한국여성의 연령별 골밀도와 그에 미치는 영향인자에 관한 연구(I) 골밀도와 영양소 섭취 및 에너지 소비량의 관계 -대구지역을 중심으로- (The Effect of Nutrient Intake and Energy Expenditure on Bone Mineral density of Korean Women in Taegu)

  • The purpose of present study was to assess the change of bone mineral density (BMD) by age and the dietary factors influcencing on BMD in Korean women in Taegu. The subjects were 242 healthy female in the range of 7-67 years old, and were divided into 4 age groups. BMD of lumbar of lumbar spine, femur(neck, ward's triangle, trochanter)and total body was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptionmetry. The nutrient intake measured by convenient method was similar to or more than the level of RDA. The significant relationship between nutrient intake and BMD was observed. Particularly for lumbar spine and total body in group 4 (50-60yr), such as energy, carbohyrate, protein, fat, Ca, animal Ca, meat Ca, Fe, thiamin and niacin were found significantly positive correlations. By analysis of multiple regression, significant relationships were shown between protein and lumbar spine and total body BMD in group 4, between ascorbic acid and total body BMD in group 2(17-34 yr). Energy expenditure showed better corrlations with BMD rather than nutrient intake. BMD was significantly greater in subjects consuming a mean dietary Ca intake more than 125% of RDA compared with less than 75% of RDA. In high Ca intake group ($\geq$125% of RDA), there were the significantly negative correlations between animal (meat) Ca and BMD in each bone of 7-9 years. The excessive intake of animal protein in this age group was found. And the correlations between BMD and past milk consumptin were significant in all skeletal sites of group 1(7-16 yr). This study confirms that the most effective way of preventing osteoporosis and the fractures is to maximize peak bone mass in early life and to minimize bone loss through the balanced adequate intake of Ca and other nutrients and regular physical activity.

Relationships among Serum CA15-3 Tumor Marker, TNM Staging, and Estrogen and Progesterone Receptor Expression in Benign and Malignant Breast Lesions

  • Serum tumor marker CA15-3 is widely used in follow-up for assessment of breast cancer prognosis. The aim of this study was to evaluate levels among healthy females and patients, to assess differences with tumor stage and grade, and to determine the relationship with estrogen and progesterone receptor expression. One hundred and thirty six Jordanian females were enrolled in this study: Forty-five were healthy females; seventy-two were diagnosed with breast cancer and nineteen diagnosed with benign breast lesions. Elevated serum CA15-3 level was significantly observed among breast cancer patients ($37.95{\pm}6.65$) compared to both healthy ($14.97{\pm}0.8$) and benign females ($12.30{\pm}1.55$), but no significant association was detected between serum CA15-3 level and age of cancer onset, menarche age, menopause age, parity and BMI. Decreased CA15-3 level was significantly associated with hormone therapy and oral contraceptive consumption among breast cancer patients. Significantly elevated CA15-3 serum levels were found among grade II, III and stage II and III breast cancer females compared to normal healthy females. Elevated CA15-3 serum levels were also found among ER+/PR+($54.242{\pm}7.89$) and ER+/PR-($37.08{\pm}8.22$) compared to healthy control females.

  • Ca $F_2$ films have superior gate insulator properties than conventional gate insulator such as $SiO_2$, Si $N_{x}$, $SiO_{x}$, and T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ to the side of lattice mismatch between Si substrate and interface trap charge density( $D_{it}$). Therefore, this material is enable to apply Thin Film Transistor(TFT) gate insulator. Most of gate oxide film have exhibited problems on high trap charge density, interface state in corporation with O-H bond created by mobile hydrogen and oxygen atom. This paper performed Ca $F_2$ property evaluation as MIM, MIS device fabrication. Ca $F_2$ films were deposited at the various substrate temperature using a thermal evaporation. Ca $F_2$ films was grown as polycrystalline film and showed grain size variation as a function of substrate temperature and RTA post-annealing treatment. C-V, I-V results exhibit almost low $D_{it}$(1.8$\times$10$^{11}$ $cm^{-1}$ /le $V^{-1}$ ) and higher $E_{br}$ (>0.87MV/cm) than reported that formerly. Structural analysis indicate that low $D_{it}$ and high $E_{br}$ were caused by low lattice mismatch(6%) and crystal growth direction. 슬래그의 조성변화가 수화반응에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Composition on the Hydration of Blastfurnace Granulated Slag)

