다중이용시설물에서의 효율적인 피난유도에 관한 현황 분석 (A Study on Analysis of efficient Shelter Guide For Multiple-use Facilities)

  • 최근 건설 산업 에서는 복합화, 대형화된 건축물이 주류를 이루고 있다. 이러한 건축물들은 불특정 다수인이 이용하기 때문에 형재난의 가능성을 많이 가지고 있다. 그리고 건축물의 복잡한 공간 구조로 인해 재난 시 인적${\cdot}$물적 피해가 대규모로 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 현재 대부분 지어진 건축물의 피난 설계는 정해진 법규 및 관련규정에만 이루어지는 사양규정의 체계로 되어 있다. 사양규정의 피난 설계는 안전환 피난 유도를 효과적으로 수향하지 못할 것이며 만약 실제 화재가 발생한다면 예상 밖의 엄청난 재난을 불러올 수 있따. 따라서 본 논문에서는 유동 인구가 많고 공간구조가 복잡한 다중이용시설물을 대표할 수 있는 코엑스 몰을 대상으로 현재 운영하고 있는 방재 설비 및 시스템과 상황별 대응체제 피난 유도를 조사를 한다. 이 분석을 통해 문제점과 재실자들의 피난 유도를 효과적으로 할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Pulse Wave Velocity, Ankle Brachial Index와 담음(痰飮)의 연관성에 관한 연구 (Clinical Study of Correlation between Retention of Fluid and PWV/ABI)

  • Purpose : The aim of this study was to investigate correlation between retention of fluid and PWV/ABI. Methods : The sample consists of 35 women who took plethynography(VS-1000;Fukuda Co.Ltd, Japan) at Oriental medicine exhibition held in COEX mall from August. 26. 2004 to August. 29. 2004. They were asked the intensity of the symptoms like dizziness or headache, nausea or bowel trouble, coldness in knee, and palpitation(1:none, 2:a little, 3:mild, 4:moderate, 5:severe). Women who answered 1,2 were classified as control group, and women who answered 3,4,5 were experimental group. Result : There was stastically significant correlation between dizziness and ABI Conclusion : It is believed that ABI may be the favorable alternative to the diagnosis of dizziness or headache.

Three-dimensional Mixed-use Complex Spaces and Setting Criteria for Road Sections for Three-dimensional Addressing

  • As cities continue to expand and additional underground structures are constructed, a policy is being planned to expand addresses, which are national framework data. In this study, the application scope of a proposed 3D (three-dimensional) mixed-use complex space for assigning 3D addresses was defined, based on past research on 3D address systems and by analyzing related laws. Underpass shopping malls, underground walkways (excluding underground shopping malls), and 3D mixed-use transfer centers with a gross floor area of 2,000㎡ or more are connected with each space by underground walkways or public paths. In addition, the detailed space corresponding to the public space of the 3D mixed-use complex space was presented and distinguished from the space to which the detailed address is assigned. The criteria for setting the road section were presented based on the intermediate space, which is a characteristic of 3D mixed-use complex spaces. The proposed criteria were applied to the Express Bus Terminal station (3D mixed-use transfer center) and COEX mall (underpass shopping malls). Thus, the road section was set for an unfamiliar 3D mixed-use complex space. However, by applying the proposed criteria to various 3D mixed-use complex spaces, additional and detailed criteria for different cases should be prepared.

