방사선사의 손 씻기 관리와 개인위생관리의 실태조사 (Actual Condition Investigation of Radiologist on the Hand Washing Management and Personal Hygiene Management)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 방사선사의 병원감염관리 중 손 씻기 관리와 개인위생관리에 관한 인식도와 실천도를 조사하여 병원감염예방에 대한 실태를 조사하기 위해 실시 되었다. 그 결과로는 방사선사의 손 씻기 관리의 인식도와 실천도는 5점 만점을 기준으로 4.378, 4.199 이었고, 개인위생관리의 인식도와 실천도는 5점 만점을 기준으로 4.284, 3.990 이었다. 또한 손 씻기 관리의 인식도에서 일반적 특성 중 성별, 연령, 학력, 근무경력이 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 실천도에서는 성별, 결혼여부가 유의한 차이가 있었다. 개인위생관리의 인식도에서 일반적 특성 중 연령, 학력, 근무경력이 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 실천도에서는 결혼여부, 근무경력이 유의한 차이가 있었다. 마지막으로, 손 씻기 관리와 개인위생관리의 인식도와 실천도의 상관관계는 손씻기 관리 r=0.453, 개인위생관리 r=0.415로 인식도가 높을수록 실천도가 높게 나타났다.

간호사 경력개발시스템에 대한 인식도 조사 (Career Ladder System Perceived by Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate how nurses perceive the Career Ladder System(CLS). Methods: This study was a descriptive survey using questionnaires. Questionnaires were developed by an expert group. Participants included 161 nurses working in the Children's Hospital. The data were analyzed using factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test and ANCOVA. Results: This study revealed that nurses who advanced in their career ladders have a significantly higher perception of participation in their professional activities and a general comprehension of the CLS more than the nurses who did not advance in their career ladders. However, nurses who advanced in their career ladders have a significantly lower perception of the expected outcome of the CLS more than nurses who did not. Conclusions: This result showed that nurses who had experienced in clinical advancement and recognition were highly motivated with their professional activities via the CLS as well as they considered it to allow professional growth.

방문건강관리사업 영양사의 나트륨 관련 인식도, 식태도, 저감화 교육 요구도 (Sodium Related Recognition, Dietary Attitude and Education Needs of Dietitians Working at Customized Home Visiting Health Service)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate recognition, dietary attitude and education needs for reducing sodium intakes of dietitian at customized home visiting health service (CHVHS). Methods: The subjects were 75 dietitian at CHVHS. We investigated several variables (recognition, dietary attitude, education needs for reducing sodium intakes) and determined sodium intakes level of subjects as 'low', 'middle' and 'high' by Dish Frequency Questionnaire 25 (DFQ 25). Also, we assessed the differences in recognition, dietary attitude, sodium intake level and education needs by dietitian career period (under 3 yrs vs. over 3 yrs) at CHVHS. Results: In recognition related reducing sodium intake, they showed 'checking a sodium content in nutrition labeling' score 2.5/4.0 and 'perception difference between sodium and salt' score 3.1/4.0. There was no difference in the recognition between under 3yrs' group and over 3yrs' group. In dietary attitude related reducing sodium intake, they showed 'palatability for salty taste' score 0.8/1.0, 'attitude in related soups' 0.7/1.0, 'attitude in related using natural spice' 0.6/1.0. There was a difference in 'attitude in related soups' between under 3yrs' group and over 3yrs' group (0.6 vs. 0.7). In sodium intake level by DFQ 25, they showed 'low group' 41.3%, 'middle group' 41.3% and 'high group' 17.3%. There was no difference in the distribution of sodium intake level by the career. In education needs related reducing sodium intakes, there were 'teaching experience' 93.3%, 'have a difficulty in teaching about reducing sodium intakes' 86.6%, and 'necessity of education for CHVHS dietitians' 100.0%. 'Needed education contents for CHVHS dietitians' were ranked as 'cooking way to reduce sodium intake' 58.7%, 'relation between hypertension and sodium' 17.3%, 'composing way to reduce sodium intake' 17.3%. There was a difference in needed education contents 'relationship between hypertension and sodium' (33.3% vs. 2.6%) and 'The cooking way to reduce sodium intake' (38.9% vs. 76.9%) by the career. Conclusions: The results suggested that a capacity training program for reducing sodium intake may be needed for dietitians at CHVHS to improve health of the community elderly. For effective training program related reducing sodium intake for dietitians at CHVHS, it may be necessary to consider the career period as dietitians at CHVHS.

