  • We extract the symptom of panic disorder from the context awareness environment. It extracts body context information through natural movement that exists in everyday life and uses a component of panic disorder. The ontology theory can be used to provide information on the degree of symptoms of panic disorder through inference process. For the components of panic disorder to the information processing based on ontology are defined as Classes. Panic disorder index is expressed through ontology modeling so that the condition of panic disorder can be known. The derivation of panic disorder component and panic disorder index will enable context awareness based information service for panic disorder. The context information is periodically synchronized with the context awareness on based device. Panic disorder can be used to improve the lifestyle of panic disorder.

  • One of the most important things for hospital managements is understanding the patients' needs. The aim of this study is to analyse the priorities of the factors influencing patients' choice for hospital with analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which can derive the relative importances of factors. With understanding the factors that influencing patients' choice for hospital, the proper methods to improve hospital reputation and health care quality could be determined. Among 12 factors, speciality of hospital, number of departments, staff kindness, doctor-patient communication, and patients' visit time were relatively more important and higher priority. Whereas, public transport accessibilities, hospital equipments, and parking lots were relatively less important and lower priority. These results could be used to improve hospital reputation and health care quality effectively. • Clinical nomogram is a graphical representation of numeric formula, constructed from clinical cases database of followed patients' treatment, which is used for medical predication. For a clinical nomogram to contribute patient care, it is required to accumulate as many as clinical cases and to extract medical prediction knowledge. It needs to be equipped with an effective method to build medical nomogram with high predication accuracy. It is desirable for medical nomogram to be accessible at patient care point. This paper proposes a medical nomogram service system architecture which takes into account the above-mentioned issues. The proposed system architecture includes a web-based database subsystem to maintain and keep track of clinical cases. On the periodic basis, a new clinical nomogram is reconstructed for the updated clinical database. For the convenient use of patient care practice environment, an app-based program is provided which makes prediction based on the most recent clinical nomogram constructed in the service system. The proposed method has been applied to a clinical nomogram service system development for recurrence and survival prediction in bladder cancer patients.

  • Many SMEs are interested in entering the dementia industry as the national dementia responsibility system begins in earnest. However, it is ambiguous about which technology and field to enter, and accordingly, it is impossible to make a quick judgment and misses the time to enter the market. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a simple but clear information to many SMEs in this situation, which products and related technologies will be able to help product development and market entry in the dementia prevention and diagnosis technology market more easily. In this regard, I would like to suggest the direction through hierarchical analysis (AHP) through conducting with a group of experts who can make professional judgments about the development of dementia medical technology, including the four-year university senior welfare department, nurses, directors and directors of long-term care institutions, medical device workers and experts' opinions on what sectors SMEs can most effectively apply to product development to enter the dementia market.

Of the 137 samples collected with mail survey, the utilization rate of B2C e-commerce is 31.4% and B2B is 13.1%. And 74.5% of respondents remains the first development stage which represents the simple advertisement such as the one-way information offering. The key obstacle of expansion of health care e-commerce turns out to be the illogical and outdated medical-related law and institution. Finally, policy recommendations are proposed based on the evaluation of the current policy implemented by government.

  • Because of its large contribution to the environmental instability of the planet, the building industry will soon be subjected to a worldwide scrutiny. As a consequence, all professionals involved in the building industry will need to create a professional media in which their daily work adequately solves the technical issues involved in the conception, design and construction of concrete and steel buildings, and simultaneously convey care for the environment. This paper discusses, from the point of view of a structural engineer involved in earthquake-resistant design, some of the measures that can be taken to promote the consolidation of a building industry that is capable of actively contributing to the sustainable development of the world.
