치자약침(梔子藥鍼)이 실험적(實驗的) 백서(白鼠)의 간손상(肝損傷)에 미치는 영향(影響) (The Effects of Gardeniae Fructus Aqua-Acupuncture on Liver Injury of Rats Induced by CCI4)

  • This is the study of the effects of Aqua-acupuncture with Gardeniae Fructus on thc recovery of rat's liver which was damaged by 0.3ml/ea of $CCI_4$. Rats were divided into 4 groups; Normal-group(None treated group), Control-group(Not treated after $CCI_4$-intoxicated), Exp. I(Treated with Saline Aqua-acupuncture after $CCI_4$-intoxicated) and Exp. ll(Treated with Gardeniae Fructus Aqua-acupuncture after $CCI_4$-intoxicated). Biochemical assays for each serum enzyme activities of AST, ALT, Albumin, LDH, ${\gamma}$-GT, TG and Total cholesterol were performed. The results were summarized as follows: 1. AST activities in serum significantly decreased in the Gardeniae Fructus Aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. In companson with Saline-treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated, the Gardeniae Fructus Aqua-acupuncture treated group *The professor of Dept. of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, 2. Albumin in serum increased in the Gardeniae Fructus Aqua- acupurkture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. 4. LDH in serum significantly decreased in the Gardeniae Fructus Aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. In comparison with Saline-treated group after CClcintox icated, the Gardeniae Fructus Aqua acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated worked highly effectively to rat's damaged liver. 5. ${\gamma}$-GT In serum significantly decreased In the Gardeniae Fructus Aqua-acupuncture trea ted group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. In compan son with Saline-treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated, the Crardeniae Fructus Aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated was not recognized significantly. 6. TG in serum significantly decreased in the Gardeniae Fructus Aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. In comparison with Saline-treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated, the Gardeniae Fructus Aqua -acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated worked highly effectively to rat's damaged liver. 7. Total cholesterol in serum decreased in the Gardenias Fructus Aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. In comparison with Saline-treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated, the Gardeniae Fructus Aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated worked highly effectively to rat's damaged liver. The results from ahove show that the Gardeniae Fructus Aqua- acupuncture has highly effects on the damaged liver caused by $CCI_4$. Therefore it is expected that the Gardeniae Fructus Aqua- acupuncture could be used to cure the damaged liver.

울금약침(鬱金藥針)이 백서(白鼠)의 간손상(肝損傷) 회복(恢復)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Aqua-acupuncture with Woolgum on the Recovery of Liver Injury in Rats)

  • These studies were carried out to observe the effect of Aqua-acupuncture with Woolgum extract on the recovery from liver injury of rats. The liver injury of rats induced with 0.5ml/200g carbon tetrachloride. The Aqua-acupuncture with Woolgum extract solution inserted into corresponding locus of the Kansu(BL18.) in Rats. Experimental group was divided into 4 groups: Normal group, $CCI_4$-intoxicated group, Saline treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated and Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. Biochemical assays for each serum enzyme activity of GOT, GPT, LDH, total protein, triglyceride, albumin, WBC, neutrophils, lymphocyte were performed. The results were as follows : 1. GOT was decreased with statistical significance in the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. In GOT activity, the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated showed higher level significant compared with the saline aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. 2. GPT was decreased with statistical significance in the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. In GOT activity, the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated showed higher level significant compared with the saline aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. 3. LDH was decreased with statistical significance in the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. 4. Total protein increased with statistical significance in the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. 5. Albumin was increased with statistical significance in the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. The saline aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated was not recognized as compared with $CCI_4$-intoxicated group. 6. Triglyceride was increased with statistical significance in the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. 7. WBC was decreased with statistical significance in the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. In WBC count, the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture higher level significant compared with the saline aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. 8. Lymphocyte was decreased with statistical significance in the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. 9. Neutrophils was increased with statistical significance in the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated. The saline aqua-acupuncture treated group after $CCI_4$-intoxicated was not recognized as compared with $CCI_4$-intoxicated group. From above results, it is suggested that the Woolgum aqua-acupuncture had significant effects on the injury induced by $CCI_4$.

