등산로(登山路) 관리상태(管理狀態)에 대한 구간별(區間別) 중요도(重要度)-성취도(成就度) 분석결과(分析結果)의 비교(比較) (Importance-Performance Analysis on Managerial Conditions of Trails by Trail Section)

  • 본 연구에서는 무등산 도립공원 내 등산로 상태에 대한 구간별 중요도-성취도 분석(IPA: Importance-Performance Analysis)결과를 비교하였다. 또한, 구간별 IPA 결과와 구간별 구분없이 각 등산로 구간에서 수집된 자료를 총괄적으로 분석하는 전반적 조사방법의 IPA 결과를 비교함으로써 IPA를 위한 전반적 조사방법의 이용타당성을 검진하였다. 데이터 수집은 2000년도 9월중 무등산 도립공원 내에 위치한 4개의 등산로구간을 대상으로 현지설문조사를 통하여 이루어졌으며, 총 258명의 조사대상자가 본 연구의 분석을 위하여 이용되었다. 중요도-성취도분석 결과, 선정된 총 26개 등산로 관리속성 중 23개 속성(88.5%)이 적어도 1개 등산로구간 이상에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 4개 등산로구간을 통합하여 산출한 전반적인 IPA 결과도 마찬가지로 23개 속성(88.5%)에서 각 등산로구간의 IPA 결과와 적어도 1개 등산로구간 이상에서 동일하지 않은 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구 결과는 IPA를 활용하여 등산로 관리전략을 결정할 경우, 전 등산로를 대상으로 한 총체적 조사보다는 등사로 구간별 분할조사의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

파프리카 품종별 색상별 특성 비교를 위한 기기적, 관능적 품질 지표 평가 (Assessment of Paprika Quality by Instrumental Parameters and Sensory Attributes)

  • This study was performed to improve the quality index of paprika by assessment of instrumental test and sensory attributes. Red paprika (11 cultivars), orange paprika (9 cultivars), and yellow paprika (10 cultivars) were provided by GyeongNam (GN) and JeonBuk Agricultural Research and Extension Services (JB). We measured hardness and color values using a colorimeter and TPA as well as developed new terminology such as cucumber taste, grass taste, green pepper flavor and appearance (size, color size, color, and glossiness), texture (hardness, juiciness), and taste (sweetness, pungency, sourness) to describe paprika quality attributes by trained panels. a* value of red 'Nagano' cultivar provided by JB was significantly low, and only b* value of orange paprika was significantly different among the samples. In the case of yellow paprika, b* values were not significantly different, and hardness was significantly different. Overall color values were different among samples provided by GN. Oranos, orange paprika, L value, b value, and hardness were different among the samples. Bitterness was negatively correlated with sweetness and positively correlated with green pepper aroma (p<0.05). Overall acceptability was positively correlated with size, juiciness, and sweetness (p<0.01) and negatively correlated with pungent (p<0.05) and bitterness (p<0.01). In conclusion, negative attributes such as bitterness and pungentness as well as positive attributes such as size, juiciness, and sweetness must be considered as important factors for consumer preference and breeding of new cultivars.

선택 속성에 따른 생선회 시장의 포지셔닝에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Positioning of Sliced Raw Fish Market by Selection Attributes)

  • More than 90% of cultured fish is consumed by sliced raw fish which is usually an eating out menu in South Korea. In order to develop the aquaculture industry in Korea, It is very important to know whether consumers can differentiate each species or not and how consumers recognize each species by certain criteria. for example taste, seasonal preference. The purpose of this study is to understand the competitive relationship through positioning studies of each species by the selection attributes. A total of 221 consumers were surveyed in korea. This study adapted multidimensional scaling(MDS) analysis to explore how consumers position sliced raw fish species based on selection attributes. This study has produced perceptual maps of sliced raw fish market. Empirical data was collected from sliced raw fish consumers in Korea. The results of MDS analysis reveal that 7 species are divided into 3 groups(flat fish, black rock fish), (red sea bream, salmon, tuna), (sea bass, gray mullet). In this study flat fish and black rock fish are perceived as safe, familiar, good value species. Red seabream, salmon, tuna are perceived as luxurious species. Sea bass and gray mullet are perceived as unfamiliar species.

