In this paper, the difference between call processing routing of general purpose ESS and that of special purpose ESS, such a TDX-ACD, was specified by analyzing the call processing capacity of special purpose ESS. Then the load sharing method was proposed in orde to reduce the overload condition in specific processors. Finally, measirement value was illustrated nad compared with simulation value.

IMT-2000 moving picture messaging service is a primary auxiliary connection service that allows a caller to leave a message when the caller can not complete the call. As the number of service subscriber for wireless communication is dramatically increased, various wireless services as well as simple connection service are requried IMT-2000 moving picture messaging service increases the call completion rate and makes it possible to provide various services.

The Kalman Filter is one of the most common techniques of tracking mobile user. Web service is a promising method of reusing programs. Therefore, this paper presents our implementation of Kalman Filter web service. There are three ways of implementing a web service system. Ours is Kalman filter as RPC web service.

본 논문에서는 지능망에서 서비스 제어 로직의 호 분배 서비스 특징에 대한 요구사항을 정의한다. 또한. 각 가입자마다 지정한 호 분배률에 따라 호 분배할 수 있도록 호 분배 메커니즘을 제안한다. 호 분배 메커니즘은 지능망에서 정보료 수납대행 서비스에서 발전되었다. 본 논문에서의 호 분배 메커니즘은 순환 분배 또는 계층 분배 방식이 아닌 퍼센티지 분배 방식을 채택하였다. 호 분배 메커니즘은 호 입력, 출력, 호 분배 처리 로직 부, 랜덤넘버 생성기 가입자 데이터베이스 등으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 호 분배 메커니즘을 위한 실제적인 구현 알고리즘을 제시하고. 이를 위한 호 분배 결정 지시 산출 방법을 제안하였다. 호 분배 결정 지시 산출 방법에는 C 언어에서 제공하는 rand( ) 함수, 시스템 클럭, 제안된 알고리즘 등이 있다. 최적의 호 분배 메커니즘을 위하여, 3가지 방법에 대한 발생 패턴. 발생 수 등을 측정하여 평가하였다.

This paper evaluates the VSN(Virtual switch Network) characteristics in the internal call processing of IMT-2000 switching system, which is composed of VSN instead of ATM switch network. In results, internal call establishment delay is increased approximately 5.4msec than the conventional ATM switching system. The evaluated condition is the load 0.8, and the 100km distance between VSNs. It is confirmed that the VSN has the potentiality in the practical implementation.

이동통신 사용자들은 PKI를 기반으로 무선 인터넷을 통한 뱅킹, 증권거래, 전자 지불 등의 다양한 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 또한 이동통신 사용자간의 데이터 통신에 대한 필요성도 점차 증가하고 있다. 무선 PKI 환경에서 사용자들은 인증서를 이용하여 사용자 인증, 키 분배, 암 복호화 등을 수행할 수 있으며 그에 따라 이동통신 사용자간의 인증서상태 검증과정도 필요하게 되었다. 이미 개발되어 상용화되어 있는 이동통신용 교환기는 음성 통화를 위주로 설계되었으므로 이를 이용하여 데이터 통신을 하기 위해서는 음성호의 호처리 절차를 이용하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 무선 PKI 환경을 이용한 이동통신 사용자간의 데이터 통신에 필요한 인증서상태 검증작업을 호처리 과정 내에서 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 모델을 PCS(Personal Communication System)를 중심으로 제안하고자 한다.

SIP은 IP 전화 통신에서 통신 셋업을 위해 사용되는 주요 프로토콜 중 하나다. SIP을 통한 통신은 사용자 요구에 따라 다양한 상태가 필요하다. 본 논문은 기존의 SIP 프로토콜을 이용하여 전화연결 시 사용자의 요구에 따라 수시로 변하는 상태를 7가지로 정의하고, 객체 지향적인 시스템 설계에 따라 각 상태를 전이하는 이벤트를 두어 개발자 관점에서 SIP 프로토콜을 이용한 새로운 응용서비스를 개발하고자 할 때 객체지향적인 시스템 설계를 할 수 있다. 상용망에서 RFC 3261에서 제시하는 Call-Setup과정을 따라 인터넷 전화연결 시스템을 설계하면 예외처리 및 과다한 트래픽이 발생하여 시스템 오류를 불러올 수 있다. 이 경우에 시스템의 State를 보고 예상된 이벤트일 경우 정형화된 처리루틴으로 대처하고, 그렇지 않을 경우도 예외상황을 효율적으로 처리할 수 있다. 이벤트 처리루틴은 FSM으로 설계 및 구현하였다.

Softswitch is the core BcN equipment which voice and multimedia switching based on the IP Technologies. It is designed to replace the Class 5(local Exchange) and Class 4(Toll Exchange) switch based on the circuit wired and wireless switching network technologies. Softswitch gets its name because typically it is a software based solution implemented on general purpose computers/servers. While the traditional PSTN switches are rely on dedicated facilities for T and S inter-connection and are designed primarily for voice communications. Packet based Softswitch is divided the control of call and bearer, very different from Public telephone network. Sometimes Call Agent or Media Gateway Controller, a key component in the VoIP solution, is also called Softswitch. This paper will suggest the software architecture of softswitch for performance in call processing part, also suggest the session management model to cover call setup latency.

호처리 언어는 PSTN에서 착발신 금지, 호 전환과 같은 다양한 부가서비스를 인터넷 텔레포니 서비스에 도입하기 위한 IETF iptel 워킹그룹에서 개발 완료한 표준이다. 이러한 CPL 기술을 RFC 3261과 연동하여 보다 다양한 호 연결 가능성을 높이고, 사용자의 요구사항을 적용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 CPL 시스템의 상세 설계 및 구현 사항을 프락시 서버의 관점에서 기술한다. 본 논문에서의 설계 및 구현은 리눅스 커널 2.4.18에서 C 언어를 이용하여 이루어졌다.

Sine call handling for stored program control exchange can be regarded as finite state machine model of sequential process, the state transition concept is applied to describe its functions. Coding method of the state transition table applied to M10CN ESS call processing and concerned topics was discussed and proposed another method for reduction memory usage.
