In Korea, small and medium sized domestic enterprises(SMEs) play an pivotal role in the national economy, accounting for 99.8% of all enterprises, 87.9% of total employment, and 48.3% of production. and SMEs were driving a real force of the development of national economy in many respects such as innovation, job creation, industrial diversity, balanced regional development. Despite their crucial role in the national development, most of SMEs suffer from a lack of R&D capabilities and equipments as well as funding capacity. Government-Supported Research Institute(GRI) can provide SMEs with valuable supplementary technological knowledges and help them build technological capacities. so, In order to effectively support SMEs, government and GRI must be a priority to know about the factors influencing the performance related to technology transfer and technological collaborations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Innovative competences and CEO's entrepreneurship on Organizational performance in ICT small and medium enterprises, including the moderating effect of Social capital. This study adopted research variables such as Innovative competence, CEO's entrepreneurship as independent variables, with Organizational performance as a dependent variable, including the moderating variable of Social capital. 1,200 companies data which in the field of ICT SMEs were collected from the survey. The result of this empirical study is summarized as follows, First, CEO's entrepreneurship was confirmed to have a significant effect on organizational performance, and social capital variables were confirmed to have a moderating effect between entrepreneurship and organizational performance. Second, it was found that the company's Innovative competence was significantly affected the organizational performance. and also that social capital variables moderating effects. From these findings, it was confirmed that the Innovatibe competence plays an important role in influencing corporate performance.
Corporations operate within long term strategy. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) makes decisions and has responsibility for all executive activities which affects the corporate performance. If the CEO makes strategic choices through reasonable decision making, it could affect corporate performance and corporate's rise and fall. So the CEO's decision making is very important. As rapid change in the digital technology environment happened, through digital transition, corporations have been working on increasing corporate performance by practical and academic methods. However prior research was restricted to CEO's affect on organization, innovation or innovative activities and there is a lack of research linking CEO's characteristics to digital transition and corporate performance. As the digital age is coming, research on how CEO's characteristics affect digital transition and corporate performance is direly needed. From the case of domestic Big Data corporation RSN Co. ltd's digital transition success, understanding characteristics of CEO, digital transition and corporate performance through prior researches, and developing research model and research proposition was set. Research was performed on RSN co. ltd's case analysis, and how characteristics of CEO's matter on digital transformation and corporate performance. As a result of the proposition, when the CEO conjugates digital technology, the corporation was able to successfully complete digital transition and it also affects corporate performance. Also, this research's other point is that CEO's may have limits on thoughtful decision making. It is judged that it is necessary to try an empirical study in the future.

Businesses have to survive and thrive in both domestic and international environments. In order to resolve these problems, new alternatives have been presented. These include the importance of women's resources and entrepreneurship of female CEOs. The sensibility, delicacy, creativity as well as the intuitive power of female CEOs, actively enables them to cope with the ever-changing environment. Because of the rapidly changing circumstances, the above mentions women's attributes are highlighted thus, causing women's roles in society to shift from their traditional tendencies to finding careers and their own identities. Due to this change in social roles, social interest and the values of female CEOs are being reevaluated. Accordingly, the conceptual consideration of female entrepreneurship (innovation, enterprise, risk sensitivity) as well as the factors to be considered for the entrepreneurship of female CEOs in order to promote knowledge management performance was derived in this research. The deducted implication of this research is that generally, the enterprise and risk sensitivity of entrepreneurship affect the knowledge management performance of female CEOs. It is therefore proved that in the case of female CEOs, entrepreneurship and self-efficacy are linked, allowing them to achieve the desired outcome for a specific task performance. Female CEOs are capable of company management through the mediating process of their enterprise, risk sensitivity, and self-efficacy and with faith in their knowledge management, will be able to achieve high performance. Therefore, using strengths and nature peculiar to women, women's economic activities derived from knowledge management based on entrepreneurship will not only help overcome the long-term economy crisis but also lead to high economic growth and development. This will be a dynamic force for the nation's new growth with financial means. The comparative study of existing results will also contribute in suggesting the direction of policies that will enable the success of female CEOs in entrepreneurship.
This study was carried out with the attention that the concept of entrepreneurial orientation has been applied at various levels of CEO, employee, management, and organization as a whole. The differences between these concepts were examined by discriminant validity and convergence validity, and the causal relationship between these concepts and performance was analyzed. A total of 96 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The results show that CEO's entrepreneurial orientation, employee's entrepreneurial orientation, manager's entrepreneurial orientation and organizational entrepreneurial orientation have convergent validity and discriminant validity, and that these variables have different effects on the firm 's innovation performance and financial performance. In the analysis of the mediating effect, when the variables of all levels were put into a single variable, the innovation performance mediates between the entrepreneurial orientation and the financial performance in all variables. However, when all variables are applied simultaneously, innovation performance has mediating effect only on the relationship between organizational entrepreneurship orientation and financial performance. This shows that there is a conceptual difference according to applied level. As a result of the analysis of the causal relationship by the application level of entrepreneurial orientation, it is found that causality is formed among the entrepreneurial orientation variables. In particular, CEO's entrepreneurial orientation influences employee's entrepreneurial orientation, manager's entrepreneurial orientation, and organization's entrepreneurial orientation, and again, employee's entrepreneurial orientation and managerial entrepreneurial orientation form a causal relationship that influences organization's entrepreneurial orientation. In the relationship between innovation performance and financial performance, CEO's entrepreneurial orientation, organization's entrepreneurial orientation, and manager's entrepreneurial orientation are influencing innovation performance, and the only variables influencing financial performance are organization's entrepreneurial orientation. In conclusion, the limitations of the study and its future direction are presented.
