C형 및 H형 철근콘크리트 구조벽체의 2축 상호작용과 등하중법 (Biaxial Interaction and Load Contour Method for Reinforced Concrete C- and H-shaped Structural Walls)

  • C형 및 H형 단면의 구조벽체는 고층 건물에서 횡력저항시스템으로 널리 이용된다. 이러한 이형벽체는 축력과 함께 x축 및 y축에 대한 2방향 휨모멘트를 동시에 받으므로, 안전한 벽체설계를 위해서는 휨-압축 상호작용을 정확히 고려해야 한다. 이 연구에서는, 대칭단면을 갖는 기둥을 위하여 개발된 기존 등하중법을 수정하여, 2방향으로 재하된 C형 및 H형 벽체를 위한 근사설계방법을 제안하였다. 다양한 단면형상을 갖는 이형벽체에 대하여 2방향 모멘트강도를 계산할 수 있는 단면해석 프로그램을 개발하고, 실험결과와 비교를 통하여 프로그램의 정확성을 검증하였다. 또한 개발한 프로그램을 사용한 변수연구를 통하여, C형 및 H형 이형벽체 단면에 대한 2축 상호작용 특성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, C형 및 H형 이형벽체의 2축 상호작용은 모멘트 방향과 압축력 크기에 의하여 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 변수연구를 통하여 일정한 압축력에서 2축 모멘트강도의 상관관계를 나타내는 정규화된 컨투어 설계식을 제안하였다. 또한 실무에서 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록, 제안된 컨투어 설계식을 사용한 이형벽체 설계절차와 설계예제를 제시하였다.

강소성 유한요소법과 신경망을 이용한 직사각재 인발공정에 관한 연구 (A Studyon the Drawing of Rectangular Rod from Round Bar by using Rigid Plastic FEM and Neural Network)

  • In this study, to analyze the shaped drawing process from round bar, the practical conical die with considering die radius and bearing was defined by a mathematical expression, and also a simple technique for initial mesh generation to the shaped drawing process was proposed. The drawing of rectangular section from round bar, one of the shaped drawing process, has been simulated by using non-steady state 3D rigid plastic finite element method in order to evaluate the influence of semi-die angle and reduction in area to corner filling. Other process variables such as friction constant, rectangular ratio, die radius and bearing length were fixed during the simulation. An artificial neural network has been introduced to obtain the optimal process conditions which gave rise to a fast simulation.

  • In this paper, we investigate the existence of an S-shaped connected component in the set of positive solutions of the Dirichlet problem of the one-dimension Minkowski-curvature equation $$\{\(\frac{u^{\prime}}{\sqrt{1-u^{{\prime}2}}}\)^{\prime}+{\lambda}a(x)f(u)=0,\;x{\in}(0,1),\\u(0)=u(1)=0$$, where ${\lambda}$ is a positive parameter, $f{\in}C[0,{\infty})$, $a{\in}C[0,1]$. The proofs of main results are based upon the bifurcation techniques.

Gelcasting을 이용한 Mullite 세라믹스의 제조 (Fabrication of Complex-shaped mullite Ceamics by Gelcasting)

  • A new technique to fabricate complex-shaped mullite has been developed through gelcasting without organic binder. The suspension of a commercial mullite powder and boehmite-SiO2 sol as binder was elecrtrosterically stabilized. Ammonium polymetharylyate was employed as a dispersant for the electrosteric stabilization. Complex-shaped bodies were made through casting and gelation at room temperature. The green bodies were dried at a temperature of 30$^{\circ}C$ and relative humidity of 98% without crack development. The dried bodies were then pressureless-sintered at 1650$^{\circ}C$ for 2 h to get a relative density of 98% The Vickers hardness and 4-point flexural strength of sintered parts were 11.0 GPa and 150MPa respectively which are similar to those of commercially available sintered mullite.

다차원 평면 클러스터를 이용한 자기 구성 퍼지 모델링 (Self-Organizing Fuzzy Modeling Based on Hyperplane-Shaped Clusters)

  • This paper proposes a self-organizing fuzzy modeling(SOFUM)which an create a new hyperplane shaped cluster and adjust parameters of the fuzzy model in repetition. The suggested algorithm SOFUM is composed of four steps: coarse tuning. fine tuning cluster creation and optimization of learning rates. In the coarse tuning fuzzy C-regression model(FCRM) clustering and weighted recursive least squared (WRLS) algorithm are used and in the fine tuning gradient descent algorithm is used to adjust parameters of the fuzzy model precisely. In the cluster creation, a new hyperplane shaped cluster is created by applying multiple regression to input/output data with relatively large fuzzy entropy based on parameter tunings of fuzzy model. And learning rates are optimized by utilizing meiosis-genetic algorithm in the optimization of learning rates To check the effectiveness of the suggested algorithm two examples are examined and the performance of the identified fuzzy model is demonstrated via computer simulation.

  • It is known that the temperatures of die, punch, holder and punch pad need to be kept different to get better formability in Mg sheet forming processes. Heating and cooling channels are usually equipped in each tool to assign different temperature. This study focused on the optimal design of the heating and cooling channels for a cross-shaped deep drawing die set. While the die and blankholder were heated to and kept at $250^{\circ}C$ by using heat cartridges, the punch and punch pad were kept at much lower temperature than that of the die and blankholder by water circulating through cooling channels. All the approaches were done by numerical analyses, aiming to maximize the cup height and to minimize the punch corner radius without any failure.

쐐기형 그라운드앵커의 인발 거동 특성 (Pullout Resistance Characteristics of the Wedge-shaped Ground Anchor)

  • Ground anchors are mostly used to improve the resistance capacity of retaining walls. The end of the anchor is connected to retaining wall through tendons and the forces in tendons are transferred to ground. In this study, we plan that the new anchor system increases the tension force in tendons and improves the pullout resistance characteristics of the system. In order to increase the pullout resistance capacity of existing anchor system, the new anchor system is made by attaching four steel sticks to the tip of anchor end. So the field test results showed that the pullout resistance capacity of the wedge-shaped ground anchor was acceptable to elastic displacement range.

30° 경사 리브가 있는 확대 채널 통로 내의 열전달 증가 (Heat Transfer Enhancement in a Divergent Passage with 30° Inclined Ribs)

  • The effect of different rib geometries such as V-shaped continuous (case A), parallel broken (case B), and V-shaped broken (case C) ribs on local heat transfer distributions and pressure drops in a divergent channel with $30^{\circ}$ inclined ribs on one wall or two walls was investigated for Reynolds numbers from 22,000 to 75,000. Top and bottom walls were insulated; two side walls were uniformly heated in the divergent channel. Heated walls were composed of 10 isolated coper sections and length-to-outlet hydraulic diameter ratio of 10. Rib height-to-outlet hydraulic diameter ratio was 0.1, and rib pitch-to-height ratio equaled 10. Results revealed that V-shaped continuous rib (case A) produced approximately 1.4 times higher average Nussselt number than in the parallel broken rib (case B), and V-shaped broken rib (case C) in the channel with two ribbed walls at Re = 54,000.
