이 논문은 모듈 프로그램 안에서 전문가 시스템 소프트웨어 유지 보수에 관한 기존 논문을 분석하고 건설 라인 공정의 문제점을 표준 시스템을 적용, 전문가 시스템으로 해결하는 과정에서 전문가 시스템 소프트웨어 프로그램의 재생성 모듈을 기술하였다. 끝으로 CES(Construction Expert System)라는 프로그램 타입 시스템을 적용 검증했고 전문가 시스템 소프트웨어 프로그램을 통해 대형 건설 과정의 유지 보수에 대한 프레임을 제시하였다.

Seventy-one Bacillus cereus strains (12 references and 59 food isolates) were analyzed for the occurrence of five different enterotoxin genes (nheABC, hblCDA, entFM, cytK, and bceT) and one emetic toxin cereulide synthetase gene (ces) by PCR (polymerase chain reaction). PCR analysis revealed eight toxigenic patterns in all B. cereus strains tested; they all carried both entFM and nheABC. The presence of hblCDA, cytK, and bceT varied according to the enterotoxin-producing strains, among which hblCDA was the least frequently detected in the food-isolated strains. Only five B. cereus strains harbored ces, associated with the emetic type of food poisoning; however, these strains were devoid of hblCDA, cytK, and bceT.

Let $A^2_{{\alpha},{\beta}}(\mathbb{B}_n)$ denote the space of holomorphic functions that are $L^2$ with respect to a weight of form ${\omega}_{{\alpha},{\beta}}(z)=(1-{\mid}z{\mid}^{\alpha}e^{-{\frac{\beta}{1-{\mid}z{\mid}}}}$, where ${\alpha}{\in}\mathbb{R}$ and ${\beta}$ > 0 on the unit ball $\mathbb{B}_n$. We obtain some results for the boundedness and compactness of $Ces{\grave{a}}ro$ operator on $A^2_{{\alpha},{\beta}(\mathbb{B}_n)$.

콜레스테롤 에스테라아제를 생산하는 미생물 strain CES506 균주를 토양으로부터 분리하여 Aeromonas속의 한 세균으로 동정하였다. 이 균주는 배양액 1ml당 0.023 단위의 콜레스테롤 에스테라아제를 생산하였다. 이 균주가 생산하는 본 효소를 균주 배양액으로부터 약 370배, 24%의 수율로 균질한 상태의 단백질로 정제하였다. 본 효소의 분자량은 SDS-PAGE로 산출한 결과 64,000으로 계산되었다. 본 효소는 cholesteryl-palmitate에 대해 높은 기질 특이성을 나타내었으며 cholesterylpalmitate의 가수분해에 대한 Km값은 0.15mM이었다.

Widely orthant dependence (WOD, in short) is a special dependence structure. In this paper, by using the probability inequalities and moment inequalities for WOD random variables, we study the L_p convergence and complete convergence for the partial sums respectively under the conditions of RCI(α), SRCI(α) and R-h-integrability. We also give an application to nonparametric regression models based on WOD errors by using the L_p convergence that we obtained. Finally we carry out some simulations to verify the validity of our theoretical results.

The purpose of this study is to report the case mental health of people with disabilities has improved through visit treatment at public health centers. From October 26, 2021 to January 04, 2022, 6 visits were conducted and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Korean version of Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Scale (K-CES-D), Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Euro Qol-Visual Analogue Scale (EQ-VAS), Modified Barthel Index (MBI) were used to check changes. After Korean Medicine treatments such as acupuncture, electroacupuncture, electromoxibustion, PHQ-9 decreased from 18 to 8, BDI decreased from 22 to 15, K-CES-D decreased from 42 to 21. And VAS decreased from 85 to 50, EQ-VAS increased from 30 to 50. But There was no change in the MBI. Confirmation of improvement in mental health-related indicators of disabled patients through Korean Medicine treatments.

직장인에서 수면의 장애는 우울, 불안과 연관성이 높은 것으로 보이며, 수면 양상에 대한 여러 평가 항목 중에서도 주관적 수면의 질과 주간 기능장애가 가장 큰 연관성을 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 총 수면 시간이나 입면 잠복 시간보다 환자가 느끼는 전반적인 주/야간의 만족도가 정동에 많은 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 뜻하며, 이를 고려한 수면 양상의 평가가 직장인뿐 아니라 일반인구나 환자에서도 중요할 수 있겠다.

RC(Remote Control)기술들은 CE(Consumer Electronics)들에게 사용자의 명령을 전달하고 편리하게 제어할 수 있도록 해주는 기술이다. 그러나 CE 기기의 성능 향상과 새로운 개념의 기기들이 개발됨에 따라 다양한 기기간 통신 필요성과 그러한 기기를 제어하기 위한 진보된 RC 기능에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 대표적인 IR 기반의 RC 방식은 거리의 제약과 에너지 소모 등 많은 제약사항을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 제약사항들을 해결하기 위해, 스마트폰 단말에 RF4CE 표준을 지원하는 R-URC(Smartphone based RF4CE Universal Remote Control Framework) URC 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안된 URC 시스템은 CE 제어와 관한 RC 표준으로 09년 3월에 발표된 ZigBee RF4CE를 기반으로 설계되었으며, 제안한 시스템의 효율성 검증을 위해 기기들 간의 컨텐츠 공유 및 제어 기능을 실제 LED TV, NotePC, 그리고 스마트폰에 적용한 실험을 수행하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of depression symptom on the self-rated health status(SRHS), the outpatient health service utilization and quality of life(QOL) also the relationship depression symptom with socio-demographic and health related factors. Methods: We selected 9,550 participants without chronic diseases from a total of 18,104 in the '2009 community health survey in Gyeongnam. They were assessed by using a Korean version of the Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Scale(CES-D). Those with CES-D scores of 21 or greater were defined as having probable depression. Results: A probable depression were associated in bivariate analysis with gender, age, educational status, monthly household income, marital status, current smoking status, drinking habit, physical activities and body mass index. After adjustment for covariates, probable depression groups predicted a lower status in SRHS. Likewise probable depression groups predicted a higher utilization in outpatient health service. Also probable depression groups predicted a lower score in QOL. Conclusions: Probable depression influence SRHS, outpatient health service utilization and QOL even after adjusting for the socio-demographic, health related factors and chronic medical illness. Programs for prevention and management of depression will be helpful to promote health and QOL.