재실 리모델링 공사 기간 중 공간구조와 쇼핑객 통행량의 상관성 변화 연구 - 코엑스 쇼핑몰을 대상으로 - (The Change of Relationship between Spatial Configuration and Pedestrian Movement during Inhabited Remodeling - Focused on Coex Shipping Mall -)

  • Commercial facilities are put under construction for inhabited remodeling due to management or cost issues. Temporary facility planning is important in inhabited remodeling because building construction and management are simultaneously performed in this type of remodeling. The purpose of this research is to identify how the temporary spatial structure changes for each inhabited remodeling construction level of commercial facilities and existence of tenants affect the spatial usability. It also examines a relationship between the traffic flow and spatial configurations during the inhabited remodeling process where the tenants are temporarily removed and only the spatial configuration are maintained and verifies if the established theory that the spatial configurations in commercial facilities significantly affect the traffic is also valid during the inhabited remodeling process. The research result was found that the amount of traffic during the inhabited remodeling construction process is more affected by the factors such as tenants rather than spatial configurations. It is anticipated that the result of this research will serve as a guideline to establish logical inhabited remodeling plans for each level of constructing temporary facilities. Furthermore, it can be used to minimize the sales damage caused by the construction or as a guideline to determine the order of tenants to be moved into the new commercial facilities.

길찾기 능력이 이용 만족도 및 재방문 의도, 추천의도에 미치는 영향: 코엑스몰을 중심으로 (The Impact of the Wayfinding Ability to Use Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit, Recommendation: Focusing on COEX Mall)

  • 본 연구는 개인의 길찾기 능력이 방문자태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 선행 문헌을 분석하여 길찾기와 길찾기 능력에 대해 살펴보았으며, 이러한 길찾기의 능력이 장소에 대한 방문자들의 태도와 어떠한 관계성이 있는 가를 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 이용자들의 길찾기 능력은 이용만족도에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 이용자들의 길찾기 능력은 재방문의도에 부분적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 이용자들의 길찾기 능력은 추천의도에 부분적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로, 이용자들의 이용만족도는 재방문의도 및 추천의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 본 연구결과는 지하상업시설물이 갖는 공간구조상의 특성을 감안한 지상과는 다른 형태의 커뮤니케이션 디자인이 필요하다는 것, 특히 복합상업시설물이 갖는 서비스 공간의 주요 사항을 고려한 마케팅 전략이 필요하다는 실무적 의의를 갖는다고 할 수 있다.

국내 체류 외국인들의 출신지역에 따른 한식에 대한 인지도 및 선호도 연구 (A Study on Recognition and Preference of Korean Foods for Foreigners in Different Nationality)

  • The study investigated the recognition and preference of foreigner to Korean foods in different nationality. Questionnaires consisted of two languages- Chinese and English were given to 180 residing foreigners in Insa-dong and COEX mall areas and interview methods were used. A total of 157 questionnaires were analyzed for statistical analysis. The statistical analysis was completed using SPSS Win(ver 11.0) for descriptive analysis, ${\chi}^2-test$, ANOVA and Tukey's test. Main results of this study were as follows: First, the factors foreigners considered when they chose food of other countries were; 1.new taste, 2.curiosity, 3.foreign culture, 4.foreign tradition. People from European and Asian countries were inclined to 'New taste' first, while people from American and Oceanian countries were inclined to "curiosity". Second, most of respondents have tried Bulgogi and Galbi before and many of them also have tried Kimchi, Kimbop, and Bibimbop as common Korean foods. Third, the preference was different according to their origins. Asian people liked diverse cuisines including Bulgogi, Galbi, Kimchi, Dubu Doenjan chige, and Samgaetang, while European and Oceanian people liked Bulgogi, Galbi, and Bibimbop. The preference for Kimchi was considerably high among Asian people, however, low among American and Oceanian people(p<0.05). Fourth, Deviation was little on the taste, color, and table settings of Korean foods; most of the respondents was satisfied on those factors. European and Oceanian people who were familiar with table setting according to time were satisfied at table setting of Korean foods, which focused on space, rather than time. Fifth, most of the respondents, especially Asian people, remarked that Korean foods were spicy. The opinion on the taste of Korean foods was variable according to their nations. Currently many of culinary companies from Korea were leading their active business in foreign countries such as China and United States. Their domain was not limited to traditional Korean foods, but expanding to various fields such as fast foods, bakery goods, and fusion snacks.
