경력개발제도가 경력성공에 미치는 영향: 경력적응성 및 인사제도 공정성의 매개된 조절효과 (The Effect of the Career Development System on Career Success: Mediated Moderating Effects of Career Adaptability and Fairness in Personnel System)

  • 본 연구는 경력변화 환경속에서 경력개발제도를 경험한 근로자를 대상으로 경력개발제도, 경력적응성 및 경력성공의 관계와 인사제도공정성과 경력적응성의 매개된 조절효과를 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력적응성은 경력개발제도와 경력성공의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인사제도 공정성은 경력개발제도와 경력성공 및 경력개발제도와 경력적응성의 관계를 각각 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경력개발제도와 경력성공의 관계에서 인사제도공정성의 조절효과는 경력적응성에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과는 개인의 경력성공에 대한 경력적응성 및 인사제도공정성의 중요성을 확인하고, 경력개발의 제 특성과 인사제도가 결합될 때 경력개발시스템의 효과성을 높일 수 있음을 제시한다.

상급종합병원 간호사의 임상경력개발시스템에 대한 인식과 지불의사 (Nurses' Perception and Willingness to Pay for Nursing Career Ladder System in General Hospital)

  • Purposes: The purpose of this study is to analyze nurses' perception on the clinical career ladder system which was introduced to enhance the nursing capabilities in general hospital. Methods: Research data has been collected for approximately 30 days since March 28, 2017 from 171 nurses who had been involved in the clinical career ladder system, 177 nurses who had not participated, and a total of 348. Finding: The study results showed that nurses' perception on the cost effectiveness of clinical career ladder system is significantly different depending on the sex, age, program experience, personal stage in the clinical career ladder system and the individual's health condition. In addition, the nurses' willingness to pay for the clinical career ladder system was significantly associated with their department and the needs for the system. With adjusted age, gender, position, education and marital status, nursing competency was 8.71(95% Confidence Interval; 4.79 to 12.63) in the presence of system experience, but the perception on clinical career ladder system was 4.34(95% Confidence Interval; -6.84 to -1.84). Practical Implications: Based on the study results, we expect that more hospitals introduce the clinical career ladder system and also use these study results as basic data for securing excellent nurses.

진로교육 집중학년·학기제에서 진로개발역량 강화를 위한 교과통합 진로교육 방안 연구 - 2015 개정 기술·가정교육과정을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Subjects-integrated Career Education to Improve Career Development Competency in a Career Education Intensive Semester & Grade System: Focusing on 2015 Revised Technology & Home Economics Curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 진로교육 집중학년 학기제에서 진로개발역량 강화를 위한 가정교과통합 진로교육을 활성화하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 진로교육 집중학년 학기제에서 교과통합 진로교육의 동향, 고등학교 가정과 성취기준과 진로개발역량과의 관계 분석 및 가정교과통합 진로교육 방안을 탐색하고, 수업 사례를 개발하였다. 이 연구의 주요한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로교육 집중학년 학기제에서 교과통합 진로교육의 중요성에도 불구하고 운영에 미흡한 점이 많다. 이에 2015 개정교육과정의 적용과 진로교육 집중학년 학기제의 확산을 앞두고 있는 시점에서 교과통합 진로교육을 위한 체계적인 준비가 요구된다. 둘째, 가정교과 3개 영역의 모든 성취기준은 진로개발역량과 관련성이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 가정교과는 학교 진로교육의 목표를 달성하고, 미래 인재로서 갖추어야 할 진로개발역량을 길러주는 핵심적인 교과임을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 진로개발역량 강화를 위해 교육과정-교수 학습-평가의 연계를 중심으로 가정교과통합 진로수업 사례를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 제한점은 개발된 수업 사례를 현장에 적용하지 못해 그 효과를 확인하지 못한 것이다. 하지만 본 연구는 가정교과와 진로교육의 통합을 위한 기초 자료로서, 진로교육 집중학년 학기제에서 가정교과의 진로교육 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 현황과 과제 (Current Status and Challenges of Career Education & Guidance Teacher System in Korea)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 현황을 살펴보고 향후 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 과제를 탐색하는 데 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 경우 ①진로 진학 상담 교사 자격요건은 법령에 따른 일정한 교육 및 연수를 통해서이다. ②진로 진학 상담 자격 취득 후 '진로 진학 상담' 교과교사로 전환 발령을 받는 것은 또 다른 선발 기준에 의한다. ③진로 진학 상담 교사는 학교당 1명 이상을 배치하여야 한다. ④서울시교육청에서 제시하는 중등 진로 진학 상담 교사 공통직무는 진로 진학상담부장 교사로서 학교의 진로 교육을 총괄하는 업무를 중심으로 15개 항목으로 제시하고 있다. ⑤교육부에서는 중등학교에서 진로지도를 할 때 참고할 진로지도 지침 진로지도 모형을 활용하고 있다. 둘째, 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 과제는 ①진로지도 지침에서 제시하고 있는 진로지도 모형의 이론적 근거에 대한 검토가 필요하다. ②전 교사의 진로 교사 화가 필요하다. ③중학교와 고등학교에 현재 1명으로 배치 되는 진로 진학 상담 교사의 수를 확대할 필요가 있다. ④교과 통합형 진로 교육을 확대할 필요가 있다.

