The metal-manufacturing method and smelting temperature of ancient metal-production processes have been studied by analyzing the principal elements and microstructures of slag. However, the microstructure of slag varies according to the solidification cooling rate and types and relative amounts of various oxides contained within the smelting materials. Hence, there is a need for accurate analysis methods that allow slag to be distinguished by more than its composition or microstructure. In this study, the microstructures of slag discharged as a result of smelting iron sands collected from Pohang and Gyeongju, as well as the slag excavated from the Ungyo site in Wanju, were analyzed by using metalloscopy, scanning election microscopy-energy dispersine X-ray spectroscopy(SEM-EDS) and wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorenscence(WD-XRF). Furthermore, the microcrystals were accurately characterized by performing Raman micro-spectroscopy, which is a technique that can be used to identify the microcrystals of slags. SEM-EDS analysis of Pohang slag indicated that its white polygonal crystals could be Magnetite; however, Raman micro-spectroscopy revealed that these crystals were actually $ulv{\ddot{o}}spinel$. Raman micro-spectroscopy and SEM-EDS were also used to verify that the coarse white dendritic structures observed in the Gyeongju-slag were $W{\ddot{u}}stites$. Additionally, the Wanju slag was observed to have a glassy matrix, which was confirmed by Raman micro-spectroscopy to be Augite. Thus, we have demonstrated that Raman micro-spectroscopy can accurately identify slag microcrystals, which are otherwise difficult to distinguish as solely based on their chemical composition and crystal morphology. Therefore, we conclude that it has excellent potential as a slag analysis technique.
Ba-ferrite particles added with Co and Ti, which were known well the additives for the control in coercivity, were synthesized by sol-gel method. In the range 90 to 120 minute reaction time, a stable sol solution which showed no change with temperature, pH, viscosity and aging time. After dried and heat treatment of sol solution, Ba-ferrite phase formed at $700^{\circ}C$ with Differential Thermal Analysis(DTA) and X-Ray Diffractometer(XRD) measurement. The crystallinity became to be better with increasing the temperature. It were showed by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) that Ba-ferrite increased to particle sizes as increasing heating temperature and obtained of narrow particles size distribution. Also, magnetic characteristics of Ba-ferrite powders Co and Ti added were observed by a Vibrating Sample Magnetometer(VSM). Saturation magnetization$(M_s)$ was not much changed, however. the coercivity$(H_c)$dramatically dropped with addition of Co and Ti.
Objectives: A new software (Cardiac SPECT Analyzer: CSA) was developed for quantification of volumes and election fraction on gated myocardial SPECT. Volumes and ejection fraction by CSA were validated by comparing with those quantified by Quantitative Gated SPECT (QGS) software. Materials and Methods: Gated myocardial SPECT was peformed in 40 patients with ejection fraction from 15% to 85%. In 26 patients, gated myocardial SPECT was acquired again with the patients in situ. A cylinder model was used to eliminate noise semi-automatically and profile data was extracted using Gaussian fitting after smoothing. The boundary points of endo- and epicardium were found using an iterative learning algorithm. Enddiastolic (EDV) and endsystolic volumes (ESV) and election fraction (EF) were calculated. These values were compared with those calculated by QGS and the same gated SPECT data was repeatedly quantified by CSA and variation of the values on sequential measurements of the same patients on the repeated acquisition. Results: From the 40 patient data, EF, EDV and ESV by CSA were correlated with those by QGS with the correlation coefficients of 0.97, 0.92, 0.96. Two standard deviation (SD) of EF on Bland Altman plot was 10.1%. Repeated measurements of EF, EDV, and ESV by CSA were correlated with each other with the coefficients of 0.96, 0.99, and 0.99 for EF, EDV and ESV respectively. On repeated acquisition, reproducibility was also excellent with correlation coefficients of 0.89, 0.97, 0.98, and coefficient of variation of 8.2%, 5.4mL, 8.5mL and 2SD of 10.6%, 21.2mL, and 16.4mL on Bland Altman plot for EF, EDV and ESV. Conclusion: We developed the software of CSA for quantification of volumes and ejection fraction on gated myocardial SPECT. Volumes and ejection fraction quantified using this software was found valid for its correctness and precision.

