A Study on FIFA Partner Adidas of 2022 Qatar World Cup Using Big Data Analysis

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the big data of Adidas brand participating in the Qatar World Cup in 2022 as a FIFA partner to understand useful information, semantic connection and context from unstructured data. Therefore, this study collected big data generated during the World Cup from Adidas participating in sponsorship as a FIFA partner for the 2022 Qatar World Cup and collected data from major portal sites to understand its meaning. According to text mining analysis, 'Adidas' was used the most 3,340 times based on the frequency of keyword appearance, followed by 'World Cup', 'Qatar World Cup', 'Soccer', 'Lionel Messi', 'Qatar', 'FIFA', 'Korea', and 'Uniform'. In addition, the TF-IDF rankings were 'Qatar World Cup', 'Soccer', 'Lionel Messi', 'World Cup', 'Uniform', 'Qatar', 'FIFA', 'Ronaldo', 'Korea', and 'Nike'. As a result of semantic network analysis and CONCOR analysis, four groups were formed. First, Cluster A named it 'Qatar World Cup Sponsor' as words such as 'Adidas', 'Nike', 'Qatar World Cup', 'Sponsor', 'Sponsor Company', 'Marketing', 'Nation', 'Launch', 'Official', 'Commemoration' and 'National Team' were formed into groups. Second, B Cluster named it 'Group stage' as words such as 'Qatar', 'Uruguay', 'FIFA' and 'group stage' were formed into groups. Third, C Cluster named it 'Winning' as words such as 'World Cup Winning', 'Champion', 'France', 'Argentina', 'Lionel Messi', 'Advertising' and 'Photograph' formed a group. Fourth, D Cluster named it 'Official Ball' as words such as 'Official Ball', 'World Cup Official Ball', 'Soccer Ball', 'All Times', 'Al Rihla', 'Public', 'Technology' was formed into groups.

구리흡착 단백질 유전자를 함유하는 재조합 효모의 중금속 흡착 (Heavy-Metal Adsorption by Recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae Harboring Multiple Copies of the CUP1 Gene)

  • 중금속 결합 단백질인 metallothionein (MT)를 발현하는 CUP1 유전자를 다중으로 함유하는 재조합 Saccharomyces cerevisiae의 균체성장과 중금속 제거특성을 조사하였다. CUP1 유전자를 다중으로 함유하는 재조합 효모는 중금속을 포함한 배지에서의 균체성장과 중금속 흡착능이 중금속에 대하여 내성을 가지고 있는 야생효모나 숙주세포에 비하여 우수하였다. 서로 다른 플라스미드를 함유하는 중금속을 함유하는 배지에서의 균체성장과 중금속 흡착능의 차이는 중금속에 대한 내성과 중금속 흡착에 MT 단백질의 발현 수준이 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 추정되었다. 구리를 함유하지 않고 고농도의 아연과 망간을 함유하는 배지에서 재조합 효모는 높은 균체 농도와 중금속 제거능을 나타내었는데, 이는 MT 단백질을 발현하는 CUP1 promoter가 아연과 망간에 의해서도 발현이 유도된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. MT 단백질을 효율적으로 발현하여 재조합 효모에 의한 중금속 흡착을 최대화 할 수 있는 최적의 구리농도는 0.31 mM로 결정되었으며, 비이온계 계면활성제인 Triton X-100은 재조합 효모의 균체성장과 중금속 흡착을 증가시켰지만, 대사 저해제는 균체성장과 중금속 흡착을 모두 저해하였다.

