방사선(학)과 학생들의 전공만족도분석 (An Analysis on the Satisfaction of Radiology Students with their Major)

  • 방사선(학)과 학생들의 전공만족의 요인을 파악하고 효율적인 교육과 진로 교육 등의 기초자료를 제공하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 교수의 역할에 대한 만족도는 높았으나, 전반적으로 교과과정에 대한 수치는 낫게 나타났으며, 자기주도 학습의 인식도와 실천도의 사이의 차이가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 상관관계분석결과에서도 교수의 역할이 매우 중요한 요인으로 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구를 토대로 교수의 역할(수업 및 국시준비지도, 학생들의 질문 등)을 중심으로 방사선(학)과 학생들의 전공만족을 향상시킨다면, 학과 및 학교 적응에 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 향후 전문직업인으로서의 긍정적인 인성이 형성될 것으로 사료된다.

사설경호활동에 대한 대학생들의 인식조사 (University Students Recognitions of Private Security Guard's Activity)

  • 현재 대학생들의 사설경호활동에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 인천지역에 소재하고 있는 대학교 남-여 대학생들 504명을 대상으로 하였으며, 분석을 통하여 본 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남-여 대학생들의 현재 경호원의 필요성에 대해서는 남자의 경우 아니다가 64.2%, 여자의 경우에도 아니다가 73.8%로 남-여 대학생 모두 현재에는 경호원이 필요하지 않다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째. 남-여 대학생들의 현재 경호원의 자격에 대해서는 남자의 경우 아니다가 49.5%가 교양 및 매너, 42.7%가 경호학과 전공자였다. 여자의 경우에는 경호학과 전공자가 48.3%, 교양 및 매너가 44.8%로 남-여 대학생 모두 경호원의 자격이 경호학과 전공자와 교양 및 매너를 중요하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사설경호원을 고용하여 활용하는 경호대상자는 한정적이지만 안전을 중요시 할 수밖에 없는 지금과 앞으로의 현실을 미루어 짐작할 때 경호대상자는 증가할 것이다. 여기에 대비하기위해서는 사설경호원의 외형적인 모습은 고용인으로부터 불쾌감을 주지 않도록 스타일을 만들어야 하고 이를 형성하는 것에 가장기본이 되는 내적 순화 교육과 양성교육이 이루어져야 한다.

간호관리자 역할의 성공적 수행을 위한 연구 (Nursing Managemant, Strategies for its success)

  • In the past, management had been done over nurses rather than nursing and this brought the existence of general manager and as a result, nurse-manager's position and role are being threatend. For the up-bringing of nursing to firm professional recognition in the 21st century, it is firmly believed that nursing managers are to be in the position to play the role of general manager with professional qualifications; personal qualities and exact understandings on the role and function of each tier group under her/his management. 124 top(3 nursing superintendents), middle-range(23 supervisors) and unit managers(98 head-nurses) from 3 university hospitals in Seoul were interviewed in order to investigate their belief in the role, professional qualifications, personal qualities as well as the strategy for the development of their leadership qualities. The frame of reference for the interview were developed by the researcher in reference to relevant literatures. It was the common belief that qualifications o[ top-managers and mid-managers require an educational background of master's preparation or higher and clinical career for at least 15 years for top-managers and 5 -10 years for mid-managers. The personal qualities required by nurse managers include; leadership, initiative, judgement, self-confidence, flexibility, open-mindedness and strong motivation. Achievment-orientedness would greatly help them become excellent managers. On the other hand, [or more effective management, managers of each teir group are to fully understand their role and perform "their job responsibilities ie. Top managers are supposed to study with emphasis on organization, function and conceptual s~ill while mid-managers concentrate their effort on the development of skills for direction, guidance and human relationship. Unit managers also supposed to have abilities to manage their function with emphasis on development of clinical performance skill, for direction on operative aspects. The strategies for the development of leadership qualities include program-planning at individual instutional level as well as local, national and international level. Nurse-managers are to be motivated and encouraged to participate in the programs in order to effectively communicate within tier groups.oups.

