The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the job stress and ego-resilience of kindergarten teachers life satisfaction, and to explore ways to improve life satisfaction. 198 public and private kindergarten teachers and childcare center teachers in Gangwon-do were asked to respond by using job stress, ego-resilience, and life satisfaction questionnaires. Based on the collected data, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis are as follows. First, the higher the job stress of the kindergarten teacher, the lower the life satisfaction, and the higher the ego-resilience, the higher the life satisfaction. In particular, the reward, a sub-variable of job stress, had a significant negative correlation with the kindergarten teacher's ego-resilience and life satisfaction. Second, the predictors of relationship resilience, energy, and reward significantly influenced the life satisfaction of kindergarten teachers, and the relationship resilience was relatively explanatory about life satisfaction. This study suggests that an educational plan to be explored to improve ego-resilience for kindergarten teacher's life satisfaction.
The magnetic field standard below 1 mT with the resolution of 0.26 nT has been established. Earth magnetic field (EMF) is compensated automatically down to 0.1 nT/10 min. by a closed feedback system with Cs optical pumping magnetometer and 3-axis Helmholtz coils in nonmagnetic facilities. A multi-layer precision solenoid with the optimized single-current method generates the uniform magnetic field better than 1.0$\times$10$\^$-7/ within $\pm$ 1 cm region at its center. The coil constant of solenoid determined from Helium optical pumping magnetometer is 1.231 058 9 mT/A, and temperature coefficient is 0.38 nT/$\^{C}$. This standard system is used for calibration of low field magnetometers and testing relates to low field.
Purpose - This study aims to identify the priorities of medical service quality improvement by customer satisfaction characteristics and potential customer satisfaction improvement (PCSI) index based on the dualistic quality classification of Kano Model (1984) for Comprehensive Health Screeening Center in General Hospitals and Centers only for Comprehensive Health Screening and suggest a direction for future improvement. Research design, data, and methodology - Through advanced research on health screening medical service quality, this study set four service quality factors, including tangible, human, process and supportive factors, and 39 measurement items. Based on these items, the study used 117 questions, which consist of dualistic quality factors, customer satisfaction coefficients, positive and negative questions for PCSI index and questions for current satisfaction. 300 effective samples were collected for adults in their 20s who experienced health screening service in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon within the past two years. Collected data were input in the quality evaluation duality table to categorize quality factors and calculate customer satisfaction coefficients by Timko(1993). The study also analyzed PCSI index in comparison with current satisfaction and identified priorities in quality improvement. Results - It was found that the most urgent factors to improve the quality in both groups were adequate waiting hours and emergency response for complications, which are process factors classified as unitary quality. It is urgently needed to improve the quality as the PCSI index was high in supportive factors (complaint response team) as attractive quality in Comprehensive Health Screening Center in General Hospitals and in process factors (prevention of infection) as unitary quality in Centers only for Comprehensive Health Screening. As the PCSI index was low in space use as a tangible factor, it was found that the current level can be maintained instead of improvement. Conclusions - To improve the health screening medical service quality, it is required to focus on process factors (adequate waiting hours, emergency response for complications, prevention of infection) and supportive factors (complaint response team) among service qualities perceived by users. It is proposed to ensure continuous efforts to manage and reinforce priorities as a direction for future improvement in health screening service.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation between hybrid layer thickness and bond strength using confocal laser scanning microscope and microtensile bond strength test of two adhesive systems. The dentin surface of human molars. sectioned to remove the enamel from the occlusal surface. Either Scotchbond Multi-Purpose(3M Dental Product, St. Paul, MN, U.S.A) or Clearfil SE Bond (Kuraray, Osaka, Japan) was bonded to the surface. and covered with resin-composite. The resin-bonded teeth were serially sliced perpendicular to the adhesive interface to measure the hybrid layer thickness by confocal laser scanning microscope. The specimen were trimmed to give a bonded cross-sectional surface area of $1\textrm{mm}^2$, then the micro-tensile bone test was performed at a cross head speed of 1.0 mm/min. All fractured surfaces were also observed by stereomicroscope. There was no significant differences in bond strengths the materials(p>0.05). However. the hybrid layers of three-step dentin adhesive system, SM, had significantly thicker than self-etching adhesive system. CS(p<0.05). Pearson's correlation coefficient showed no correlation between hybrid layer thickness and bond strengths(p>0.05). Bond strengths of dentin adhesive systems were not dependent on the thickness of hybrid layer.
This study examined the influence of academic self-efficacy of Faculty-student inter action and peer relations. The subject were collected from 289 dental hygiene students J region, three colleges of between November 5, December 30, in 2018. The data was analyzed by descriptive, pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Faculty-student interact ion was correlated with peer relations(r=.434) and had a positively correlation with academic self-efficacy(r=.282) with improved of major satisfaction and higher academic performance, a much more vigorous active faculty-student interaction and peer relations of level of academic self-efficacy. The results reveals to develop program co-relationship in order to improve academic self-efficacy.
This paper describes the design of a simulator for analyzing the accuracy of a correlative interferometer(CI) direction finder. CI direction finder is robust to noise, so it is often used in aircraft or ships where complex antenna installation is required, and the direction finding accuracy is very high. When the radio wave is incident at a specific azimuth angle, the phase difference calculated in a noiseless environment and the phase difference measured in a real environment with noise are fused to estimate the largest correlation coefficient as the azimuth angle of the radio wave. The simulator receives RF frequency, the number of antennas, the antenna coordinates, the transmission signal intensity, the bandwidth of the receiver, the gain and the payload effect, and calculates the direction finding accuracy of 0-360 degrees azimuth and 0-60 degree elevation with 0.5 degree. accuracy.
Background/Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of eating habits and self-efficacy on health promotion behavior and to improve the quality of life in each life cycle. This study is a descriptive research study to identify osteoporosis knowledge and osteoporosis prevention activities among care providers in nursing home. The subjects were 142 care providers in S and Y city. The Data were collected from July 1 to July 20, 2019, and analyzed SPSS 24.0 Version. The result showed that the osteoporosis knowledge of among care providers was moderate. It showed differences in educational status, osteoporosis management training experience, residents number and importance awareness of elderly bone health. And prevention activities differed according to osteoporosis management training experience and importance awareness of elderly bone health. There was a positive correlation between knowledge and prevention activities of osteoporosis. Therefore, it is necessary to develop education programs for the management of elderly osteoporosis and to raise importance awareness of elderly bone health among care providers in nursing home. Further studies are needed to evaluate the effects of the program.
Since a sufficient condition on the larger rate volume of 3-user correlated information sources (CIS)/non-successive interference cancellation (SIC) non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) over independent information sources (IIS)/SIC NOMA has not been investigated, this paper analyzes such a sufficient condition. First, we demonstrates that the rate volume of 3-user CIS/SIC NOMA is the same as a portion of the rate volume of 3-user IIS/SIC NOMA. Then, by identifying a dominant rate region, we calculate the sufficient condition on the larger rate volume of 3-user CIS/non-SIC NOMA over 3-user IIS/SIC NOMA. We also show that with such condition, the rate volume of 3-user CIS/non-SIC NOMA can be larger than that of 3-user IIS/SIC NOMA.