  • 1. Objectives The present study was carried out to investigate the effects of Chungpyesagan-tang on the $CCI_4-induced$ Liver Damage in Rats. 2. Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were devided into 5 experimental groups : Normal, $NS+CCI_4(Solid$ extract of $CCI_4$ injection group after Normal Saline feed), $CP+CCI_4(Solid$ extract of $CCI_4$ injection group after Chungpyesagantang feed), $CCI_4+NS(Nomal$ Saline feed group after $CCI_4$ injection), $CCI_4+CP(Solid$ extract of Chungpyesagantang feed group after $CCI_4$ injection). Biochemical assays for serum enzyme activities such as AST, ALT, ALP, BUN, Creatinine, Uric Acid, Total Protein, Albumin, Total Cholesterol, Triglyceride, Glucose, and mRNA Revelation of Cytochrome p450 and activities such as LPO(Lipid Peroxidation), GSH(Glutathione), GST(Glutathione-S- Transferase), Glutathione Reductase, Glutathione Peroxidase, SOD(Superoxide Dismutase), Catalase, Hydroxyproline, and ${\beta}-Glucuronidase$ were performed. 3. Results 1) $CP+CCI_4$ showed significantly lower relation of Cytochrome p450 than $NS+CCI_4$. 2) As to LPO Hydroxyproline, $CCI_4+CP$ showed significantly lower activity than $CCI_4+NS$. 3) As to GSH GST Glutathione Peroxidase Catalase, $CP+CCI_4$ showed higher activity than $NS+CCI_4$, $CCI_4+CP$ showed significantly higher activity than $CCI_4+NS$. 4) As to Glutathione Reductase SOD, $CCI_4+CP$ showed significantly higher activity than $CCI_4+NS$. 5) As to ${\beta}-Glucuronidase$, $CP+CCI_4$ showed signficantly lower activity than $NS+CCI_4$. 4. Conclusions Chungpyesagantang has the recovering effects on the $CCI_4-induced$ Liver Damage.

MLC NAND 플래시 메모리의 CCI 감소를 위한 등화기 설계 (An Equalizing for CCI Canceling in MLC NAND Flash Memory)

  • 본 논문에서는 MLC 낸드플래시 메모리의 CCI(cell-to-cell interference)의 제거를 통한 에러 보정 등화기(equalizer)를 제안한다. 매년 메모리의 집적도가 두 배가 되고, MLC(multi level cell) 기술의 개발 등으로 플래시 메모리 시장의 급성장이 이루어졌다. CCI는 주변 셀이 프로그램 되면서 발생하는 영향으로 에러 발생에 중요한 요소이다. 제안된 CCI의 모델을 수식화하고, CCI의 제거를 통한 등화기를 설계하였다. 이 모델은 MLC 낸드플래시의 프로그램 순서와 주변 패턴을 기반으로 프로그램 전압(program voltage)의 영향이 고려되었다. 또한 제안된 등화기는 MLC NAND 플래시 메모리 1-블록에 데이터를 읽기/쓰기 동작의 측정 결과와 Matlab을 통하여 설계 및 검증되었다. 이 등화기는 심각한 CCI를 가지고 있는 20nm 낸드플래시 메모리 채널에서 약 60%의 에러 개선율을 보였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 TH PPM UWB-IR 시스템에서 다중 접속시 발생하는 간섭을 개선하기 위해 CCI canceller를 적용하여 동일 채널 상의 다중 사용자 간섭을 제거하였다. 결과에 의하면, CCI canceller를 적용함으로써 낮은 수신 전력에서도 고속의 데이터 전송이 가능한 수신 성능을 얻을 수 있었고 100Mbps의 고속 전송 시에도 최대 동시 접속 수 40까지 수용이 가능한 채널 용량을 얻을 수 있었다.

