The purpose of this study is, According to society changing fast, human life is changing in the direction of complexity and variety, the middle class and multiple structure have been generated in relation between architecture and function. Accordingly, considering the analyzed elements of the main floor space planning and relation of the factors in space planning of Seoul s public libraries. The Public Library is variety of function is abstracted to the plan for Space Composition Form from future public library, analysis of “This point of user, how to composition is the space of different function” and “How to is the connection between the educational function and the other function, complexity of space.” With above distinctive themes and the research, the typology of public library in seoul city, At the first, the research shows that the public library is 8 type, and high in typology of “TYPE 7 (A3-B2-Cl)”. Secondary, There appears public library, such as in the satisfaction of the One-Function-User is high in “TYPE 3 (A1-B2-C3)”, in the satisfaction over the Two-Function-User is high in “TYPE 6 (A3-B1-C1)”

The identification step of raw drug materials is an indispensible procedure in the GMP manufacturing process within the pharmaceutical industry. However, wet chemistry methods for identification of drug materials, used by the various Pharmacopeia are time-consuming and expensive steps. In this paper, near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) has been developed for identifying eleven drug substances including calcium pantothenate, cefaclor, cefoperazone, cephradine, dextromethorphan, ehtambutol, nicotinamide, pyrozinamide, tramadol, vitamin C, and vitamin E. Also the aim of ths work is to consturct a new algorithm for calibration model using soft independence modeling of class analogy (SIMCA) with Malinowskis Indicator Function (IND), which is used for finding the number of principal components of each class of the SIMACA model. The use of NIR technique with pattern recognition to qualify raw materials can make it possible to monitor process in real time as well as to control all procedures in the pharmaceutical industry. As the result, the samples identified of 183 different batches from 11 different compounds were separated clearly by SIMCA with 2nd derivative spectra in the NIR region of 1100∼2400 nm.

In this paper, we give some results on ${\frac{zf^{\prime}(z)}{f(z)}}$ for the certain classes of holomorphic functions in the unit disc $E=\{z:{\mid}z{\mid}<1\}$ and on ${\partial}E=\{z:{\mid}z{\mid}=1\}$. For the function $f(z)=z^2+c_3z^3+c_4z^4+{\cdots}$ defined in the unit disc E such that $f(z){\in}{\mathcal{A}}_{\alpha}$, we estimate a modulus of the angular derivative of ${\frac{zf^{\prime}(z)}{f(z)}}$ function at the boundary point b with ${\frac{bf^{\prime}(b)}{f(b)}}=1+{\alpha}$. Moreover, Schwarz lemma for class ${\mathcal{A}}_{\alpha}$ is given. The sharpness of these inequalities is also proved.

We consider a class of discrete parameter processes on a locally compact Banach space S arising from successive compositions of strictly stationary random maps with state space C(S,S), where C(S,S) is the collection of continuous functions on S into itself. Sufficient conditions for stationary solutions are found. Existence of pth moments and convergence of empirical distributions for trajectories are proved.

Meteorological Measurement was performed for evaluation of the horizontal vertical standard deviation $(\sigma_y, \sigma_z)$, surface roughness length and stmospheric stability during the period of March to October 1985 The major results are as follows; 1) The average value of surface roughness length was 144cm at NEPI. 2) In frequency distribution of atmospheric stability, neutral state (D class) was dominent in Seoul (29%) and Pusan (30%). Unstable states (A. B. C. class) were 26% in Seoul and 24% in Pusan. Also, stable states (D. E. F class) were 74% in Seoul and 76% in Pusan. 3) Standard deviations of horizontal ad vertical direction were evaluated as a function of downwind distance and atmospheric stability at NEPI, Jamsil and Pujeondong (Pusan). Standard deviation of horizontal direction was largest at NEPI among 3 areas because of mechanical turbulence resulting from difference of surface roughness length.

Let $\Gamma$ be a bounded rotation (BR) curve without cusps in the complex plane $\mathbb{C}$ and let G := int $\Gamma$. We prove that the rate of convergence of the interpolating polynomials based on the zeros of the Faber polynomials $F_n\;for\;\bar G$ to the function of the reflexive Smirnov-Orlicz class $E_M (G)$ is equivalent to the best approximating polynomial rate in $E_M (G)$.

In this article, we discuss classes of generalized functions for certain modified integral operator of Bessel-type involving Fox's H-function kernel. We employ a known differentiation formula of Fox's H-function to obtain the definition and properties of the distributional modified Bessel-type integral. Further, we derive a smoothness theorem for its kernel in a complete countably multi-normed space. On the other hand, using an appropriate class of convolution products, we derive axioms and establish spaces of modified Boehmians which are generalized distributions. On the defined spaces, we introduce addition, convolution, differentiation and scalar multiplication and further properties of the extended integral.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of using graphing calculators on students' understanding of the linear and quadratic function concepts. The populators of this study are tenth graders at high school in Seoul, one class for the treatment group and another class for the comparison group, and experiment period is 14 weeks including two weeks for school regular exams.Function tests used in the study was proposed which described a conceptual knowledge of functions in terms of the following components: a) Conceptual understanding, b) Interpreting a function in terms of a verbal experission, c) Translating between different representations of functions, and d) Mathematical modeling a real-world situation using functions. Even though the group test means of the individual components of conceptual understanding, interpreting, translating, mathematical modeling did not differ significantly, there is evidence that the two groups differed in their performance on conceptual understanding. It was shown that students learned algebra using graphing calculators view graphs more globally. The attitude survey assessed students' attitudes and perceptions about the value of mathematics, the usefulness of graphs in mathematics, mathematical confidence, mathematics anxiety, and their feelings about calculators. The overall t-test was not statistically significant, but the students in the treatment group showed significantly different levels of anxiety toward mathematics.

본 논문은 다중 뷰를 이용한 대화식 시각 프로그래밍 환경에 관한 연구로서, C＋＋언어 프로그래밍을 위한 클래스의 시각화와 호출되는 멤버 함수의 흐름을 시각 화하는 뷰들을 제공한다. 본 연구는 클래스에 대한 새로운 시각 기호를 정의하고, 시 각 기호를 이용한 다양한 뷰의 대화식 시각 프로그래밍 환경을 구성 하였다. 대화식 다중 뷰 시각 프로그래밍 환경은 객체지향 언어에서 클래스의 표현과 객체간의 실행 관계를 시각적으로 표현하므로써 객체지향 프로그램의 전체 구조에 대한 파악이 용이 하여 프로그램의 개발이 손쉬워지고, 초보자를 위한 교육과 훈련에도 유용하게 사용 될 수 있다.

Extracellular hypotonic stress can affect cellular function. Whether and how hypotonicity affects immune cell function remains to be elucidated. Macrophages are immune cells that play key roles in adaptive and innate in immune reactions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role and underlying mechanism of hypotonic stress in the function of bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs). Hypotonic stress increased endocytic activity in BMDMs, but there was no significant change in the expression of CD80, CD86, and MHC class II molecules, nor in the secretion of TNF-${\alpha}$ or IL-10 by BMDMs. Furthermore, the enhanced endocytic activity of BMDMs triggered by hypotonic stress was significantly inhibited by chloride channel-3 (ClC-3) siRNA. Our findings suggest that hypotonic stress can induce endocytosis in BMDMs and that ClC-3 plays a central role in the endocytic process.