진로탐색 프로그램이 마이스터고 학생의 진로성숙과정에 미치는 영향에 관한 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Impact of a Career Exploration Program on the Career Maturation Process of a Student at a Meister High School)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate a student's career maturity during a career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective and to propose directions for the career maturation process to help H. Meister High School students to get jobs. A single-case 12-session career exploration program was applied to a first-year student at H. Meister High School in U. City for 90 minutes per session twice a week. To verify the effects of the program, this study conducted a pre-test and post-test of career maturity to analyze changes. In addition, the study qualitatively analyzed changes in the program activity sheets and process evaluation sheets per session. The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, the career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective conducted with the student at H. Meister High School improved the student's career maturity. Secondly, changes were observed in the scores in the sub-factors of career maturity between the pre-test and the post-test. Significant differences in the results of the analysis of the sub-factors of career maturity indicate that the program had a statistically positive impact on the career maturation process of the participant. In conclusion, as a result of the in-depth implementation of the program for 12 sessions, the participant expressed his desires which were clarified. In addition, a positive career maturation process appears to have taken place, owing to the self-directed program that led the participant to initiate plans and explore his career by himself. This study was conducted as a single case based on the ecological system perspective concerning career exploration and the career maturation process, but it will be necessary to expand the study to investigate the effects of group counseling, information exchange considering peer influences, common discussions on goal-setting, and other methods on the career maturation process.

의과대학생을 위한 체제적 진로상담 모델과 전략 (A Systematic Career Advising Model and Strategies for Medical Students)

  • One of the important roles of medical schools is to support medical students in deciding upon their future career path or choosing their specialty. The purpose of this study is to suggest a career advising model and strategies for medical students through a systematic approach. This study consists of three parts. The first part introduces some main career theories: super's career development theory, career decision-making theory, social cognitive career theory, and ecosystem theory. The second part proposes a systematic career advising model using the results acquired from previous studies and theories. This model considers a medical school as a social system that consists of two domains (internal and external). This social system is considered as a complex where various factors interact with each other: students' individual characteristics, institutional policies and culture, curriculum and learning experience, students' perceived specialty characteristics, and aspects of the external environment such as healthcare systems. The third part suggests some career advising strategies based on a systematic approach that medical schools can apply. These research results can be used for designing career advising courses for medical students, integrating various career advising programs and resources of medical schools, and evaluating the outcomes of career advising programs at an institutional level.

의과대학생의 졸업 후 전공선택을 위한 진로지도 (Career Guidance to Help Medical School Students Choose a Specialty after Graduation)

  • The author recommends the creation of a nationwide career guidance program at the national level through the establishment of a long-term cohort, involving collaboration among medical schools nationwide. This cohort would be constructed for the purpose of analyzing correlations from admission to medical school to post-graduate education, facilitating the development of a career guidance program. This will aid in career development through students' self-analysis and competency building. Each medical school should operate a systematic career guidance program. Career guidance for post-graduate major selection should be included in the regular curriculum. Schools are advised to operate student counseling rooms for various career guidance services. For example, medical schools can operate 1:1 career counseling, academic counseling, career guidance surveys, psychological tests, and counseling. It is advisable to establish a mentor-professor system, connect mentor professors, and build a network of experts related to majors to provide immediate support according to students' needs. Professional mentor training should be provided to mentor professors. To provide opportunities for students to experience their career paths in advance, early clinical exposure, long-term integrated clinical practice, community-based clinical practice, participation in student research programs, career fairs, and student internship programs are recommended. In South Korea, it is necessary to systematically operate the internship system and make improvements to facilitate optical career choices. Additionally, considering the significant influence of social factors on students' career choices in South Korea, efforts should be made to identify and address the issues related to these social factors.

이공계 인력의 미래 유망직업 연구동향: 한국.미국.호주의 직업전망을 중심으로 (Trends for the Promising Career of Science and Engineering Workforce: Job Outlook of Korea.USA.Australia)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare and analysis researches related the promising career and job outlook and to provide the direction for job choice to engineering students. Literature review and expert council were used to achieve the objectives of study. The result of this study was analyzed that these jobs were promising, that is, environmental scientist and specialist, earth scientist and hydrologist(education and research related career), architecture and architectural engineer, civil engineer, landscape technician, land surveyor map production expert photo surveyor surveying technician(construction related career), material engineer (mechanics and material related career), mine and geology engineer(chemistry, fiber and environment related career), computer system design and analyst, system software engineer, application software engineer, web specialist, and computer support specialist (electrical and telecommunication related career) and food engineer(food related career). In addition, health silver specialist, bio biomedical engineer, renewable energy specialist etc. were promising by considering social and economic trend for demographic change like aging and green growth.

  • 진로 선택은 한 개인이 자아를 실현하고 행복한 삶을 살아가는데 있어 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 특히 초등학생은 진로에 대한 인식과 발달이 시작되는 시기이므로 주요한 의미를 갖는다. 하지만 현재의 진로지도는 주로 적성검사나 인쇄자료의 배포 등 단발성 작업에 집중되어 있다. 따라서 학생 입장에서 다양한 진로지도 활동 및 결과를 개인의 진로 관련 정보로써 축적할 수 있는 체계적이고 효율적인 시스템이 필요하다. 이에 e-포트폴리오를 기반으로 초등학생들의 진로의식을 성숙시킬 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발한 시스템에서는 학생들이 진로 검사 결과와 진로 활동 내용을 체계적으로 누적할 수 있고, 다중지능 이론에 근거하여 자신의 강점 지능과 약점 지능을 쉽게 파악할 수 있다. 교사 역시 사이트에서 제공하는 각종 그래프를 통해 학생들의 재능을 쉽게 파악하고 진로 지도를 할 수 있다.

  • The specialty of Construction Manager's work is largely depends on the project progress stage and the type of management work. However, at present, career management system manages only the type and duration of the construction project, disregarding specialty and competence. However, in order to select a right construction manager for the client's needs or project characteristics, career management should be subdivided and managed according to the project progress stages or the types of management. In addition, this career management plan is essential for construction managers to receive appropriate wages for their careers and competences. Therefore, this study proposes a classification system for the integration of career, work, and competency to promote effective career management.