가정간편식의 제품속성에 대한 인식차이: 대학생들과 소비자를 중심으로 (Different Perception on Product Attributes of HMR: Focusing on College Students and Consumers)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in the degree of significance and satisfaction perceived by college students and ordinary consumers on the HMR product attributes. Comparison of the difference on HMR product attributes between ordinary consumers and college students who belong to the current and future consumption groups of HMR will provide information for clear marketing strategies and PR on target consumers from the aspects of companies. Also, overall difference on HMR was investigated through IPA(importance-performance analysis) on significance and satisfaction with each product attribute. This result will provide information to food companies that produce or supply HMR products to be supplemented and improved. Finally, IPA was conducted between groups on product attribute to find which difference exists between groups. This result is also expected to provide crucial information to companies as suggested in the first purpose. Research design, data, and methodology - The procedure of analysis is as follows. First, independent sample t-test was conducted on the significance and satisfaction on HMR product attributes. Second, with using IPA, the significance and satisfaction on HMR product attributes of the respondents were checked to investigate marketing strategy direction on overall HRM products. Third, the difference between generations was verified using IPA on the college student and consumer groups. According to this result, the direction of marketing strategy on HRM products was to be proposed to food companies. Results - It was known that consumers consider HMR product attributes statistically and significantly such as nutrient content(nutrition), country of origin, brand, main raw material, packaging, and awareness of manufacturer. They keep after purchase more importantly than college students who considered only volume and price than consumers. In comparison with the difference in satisfaction on HMR product attributes, the college student group was more satisfied than ordinary consumers only in flavor, condition of food additives, and volume. Also, HMR related food companies must maintain taste, cooking method, manufacturing date, expiration date, and safety on current products continuously. Finally, as a result of analysis from the groups, the attributes such as cooking method, manufacturing date, expiration date, and safety were considered significantly with high achievement by the two groups. It was known that college students considered food texture to be important, but consumers considered storage method to be important after purchasing it. Conclusions - There is necessity to differentiate effectiveness of products when releasing HMR products subject to consumers and college students. The result will give great assistance to the improvement of companies, produce or supply HMR products. It will also provide entry strategies on target groups of companies that are planning for entry. The factors that consumers commonly considered not to be significant were brand, package form(appearance), cooking time, and sale(purchase) location, which were found in the comparison with the groups that awareness about manufacturers and storage method after purchase corresponded to college students and that distribution route corresponded to ordinary consumers.

Y세대의 배달앱 선택속성과 결과 (Generation Y's Delivery Apps Choice Attributes and Their Consequences)

  • Purpose - Recently, the mobile application field has been receiving astronomical attention from the past few years due to the growing number of mobile app downloads and withal due to the revenues being engendered. Especially delivery apps by mobile service market is experiencing rapid growth and competition is intensifying. Therefore, delivery apps' choice attributes has become important as a strategy for survival of franchise firms. Based on previous studies, this research proposed the theoretical framework about the structural relationships among customer satisfaction, trust and revisit intention on delivery apps' choice attributes. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between choice attributes of using the delivery app, satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. More specifically, this study has been examined from the perspective of Generation Y who is enjoying electronic commerce and shopping with mobile phone. In this model, choice attributes of delivery app consists of three sub-dimensions such as service quality, system quality, interaction quality. So as to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. After excluding 24 invalid respondent questionnaires, 201 valid questionnaires were coded and analyzed using frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.0. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, service quality and interaction quality had positive effects on satisfaction, and interaction quality had positive effects on trust, but system quality did not have a significant effect on both satisfaction and trust. Second, satisfaction had positive effects on both trust and revisit intention. Third, trust had positive effects on revisit intention. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical perspective, this study confirms the effect of delivery apps' choice attributes on satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. In addition, it is significant that we examined the influence of choice attributes of delivery apps on their attitudes and behaviors of Generation Y familiar with mobile environment. Through this study, we hypothesized that the attributes of service quality and interaction quality of delivery apps have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and this can be expected to provide meaningful implications for the development of franchise restaurant industry. To encourage continuous repurchase through customer satisfaction, franchise companies need to establish various strategic alliances with delivery app companies and new growth engines by providing diverse and high-quality services to customers in the smart age.

