The Study on Mosaic-based CCTV System using Localization and Harris Coner Point (해리스 코너 포인트와 지역화를 이용한 모자익 기반 CCTV시스템에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문은 지역 부분영상을 이용한 실시간 CCTV결합 시스템에 고나한 연구로써 프레임에 관한 결합 인식방법을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 기존에 비해 결합속도를 줄이고 이에 따라 전체적인 인식률을 높이는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 기존 방법인 SIFT알고리즘은 특허가 있고 처리속도가 늦기 때문에 본 논문에서 개선된 지역영상 재생성 방식을 이용하여 실질적으로 CCTV 처리속도에 맞추어 속도를 높였다. 논문은 지역화 이미지를 이용하여 인식률과 속도를 바탕으로 전체적인 시스템 구현과 함께 알고리즘을 소개하는 것으로 구성되어 있으며 실제 실험을 통한 성능을 비교 평가 하였다. 실시간으로 동작하는 CCTV에 적용시킴으로 각각의 화면이 아닌 Inline System으로 감시자의 신체적 피로를 줄이고 경제적인 효과를 볼 수 있고 일반 사용자들도 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 저비용 시스템을 구축하였다.

Optical System Design for CCTV Camera (CCTV 카메라용 광학계 설계)

  • Purpose: This study is to design a triplet optical system for CCTV camera lens. Methods: It was a telescopic lens with $5^{\circ}$ field angle, 56 mm focal length, 20 mm diameter, and 2/3 inches sized CCD array detector. Results: The performance of the subject optical system was evaluated by applying ray fan, spot diagram, and diffraction optical MTF. The wavelength was achromatized at Fraunhofer C, d and F-line, and both MTF and tangential & sagittal MTF shows more than 70% at spatial frequency of 50 linepairs/mm. Conclusions: The marketable triplet optical system for CCTV camera was designed and its utility was considered.

  • 이제 감시카메라는 우리 주변 곳곳에 설치되지 않은 곳을 찾아보기 힘들 정도로 광범위해 졌다. 아니 우리 눈이 미치는 곳보다 더 많은 곳에 설치되었다고 해도 과언이 아닐 정도로 보편화되었다. 그러나 아직까지 CCTV의 힘을 빌리지 못한 사각지대가 엄연히 존재하며 많은 범죄가 발생하고 있다. 그러기에 이제는 카메라의 대수만을 늘리기 보다는 지능적으로 판단하고 추적할 수 있는, 생각하는 감시카메라의 필요성이 더욱 증대되고 있는 시점이다.

A Study on the Estimation of CCTV Monitor Size for School Crime Prevention (학교범죄예방을 위한 CCTV 모니터 크기 산정에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the calculation model of CCTV monitor size for school. Literature review analyzed the concept and technical characteristics of CCTV system including equation of object size calculation. Case study showed that the sizes of CCTV monitors installed in the security offices of the six object schools were 19 inches on average. And the numbers of monitor screen partitions were at least 12 on average. Due to too many partitions in small monitors of approximately 19 inches, the faces of the objects of filming in each screen could not be properly identified. Experimental test presented that the vertical length of face image clearly recognized on the screen is at least 20mm. Based on the result, this paper developed the equation for calculating monitor size. Pilot test said that 27inch Monitor is needed for 4 screens. The practitioners of school districts and schools can make appropriate CCTV system environments considering the their own CCTV system conditions.

  • It is essential to support the image and video analysis technology such as motion detection since the DVR and NVR storage were adopted in the real time visual surveillance system. Especially the network camera would be popular as a video input device. The traditional CCTV that supports analog video data get be replaced by the network camera. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of video surveillance system that provides the real time motion detection by the video storage server. The mobile application also has been implemented in order to provides the retrieval functionality of image analysis results. We develop the video analysis server with open source library OpenCV and implement the daemon process for video input processing and real-time image analysis in our video surveillance system.

  • This paper presents design and implementation of an intelligent video surveillance system. The proposed system has advantages of management efficiency and operation robustness unrelated to working condition compared to conventional CCTV based system. The system hardware is designed and implemented by using commercial chips such as digital media processor and video encoder, video decoder and the functions of software are to analyze temperature distribution of a infrared image and to detect disaster situation such as fire. The required functions are confirmed by testing of the prototype and we verified practicality of the system.

  • As the industrial society is developing wars, terrors, and vicious crimes is getting increased. These dangerous factors are caused of casualty and subversiveness of social order. Such vicious crimes lead people to feeling of insecurity. That is why naturally people want to build and inspect strengthened security system. CCTV camera system which can be said as the most popular security system is being installed in public places has large number of floating population. This trend is required to develop the intelligent video security technology and propagate it since the importance of security technology is getting high. This thesis will be described regarding the trend of the intelligent surveillance camera and the scenario.

  • Ubiquitous Computing is an agriculture revolution, the Industrial Revolution, the fourth revolution to equal an information revolution are Ubiquitous Computing. Historic agriculture was revolutionary, but the Industrial Revolution was a revolution of the physics space that was a base of a mankind civilization, and the information revolution that Cyber Space saw a prime while world wide web service was expanded was a revolution of cyber space. It is combined with a life space naturally, and Ubiquitous creates a new integrated space. The space is the opportunity space that is limitless as soon as it is the unknown world that mankind was not able to experience yet. This paper checks the present situation of currently proceeding Ubiquitous computing technology(RFID, CCTV) in augmented reality environment. Also, The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the concepts analysis of privacy, personal information, and electronic surveillance in augmented reality environment. Thus this paper treated the analysis of case, technological issue, problem and solution and so on.

Intelligence Security and Surveillance System in Sensor Network Environment Using Integrated Heterogeneous Sensors (이 기종간 통합 센서를 이용한 센서네트워크 환경에서의 지능형 보안감시 시스템)

  • Current CCTV systems, which require continuous monitoring of the screens, have the limitation to detect and respond to the crime scenes in timely manner. Therefore, in recent years, the request for more intlligent surveillance system, with a ubiquitous sensor network, is increasing in order to behave more humanly fashions. Such systems require cllective data processing of the environments based on various sensors. In this article, we suggests a new paradigm based surveillance system which integrates PSD and dual PIR sensors. The proposed system evlves from a existing indoor intrusion detection system which can only identify the intrusion event to a better inteligent system with context awareness. We have conducted the various simulations in order to prove the effectiveness of the proposed system.
