

전략적 인적자원관리관행과 조직시민행동 및 고객지향성 간의 관계에 관한 연구 - 조직지원인식의 매개효과를 중심으로- (A Study about the Effects of Strategic Human Resource Management Practices on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Customer Orientation - Focused on the Mediating Effect of Perceived Organizational Support -)

  • This study is focused on analyzing whether strategic human resource management practices influence organizational effectiveness such as organizational citizenship behavior and customer orientation. In addition, it also aims to analyze the mediating effect of perceived organizational support between strategic human resource management practices and organizational citizenship behavior and customer orientation. The samples are from five Veterans Hospital and of 344 questionnaires collected, 311 were used in the final analysis. SPSS(18.0) and AMOS(16.0) were employed to describe data and test hypotheses. The findings are as follows: First of all, it is found that education and training and hiring management have positive effects on perceived organizational support while only education and training has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Secondly, results reveal that career management and hiring management influences customer orientation while only perceived organizational support does organizational citizenship behavior and customer orientation affects organizational citizenship behavior. Thirdly, it is also found that perceived organizational support mediates the relationship between career management and organizational citizenship behavior and that between hiring management and organizational citizenship behavior. In other words, perceived organizational support is a full mediator between career management and organizational citizenship behavior and between hiring management and organizational citizenship behavior because there is no direct effect of career management and hiring management on organizational citizenship. However, results show that any perceived organizational support doesn't mediate the relationship between all strategic human resource management practices and customer orientation.

Analysis of Consumer Satisfaction on Career Guidance and Psychological Counseling at a University

  • Purpose: The ultimate purpose of this study is to analyze this survey to understand the overall contents of college career guidance and psychological counseling, and to utilize it to improve the quality of learning and provide career guidance. Research design, data and methodology: The research period and survey subject are approximately one month from 2020.12.01(Tue) to 2021.01.03(Sun). Convenience sampling was conducted using a structured questionnaire composed of a 5-point Likert scale and 5 open-ended questions. As the analysis method, descriptive statistics such as reliability analysis and frequency analysis of Cronbach's α coefficient of internal consistency were mainly used. Data Analysis Statistical program was analyzed using SPSS 25 version. Results: The item with the highest score is that the counseling and counseling-related non-specialized programs offered by the Student Counseling Center are helpful for school life (3.56 points). Conversely, the lowest question is that seminars accompanied by priests are helpful for study (3.38 points). Conclusions: The average score of 5 questions in the career guidance and psychological counseling areas is 3.38 out of 5.

진로결정상태 유형에 따른 진로미결정 이유, 진로성숙도와 대학적응 (Reasons for Career Indecisiveness, Career Maturity and College Adaptation Using a Typology of Career Decision Status)

  • The main purpose of this study was to identify a typology of career decision status by using the quadrants formed by the decidedness and comfort scale and to examine the differences in career maturity and college adaptation using that typology. We gathered data from a total of 789(237 male, 552 female) students from a middle-sized university in Jollanam-do completed a Career Decision Profile(CDP), a Career Maturity Inventory(CMI) and the Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire(SACQ). We found that 29.5% of students were categorized as decided-comfortable, 36.4% were decided-uncomfortable, 6.9% were undecided-comfortable, and 27.3% were undecided-uncomfortable. ANOVA indicated that there were significant differences in the reasons dimension of COP, career maturity and college adaptation as a function of career decision status categories. In general, decided-comfortable students showed the highest scores while undecided-uncomfortable students showed the lowest scores in all scales. Only in the Career Choice Importance scale did undecided-comfortable students showed the lowest scores.

쿡방에서의 스타 조리사 이미지가 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 -경주지역 조리전공 대학생을 대상으로- (The Effect of Star Chef Image in Cookbang on Career Decision Self-efficacy and Career Preparation Behavior -Focusing on Culinary Arts Major College Students in Gyeongju Area-)

  • 본 연구는 쿡방에서의 인지가 스타조리사 이미지와 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 및 진로결정 자기효능감의 조절 요인을 확인하는데 목적을 두고 연구하였다. 대구 및 경주지역 소재 조리전공 대학생 271명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 쿡방에서의 인지는 스타조리사 이미지에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 또한 스타조리사 이미지 역시 진로준비행동에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 진로결정 자기효능감은 스타조리사 이미지와 진로준비행동 간에 유의한 조절효과를 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 쿡방의 영향이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에 대한 이론적, 확인적 검증을 통해 관련분야의 기초를 제공한 점에서 의미가 있을 것이다. 또한 연구결과를 통해 대학생들의 진로준비행동에 있어서 자기효능감의 조절역할에 대한 새로운 시사점도 발견할 수 있었다. 향후 이 분야에 대하여 보다 체계적이고 종합적인 연구가 필요한 것으로 보인다.

대학생의 자기관리와 자아탄력성이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Effect of Self-management and Self-resiliency on Career Maturity in University Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들이 학교에서 직업세계로 이행할 때 진로성숙을 높여 적합한 진로를 선택할 수 있도록 효과적인 진로지도 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 G대학의 재학생 250명에게 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS v. 21.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 조사대상자의 일반적 특성은 여학생이 높게 나타났고, 학년은 4학년이 많았으며, 전공은 보건계열이 종교는 무교가 높게 조사되었다. 대학생의 자기관리 및 자아탄력성과 진로성숙도와의 관계에서는 자기관리는 진로성숙도의 하위요인인 결정성, 확신성, 준비성에서 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 또한 자아탄력성의 하위요인인 통제성, 긍정성, 사회성은 진로성숙도의 하위요인인 결정성, 확신성, 준비성에서 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05, p<.01, p<.001). 대학생의 자기관리와 자아탄력성은 진로성숙도에 중요한 요인임에 따라 대학에서 교수자들은 학생들의 자기관리와 자아탄력성을 높이기 위한 지도방안에 대한 고민이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

경력간호사의 자아탄력성과 경력계획이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The impact of Career-focused Nurses' Ego-resilience and Career Planning on Turnover Intention)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of ego-resilience, career planning on turnover intention of career-focused nurses working in general hospitals. Methods: The subjects were 673 nurses with clinical experience with more than 1 year working in general hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, from February1 to June 30, 2016. The collected data were analyzed with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression anaby using SAS (9.4ver). Results: The factors affecting the turnover intention of career nurses were identified by age, current hopes of moving to the workimg department, and career planning. These variables accounted for 18% of career nurses' turnover intentions. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that the higher the degree of career planning of career nurses, the lower the turnover intention. However, ego-resilience did not show the influence of turnover intention. There is a need to develop a career management program that enhances ego-resilience and systematic career planning to reduce turnover intentions.