  • In order to improve hydration reactivity of blast furnace slag, it's composition was changed by adding of CaO. The slags were quenched in water at 1,400℃. Hydration reactivityof modified slags was studied by x-ray diffractometer, conduction calorimeter and so on. Experimental results were summarized as follows. 1. Glass content and hydration reactivity of slag depend significantly on quenching temperature of the slag melt. To enhance the reactivity, slag melts which belongs to Frenkel-type liquid, must be quenched above 1,300℃. 2. Vitrification of slag melts was confirmed as CaO/SiO2 ratio increased up to 1.57 with flux, 1.51 without flux, also their hydration reactivity was improved.

  • The (S $r_{0.85}$C $a_{0.15}$)Ti $O_3$ (SCT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode using RF magnetron sputtering method at various substrate temperature. Dielectric constant of SCT thin films is increased with increased as the deposition temperature and changes almost linearly in temperature ranges from -80 to +90[$^{\circ}C$]. The drastic decrease of dielectric constant and increase of dielectric loss in SCT thin films is observed above 200[kHz]. V-I characteristics of SCT thin films show the increasing leakage current with the increases of deposition temperature.ure.

도라지 잎과 줄기의 화학성분 및 항산화활성 (Chemical Composition and Antioxidative Activities of Platycodon grandiflorum Leaves and Stems)

  • 도라지 잎과 줄기를 기능성식품 재료로 이용하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 화학성분 및 항산화 활성을 조사하였다. 도라지 잎과 줄기의 수분함량은 각각 84.31%와 5.91%였으며, 도라지 잎과 줄기의 무기성분 중 Ca이 351.49 mg%와 217.56 mg%로 함량이 많았다. 도라지 잎의 주요 유리당은 glucose로 1,729.8 mg%가 함유되어 있었고, 줄기에서는 fructose가 734.87mg%였다. 도라지 잎의 주요 아미노산으로는 glutamic acid(242.91 mg%)와 arginine(228.60 mg%)이었으며, 줄기에서는 lysine(110.08 mg%)과 glutamic acid(80.40 mg%)였고, 도라지 잎과 줄기의 주요 지방산은 oleic acid와 linoleic acid였다. 도라지 잎과 줄기의 용매 분획물을 이용하여 DPPH radical 소거활성을 측정한 결과 분획물의 농도가 증가함에 따라 DPPH radical 소거활성이 증가하였으며, 환원력도 농도의존적인 경향을 보였고, 특히 부탄올 분획물에서 환원력이 2.25로 가장 높았다.

  • Platelets are activated at the sites of vascular injury by a number of molecules, including adenosine diphosphate, collagen and thrombin. The full platelet aggregation is absolutely essential for the normal hemostasis. Glycyrrhiza glabra is a well-known medicinal herb that grows in various parts of the world and is known to have various effects such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-atherogenic, anti-osteoporotic and skin-whitening. However, the platelet inhibitory effect of Glycyrrhiza glabra extract (GGE) has not been identified. In this study, we investigated if GGE inhibited platelet aggregation. We observed that GGE inhibited collagen-induced platelet aggregation, Ca2+ mobilization, and thromboxane A2 generation. In addition, GGE suppressed phosphorylation of phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase (PI3K), Akt and elevated phosphorylation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor (IP3R), vasodilator stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP). Taken together, GGE showed strong antiplatelet effects and may be used to block platelet-mediated cardiovascular diseases.

