간호·간병통합서비스 병동 환자의 간호필요도 수준과 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Nursing Care Needs of Patients in Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Wards)

  • Purpose: This is a retrospective secondary data analysis study based on real-world data to analyze the level of nursing care needs of patients in a comprehensive nursing care service ward, and identify factors influencing nursing needs. Methods: Study participants included patients admitted to two comprehensive nursing care service wards at a tertiary general hospital located in Gyeonggi-do, Korea. After obtaining permission from the health and medical information team of the target hospital, data were collected from their electronic medical records. Nursing care needs were measured using seven items on nursing activity and four items on daily living activities developed by the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS). The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS version 29.0 with frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, minimum and maximum values, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression. Results: The level of nursing care needs of patients in comprehensive nursing care service wards was found to be higher for patients with pressure sores (β=.33), older patients (β=.26), patients who underwent procedures (β=.15), patients with present guardians (β=.15), and patients with more comorbidities (β=.10). The total explanatory power was 51.0%. Conclusion: It is necessary to accurately identify patients' nursing care needs and provide nursing care according to priority by considering the characteristics of patients in comprehensive nursing care service wards.

요양병원 노인환자의 구강건강상태와 구강건강관리 요구도 (Oral health status and care needs of elderly patients in long-term care hospital)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify oral health status and oral health care needs of elderly patients in long-term care hospital. Methods: Oral health examination was carried out by a dentist and questionnaire was completed by direct individual interview by a dental hygienist for 245 elderly patients in seven long-term care hospitals in Daegu from March 12 to April 16, 2011. Results: Those who need dental care were 188(76.7%) and was done by oral health examination by a dentist. 93 patients(38.0%) wanted dental care and 63 patients(25.3%) need dental care. The most important dental service in the elderly patients was denture and prosthetic service. As demand for denture and prosthetic service exceeds the supply, but only 35.9 percent of the elderly received the dental care service by the estimation of the caregivers. Conclusions: It will be necessary to establish the customized dental care service for the elderly patients in long term care hospitals. The oral health education for the caregivers is very important and the continuing education program must be implemented in the future.

요양병원의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Medical Service Quality on the Customer Satisfaction and Intention of Revisit in Long-Term Care Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze effects of medical service quality on the customer satisfaction and intention of revisit in long-term care hospitals. To achieve purpose of the research, the data was collected from 321 patients in 8 long-term care hospitals using a standardized questionnaires. Using the structural equation modeling(SEM), this study examines the relationship among medical service quality, customer satisfaction and intention of revisit. The results show that the medical service quality factors such as convenience and accessibility have positive effects on the customer satisfaction which positively relates to intention of revisit. Medical expertise of the service quality factors has positive influence upon intention of revisit in long-term care hospitals. Therefore, the results of this study show that the medical service quality factors which are convenience and accessibility leading to customer satisfaction are important factors to select long-term care hospitals.

일본의 가정방문사업에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Japanese Home Care Service)

  • The purpose of this study was to review the Japanese home care service and analyse the necessity for the home care service and the team approaching. The subjects of this study were 23 Korean students who visited on the Japanese home n due to the curriculum of university. The data were collected from sep. 1 to nov. 30, 1999. The main results of this study were as follows : 1. There was consisted of some nurses, physical therapists, medical doctors, occupational therapists as a team of home care service. They visited patients as multidisciplinary team. 2. The qualities of service was good, and the attitude of patient was positive. 3. There was necessity for rehabilitation home care service in Korea. 4. There was necessity for team work through the rehabilitation home care service in Korea.

아이돌보미 서비스 이용유무에 따른 사회적 지지와 양육스트레스의 차이 (The Difference of Child Care Support and Parenting Stress Depending on Using In-Home Care Service)

  • 본 연구에서는 아이돌보미 서비스의 이용유무에 따른 사회적 지지와 양육스트레스의 차이를 분석하여, 아이돌보미 지원사업의 발전방향을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구대상은 K구 아이돌보미 서비스 등록 가정(293가정)의 어머니이다. 2009년 9월 1일부터 10월 25일까지 총 193명의 어머니에게 전자우편을 송신하여 총 69명의 응답을 최종적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아이돌보미 서비스 이용 유무와 관계없이 수단적 원조는 남편과 친족의 지원을 이용하였으며, 정보적 원조와 정서적 원조는 남편과 친구/이웃/직장동료, 인터넷 카페를 이용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아이돌보미 서비스 이용희망자가 이용자보다 남편, 친정부모, 시댁부모의 육아지원이 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아이돌보미 서비스 이용 유무에 따른 양육스트레스는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다.

A User-centered Classification Framework for Digital Service Innovation : Case for Elderly Care Service

  • Digital technology has been changing everyday life of ordinary people let alone the structure of world industry. The elderly care service is also going through changes influenced by the unavoidable impact from torrents of digital technologies. There are numerous reports and news about the digital technologies increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of care service yet lacking systematic understanding of the sources of such improvement. This study aims to present a new classification framework for digital elderly care service innovation to fully utilize the power of digital technologies drawing on insights from innovation studies and service studies. First, 4 features of digital technologies are identified as sources of new value in service innovation. The co-creation of value by users and producers in service and technology development is discussed to illuminate users' contributions to service innovation. Communication of needs and ideas with producers and application of new technologies into everyday practice of life are identified as the source of new value which can be attributed to the elderly. Customization along with efficiency gains is the key to digital elderly care service innovation. The classification framework, thus, incorporates the needs of the elderly as one axis of criteria in the conventional technology-centered framework. The new classification framework would help give due weight to user-driven or demand-driven innovation in the elderly care service R&D activities.