Security has become one of the major concerns in mobile adhoc networks (MANETs). Data and voice communication amongst roaming battlefield entities (such as platoon of soldiers, inter-battlefield tanks and military aircrafts) served by MANETs throw several challenges. It requires complex securing strategy to address threats such as unauthorized network access, man in the middle attacks, denial of service etc., to provide highly reliable communication amongst the nodes. Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS) undoubtedly is a crucial ingredient to address these threats. IDPS in MANET is managed by Command Control Communication and Intelligence (C3I) system. It consists of networked computers in the tactical battle area that facilitates comprehensive situation awareness by the commanders for timely and optimum decision-making. Key issue in such IDPS mechanism is lack of Smart Learning Engine. We propose a novel behavioral based "Smart Multi-Instance Multi-Label Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (MIML-IDPS)" that follows a distributed and centralized architecture to support a Robust C3I System. This protocol is deployed in a virtually clustered non-uniform network topology with dynamic election of several virtual head nodes acting as a client Intrusion Detection agent connected to a centralized server IDPS located at Command and Control Center. Distributed virtual client nodes serve as the intelligent decision processing unit and centralized IDPS server act as a Smart MIML decision making unit. Simulation and experimental analysis shows the proposed protocol exhibits computational intelligence with counter attacks, efficient memory utilization, classification accuracy and decision convergence in securing C3I System in a Tactical Battlefield environment.

Metal matrix composites had generated a lot of interest in recent times because of significant in specific properties. It was also highlighted as the materials of frontier industry because strength, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant were superiored. In this study the strength properties of $Al_{18}B_4O_{33}/AC4CH$ were represented mixing the binder of $Al_2O_3$ and $TiO_2$. It was also fabricated by squeeze casting. $Al_{18}B_4O_{33}/AC4CH$ was fabricated at the melt temperature of $760^{\circ}C$ the perform temperature of $700^{\circ}C$ and mold temperature of $200^{\circ}C$ under the pressure of 83.4MPa and observed SEM. Fatigue crack growth rate tests on compact tension specimen(half-size) of thickness 12.5mm were conducted by using sinusoidal waveform. Compact tension specimens(half-size) were used and fatigue crack growth rate da/dN and stress intensity factor range ${\Delta}K$ were analyzed concerning to the R value of 0.1 and 0.05. In order to find out the value of ${\Delta}K$, load amplitude constant method was applied by the standard fatigue testing method describes in ASTM E647-95a. As the results of this study, Fatigue crack growth rate increased with in creasing the load ratio, Consequently, At equivalent stress intensity factors, the fatigue crack growth rates in MMC were faster than those of AC4CH alloy. then the fatigue life and the fatigue crack growth rate was investigated using scanning election microscopy(SEM)
The main purpose of this paper is to examine the aid effectiveness of ODA projects through a case of an e-Government ODA. The case at hand is the Mongolian National Data Center project, which was supported by Korea International Cooperation Agency in 2007~2009. In this paper, we analyze aid effectiveness through a case instead of a long-term macroeconomic analysis. By using OECD DAC guideline for performance evaluation of ODA project combined with PRM (Performance Reference Model) for evaluating e-Government, authors undertakes a post-implementation evaluation on the Mongolian NDC project. The result shows that the NDC project has been relevant and implemented effectively and efficiently given the political instability incurred by the election fraud in 2008. However, there have been problems as well. Provision of defected monitors was a critical problem while disagreement on the safety of the building was lasted for two more years to be settled. Some comments on the training program are also worth to hear to ameliorate similar projects. But more fundamental problems are found in impacts and sustainability areas. Low political status of ICTPA as a coordinating organization for ICT ODA and unstable job security of NDC are serious hurdles to increase effectiveness and efficiency of NDC. ICTPA has played very limited roles in coordinating government-wide ICT ODA projects because it lacks actual power and control over them. Other government organizations do not fully trust NDC as a reliable government data center due to low political status and lack of job security. Thus critical factors to affect the effectiveness and efficiency of e-Government ODA projects are political and organizational instead of economic.
