안정적 고반복을 위한 지연시간 제어회로가 적용된 커패시터 충전용 전원장치 (A Capacitor Charging Power Supply(CCPS) using Dead Time Control Circuit for Stable High Repetition)

  • Capacitor Charging Power Supply(CCPS) is one of the most important components of a pulsed power system. The CCPS is widely used in source of lasers, accelerators and plasma generators. This paper presents design of a dead time control circuit and operation characteristics for stable high repetition rate of high voltage CCPS. The CCPS consists of battery, high voltage transformer and controller with a dead time control circuit. A dead time control circuit was simulated by PSpice. The performance test of the CCPS was carried out with a 7[nF] load capacitor at output voltage of 50[kV] and a pulse repetition frequency of 100[Hz]. As a result, we can verify that charging and discharging waveform is stable at 100[Hz]. The experiment results indicate that 3[ms] dead time made it possible for stable high repetition rate of 100[Hz]. This paper paves the way for designing an advanced CCPS which is more applicable outside experiments.

  • 본 논문은 직렬공진 인버터를 이용한 고전압 커패시터 충전형 전원장치(CCPS)에 관하여 기술하였다. 본 논문에서 사용된 고전압 CCPS는 PLL제어를 사용한 45[Khz]의 직렬공진 인버터를 사용하여 고효율제어를 하였으며, 고전압 변압기를 사용하였다. CCPS의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 14[nF]의 부하에 100[kV]의 출력전압을 300[Hz]의 방전주기를 가지고 실험하였다. 실험결과 최대출력은 18.75[kJ/sec]이고, 방전시간은 200[Hz]로 운전하였으며, 충전시간은 4.5[mS]임을 확인하였다.

Practical Use of Cancer Control Promoters in Municipalities in Japan

  • The Cancer Control Act in Japan became effective in 2006. In Ibaraki, Toyama, and Hyogo prefectures, the Cancer Control Promoter (CCP) plan was created to strengthen partnerships for cancer prevention. This study aimed to examine the curre nt status of CCP utilization and analyze relationships with intersectoral collaboration, both within the government and with outside partners. In 2008, we mailed questionnaires to 100 administrators responsible for disease prevention and health promotion in municipal governments of the three prefectures. Ninety-one administrators responded (response rate, 91.0%). We analyzed responses to questions regarding whether or not the municipalities had used CCPs. Items assessing intersectoral collaboration examined municipality characteristics and relationships with outside partners and sectors specializing in areas other than community health. Among 90 administrators with valid data, 33 municipalities (36.7%) used CCPs while 57 (63.3%) did not. The Fisher's exact test revealed that intersectoral collaboration for using CCPs was associated with communication with all of the municipal government sectors not related to health. The present study indicated that CCPs were not consistently used in municipalities. However, we found that intersectoral collaborations, especially within the local government, may be related to the practical use of CCPs. This, in turn, may result in effective cancer control and prevention, as well as improvement in community health.

식품의약품안전청 지정 HACCP 적용 위탁급식소의 HACCP system 조사 (HACCP Systems of Contract Foodservice Establishments Appointed by Korea Food and Drug Administration)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the HACCP systems of contract foodservice establishments by surveying HACCP plans and prerequisite programs from the twelve HACCP-implemented contract foodservice establishments appointed by KFDA. All the subjects (100%) appeared to develop HACCP plans with their own hazard analysis. Except the two giving no response, it turned out that two establishments had 2 CCPs (20%), four had 4∼5 CCPs (40%) and another four had 9 CCPs (40%). Especially, 'cleaning and sanitizing of raw vegetables and fruits (90%)' and 'cooking (temperature) (100%)' were monitored as CCPs by all the subjects. Only one subject (8.3%) answered that continuous monitoring was not conducted. But the verification, record keeping and internal audits were maintained by all the subjects (100%). Most of the surveyed foodservice establishments maintained various prerequisite programs enough to back up HACCP system.

A Capacitor-Charging Power Supply Using a Series-Resonant Three-Level Inverter Topology

  • In this paper we present a Capacitor Charging Power Supply (CCPS) using a series-resonant three-level inverter topology to improve voltage regulation and use semiconductor switches having low blocking voltage capability such as MOSFETs. This inverter can be operated with two modes, Full Power Mode (FPM) and Half Power Mode (HPM). In FPM inverter supplies the high frequency step up transformer with full DC-link voltage and in HPM with half DC-link voltage. HPM switching method will be adopted when CCPS output voltage reaches the preset target value and operates in refresh mode-charge is maintained on the capacitor. In this topology each semiconductor devices blocks a half of the DC-link voltage[2]. A 15kW, 30kV CCPS has been built and will be tested for an electric precipitator application. The CCPS operates from an input voltage of 500VDC and has a variable output voltage between 10 to 30kV and 1kHz repetition rate at 44nF capacitive load [3]. A resonant frequency of 67.9kHz was selected and a voltage regulation of $0.83\%$ has been achieved through the use of half power mode without using the forced cut off the switch current [1]. The theory of operation, circuit topology and test results are given.