간호사의 간호역량과 상사의 직무역량 인식정도가 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Nurse's Competency Empowerment and Boss' Job Competency Recognition Level on Work Performance)

  • Purpose: This study is to investigate the effect of nurse's competency empowerment and boss' job competency recognition on work performance. Methods: 216 nurses participated for data collection which was conducted from September 1, 2011 to September 10, 2011. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 16.0 and with frequency test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test and Multiple regression. Results: Firstly, the work performance in accordance with subject's general characteristics was found to be significant in the 50s, graduate school or higher education, Roman Catholic, charge nurse and 21-years or older. Secondly, the correlation among nurse's competency empowerment, boss' competency recognition and work performance was found to be positively related (r=.501~.639, p<.001). Thirdly, competency empowerment was found to be the most effective factor for work performance, followed by boss' competency recognition and career year, and these factors accounted for 63.5%. Conclusion: As the results show that the work performance is highly affected by the nurse's competency empowerment, boss' competency recognition level and career level in clinical environment, effective education programs are required to provide an appropriate experience to both entry-level and experienced nurses, as well as to enhance boss' competency empowerment at the same time.

R&D 인력의 사회적 네트워크와 자아존중감이 조직몰입과 경력지향성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of R&D Employees' Social Network and Self-Esteem on Organizational Commitment and Career Orientation)

  • The effective management of R&D employees is critical for a small or medium sized firm's sustainable growth. R&D employees have professional skills and choose expertise-oriented or management-oriented careers in the process of organizational socialization. This study synthetically verifies the direct and indirect effects of R&D employees' social network and self-esteem on their career orientation by organizational commitment based on social network theory and social recognition theory. The research model has been analyzed through structural equation modeling using survey responses from 220 R&D employees at small- and medium-sized firms in Korea. The analysis results show that internal network activities have direct and indirect impacts on organizational commitment and career orientation, but external network activities do not have significant effects on self-esteem, organizational commitment, or career orientation. There is no consensus in prior studies on whether expert orientation and management orientation are distinct concepts. In this study, these two types of orientation are verified as distinct concepts. It is also found that R&D employees' internal network activities are significant factors for a company's growth. A company should implement an educational system of roles and duties using which individuals can pursue career progression. In addition, it is necessary to provide career development programs such as job rotation, mentoring, and career counseling.

패션디자인분야 교육과정에 대한 인식도 연구 (A Study on the Recognition of Importance about the Curriculum of Fashion Design Field)

  • For the Korean fashion industry to become more competitive, not only does it need to develop a higher value-added fashion products, but also needs to raise creative and professional talented people. The purpose of this study is to propose ways to develop new curriculum for education in the fashion design field by analyzing the degree of recognition about the importance of curriculum in fashion design. Based on the curriculums of fashion design field of universities, a survey was conducted using a questionnaire to measure the degree of importance and the degree of application for the curriculum of fashion design field. The study gathered data from 235 students from 6 universities in Seoul. Major conclusions of the study are as follows: First, preferred career courses after graduation were fashion designer for woman's or menswear, patterner. Second, clothing construction field is considered to be the most important subject in the present, while material planning field is considered to become the most important in the future. The fashion design field was evaluated as an important field in the present and the future. Third, fashion design, accessory design, fashion design CAD, fashion illustration were evaluated as important subjects and highly available for career. Fourth, fashion design CAD, fashion illustration, and textile design were evaluated as the courses that needed more emphasis. Flat sketch, spec sheet, on-the-job training were needed to be included. Fashion designer, and patterner were preferred for career courses. Clothing construction, material planning, and fashion design were evaluated as important fields. Accessory design, fashion design CAD, and fashion illustration were evaluated as important and highly available subjects for career. For the new curriculum in the fashion design field, more courses on fashion design CAD, fashion illustration, textile design and on-the-job training are needed.

