$Li_2O$.$2SiO_2$유리의 결정화에서 승온속도가 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향 (effect of Heating Rate on the Mechanical Properties in the Crystallization of $Li_2O$.$2SiO_2$ Glass)

  • When Li2O.2SiO2 glass was crystallized between the temperature of maximum nucleation and the temperature of maximum crystal growth it was found that the control of heating rate had serious effect on the crystallinity and microstructure and the greatly changed physical properties. Density and elastic modulus tends to increase but thermal expansion coefficient decreased with increased crystallinity. When heating rate between the tempe-rature of maximum nucleation and the temperature of maximum crystal growth was 10~5$0^{\circ}C$/hr. crystallinity was increased to result in the increment of strength. When nuclation was done at 44$0^{\circ}C$ for 5 hours and the temperature of crystal growth was held at 575$^{\circ}C$ strength was increased until crystallinity reached 65% and strength was decreased with higher crystallinity. These phenomena could be explained that even for the same crystallinity different heat rates resulted in different number and size of cracks.

  • Electroless Ni-Cu-P plating was performed was performed to investigate for plating and changes in microhardness and corrosion rate of of electroless deposits depending on heat treatment. The activation energy for $75~85^{\circ}C$ were calculated to be 66.7KJ/mole. Plating rate increased to 34% with addition of 200ppm of NaF and 0.8ppm of thiourea to the bath. The highest hardness value was obtained by heat treatment deposits layer at$ 400^{\circ}C$, 1 hour. The increase in hardness of deposits by heating was confirmed to be associated with crystallization of the amorphous deposits. Corrosion resistance of deposir layer, which had been heated up to $300^{\circ}C$, was found to be exellent when immersed in 1N-H2SO4 solution, Change of the corrosion resistance seems to have some important bearing on content of amorpous, Ni3P and Cu3P.

Scheduling Algorithms for Downlink Rate Allocation in Heterogeneous CDMA Networks

  • The downlink rate scheduling problem is considered for CDMA networks with multiple users carrying packets of heterogeneous traffic (voice/audio only, bursty data only or mixed traffic), with each type having its own distinct quality of service requirements. Several rate scheduling algorithms are developed, the common factor of which is that part of the decision on which users to serve is based on a function of the deadline of their head-ofline packets. An approach of Andrews et al., in which the basic Earliest-Deadline-First algorithm is studied for similar systems, is extended to result in better performance by considering a more efficient power usage and by allowing service of more than one user per timeslot if the power resources permit it. Finally, the performance of the proposed schemes is compared through simulations.

실측데이터 기반 소규모 태양광발전소 연계용 ESS 효율 분석에 관한 연구 (A study on the efficiency of ESS installed in a small solar power plant based on actual data)

  • 본 연구에서는 전체 태양광발전소의 80%를 차지하고 있는 소규모 태양광발전소의 에너지저장장치 연계에 따른 시스템 효율을 분석하였다. 설치용량이 100kW인 태양광발전소의 데이터를 수집하고 각 발전소의 PCS와 배터리의 용량에 따른 ESS 효율의 상관관계를 도출하였으며 결론적으로 배터리의 방전속도에 영향을 미치는 C-Rate의 수치가 높을수록 ESS의 방전효율이 높아지는 것으로 나타난다.

중국에서 이식된 비단가리비, Chlamys farreri의 먹이섭취와 체조성에 미치는 수온과 염분의 영향 (Effects of Water Temperature and Salinity on Dietary Feeding and Body Composition of Juvenile Jicon scallop, Chlamys farreri Transplanted from China)