  • 영상정보처리기기(CCTV)는 민감 정보를 수집, 전송, 저장하는 데 있어서 관리적, 물리적, 기술적 측면에서 포괄적으로 보안관리가 이뤄져야 한다. 이를 위해 영상정보처리에 관련된 암호기술, 기술인증, 보호기술, 보안장비에 대한 적용 기준이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 영상정보처리기기에 관련된 다양한 보안기술, 인증제도를 분석하여 영상정보처리기기의 구축 및 운영에 적용하여 포괄적 보안관리를 위한 암호·인증·보호·체계(CCPS; Cryptography·Certification·Protection·System) 모델을 제안한다.

  • Generally, Capacitor charging power supply (CCPS) consist of the full-bridge inverter, LC resonant tank and capacitance load. The multi-connection systems are normally used for high voltage or high power application. In this paper, conventional parallel operation resonant type and proposed series operation PWM type CCPS for pulse corona occurrence of DeSOx, DeNOx system using magnetic pulse compressor make a comparison. The effect of proposed CCPS is verified by circuit characteristics analysis of parallel operation resonant type and series operation PWM type, and it is confirmed by simulation result.

협동·창의척 문재해결을 위한 온라인 지원시스템 개발 (Development of an Online Support System for Cooperative and Creative Problem Solving)

  • 창의적 문제해결에 대한 연구들은 온라인 환경에서나 면대면 환경 모두 대부분 개인적 측면에서 접근이 이루어지고 있어 협동적인 측면에서의 접근이 필요하다. 온라인 환경은 면대면 환경보다는 협동적 상호작용 촉진과 창의적 문제해결을 위한 효과적인 환경을 제공하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 협동을 통해 창의적 문제해결을 할 수 있는 온라인 지원 시스템을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 첫째, 기존의 창의적 문제해결모형으로부터 온라인 환경에서 적합한 창의적 문제해결을 할 수 있는 모형을 도출하였다. 둘째, 통합된 창의적 문제해결모형을 토대로 협동 창의적 문제해결 모형의 온라인 지원 시스템을 위한 설계 원리를 개발하고 이에 기초하여 시스템을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 시스템의 향상을 위해서 형성평가를 실시하였다. 개발된 시스템은 협동 창의적 문제해결을 위한 효과적이고 효율적인 온라인 학습 환경을 제공해 줄 것이다.

  • This study assessed the biological and physicochemical hazards involved in establishing a hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) for canned seasoned Broughton's ribbed ark Scapharca broughtonii and examined the critical control points (CCPs) in the field. Following the basic principles of the HACCP system, the hazard-evaluation procedures were enacted during the production of canned seasoned Broughton's ribbed ark after field investigation of a seafood product company in Korea. CCPs were determined using canned seasoned Broughton's ribbed ark with the corresponding control measures. The HACCP system was applied to each step in processing the product. The results indicated that inspection of raw materials, filling, sterilization, and alien substance detection were the most important CCPs. These results can be used to prevent and control food safety problems in the production of canned seasoned Broughton's ribbed ark.

제주 지역 공동육아나눔터 운영 실태 연구 (A Study of the Conditions of Cooperative Child-care Places in Jeju Self-Governing Province)

  • Communal places for parents to take child-care are very important in activating cooperative child-care(CCC). Therefore, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has been operating Cooperative-Childcare-Places(CCPs) since 2016. This study analyzed the operational status of the CCPs and presented the model type to provide data for the activation of CCC. Qualitative analyses were applied to the results of interviews with 10 staff members. The common task they considered difficult was recruitment, and there was a big difference in the operation of the regular program depending on the competence of the staff in charge. The lack of support systems, such as education and consulting, has made it difficult for the staff to do their work. Additionly, four models of CCPs were found, a resident self-governing type, a workplace type, an institutional type, and a rural complex type. In conclusion, CCP spaces should be planned and facilities created with a focus on the needs of child-care activities. Second, the role of staff in helping to organize the parents' self-governing committee is crucial. Third, it needs to establish a support system to strengthen the capacity of the staff members.