의사 N-gram 언어모델을 이용한 핵심어 검출 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Keyword Spotting System Using Pseudo N-gram Language Model)

  • 일반적인 핵심어 검출 시스템에서는 필러모델과 핵심어모델을 연결단어 인식 네트워크로 구성하여 핵심어 검출에 사용한다. 이것은 대량의 텍스트 데이터를 이용한 대어휘 연속 음성인식에서 구해지는 단어의 출현빈도의 언어모델을 핵심어 검출 시스템에서 효과적으로 구성할 수가 없는 어려움이 있기 때문이다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 의사 N-gram 언어모델을 이용한 핵심어 검출 시스템을 제안하고 핵심어와 필러모델의 출현빈도의 변화에 따른 핵심어 검출 성능을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 핵심어와 필러모델의 출현확률을 0.2:0.8의 비율에서 CA (Correctly Accept for Keyword: 핵심어를 제대로 인정한 경우)가 91.1%, CR (Correctly Reject for OOV: 비핵심어에 대해 제대로 거절한 경우)는 91.7%로써, 일반적인 연결단어인식 네트워크를 이용한 방법보다 제안된 방법이 CA-CR 평균 인식률의 에러감소율 (Error Reduction Rate)에서 14%향상되어 핵심어 검출에서의 언어모델 도입의 효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

  • $PbTiO_3$는 perovskite구조를 가진 강유전체로써 Curie온도가 높고 유전율이 작아 고온. 고주파재료로 주목되어왔으나 curie온도 이하에서 결정이방성(C/a)이 크기 때문에 소결 후 결정립(grain)이 입계(grain boundary)에서 분리되어 치밀하고 기계적으로 강한 세라믹을 얻을 수 없었고, 항전력이 커 분극이 어려위 실용화 되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 $PbTiO_3$에 Pb일부를 Ca로 치환하고 Mn, Ni, Co및 W의 산화물을 첨가하여 치수가 크고 기계적으로 강한 세라믹을 제조하였고, 그 분극 조건도 PZT의 분극 조건과 같은 정도로 개선하였다. 그리고 결합계수이방성(Kt/Kp)이 $5\sim6$으로 크고, 기계적 품질계수 Qm이 $310\sim480$ 정도로 낮으며, 유전상수가 200대의 값으로 PZT보다 1/5정도 작은 고온, 고주파. 광대역 초음파 발진자 재료로 적합한 압전세라믹을 제조 연구하였다.

점토광물을 이용한 산소환원의 전기화학적 촉매성에 관한 연구 (The Electrocatalytic Reduction of Molecular Oxygen with Clay Modified Electrodes)

  • 몇 가지 점토광물과 메틸바이올로젠 또는 메틸렌블루를 함유시킨 점토수식전극을 이용하여 산소환원에 대한 전기화학적 촉매성을 검토하였다. 점토광물로는 Na-몬모릴로나이트, Ca-몬모릴로나이트, 카오리나이트를 사용하였다. 점토수식전극은 유리탄소전극 표면에 점토 현탁액을 입히고 메틸바이올로젠을 흡착시킨 것을 사용하였으며, 전기화학적 산소환원의 정도는 순환 전압전류법(cyclic voltammetry)으로 측정하였다. 실험결과, 다른 점토시료에 비하여 Na-몬모릴로나이트가 메틸바이올로젠의 흡착효과가 가장 크게 나타났고, 메틸바이올로젠을 흡착시킨 점토수식전극이 산소환원에 대한 촉매성이 월등히 우수하였다. 즉 촉매산소환원 피크가 242.6 mV 만큼 +방향으로 이동하였다. 메틸바이올로젠을 흡착시킨 점토수식전극이 메틸렌블루를 흡착시킨 점토수식전극보다 산소환원에 대한 촉매성이 더 높게 나타났다. Ca-몬모릴로나이트의 경우는 변화가 없었으나 Na-몬모릴로나이트의 구조는 메틸바이올로젠의 흡착으로 변화되었다. 메틸바이올로젠- Na-몬모릴로나이트 점토수식전극은 현탁액의 점토 농도가 약 0.87 g/10 mL이고. 메틸바이올로젠의 수용액의 농도가 대략 2.5 mM일 때 산소환원 촉매 효과가 가장 탁월하였다. 지지전해질의 pH에 따른 점토수식 전극의 산소 환원 촉매성은 중성의 pH 범위(6.3과 8.3)에서보다 산성인 pH 3.7과 알칼리성인 pH 12.7에서 월등히 크게 나타났다.