This study lies on building the International Standardization of China Arbitration System for improving a relationship of mutual trust and the safety trade between China and other worldwide countries, especially, South Korea as their one of the biggest trading partners through the comparative analysis of China and UNCITRAL Arbitration Law. In this analysis, the differences from China and UNCITRAL in arbitration law are like belows ; lack of arbitrator's international mind, the limitation of private property right, prohibition of Ad. hoc arbitration, arbitrator's biased nationalism, localism, and their short specialties. a deficiency of the objectiveness for arbitrator's election, a judgement rejection of claimants by using nonattendance and walkout, impossibility of prior and temporary property custody for execution of arbitration award. etc. For the improvement of the International Standardization of China Arbitration, this paper propose as follows: 1) Extension of private property right, reorganization of tax system, realization of open competition, exclusion of 'Sinocentrism', globalization of arbitration system 2) The abolition of old fashioned bureaucracy with approval for ad.hoc arbitration 3) An education for arbitrator's internationalization, specialty, and to promote legal knowledge 4) A settlement of the third country arbitrators' selection for reflecting interested party's decision by the court in a selection system of arbitration committee. 5) Institutionalization of arbitration judgment that prevent for claimant's avoidance by using a withdrawal and an intentional absent 6) A permission of the right of claimant's court custody directly before the begging of arbitration request for the prevention for destruction of evidence and property concealment 7) Grant of the arbitration tribunal's interim measures of protection for private property preservation to the third party, proof security, prevention from the loss that selling the corruptible goods 8) Improvement of arbitration's efficiency from the exclusion of the obstacles that are forgery, concealed evidence, and arbitrator's bribe taking Lastly, I hope that this study will serve to promote friendly economic relationship between China and South Korea and strive for international equilibrium through the achievement of China Arbitration's International Standardization. I will finish this paper with a firm belief that this will lead to more advanced studies.

A digital signature scheme provides integrity of the document, authentication and non-repudiation of a signer. Usually the key for digital signature is stored in hard disk or removal disk storage. The drawback of this approach is that the signer can let the agent to sign instead of the signer by providing the key information. It can be abused in applications such as electronic election. In this paper, we propose the undeniable biometric digital multi-signature scheme suitable for applications where the signer should not make an agent sign instead of himself/herself. The undeniable multi-signature scheme requires many signers and only the designated user can confirm the authenticity of multi-signature. The proposed scheme satisfies undeniable property and it is secure against active attacks such as modification and denial of the multi-signature by signers. As the key is generated through the signer's fingerprint image, it's also secure against signing by an agent.
In sport programs, real-time virtual imaging system come into notice for new technology which can compose information like team logos, scores. distances directly on playing ground, so it can compensate for the defects of general character generator. In order to synchronize graphics to camera movements, generally two method is used. One is for using sensors attached to camera moving axis and the other is for analyzing camera video itself. KBS technical research institute developed real-time sensor-based virtual imaging system 'VIVA', which uses four sensors on pan, tilt, zoom, focus axis and controls virtual graphic camera in three dimensional coordinates in real-time. In this paper, we introduce our system 'VIVA' and it's technology. For accurate camera tracking we calculated view-point movement occurred by zooming based on optical principal point variation data and we considered field of view variation not only by zoom but also by focus. We developed our system based on three dimensional graphic environment. so many useful three dimensional graphic techniques such as keyframe animation can be used. VIVA was successfully used both in Busan Asian Games and 2002 presidential election. We confirmed that it can be used not only in the field but also in the studio programs in which camera is used within more close range.
This study reviewed reorganization of bureaucrats in the beginning of Lee Myung bak's government from the perspective of the relationship between politicians and bureaucrats. In other words, it analyzed the reorganization of central office group of Korean government in 2008 as the relationship between calling to account by politicians and avoiding calling to account by bureaucrats. Conclusively, first, separation or abolition of a certain organization was resulted from calling to account by president (the ruling party). Second, merging organizations was done because president wanted strong control on that agency or he wanted to realize presidential election pledge (policy) through the agency. Third, if an organization was not changed even though it was selected as the target of abolition, it meant that the organization succeeded in defense. As seen from the above cases, it was found that politicians and bureaucrats played a kind of game for reorganization of government organizations. First of all, if politicians succeeded in calling to account, the bureaucratic organization was separated or abolished. If bureaucrats succeeded in self defense, the organization became expanded. Finally, if both parties were even, corresponding organizations would not have changes.