USN 멀티플랫폼을 위한 노드 소프트웨어 개발을 지원하는 속성 설계 기법 (The Attributes Design Technique to Support Node Software Development for USN Multi-Platform)

  • USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) 응용 소프트웨어는 다양한 대상 운영체제의 핵심모듈들을 기반으로, 다양한 종류의 센서 노드들을 유기적으로 제어하는 복잡한 특징을 가진다. 이에 따라, 현재 USN 응용 분야에서는 효율적으로 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 센서 네트워크 환경에서 하나의 모델로 부터 여러 플랫폼에 맞는 노드 소프트웨어를 효율적으로 개발하기 위한 속성 기반 개발을 지원하는 속성 설계 기법을 제시한다. 제시된 기법에서는 Platform Independent Model과 Platform Specific Model을 만들기 위한 속성을 설계하는 방법을 기술한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 기법을 사용하면, 속성 값의 선택을 통하여 멀티 플랫폼을 위한 노드 소프트웨어를 손쉽게 디자인함으로써 소프트웨어 개발 생산성은 증대된다. 또한 운영체제의 변화에 따라 속성 변경을 통하여 노드 소프트웨어를 쉽게 재생성할 수 있으므로, 소프트웨어의 유지보수성이 향상된다.

다차원 척도기법을 이용한 여성 기성복의 상품 이미지에 관한 연구 (A study on Brand Image of Korea Women's Apparel Market with Multidimensional Scaling)

  • This article was written with two purposes in mind. The first purpose was to introduce clothing and textile community who may not be familiar with Multidimensional Scaling(MDS) with usefulness of the new technique in the area of fashion merchandising. The second purpose was to present the results of an empirical study on brand image utilizing MDS and its related technique as the main analysis tools. The main objective of the empirical study was to gain a better understanding of consumer's brand image by relating differences in perception and attributes of clothing in women's ready-to wear market. For this empirical study, the ten brands and the fifteen attributes of clothing were chosen. The questionnaire consisting of questions asking about the similarity and attributes of clothing between selected brands was administrated to 185 career women during summer in 1989. Data were analyzed cluster analysis, and KYST and PROFIT in MDS program. The results were as follows: 1. The similarities data for the ten selected brand by using KYST program of MDS drawed the perceptual map. The results of this perceptual map showed that the selected brand were grouped into three clusters. 2. In order to get a somewhat objective view of which attributes consumers are attributing to each brand, PROFIT program was used. As a result, it was revealed that assortment depth / width, price, youth-oriented style, possibility of various social activity were significant attributes in consumer's brand choice rather than physical attributes of clothing such as quality or durability. This may imply that consumer orientation in rapidly changing environments of women's apparel market was its basic idea, and the focus of all fashion merchandising activities was put on need's and the response of consumer group who are the object of the target. Implicating for future research as well as for strategy of brand positioning were also suggested.