  • 비단가리비 치패의 수온(24, 27, 30$^{\circ}C$)과 염분(24, 27, 30%o)에 따른 먹이 섭취 활동(여수율과 소화율)및 체조성의 변화를 조사한 결과 수온과 염분 변화에 의하여 일간 먹이량, 여수율, 소화율 및 체성분이 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 수온과 염분에 따른 비단가리비의 여수율과 소화율은 수온 24$^{\circ}C$의 30%o실험구에서 각각 8.88 L h$^{-1}$ g$^{-1}$과 25.42$\times$10$^7$ cells h$^{-1}$ g$^{-1}$로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 30$^{\circ}C$의 24%o에서 여수율과 소화율이 0.15 L h$^{-1}$ g$^{-1}$와 0.73$\times$10$^7$ cells h$^{-1}$ g$^{-1}$로 가장 낮은 값을 보였다. 비단가리비 치패의 체조성 성분은 고수은인 30$^{\circ}C$ 실험구와 저염분인 24%o 실험구에서는 다른 실첨구에 비하여 조단백질이나 조지방 함량이 적은 것으로 나타났다. 본 실험 결과 여름철 고수온과 저염분이 바지락의 대량 폐사 원인으로 작용하며 안정적인 생산을 방해하는 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

수온, 자어밀도 및 먹이공급량에 따른 붉은쏨뱅이, Sebastiscus tertius 자어의 성장과 생존율 (Water Temperature, Rearing Density and Feeding Rate on Growth and Survival Rate of Red Marbled Rockfish, Sebastiscus tertius Larvae)

  • This study was performed to investigate the effects of water temperature and stocking density and rotifer density on the mass production of larval red marbled rockfish, Sebastiscus tertius. Total length of the marbled rockfish larva grown in $23^{\circ}C$ of water temperature were 10.80mm, which was the best, while those grown in $29^{\circ}C$ of water temperature were 6.28mm, which was the lowest. The survival rates of red marbled rockfish larvae grown in $20^{\circ}C$ and $23^{\circ}C$ were 24.0% and 18.5%, respectively. However, the survival rate of red marbled rockfish larvae grown in $26^{\circ}C$ was $7^{\circ}C$ and no larvae survived in $29^{\circ}C$. The total length of red marvled rockfish larva stocked at the density of 5 and 10 larvaper liter of water were high, which were 11.52 mm and 11.22 mm, respectively, but those stocked at the density of 30 larva per liter of water were 7.55mm, which was the lowest. The survival rate of red marbled rockfish larva stocked at the density of 2.5 larva per liter of water was 52.0%, which was the best, but the lowest, 18.0% for the red marbled rockfish larva stocked at the density of 30 larva per liter. There was a trend toward decrease in survival rate of red marbled rockfish larva as their stocking density increased. The survival rates of red marbled rockfish larva fed rotifers at the density of 10 and 5 individuals per ml were high, 48.5% and 48.0%, and their total lengths were 11.92 and 11.89mm, respectively, which grew relatively fast. The survival rate and the total length of red marbled rockfish larva fed rotifers at the density of 30 individuals per ml were the lowest, which were 8.40mm and 21.5%, respectively. Also, red marbled rockfish larva fed rotifers at the density of more than 20 individuals per ml achieved poor survival and growth. These results indicated that the proper conditions for the mass production of larval red marbled rockfish were $23^{\circ}C$ of water temperature, fish larva stocking density of 5 to 10 larva per liter of water and rotifers density of 5 to 10 individuals per ml as live feed.

역삼투막 공정을 이용한 붕산수 중의 실리카 제거에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Removal of Silica from the Boric Acid Solution by Reverse Osmosis Membrane Process)

  • Hydranautic사의 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 재질로 된 RO S/W 4040을 이용하여 2성분계의 붕산수용액 및 붕산수에 함유된 실리카의 3성분계 수용액에 대하여 조업온도, 운전압력 및 공급유량 변화가 투과량, 붕산회수율, 실리카 배제율에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험을 수행하였다. 붕산수용액의 경우 35$^{\circ}$C, 20atm 및 원액의 유속이 2.82l/min에서 붕산회수율 및 투과도는 각각 58.7% 및 2.82l/min, 35$^{\circ}$C, 10atm에서는 68.1% 및 1.56l/min이었다. 또한 실리카 및 붕산이 함께 함유된 용액의 경우 35$^{\circ}$C, 3.2atm에서 붕산회수율 69.7%, 실리카 배제율 97.5% 및 투과도 0.47l/min의 결과를 보여주었으며, 35$^{\circ}$C, 20atm에서 원액의 유속이 2.92l/min의 경우 붕산회수율 56.4%, 실리카 배제율 96.1% 및 투과도 2.72l/min의 결과를 보여 주었다.