상위권 대학 이공계열 학생들의 학업부진 원인과 대처 방안 탐색: A대학 사례를 중심으로 (Exploring the Causes of and Potential Solutions for Low Academic Achievement of Students Majoring in Sciences and Engineering at Prestigious Korean Universities: Case Study of A University)

  • This study was conducted to identify the causes of academic weakness and to find the ways to cope with it for the students majoring in science and engineering at the top university in Korea. For this purpose, a questionnaire was conducted for students who experienced academic warning and poor academic performance at A university, and a total of 207 students responded. The results were divided into two groups majoring in science and engineering or not and the characteristics and differences of each group were analyzed. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with five students who had experienced academic warning and poor academic performance. As a result, the group majoring in science and engineering had a relatively low level of difficulty in forming interpersonal relationships and relatively high degree of participation of activities in their departments. The group majoring in science and engineering have a tendency to choose careers that are connected with their majors, and therefore, their response was relatively low due to lack of career goals. However, the group majoring in science and engineering had difficulty in academic performance due to the difference in basic courses and the level of recognition about self-learning strategy needed for university study was relatively low compared with the group majoring in non-science and engineering. When they experienced academic problems, they said that their interest, support, and positive feedback from professors helped them recover their motivation and continue their studies. Through these results, it was confirmed that intervention and support are needed considering the academic situation and characteristics of the students majoring in science and engineering.

치위생과 재학생들의 학년별 직업의식 및 진로인식에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Sense of Professionalism and Career for Students of Department of Dental Hygiene by Grade)

  • As the level of the national income has been improved and the whole nation health insurance project has been spread, medical demand for dental health is also increasing. To cope with the increased medical demand, the need of dental health education and preventive dental care is recognized, and the number of dental hygienists is being increased with increase in dental clinics and hospitals. While more weight is actually given to treatment than prevention in hospitals, emphasis is placed on prevention in public health centers of state-run organizations and dental hygienists are performing the duty. According to this, dental hygienists shall be treated and recognized as professionals, who instruct people in dental health and assist the dentists in hospitals. Therefore to suggest vision to the students of department of dental hygiene, give them a solid motive, and inspire them with professional sense so that they can devote themselves to their duty with pride and self-confidence in the field can lead to contribution to dental health of each individual and the whole nation, in order to train them to be dental hygienists who are active and strive for change and development as professionals and capable of adapting themselves to the field of dental medicine. In this study, the professional sense and the recognition of the way of students belonging to department of dental hygiene were examined and based on this, a new direction for department of dental hygiene of three-year college was suggested.

일부지역 사업장 근로자의 구강건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Impact of the oral health-related quality of life(OHIP-14) of industrial workers in some area)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the subjective oral health awareness, oral health knowledge, oral health behavior and OHIP-14 in industrial workers. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 243 workers in Jeonbuk May 7 to June 10, 2014. Except incomplete answers, 230 data were analyzed. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects(sex, age, career, marital status, abd family), oral health recognition characteristics(oral health attention, subjective oral health status, and oral health concern), oral health knowledge, oral health behavior, and oral health related quality of life. The instrument was 14 questions od OHIP-14 including functional restriction(2 questions), physical pain(2 questions), psychological discomfort(2 questions), physical ability decease(2 questions), psychological function decease(2 questions), social activity decrease (2 questions), and social discomfort(2 questions). Cronbach's alpha was 0.949 in this study and it was reliable. Results: Oral health interests showed that 57.8% of the workers had concern for oral health interests and 50.4% perceived that their subjective oral health was moderate status. 55.6% of the workers answered that their oral health status was very worried. Women had more knowledge about the oral health. Those who were in fifties tended to have more knowledge of oral health than the other age groups. Those who had more concern for oral health included female workers, married workers, and workers above 21 years. The concern for oral health made the workers keep good oral health. Higher score of OHIP-14 means good oral health. Conclusions: Good oral health-related quality of life is proportional to continuous management of oral health and subjective oral health status. It is necessary to develop the tailored oral health education program for the workers.

건강가정사의 업무몰입과 직무만족을 통해 파악한 조직생활경험 및 역량강화 방안 (The Empowerment Plan and Organizational Experience of Healthy Family Specialists through Job Commitment and Job Satisfaction)

