A good storytelling is essential to make a computer game more immersed and appealing as it impress the players emotion. The Storytelling consists of many factors. Among them, the Plot, or the flow of the story (Story-flow) is significant. The 'Call of Duty' is a successful computer game in the aspect of the story-flow. In this paper, the way to apply traditional theories about the story-flow to this game is analyzed. And an applying policy of traditional story-flow theories to computer games is presented.

Since June 25th 1950, the beginning of the cold war (Korean war), Korean peninsula is still in a state of war. Officially South and North Korean government call a truceafter three years from the beginning day, however both countries are still having several combats in these days. So every Korean citizen male has duty for serving military duty and this lasts even after the serving regular military force, as reserved military. Although South Korea is very small country, the size of military is very large so informing all reserved military takes some time. Since this nation is confronting the enemy and considering the global potential threat, South Korean military needs expedite informing system to call up the reserved military to active duty. In this project, the current informing system has been analyzed and compared with the new method which is using social network service such as Twitter. However mobilization order is very critical. So in our new model there are two ways combined. Using twitter to inform and then use traditional ways to finish the order. This method will provide more efficient and accurate way to cover the call ups.

Schedule Management for outside duty personnels and their groups is fairly difficult since they spend most of their time on working outside individually rather than inside office. Everytime when schedule change for personnels or their groups is needed, it is necessary to call every personnel in order to notify the schedule change. It would be much easier to handle the schedule management problem if outside duty personnels are able to download schedule of their groups(and, upload their schedule) using their mobile communication devices such as PDAs. In this paper, using a data synchronization protocol in mobile communication environments, a schedule management system for outside duty personnels is designed and implemented. Data synchronization in mobile communication environments is a process of maintaining consistency between data stored in mobile devices and data stored in a (central) server at office. In other words, using SyncML data synchronization protocol proposed by OMA(Open Mobile Alliance) as an open standard for data synchronization in mobile communication environments, a schedule management system for outside duty personnels which allows them to check schedule of their groups and to notify their schedule to their groups at anytime anyplace is designed and implemented.

The emerging applications such as reliable back-up power system and renewable energy call for high boost U-n converter. The conventional topologies to get high output voltage are using flyback circuit, cascade converters, and coupled inductor DC-DC converter. They have the stress and loss related to the leakage energy which results in low efficiency Tn this paper, novel high boost converter is presented. It has a structure of cascade boost converter but only one switch. Therefore, drive circuit is simple and extreme duty ratio is eliminated. To verify the proposed circuit, theoretical analysis and experimental results has been done using a prototype power supply.

Company without voluntary agreement(nature) of police, violation on the reason of company, violation on identification state, Violations on duties to notify the party's family members and to allow the party have a chance to be notified. Violation on duty to notify the party to have the right to call an investigation authority, Violation on the time of company, Violation on the place of company, and Violation on using force such as compulsory during the process of voluntary company in state of illegal voluntary company. It also has to decide whether the evidences are illegal and eliminated by these two requisites even in probative value and evidence admissibility on confession of the party under the illegal voluntary company.

Purpose: To identify the need to reform in the crisis response of Health Teacher, School Nurse, in elementary school during epidemic outbreak of influenza H1N1. Methods: 139 elementary health teachers, school nurse, in seoul elementary school responded in the questionnaire, and we analysed by using frequency and percent, t-test, and paired t-test. Results: The Job status became 121% more 'during influenza H1N1 (flu) outbreak' than Job status of 'before outbreak'. The proportion of the flu-related duty among their daily workload was up to 77.5%. The administration-related workload of the flu-related duty was 30.8%. and students' health assessment including temperature measurement 18.7%. Furthermore, an impediment of usual daily work due to an increaed flu-related workload was 95.7%, and no alternative plan such as disposition of assistant labor force was 86.1%. Especially, an impediment of health education was 61.0%, so the major concern was the loss of health education. We compared average scores (a five-point Likert scale) of health teachers' work motivation, exhaustion, work relationship and Job management of 'during' with 'before' flu-outbreak. The difference range of 'during' minus 'before' work motivation score was from -0.4 points to -0.9; work exhaustion range from 1.8 to 1.9; the difficulty of relationship between students, school personnel, parents of students, and health teachers from 1.4 points to 1.3 points; and the consideration of changing Job, taking time off from the Job and retirement from 1.4 to 1.6 points. Conclusion: The health teachers had a heavy workload due to flu-outbreak. They also experienced the impediment of usual work implementation. However, there was a shortage of alternative plan such as disposition of an assistant labor force. Under their Job status like this, the health teachers' motivation score was decreased and work exhaustion was increased. Furthermore, they had a lot of relation difficulty with students and school personnel. Therefore, we suggested that in contrast to the usual Job status, there is a need to have a prepared response during school crisis like flu-outbreak such as improved response system in seoul metropolitan education office, simplification or dispersion of administrative work, and temporary call-center for simple inquiries or advices.