차전자(車前子)의 약침(藥鍼) 및 경구투여(經口投與)가 백서(白鼠) 간손상(肝損傷)에 미치는 영향(影響) (The Effect of Plantaginis Semen on $CCI_4$ Induced Hepatoxicity in Rats)

  • Objectives: This study was undertaken to determine if Plantaginis Semen(PS) has a protective effect against $CCI_4$ induced hepatoxicity in Rats. Methods: The experimental groups were divided into Normal group (untreated Group), Control group $(group\;treated\;with\;CCI_4)$, Sample 1 (group treated with 0.1 ml Plantaginis Semen herbal acupuncture in both sides of $G\bar{a}nsh\bar{u}\;(BL_{18})$ after $CCI_4$ treating) and Sample 2 (group treated with feeding of 1 cc Plantaginis Semen extraction after $CCI_4$ treating). Rats were administered orally $CCI_4\;(0.1\;ml/kg)$ for 4 days. In experiments for PS effect, rats of Sample 1 group received 0.lml herbal acupuncture of PS extraction in both sides of corresponding $G\bar{a}nsh\bar{u}\;(BL_{18})$ of human body for 3 days after treated $CCI_4$. Rats of Sample 2 group feeded PS extraction (1cc) for 3 days after treated $CCI_4$. Variation of weight and biochemical assays (AST, ALT, LDH, ALP, total cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, albumin) were performed. Results: In Control group, $CCI_4$ increased serum AST, ALT, LDH, ALP, total protein, albumin and decreased weight, total cholesterol, triglyceride. Sample 1 and Sample 2 significantly decreased serum AST, ALT, LDH, ALP, total protein, albumin as compared with Control group. Conclusion: These results indicate that PS could be used in prevention and treatment of hepatoxicity. However, precise mechanisms of PS protection remain to be determined.

사염화탄소와 갈락토사민 간장해 시의 오큐빈의 체내동태 차이 (Different Pharmacokinetics of Aucubin in Rats of Carbon tetrachloride and D-Galactosamine-induced Hepatic Failure)

  • Pharmacokinetics of aucubin, an irdoid glucoside, was compared in rats of experimental hepatic failure(EHF). EHF was induced by CCI$_{4}$ or D-galactosamine pretreatment. This work was designed to find out any differences in the pharmacokinetics of aucubin that may explain the different protective effect of aucubin on CCI$_{4}$- and galactosamine-induced EHF : aucubin reportedly protected CCI$_{4}$-inducing hepatotoxicity effectively, but did not for galactosamine-hepatotoxicity. EHF was induced by intraperitoneal injection Of CCI$_{4}$(0.9ml/kg) or galactosamine(250 mg/kg) to Wistar rats 24 hr before the pharmacokinetic study. The rats were fasted during the 24 hr. Aucubin was iv injected at a dose of 15 mg/kg and the plasma aucubin was assayed by HPLC. There were no significant differences in the pathophysiologies(body weight, liver weight, GTP, hematocrit, blood cell distrbution and plasma protein binding of aucubin) between the two EHF models except GOP which was significantly (p<0.05) higher in CCI$_{4}$-than in galactosamine-EHF. On the other hand, pharmacokinetics of aucubin such as total cleatance(CL$_{t}$), distribution volume at steady-state(Vd$_{ss}$), and mean residence time(MRT) differed significantly(p<0.05) between the models : for example, CL$_{t}$ was increased two fold by CCI$_{4}$, but not by galaclosamine ; Vd$_{ss}$, in galactosamine-EHF was higher than that in CCI$_{4}$-EHF ; MRT was decreased by CCI$_{4}$, but increased conversely by galactosamine. The increase of CL$_{t}$(and decrease of MRT) in rats of CCI$_{4}$-EHF was contrary to the general expectation for the hepatic failure : most of the hepatic failures have been known to decrease CL$_{t}$ of the administered drugs. Whether the difference in the pharmacokinetics is responsible for the different protective effect of aucubin against the two EHF models is of interest. However, much more studies on biliary excretion, urinary excretion, and hepatic uptake in cellular level should be preceded before any conclusions are made on the role of different pharmacokinetics on the different pharmacology of aucubin.