항공서비스전공 대학생의 항공안전 인식이 전공인식, 전공몰입, 취업효능감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Aviation Safety Perception among College Students Majoring in Aviation Service on Major Recognition, Major Commitment, and Employment Efficacy )

  • In recent years, the competition for employment among college students has become more intense. It is also the time when strong personal beliefs and will to develop careers are required for successful employment through stable major study. Therefore, in this study, we tried to find out the effect on major attitude and employment efficacy according to the level of aviation safety perception, which is an important issue in the aviation industry. For analysis, survey is conducted targeting college students majoring in aviation service who are enrolled in universities in the metropolitan area and Chungcheong area. To verify the hypotheses of the study, demographic characteristics are identified based on questionnaires, reliability and validity of measurement items are verified, and structural equation model analysis is performed to verify the hypotheses. The analysis results are as follows. First, it is found that safety knowledge and safety consciousness, which are sub-factors of aviation safety perception of college students majoring in aviation service, have a positive (+) effect on subject recognition, learning process recognition, and career recognition of major recognition. Second, subject recognition, learning process recognition, and career recognition, which are sub-factors of major recognition, are found to have a positive effect on major commitment. Third, it is found that major commitment have a positive (+) effect on employment efficacy. Based on the research results, practical support plans and strategies for effective major study and successful employment are presented.

중학교 과학영재 학생과 일반학생의 직업가치관과 과학 진로지향도 비교 (Comparison on the Vocational Values and the Science Career Orientation between Middle School Scientifically Gifted Students and Non-Gifted Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학교의 영재학급 과학영재 학생, 일반학급 학생의 직업가치관과 과학 진로지향도를 비교하고, 과학영재 학생과 일반학생의 성별에 따라서 어떤 차이가 있는지 비교하는 것이다. 연구대상은 중학교 영재학생 85명, 일반학생 139명이며, 이들을 대상으로 직업가치관과 과학 진로지향도를 측정하는 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학영재 학생과 일반학생의 직업가치관은 11개의 영역 중에서 다양성, 보수, 사회적 인정, 자율성에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 다양성과 자율성에서는 과학영재 학생이 유의미하게 높았고, 보수와 사회적 인정에서는 일반학생이 유의미하게 높았다. 둘째, 과학영재 학생과 일반학생의 과학 진로지향도의 전체 평균은 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 4개의 하위영역 모두에서도 유의미하게 과학영재 학생의 평균이 높았다. 셋째, 영재학생과 일반학생이 성별에 따른 직업가치관은 성별에 따른 주효과는 나타나지 않았고, 다양성, 보수, 안정성, 사회적 인정, 자율성 영역에서는 집단에 따른 주효과가 나타났다. 또한 집단과 성별의 차이 간 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 과학 진로지향도의 4개 하위영역에서 집단에 따른 주효과가 나타났고, 성별에 따라서는 '과학 진로 선호도' 영역에서만 주효과가 나타났다. 과학 진로지향도 전체 및 3개 하위영역에서 집단과 성별에 따른 상호작용 효과가 나타났다.

가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램이 초등학생의 진로인식에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of a Career Education Program with Families on the Career Awareness of Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 가정과 연계한 진로교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로인식 향상에 유의한 효과가 있는지 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 대전광역시 S초등학교 4학년 2개 반 60명(실험 30명, 통제 30명)을 대상으로 사전검사를 실시한 후 실험집단에 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램을 실시하였다. 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 학생이 통제집단 학생에 비해 진로인식이 향상되었는지를 살펴보기 위하여 진로인식의 사전 사후검사 점수를 공변인으로 하여 실험집단과 통제집단간 사후검사 점수를 비교하는 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램은 초등학생의 진로인식을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램은 초등학생의 진로인식의 하위요소인 자기이해, 직업세계 인식, 진로태도를 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.

간호대학생의 성격특성, 사회적지지, 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Personality Traits, Social Support, and Career Decision Self-efficacy on Career Preparation Behavior in Nursing College Students)

  • 본 연구는 사회인지진로자기관리모델을 토대로 간호대학생의 성격특성, 사회적지지, 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 광주와 전남 지역 2개의 간호대학에 재학 중인 3학년과 4학년 학생을 대상으로 하였으며 208명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술적 통계, Pearson 상관계수 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 성격특성, 사회적지지, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로준비행동과 정적상관을 나타냈다. 성격특성 중 성실성과 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 성격특성 중 외향성과 사회적지지는 진로준비행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 촉진하기 위해 성실성과 진로결정 자기효능감을 증진하기 위한 방안들이 간호교육현장에서 필요함을 시사한다.