액체로켓 연소기용 구리합금의 열/기계적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Physical and Mechanical Properties of a Copper Alloy for Liquid Rocket Combustion Chamber Application)

  • Mechanical and physical properties of a copper alloy for a liquid rocket engine(LRE) combustion chamber liner application were tested at various temperatures. All test specimens were heat treated with the condition they might experience during actual fabrication process of the LRE combustion chamber. Physical properties measured include thermal conductivity, specific heat and thermal expansion data. Uniaxial tension tests were preformed to get mechanical properties at several temperatures ranging from room temperature to 600$^{\circ}C$. The result demonstrated that yield stress and ultimate tensile stress of the copper alloy decreases considerably and strain hardening increases as the result of the heat treatment. Since the LRE combustion chamber operates at higher temperature over 400$^{\circ}C$, the copper alloy can exhibit time-dependent behavior. Strain rate, creep and stress relaxation tests were performed to check the time-dependent behavior of the copper alloy. Strain rate tests revealed that strain rate effect is negligible up to 400$^{\circ}C$ while stress-strain curve is changed at 500$^{\circ}C$ as the strain rate is changed. Creep tests were conducted at 250$^{\circ}C$ and 500$^{\circ}C$ and the secondary creep rate was found to be very small at both temperatures implying that creep effect is negligible for the combustion chamber liner because its operating time is quite short.

자생 갯까치 수영(Lysimachia mauritiana)의 종자발아에 미치는 저장기간, 광, 온도 및 Priming 처리의 영향 (Effect of Preservation Period, Light, Temperature, and Priming on the Seed Germination of Lysimachia mauritiana)

  • 조경용 소재로 그 관상 가치가 뛰어난 자생 갯까치수영의 종자는 저장기간이 길수록 발아력이 감소하며 그로 인한 보금에 어려움이 많았다. 본 실험에서는 우선 갯까치수영의 적정발아조건을 구명하고 프라이밍처리에 따른 발아상을 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 광과 온도에 따른 종자발아율을 알아본 결과 25$\circ $C의 온도조건과 광조건이 발아에 적정환경으로 이때 발아율과 발아속도는 각각 96.9%와 3.5일이었다. 20$\circ $C의 온도조건에서도 90%이상의 발아율을 보였으나 발아속도가 6.3일로 현저히 길어졌다. 저장기간이 길어졌을 때(300일) 75%까지 떨어졌던 종자의 발아율은 NaCl용액과 KNO$_{3}$ + K$_{3}$H$_{2}$PO 혼합용액을 프라이밍 처리한 결과 모든 처리농도에서 90% 이상으로 회복되었다. 여러 농도의 priming처리 후 발아속도에 차이가 있었는데, 처리농도가 각각 0.1M에서 0.5M로 높아질수록 발아속도가 길어지는 경향을 나타내었다.

액적간격이 고정액적의 연소율상수에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of droplet length on a burning constant rate of suspended droplet)

  • 본 연구에서는 대기압하에서의 탄화수소계 연료인 제트유 연료액적에 대한 연소시 나타나는 액적의 연소특성 및 1차원 액적배열구조를 갖는 액적연소시 액적간격이 연소율 상수에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 고찰하였다. 실험결과, 탄화수소계 연료인 제트유(jet A-1)는 실험조건하에서 단일 연료액적의 연소에 대해 액적크기에 상관없이 일정한 연소율 상수 $\kappa_c= 0.915{mm}^2$ 를 유지하였으며 대기압하에서 액적직경의 제곱$(d^2)$은 시간에 대하여 선형함수를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한, 1차원 배열구조를 갖는 액적연소(액적간격 $l/d_o$가 1.208~2.922)사이에 있어서 액적간격이 감소 할수록 액적의 연소율 상수 ${\kappa}_c$는 감소하였으며, 일정 액적간격을 가지는 액적군 연소시 3번째 액적 보다 2번째 액적의 연소율상수 ${\kappa}_c$에 미치는 영향이 더 크게 나타났다.