Focusing on open innovation which is regarded as an important framework for strengthening technological innovation capabilities, in this study empirical analysis is conducted on Korean manufacturing companies, particularly based on the survey results of 149 domestic manufacturing companies that carry out innovation activities in order to identify influence factors for open innovation activities. Analysis on the influence factors of open innovation activities categorized into characteristics of environment, firm-specific characteristics, and characteristics of institutions revealed that characteristics of environment in terms of the degree of market competition and technological changes influence outside-in open innovation activities. Such results suggest that companies respond to increased market competition or technological changes by promoting research and development (R&D) and maintaining or acquiring market competitiveness through introduction of external technology and utilization of external information by means of research collaboration, user innovation, and so on. In terms of firm-specific characteristics, outside-in open innovation activities are influence by R&D personnel, R&D investment, number of international business, export, and openness of corporate culture while inside-out open innovation activities are influenced by characteristics of international organization and CEO's capabilities. In order for companies to strengthen outside-in open innovation activities emphasis on research personnel, R&D input factors such as research funds are necessary whereas to increase inside-out open innovation activities organization solely responsible for international affairs should be established while the CEO needs to focus on open and cooperative entrepreneurship rather than internal technological innovation activities. In terms of characteristics of institutions, outside-in innovation activities are influenced by technological networking whereas inside-out innovation activities are influenced by networking for development of technology and the presence in industrial cluster. This means that the government needs to establish industrial clusters and try to expand technological networking to facilitate open innovation activities.
This paper investigated and studied the influence of consultant's competence on CEO's values. There are many studies about relation between consultant's competence and company's accomplishment, but there are lack of research about how consultant's competence effected CEO's Value. The data source used in this study is a questionnaire survey involving 177 CEOs of SME who have experience in consulting. Based on this collected data, we conducted factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and hypotheses were verified through correlation analysis and regression analysis. This study shows that consultant's competence affected CEO's values in some ways, and also contributes to both academic and practical implications about corporate management that related sustainable growth between consultant and client.
This study presents the determinants of R&D efficiency as the focus on CEO's competency, which influences R&D competency and R&D efficiency. The research samples are 6,708 technology-innovation small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The independent variable is the R&D competency(existence of R&D organization, level of R&D personnel, R&D personnel management, R&D investment), the dependent variable is R&D efficiency. The moderator is the CEO's competency(experience level in its own industry, technical knowledge level, technology management strategy, management ability). R&D efficiency measures the relationship between inputs(level of R&D personnel, R&D investment) and outputs(patent applications, prototype) by the DEA. and the determinant analysis uses Tobit regression. As a result of the analysis, the existence of R&D organization and R&D personnel management is positively significant, level of R&D personnel and R&D investment is negatively significant for R&D efficiency. The moderating effect of CEO's competency on the relationship between the R&D competency and R&D efficiency is significant determinants of CEO's experience(experience level in its own industry, technical knowledge level) and technology management strategy. The finding is to measure the efficiency of R&D performance, and to analyze its determinants as the moderating effect of CEO's competency, using the technology appraisal data. In the conclusion session, the limitations of the research and future research directions were discussed.

This paper aims to investigate the moderating effects of strength and opportunity factors between entrepreneurship of food service franchisor's CEO and performance in hood service franchise. For analyzing the relationship of them, the entrepreneurship factors categorized with organizational risk taking, innovativeness, and proactiveness from previous researches(Khandwalla, 1977; Miller, 1983; Miller, 1983). Also, strength and opportunity factors classified into detailed subfactor by confirmatory factor analysis. As a result, we found some statistically significant effects between the strength and opportunity factors and entrepreneurship factors, and they sequentially affects to performance. This result means that strength and opportunity factors have a role as a moderating variables. That is, as a presented with previous research, there is verified that entrepreneurship is caused by organizational risk taking, innovativeness, and proactiveness. Also, strength and opportunity factors significantly affect to business performance. Some guidelines for practicing potential food service franchise as a result of this would include; first of all, it is important to support the potential food service franchise consulting approach for some competitive advantage; secondly, effective governmental support programs for food service franchise should be developed for positive impacts of according to these results.
This thesis investigated and studied the effect of CEO's values, consultant's competency, and value alignment with workers on the success and performance of strategic consulting. With 180 copies of data from the questionnaire, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis were performed, and structural equations for the final research model were performed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that innovation performance and management capability had a significant effect on value consistency. It was confirmed that the value consistency had a significant effect on the degree of completion and utilization, and the degree of completion and utilization had a significant effect on satisfaction and contribution to management performance.
In this study, for the introduction factors of ERP system suggested in the prior study, I analyzed the importance of each introduction factor by using Delphi methodology and AHP. As a result of analysing the importance of the introduction factors of the 1st layer, the supplier factor was analyzed to be the most important factor among innovation factor, information technology factor, the user factor, the supplier factor, and in the weight analysis on the 2nd layer considering the importance of 1st layer, the standard work model of the supplier factor was a suitable factor, and the CEO participation factor(.086) was analyzed as the second most important introduction factor. These analysis results enable to determine that domestic Small & Medium enterprises' position hope to introduce by selecting a system in which the company characteristics and management strategies are applied well, because they should operate an ERP system that has already been developed, and in this course, the participation of CEO was also found to be a very important factor.
