This study examines Queen Marie Antoinette's costumes in her portraits according to symbolic meanings and analyzes the expressive effects of Queen Marie Antoinette's costumes in the movies. The symbolic meanings through the costumes of Marie Antoinette expressed in the portraits shows the strong historical power of France in Europe along with the majestic appearance of the queen. A new perception of Marie Antoinette's taste can be found as she wore simple robe $\`{a}$ la l$\'{e}$vite in addition to extravagant costumes that demonstrated convention and position. The benevolent, extravagant, and splendid side of Marie Antoinette in history was emphasized; however, it also emphasized that she was a fashion leader with adventurous thinking and a liberal mind who accepted new things that transcend the era through this costume. The results of studying the expressive effects of Marie Antoinette's costumes as presented in the movies through the formative analysis of DeLong are as follows. The costumes expressed like this were observed through definer and the priority of observation, and it could be classified and analyzed in 4 expressive effects of excitement, calmness, strength, and delicacy; in addition, it induced the visual maximization according to the flow of the movie. After the study analyzed movies about the queen through four expressive effects, the costumes were shown as excitement, calmness, strength, and delicacy according to the flow of play.

Objectives : Deciding whether a year will be a Normal Qi Year is an important task within the study of Five Periods. Normal Qi Year, a period of peace and calmness, comes when a given year's elements are neither excessive nor deficient. There is, however, no unified definition for Normal Qi Year. This paper is written to propose a definition that could serve as such. Methods : Somunyukgihyunjumileo, various masters' opinions, and conventional Chinese scholars' claims were studied based on Hwnagjenaegyeong to produce this paper. Results : Within The Year of Sehoi(歲會年), only four years are Normal Qi Years and the other four years are not Normal Qi Years. The six years of Jehwa(齊化) are all Normal Qi Years because excessive elements are suppressed. The six years of Donghwa are all Normal Qi Years because deficient elements are bolstered. The years of Dongsehoi (同歲會) are all Normal Qi Years. All of the six elemental deficient years of the Year of Sunhwa(順化年), when the energy of Heaven emanates elements, are all Normal Qi Years. Conclusions : Not counting the overlapping Normal Qi Years during a periodical circle of 60 years, there is a total of 23 Normal Qi Years: the years of Eulchuk(乙丑), Jeongmyo(丁卯), Mujin(戊辰), Gyeongo(庚午), Shinmi(辛未), Gyeyu(癸酉), Eulyu(乙酉), Jeonghe(丁亥), Gichuk(己丑), Gyeongin(庚寅), Shimnyo(辛卯), Gyesa(癸巳), Eulmi(乙未), Musul(戊戌), Gyeongja(庚子), Shinchuk(辛丑), Gyemyo(癸卯), Eulmyo(乙卯), Jeongsa(丁巳), Gimi(己未), Gyeongshin(庚申), Shinyu(辛酉), and Gyehye(癸亥).

Redevelopment of the domestic small fishing ports is being started in earnest by applying the environmentally friendly technology in order to attract tourists. For the purpose of improving water quality in the harbor, selection of breakwater type might have the priority to secure calmness and stability. Therefore, this study is to determine the hydraulic characteristics of reflective ratio, installation efficiency and stability of the special type of blocks through the hydraulic model experiment. The results were introduced to analyze for the effect of infield construction work through numerical analysis. Gujora, a small fishing port in southern Korea, is affected by the waves of SSE, S, SSW direction and strong tidal currents. The results of applying cylindrical slit block show that stability of the blocks and harbor calmness were secured. Considering that the pass rate of a long period wave is still excellent, the primary objective of wave control and the secondary objective of improving water exchange are satisfied simultaneously.

Due to the increased demand for safety and security requirements on the port infrastructure, the harbor tranquility is one of the important parameter in the mooring basin of harbor. It relates keenly to berthing/unberthing and cargo handling works but also it is an important indicator to get the minimum water area as the safe refuge. Hupo harbor is a national coastal harbor located in east coast of Korea and a development plan for a new marina near the entrance is being carried out including berth layouts, breakwater extensions, 300m marina berths, dredging and land reclamation works. The new plan will impact on calmness of the existing port. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze in complex the variation of wave height and direction caused by wave refraction, diffraction, shoaling and reflection from the incident waves from outside the harbor. In order to check the calmness inside a harbor, the numerical models are being used currently need fundamental reviews according to the difference of results which depend on their respective features. In this study, hence, it was introduced the validity of numerical models by comparing the computational results with the hydraulic model experiment. The current investigations contribute to the existing development recommendations and provide further solutions for port planning.