The purpose of this research is to study a case of the minimalism on Game Graphic User Interface design in Computer game. It is to analyse the minimal tendency on Game Graphic User Interface design in several Computer games such as Prince of Persia, Mirror's Edge, Splinter Cell, Gears of War, Call of Duty4, Metro 2033, Crysis2. These games expanded the field of Game Graphic User Interface design with the unique form of minimalism. Minimalism came from the formative arts in the 1960s and influenced to other fields of art. It seems to be an expression of various styles that promptly meet the needs of the times. Therefore, in this research, I would highlight the phenomenon of minimalisation in Game Graphic User Interface design and research the influence of Minimalism that appears in modern design focused on "simplicity" and "minimum" which are representative trend of Minimalism.

It may not be strange to anticipate that the forth-coming epoch of electronic government would bring us lots of convenience on account of ubiquitous environment with mobile devices. Such environment enables us to access the up-to-date information anytime and also a worker to carry out administration services to perform one's line of duty at anytime with electronic, handy devices such as PDA. What we now recognize from the field of electronic traffic administration services is that the office work flow as well as the public services has been remarkably improved by using of not only text but video and image information under the distributed, mobile environment. One of key requirements of this kinds of services is the feature of exchanging various information among multiple information publishers and subscribers. We call this feature Messaging Services generally The study in this paper focuses on the architecture design of the Messaging Engine software, complying with the pattern-oriented software architecture design methodology. And our contribution also goes to the discovery of three architecture patterns found in the design process and the efficient multi-threading architecture compared to one of the Messaging Engine solutions.

Regarding the [Government Organization Act; which is legislated on 19th November, 2014] Korea Coast Guard(KCG) has been re-organized and belong from Korea Coast Guard shall be established under the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries to Ministry of Public Safety and Security. Furthermore, National Police Agency(NPA) Commissioner has the right for administer duties concerning investigation and information by succession from Korea Coast Guard Commissioner. That means that main rule has been moved from prior KCG to Ministry of Public Safety and Security(MPSS) and NPA currently which is dual structure. Meanwhile, This kind of organization change has been effective to investigative agency which exert KCG's call of duty and causes needs of variety problems. In other words, There are quite huge changes such as KCG's reduction of their work, call of duty and re-organization regarding revised government organization act. However this change - including re-organization by government, was not able to take current MPSS's special features such as organization specialty and legal rights. It means, the current change has not been taken present law system CRIMINAL PROCEDURE LAW and there was no preparation to stable maritime police authority action as well. To sum up, this revised GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION ACT is supposed to provide total, quick security service by establishing strong disasters and safety control tower. However they only contains few area such as organization revision regarding 'Sewol Ferry Disaster', they was not able to contain the other parts of Society. Therefore, in this article I would like to check the part of re-evaluation of current change made by KCC's organization revision. It is supposed to provide better legal stability by making clear of work area by government agencies who acts maritime police authority.

This purpose of this study is to extract the perceptual types of Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) conceptual domain. OCB is a employee behavior that goes above and beyond the call of duty, that is discretionary and not explicitly recognized by the employing organization's formal reward system, and that contributes to organizational effectiveness. But, as is generally known, OCB is such a fuzzy concept that many researchers have been questioning the exact conceptual domain of OCB. In this context, we try to applicate Q-methodology to find more effective way of explaining the conceptual domain of OCB. Q-sample was constructed by a thorough review on the relevant literature, and P-sample is 14 employees of an manufacturing company. In conclusion, we find three types of the conceptual domain of OCB, that is coworker-oriented, organization-orienteded, and work-orienteed type. The paper ends with suggestions for future research directions.