  • 본 연구는 한국 FK CUP 대회 아이덴티티가 가치와 참가의도에 어떠한 영향력을 미치는지를 규명하여 효율적인 대회 운영방안의 기초자료를 제공하고자 했다. 따라서 한국풋살연맹이 주관하는 FK CUP 대회를 인지하고 있는 사람들 중 풋살대회에 참가했던 경험자를 표본으로 선정했다. 조사는 2022년 4월 1일부터 6월 17일까지 면대면 및 비대면으로 실시했으며, 총 299부의 자료를 최종 분석에 이용했다. 자료처리는 SPSS(ver. 21.0) 프로그램을 활용해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 문항내적일관성, 상관분석, 단순 및 다중회귀 분석을 실시했다. 본 연구의 주요 결과, 첫째, 한국 FK CUP 대회 아이덴티티는 조직, 인간, 상징 순으로 가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국 FK CUP 대회 가치는 참가의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국 FK CUP 대회 아이덴티티는 조직, 인간 순으로 참가의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

신개발 유두컵 라이너용 고무조성물의 물리적 특성 조사 (Study on the Physical Properties of New Developed Teat Cup Liner Compounds)

  • The teat cup liner compounds with improved physical property were developed using tri-polymer blend of natural rubber(NR), ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber(EPDM) and butyl rubber, and the changes of the physical properties of compounds were measured under various conditions such as standard, thermal, alkaline detergent and acid solutions aging conditions. The hardness of the new teat cup liner compound 1 was 50 and that of the compound 2 was 51 under standard condition. The tensile strength and elongation of the new compound 1 were $154kgf/cm^2$ and 675% under the standard condition, respectively. Also, those of the new compound 2 were 180 kgf/cm and 634% under the same condition. Their hardness were increased about $2{\sim}6%$ and the tensile strength and elongation were decreased about 10% under the $25^{\circ}C$ water and detergent solutions. Even though the new teat cup liner compounds exhibited so much decreased tensile properties under the $105^{\circ}C$ thermal aged condition, they sustained more stable aged physical properties including tensile strength and elongation than those of imported teat cup liner materials. Consequently, the new teat cup liner compounds would give prolonged lift cycle if they are used as a teat cup liner product.

  • Finite element simulation with experimental analysis of Taguchi's orthogonal array was carried out to know the effects of material and forming parameters on the cup earing and skewness. It was revealed that the planar anisotropy was the most influencing factor in the cup ear formation whereas blank holding force and material properties such as strength and thickness deviation at the coil edge had a relatively high effect on the cup skewness.

  • To analyse wedding feast dishes of royal prince of Chosun Dynasty(1744, 1819), the author studied historic book-GareDogamEuigwae, in which the wedding feast dishes of King and Prince in Chosun Dynasty were described. The results obtained from the study were as follows, 1. Arranged dishes in wedding ceremony were four kinds of table, main table, second table, third table and fourth table. That table setting was same as that of the year 1651. 2. Meal ceremonies were in sacrificial food partaking, drinking ceremony and courtesy of levee. 3. In wedding ceremony, prince and princess drank three cups of liquor. At the first cup they eat abalones soup and others in a small round table(初味), at the second cup fine noodles and others in another table(二味), at the third cup bun stuffed with fish and others in the other table(三味). 4. In sacrificial food partaking and drinking ceremony, King drank nine cups of liquor, at first cup, King eats a small boiled beef(小膳) and (初味), at second cup eats(二味), at third cup eats(三味),${\cdots}$, at nineth cup, King eats a soup, a large boiled beef(大膳) and fruits. 5. Dish materials and quantities used for wedding ceremony in the year of 1819 was same as that of the year 1651.

원형컵 드로잉의 공정설계 변화가 제품품질에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Process Design Scheme on Product Qualities in Cylindrical Cup Drawing)

  • A systematic investigation for the process design in deep drawing is necessary to improve the quality of drawn cups. This study concentrates mainly on the influence of process desing scheme on the product qualities in cylindrical cup drawing. Three types of process design scheme were chosen in this study. Case 1 is to draw a finished cup of 50mm in diameter in one stage, Case 2 and Case 3 are redrawing the first drawn cups of 55, 65mm in diameter to the final size respectively. Through experiments the maximum drawing force in two-stage cup drawing can be reduced up to 24% as compared with that of one-stage cup drawing. In addition, Case 3 process results in better product qualities than the other two processes in terms of the distributions of thickness and hardness.