도시 저소득층 취업모의 자녀위탁실태 및 탁아서비스에 관한 요구 조사 (Child Care Arrangement and the Needs of Day Care Service Program among the Employed Mothers of the Urban Low Income Class)

  • The purpose of this study were to collect the data for searching the better day care service programs among the employed mothers of the urban low income class. The Subject were 280 low income class employed mothers with the child under age of six, who lived at the Gwang-ju City. The frequency, percentage, and χ2test were calculated for the analysis of the collected data. The Results were as follows ; 1) Most of the urban low income class employed mothers needed day care facilities. 2) Urban low income class employed mothers preferred a center-based day care program to any other type of day care program. They also preferred the whole-day day care service 8 A.M. to 6 pp.M. rather than the half-day care service. Mothers with the child at the age of 3 to 6 years mostly wanted day care program service. 3) They expected the government or their companies to support considerable amount of day care service fee. Most of mothers emphasized the child's every day life's and love for the children was most preferred. Mothers also wanted 14-16 years for teacher's education career.

일부 노인 장기요양보호기관 종사자간의 서비스연계 조사 (The Analysis of Factors on the Service-Linkage of Long-term Care Workers for the Elderly)

  • Purpose: This study was to analyze the factors that affect the service relationship of long term care workers for the elderly and to provide basic resource for the successful connection of long term care services. Methods: 259 subjects who were engaged in long term care units completed a self-administered questionnaire that measured the extent of service linkage among one another. The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ score determined the internal consistency of the acquired data and the discriminated validity was estimated by Pearson's correlation coefficient. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to investigate the influence of the known factors on the service linkage. Results: Acceptance and participation negatively influenced on the service linkage. Reliance, comprehension, recognition on service, and frequent contact with others positively activated the service linkage of long term care workers. Conclusion: The establishments of systemic training courses providing education that emphasizes reliability and recognizes other services, including work environment to contact easily are needed to improve the service-linkage of long-term care workers for the elderly.

노인장기요양보험제도에 관한 치과종사자의 인식도 연구 (A study on dental professionals' recognition on a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly)

  • This study grasped recognition on a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly targeting dental professionals who are working at dental hospitals and clinics where are located in Daejeon Metropolitan City. It developed and utilized materials available for educating the care staff in a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly and the dental professionals who participate in the oral hygiene service. It carried out the effective duty performance for the elderly in a situation of long-term care protection. Thus, the purpose of this study was to contribute to the early settlement in a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly. The following conclusions were obtained as a result of having carried out self-administered questionnaire research targeting 238 people from August 1 to August 30 in 2008. 1. In the general characteristics of the research subject, the present working place was indicated to be 22.7% for dental hospital, 71.8% for dental clinic, and 5.5% for others. As for the main duty field, the medical treatment & cooperative duty was indicated to be the highest with 61.8%, and was statistically significant(p=0.000). 2. The necessity for a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly was indicated to be 77.7% for 'necessary' and 1.7% for 'unnecessary,' and was statistically significant(p=0.016). 3. In the item of dividing the service of long-term care insurance for the elderly, the dental hygienists showed higher recognition than non-dental hygienists, and indicated significant difference(p=0.010). 4. As for recognition on a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly in dental professionals who responded as saying of 'knowing name and contents' about a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly, the recognition level was high in recognition of subjects' age(p=0.000), division in services(p=0.012), contents in at-home care service(p=0.000), execution in oral-hygiene service(p=0.004), procedure of using the long-term care insurance for the elderly(p=0.016), item of judging grade of long-term care insurance for the elderly(p=0.013), medical charge by service according to judging grade of long-term care insurance for the elderly(p=0.015), burden of cost for a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly(p=0.011), qualification of care staff(p=0.002), and contents of oral-hygiene service(p=0.027), and showed significant difference. 5. The service of long-term care insurance for the elderly and the oral-hygiene service indicated the statistically significant correlation. Accordingly, all of dental professionals need to make a desperate effort to improve dental professionals' knowledge on a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly enough to be required a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly. The more systematic and standardized professional education and materials are thought to be needed to be developed aiming at the success in oral-hygiene service within a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly, by strengthening professionalism in dentists and dental hygienists.

SNS 정보와 네일서비스 품질 및 만족도 관련 연구 (Study on SNS Information and Quality of Service)

  • 본 연구는 20대-50대의 네일샵 이용 여성고객 257명을 대상으로 네일샵 SNS 정보인식과 네일서비스 품질인식이 네일서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 설문을 시행하였다. 네일샵 SNS 정보인식을 이해도, 활용도, 충성도로 구성하였고 네일서비스 품질인식을 외적서비스, 내적서비스, 직원서비스로 구성하여 요인들의 타당성 및 신뢰도 검정을 진행하였다. 네일 관련 정보는 인터넷 또는 SNS가 가장 높은 것을 확인하였다. 네일샵 SNS 정보인식은 SNS 이용 만족도에 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤고 네일서비스 품질인식은 네일서비스 만족도에 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 결론적으로 SNS 이용 만족도가 네일서비스 만족도에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였고 체계적인 고객서비스 제공을 통한 다양한 SNS 활용은 네일샵 홍보마케팅에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