본 연구는 한라산과 더불어 제주 고유의 자연경관이자 원경관(原景觀)이며 제주 이미지 정체성 요소의 본질이라고도 할 수 있는 '오름'경관의 보존과 제주 브랜드로의 활용을 목표로 내국인과 외국인이 느끼는 제주 '오름'에 대한 이미지 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 항공에서 촬영한 총 18개 '오름'의 부감사진을 대상으로 준예비조사와 예비조사를 거쳐 최종 선정된 4장의 사진슬라이드를 평가매체로 연구를 진행하였다. 평가집단은 내국인과 외국인으로 나누어 구성하고, 총 26개 형용사 어휘상에 대한 7단계 형용사 어의구별척도로 이미지 및 선호도를 측정하고 인자분석을 실시하였다. 인자분석을 통해 파악된 인자군은 내국인과 외국인 집단 구분 없이 전체적으로 평온성의 이미지 변인이 제주 '오름'의 경관 이미지를 대표하는 공통적인 이미지 정체성 변인으로 파악되었다. 그러나 이밖에 이미지 주요 변인으로 외국인은 "역동성", "특이성" 그리고 "웅혼성" 순으로 설명력이 높았으나, 내국인의 경우는 "매력성", "웅혼성", "특이성"으로 유형화된 것으로 보아 상대적으로 국내인은 '오름'의 '절대가치로서의 아름다움'을 매력으로 파악한 반면 외국인은 '오름'의 역동적 이미지와 상대적 특이성을 보다 주요한 이미지 변인으로 인식한 것으로 보인다. 요인점수와 선호도와의 다중회귀분석 결과, 국내인은 "평온성", "매력성" 그리고 "역동성"이 선호도를 설명하는 중요 변수로 나타난 반면, 외국인의 경우는 "역동성", "평온성" 이외에 "균일성", "특이성" 그리고 "단순성" 등으로 차이를 나타내, 이는 상대적으로 외국인에게는 '오름'의 형태적 특이함과 단순미 등이 선호도에 크게 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다.

해상에서 제한속력은 항만 정온도(Calmness) 유지와 원활한 교통흐름 유도, 해양사고 방지에 목적이 있다. 우리나라는 현재 19개 항만에서 제한속력을 지정하여 사용 중에 있으나, 제한속력 적절성과 설정 기준에 대하여 문제가 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 시행중인 제한속력에 대한 검토와 제한속력 설정 기준과 표준 모델 개발의 필요성을 확인하기 위한 기초 연구로서, 우리나라 항만과 접근수로에 대한 제한속력과 선박 통항 실태를 조사 분석하였다. 조사 분석 결과 전체 평균 48 %의 위반율을 보이고 있었으며 여객선과 5.000톤 이상의 중 대형 선박에서 위반율이 높았다. 또한 평균속력이 제한속력 보다 높은 지역이 있었으며 선박간의 속력 편차도 4.2-5.2노트로 조사되었다. 평균속력과 속력 편차가 높은 항만일수록 해양사고율도 높았다. 따라서 선박 통항속력 관리에 대한 제도적 검토와 개선이 필요한 실정이다.

It is needed that the small, cheap and low power dissipated image stabilizing system is used in a small camcorder. It is essential to detect the hand shake of human exactly for the good design of image stabilizing system. In this study, the hand shake is measured by the experiment on 17 peoples in peak-to- peak voltage and frequency. The shake of image by hand by hand is independent of human age or weight, and dependent of calmness of character or concentration of mind.

This study analyzed expressive effects of King Henry VIII's costumes in films based on DeLong's (1988) theory. Theoretical analysis was done through a literature research of previous studies from both domestic and international. Empirical research was used as a research tool for visual media such as , , and . An analysis on movie costumes indicated that King Henry VIII's costume almost matched DeLong's (1998) expressive effect on excitement, calmness, strength, and delicacy. King Henry VIII's costumes in films based on DeLong's (1988) theory expressed significant of strength and excitement in terms of expressive effects with some elegance. King Henry VIII's costumes had their expressive effects different according to the intentions of film productions, even for the identical event scenes with the same purpose. The findings of this study can be used as basic data for the research of design and costumes as well as the production of drama stages for historical dramas during King Henry VIII's reign.

Recently, housing consumers are demanding new types of residential housing and environmentally friendly housing. I think that the related issues and problems can be solved by introducing various types of independent housing. Garden is an important space for single family housing, providing calmness and restfulness etc. Furthermore, it provides a green space for our city. According to the result of this paper, I would like to suggest some important conclusions. 1) Residents in single family housing want sufficiently large garden space and they need good design of planting. 2) They are interested in gardening. They also want to have various ideas and information for gardening and need useful skills to prevent their garden from insects and diseases from the garden maintenance companies. 3) Generally, they want to design their garden for the usage of their relaxation and ornamental enjoyment.

In this study, the characteristics of long period waves are analyzed by field observation at Sokcho harbor on the eastern coast of Korea. firstly. the pressure data obtained from field observation are transformed into water surface elevations and the wave by wave analysis is applied to the observed wave data. also, we select long period waves by setting up the range 30-200sec, and suggest the relationship between ordinary waves and long period waves using the concept of the significant wave height. and, we examine the effects oft he long period waves on the rate of the harbor operation. The observation results demonstrate that the long period waves with heights of 1.2-14.6cm and periods of 35.8-162sec exist at Sokcho harbor. also, we found the rates of harbor operation based on long period waves are 61.8%-99.5% lower than the usual rates of 93.8%-100%.