러닝 속도와 브라 컵 사이즈에 따른 스포츠브라 디자인 요소 선택에 관한 연구 (A study on the design features for sports bra styles according to treadmill running speeds and bra cup sizes)

  • Many women feel pain in their breasts while running due to an excessively large degree of breast movement. Therefore, most sports bras pursue a reduction in breast movement. The purpose of this study is to investigate the breast movement reduction effect of a selection of sports bra designs according to the intensity of the sport and the breast size of the wearer. The study measured differences in the vertical movement of the nipple with 4 types of sports bras and 3 exercise speeds(4km/h, 7km/h, and 10km/h). Subjects included women in their 20s with bra sizes of either B cup(n=3) or C cup(n=3). The results of the study are as follows. Breast movement differed according to running speed and breast size; breast movement significantly increased starting with jogging speed(7km/h), and the C-cup group had a larger degree of vertical movement than the B-cup group. A superior effect on breast movement during jogging(7km/h) and sprinting(10km/h) was observed differently by bra cup sizes. To C-cup group, encapsulation-style sports bra, which provides horizontal support across the upper breast and padding inside the shoulder strap and bra cup to ease impact was most effective and next effective style was the compression-style bra with a princess line to cover the breasts solidly. Most style sports bra were effective in the B-cup group. Besides aforementioned encapsulation-style sports bra, the compression-style bra with a band, which presses the breasts against the chest wall, reduced breast movement effectively.

정상체중인과 비만인의 음료와 컵 색상에 따른 인지량의 차이에 관한 연구 (Difference in Volume Perception According to Beverage or Cup Color in Normal Weight and Obese College Students)

  • We examined the perception of volume in college students with a normal weight versus those students with obesity. College students were divided into a normal weight group (<23 body mass index, n=121) and an obese group (${\geq}23$ body mass index, n=110), The perception of volume was measured under different beverage colors (colorless, black, yellow, and blue) and cup colors (colorless, black, yellow, and blue) containing the same amount of liquid (150 ml). We found that the normal weight group perceived significantly more liquid in a cup with a blue beverage versus a colorless one. The obese group perceived significantly more liquid in a cup with a yellow or blue beverage versus a colorless one. In terms of cup color, the normal weight group perceived significantly more liquid in a black color cup compared to a blue color cup. However, there were no differences in perceived volume according to the color of cup among the obese group. There were no significant differences in the perceived volume between the normal and obese group under all conditions tested. In conclusion, beverage and cup color effects volume perception in normal weight students, while only beverage color effects volume perception in obese students. Therefore, controlling, the color of beverages and cups may help to control the consumption of drinks.

Faraday cup array 개발을 위한 Particle Beam Mass Spectrometer 시스템 내에서의 입자 확산 연구 (A Study on Particle Diffusion to Develop Faraday Cup Array of Particle Beam Mass Spectrometer System)

  • The Faraday cup electrode of different size has been developed and evaluated to investigate the diffusion effect of particles by Brownian motion in a particle beam mass spectrometer(PBMS). Particles which focused and accelerated by aerodynamic lens are charged to saturation in an electron beam, and then deflected electrostatically into a Faraday cup detector for measurement of the particle current. The concentration of particles is converted from currents detected by Faraday cup. Measurements of particle current as a function of deflection voltage are combined with measured relationships between particle velocity and diameter, charge and diameter, and mass and diameter, to determine the particle size distribution. The particle currents were measured using 5, 10, 20, 40 mm sized Faraday cup that can be move to one direction by motion shaft. The current difference for each sizes as a function of position was compared to figure out diffusion effect during transport. Polystyrene latex(PSL) 100, 200 nm sized standard particles were used for evaluation. The measurement using 5 mm sized Faraday cup has the highest resolution in a diffusion distance and the smaller particles had widely diffused.