  • 선박의 자동식별 시스템(Automatic Identification System(AIS))은 다중접속 방법으로서 SOTDMA를 채택하고 있다. SOTDMA 시스템은 Aloha 영역에서 슬롯 재사용으로부터 기인하는 Gaussian Minimum Shift Keying(GMSK) Co-Channel Interference(CCI)에 의해서 시스템 성능이 저하된다 이 논문에서는 CCI를 제거할 수 있는 여러 가지 방법을 소개하고 비교 분석하여 향후 선박의 자동식별 시스템에 적용 가능한 CCI 제거기법 개발 방안에 대해서 논하도록 하겠다.

짝수 홀수 분해법에 기초한 CCI의 효율적인 변형 (Efficient Modifications of Cubic Convolution Interpolation Based on Even-Odd Decomposition)

  • This paper presents a modified CCI image interpolation method based on the even-odd decomposition (EOD). The CCI method is a well-known technique to interpolate images. Although the method provides better image quality than the linear interpolation, its complexity still is a problem. To remedy the problem, this paper introduces analysis on the EOD decomposition of CCI and then proposes a reduced CCI interpolation in terms of complexity, providing better image quality in terms of PSNR. To evaluate the proposed method, we conduct experiments and complexity comparison. The results indicate that our method do not only outperforms the existing methods by up to 43% in terms of MSE but also requires low-complexity with 37% less computing time than the CCI method.

$CCI_4$로 유도된 간 기능장애에 대한 갈파래 푸코이단 추출물의 보호효과 (Ulva lactuca Fucoidan Extract and its Protective Effects on $CCI_4$-induced Liver Dysfunction)

  • 갈파래는 해양성 조류 중 녹조류의 일종으로 해양성 조류의 생리활성물질로 알려진 다당체인 푸코이단을 함유하고 있다. 갈파래로부터 추출된 푸코이단의 간 독성 보호효과를 검토하기 위해서 흰쥐를 사용하여 갈파래 푸코이단 추출물 (ULF)을 14일간 매일 1회 복강 내로 선 투여하고 15일째 되는 날에 $CCI_4$를 후투여한 후에 혈액 및 간 조직에서의 지질의 평가와 효소 활성의 변동을 통해 간 독성의 보호효과를 관찰하였다. GOT의 경우 정상군에 비해 대조군에서 $CCI_4$의 간 장애 유발로 인해 효소 활성이 약 3.3 배 증가하였고 시료군인 ULF군은 대조군과 비교 하였을 때 29.8% 감소하여 갈파래 푸코이단 추출물의 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 GPT의 경우에도 $CCI_4$를 투여한 대조군이 정상군에 비해 약 3.7배 정도 증가하여 간 장애 유발이 확인되었고 ULF은 대조군에 비해 48.15% 감소하는 것으로 나타나 갈파래 푸코이단 추출물의 효소 활성 감소효과를 확인할 수 있었다. $CCI_4$로 간 손상이 초래된 대조군은 MDA 양이 정상군보다 약 2.97배 증가하는 경향을 나타내었고 ULF군은 대조군에 비해 37.64%의 감소율을 보여 갈파래 푸코이단 추출물의 지질과산화 감소효과를 화인할 수 있었다. SOD 활성 정도는 대조군의 효소활성이 정상군에 비해서 1.38배 정도로 낮게 나타났고 ULF군은 대조군에 비해 343% 이상의 효과를 나타내었다. 또한 CAT는 대조군이 정상군에 비해 약 1.7배 감소하였으며 ULF군은 대조군 보다 30.2% 높게 나타났다. GPx의 경우 대조군은 정상군에 비해 약 3.5배의 감소율을 보였고 ULF군은 대조군에 비해서 34.43%의 증가율을 보여 효과가 매우 높음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 측정 결과는 갈파래 추출 푸코이단이 간 독성을 예방하는 보호효과가 있음을 보여 주었다.