포도소비수준에 따른 포도선택속성 중요도-만족도 분석 (Analysis of the Importance-Satisfaction of the Grape Selection Attributes by Grape Consumption Level)

  • This paper provides data for product development and improvement of grape varieties by analyzing the satisfaction-importance of the grape selection attributes from a consumer's perspective. A survey was conducted on consumers aged 19-59 living in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon on their fruit consumption level, preferences according to the grape quality characteristics, importance, and satisfaction with the grape selection attributes. Three hundred and eighty two valid samples were collected and analyzed statistically using SPSS 23. In the preference according to the grape quality characteristics, consumers tended to prefer a sweet taste, black color, and seedless grapes. Regarding the importance of the grape selection attributes according to the level of grape consumption, the high consumption group considers texture, size, shape, color, ease of removing seeds, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand to be more important. In satisfaction, the high consumption group rated satisfaction highly in texture, odor, size, shape, color, ease of removing peelings, ease of removing seeds, price, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand. An analysis of the IPA of the grape selection attributes showed that improvement of price and shape attributes will be prioritized, and the development and management of properties, such as seeds, peelings, certification, and brand will be required. These results can be used to help improve the grape varieties and develop products that meet the consumer needs, secure the competitiveness of grape farmers, and revitalize the local economy.

IPA를 이용한 의료관광선택속성 연구 (Research on the Medical Tourism Attributes by IPA)

  • 본 연구는 의료관광선택속성의 중요도 및 성취도 분석을 통해 마케터들이 의료관광객들의 만족도를 높이기 위한 전략적인 수립에 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였고 의료관광활성화를 위한 관광정책의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이에 방한일본인 의료관광객을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 대응표본 T-test를 실시하였다. 또한 요인분석을 통하여 편의성, 서비스품질, 차별성, 접근성의 4가지 요인을 도출하였으며 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 이용하여 집중(I사분면), 유지(II사분면), 저순위(III사분면), 과잉(IV사분면)의 항목들을 도출하였다. 의료관광선택속성에 대한 IP분석결과 가장 집중해야할 노력 집중영역에는 예약수속신속성, 정보시스템의 용이 등으로 나타났다. 이는 중요도는 높은데 성취도가 낮은 항목으로 의료관광객을 대상으로 개선되어야 할 요인 중 가장 우선순위가 되어야 할 부문으로 집중적인 관리 및 운영이 필요함을 시사한다. 따라서 예약과 수속절차에 있어서 일본어가 가능한 직원의 배치가 필요함을 나타내며 직원교육 시 병원에서 필요한 기본 일본어 교육 등을 통해 이러한 점을 집중적으로 보완해야 할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있다. 병원웹사이트를 운영함에 있어서도 수요자들이 원하는 정보를 다양한 방법으로 접근 가능하게 하고 일본인 의료관광객들에 대한 온라인 상담 또한 신속하고 원만하게 이루어질 수 있도록 다양한 방안이 모색되어져야한다.

고객의 요구사항에 기반한 데이터품질 평가속성 및 우선순위 도출 (Derivation of Data Quality Attributes and their Priorities Based on Customer Requirements)

  • 데이터품질 속성으로는 ISO/IEC 기관 및 국내/외 여러 기관에서 제시한 속성이 존재하지만, 이러한 기준 및 가이드를 현실적으로 조직에 적용하기에는 시간과 비용이 상당히 소요된다. 따라서 조직환경의 제약사항이 존재하여도 적용 가능한 데이터품질 평가속성의 정의가 필요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 고객의 요구사항 기반하에 프로세스를 체계적으로 관리하고, 정량적으로 데이터를 평가하기 위한 데이터품질 평가속성과 우선순위 도출에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 데이터품질 표준(DQC-M)을 매개체로 RGT 기법을 사용하여 데이터품질 속성의 고객 인지구조(Construct)를 도출하고, 도출된 Construct 간의 상관분석을 수행하여 AHP기법으로 평가속성의 가중치 및 우선순위를 선별하였다. 그 결과 데이터품질 평가속성에서 1레벨에서는 일관된 체계, 정확한 데이터, 효율적 환경, 유연한 관리, 지속적 개선 순위가 결정되었다. 또한 2레벨의 19개 속성 중에서는 통제성(13%), 준거성(10%), 요구완전성(9.6%), 정확성(8.4%), 추적가능성(6.8%)이 상위 5순위로 결정되었다.