  • The number of Healthy Family Support Centers has increased and the services for enhancement of family strength have extended during the past ten years since the Framework Act on Healthy Families was enacted. It is time to pay attention to the empowerment for Healthy Family Specialist because their capability is directly linked to improve the quality of services, which means the satisfaction of family services and the quality of family policy. In this context, this study investigate organizational experience of Healthy Family Specialists and suggest the empowerment plan to enhance their capability. We conducted in-depth interviews for 9 Healthy Family Specialists who is currently working at Healthy Family Support Centers as a manager status during June 2014. We analyzed organizational experiences through job commitment and job satisfaction and empowerment plans through their strength and weakness. Our findings revealed that job commitment and job satisfaction of Healthy Family Specialist are relatively low due to a poor working condition and a low brand awareness. Also, the capability of Healthy Family Specialists is an important factor to determine their job commitment and job satisfaction, and it can impact on the long service. These results suggest that the payroll system, increment of salary, career recognition, employee benefit, systematic operation, and motivation are needed to improve their job satisfaction. There are various ways to improve professional capability of Healthy Family Specialists besides education program. This study contributes to make the plan of empowerment for Healthy Family Specialists and it also contributes to improve the service quality of family policy.

방사선취급감독자면허 경력인정과정에 대한 교육만족도 분석 (Analysis of Educational Satisfaction on the Course for Recognition of Practical Experience with a License for the Supervisor of Radiation Handling)

  • 원자력안전법에는 방사성동위원소 등의 취급에 관하여 방사성동위원소취급자일반면허, 특수면허 및 감독자면허 등 3종의 면허가 있다. 이들 면허시험 응시자격은 학력과 교육훈련을 포함한 경력으로 구분된다. 원자력안전위원회는 경력의 내용 및 산출방법을 정하여 고시한다. 본 논문에서는 과거에 운영된 방사선취급감독자면허 교육과정 종료 후 시행된 교육만족도 및 운영에 관한 설문조사 자료를 분석하여 개선점을 도출하였다. 교육과정을 개선하기 위하여 학습평가를 도입하여 운영하였으며, 개선된 교육과정과 기존 교육과정을 만족도 측면에서 비교하여 기술하였다. 학습평가를 도입한 교육과정은 기존 교육과정에 비해 만족도, 현업적용도 등에서 4.0점(5.0 만점 기준) 이상의 평가 결과를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 방사선취급감독자면허 교육과정뿐만 아니라 방사성동위원소취급자일반면허 교육과정에도 학습평가를 적용하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다.

치위생과 학생들의 생활스트레스 요인과 식행동에 관한 연구 (Study on Life Stress Factors and Eating Behavior of Dental Hygiene Students)

  • 본 연구는 치위생과 학생들의 생활스트레스 수준과 생활스트레스 정도에 따라 식행동 변화에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 서울과 대전지역 치위생과 각 1개교를 선정하여 재학 중인 387명의 학생들을 대상으로 이메일과 자기기입식 방법으로 설문조사 하였다. 생활스트레스 중 학업요인이 3.16점으로 가장 높았고, 진로요인 3.04점, 경제요인 2.97점 등이 뒤를 이었으며, 일반적 특성에 따라 체질량지수, 경제수준, 가족과의 대화시간 그리고 본인의 건강정도에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 나타났다. 본인 스트레스 자각 정도가 높은 군에서 올바르지 못한 식행동 결과를 보였으며, 스트레스 후 식행동의 변화에서는 매운맛 선호가 44.0% 가장 많았고, 평소보다 식사량 증가 47.7%,를 보였으며, 선호하는 음식은 매운 음식 42.5% 가장 많았다. 본 연구를 통해 치위생과 학생들의 생활스트레스 수준과 그에 따른 식행동 변화를 확인하였고, 연구 결과는 대학 생활 적응을 위한 교육과 상담에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

기록관리 전문 인력의 전문성 증진 요건에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Professional Qualification Factors of Archivists and Records Managers)

  • 2011년도에 개정된 기록물관리 전문요원의 자격은 기록관리학 석사학위 이상을 취득한 자와 기록관리학 학사학위 취득자 및 역사학, 문헌정보학 학사학위 이상을 취득한 자 중 기록관리학 교육과정을 이수하고 기록물관리 전문요원시험에 합격한 자로 전문요원의 학력범위가 확대되었다. 그러나 기록관리 전문 인력에 대한 상세한 자격이나 전문성에 대한 내용이 규정되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기록관리 선진국들의 사례를 바탕으로 기록관리 전문 인력이 전문성을 인정받을 수 있는 제도를 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 우리나라의 기록물관리 전문 인력 전문성을 확보할 수 있는 핵심 요소로 표준교육과정 개발 및 인증, 자격 인증 시험 및 등록 제도의 도입과 실무 경력 및 업무 수준에 따른 인정 기준을 제안하였다.
