  • A Kano model was used to classify the quality attributes of the service robot function for actual deployment that can support and replace bank employees. Quality attributes for a total of 6 dimensions and 23 service elements were divided into bank employees and customer groups, and service priorities were derived after comparative analysis. The Decision tree model was used to supplement the excessive simplification of quality attributes by the modest number of Kano models and to classify and predict by segment market. Of the 23 services, 16 were classified into the same attributes in both groups. 6 services classified as combination attributes used a Decision tree to identify differences in perception of quality attributes among groups. In terms of basic financial services and professional financial services, it was confirmed that bank employees feel financial service robots more attractive than ordinary customers. In the design of IT convergence service, we propose a methodology for deriving quality attributes by combining a Kano model for classifying quality attributes of two groups and a Decision tree for forecasting subdivision markets.

  • Purposes: This purpose of this study was to check how much the online word of mouth influences on customer's hospital selection according to Kano's model. Methodology: Kano classified the attributes that affect customer's satisfaction into attractive, one-dimensional, indifferent, must-be, and reverse attributes. Among them, attractive and one-dimensional attributes make up the largest portion in hospital selection. Based on this, the influence of positive or negative online reviews on the selection of hospitals was investigated. Differentiated service was selected as the attractive attributes, and a kind, sufficient explanation was selected as the one-dimensional attributes. Then a questionnaire was conducted how much the positive or negative online reviews influence on hospital selection, respectively. It was conducted from August 7 to September 7, 2021 for medical consumers in their 20s and older who have used medical services for the past 3 years, and the final 142 questionnaires were analyzed. All data was analyzed by chi-square and two-way ANOVA using SPSS ver 25.0. Findings: The results showed that, in one-dimensional attributes, the difference between positive and negative reviews was not statistically significant, but in attractive attributes, positive and negative reviews showed a statistically significant difference. It suggests that positive reviews on attractive attributes had a greater influence on hospital selection. In terms of hospital selection, when the experimental participants were exposed to the positive reviews, the hospital selection ratio did not differ by Kano's attributes, but to the negative reviews it differed. The hospital selection ratio, even after they were exposed to negative reviews, was higher in the attractive attributes than in the one-dimensional attributes. Practical Implication: This study confirmed that hospital selection is influenced differently depending on the Kano's attributes and the direction of the reviews, and suggests that marketers should respond differently to each Kano's attributes when they deal with online reviews of hospitals.

  • Tourism marketing begins with understanding tourists' needs. However, understanding tourists' needs should be expressed by specific utility values rather than simple preference order for the purpose of developing tourism marketing strategies. This study aims at identifying tourist's stated preference of vacation destination attributes by using the conjoint analysis. In addition, this study is purposed to define relationship between attitude and preference, and to suggest implications to tourism marketing strategies. It was found that stated preference to such attributes as 'quality of accommondation', 'recreation activities' and 'accessibility' among the attitude segments was significantly different but stated preferences to diverse profiles made of these three attributes showed significant differences only in such attributes as 'quality of accommodation' and 'recreation activities'. This results make it possible to identify the function of preference to destination attributes in the vacation destination choice decision. It also embodies the relationship between tourist's attitude and vacation destination attributes.

  • This article develops the perceived attributes of fashion goods and hierarchical structure among these attributes. In-depth interviews of 12 adult women in the exploratory research and a questionnaire survey of 472 adult women in the empirical research were conducted. The results of the research are as follows: First, a total of 5 perceived subjective attributes of fashion goods are composed of newness, mass fashionability, social compatibility, personal compatibility and self-expressiveness, and the dimensions of the five drawn attributes show a hierarchical causality rather than an equal level. Newness and mass fashionability, perception attributes effect social compatibility and personal compatibility as consequence attributes exert a direct influence on the self-expressiveness represented by value attributes. Personal compatibility and social compatibility as consequence attributes also directly effects self-expressiveness while mediating newness and mass fashionability.

  • Fashion products are frequently purchased on impulse and are also one of the most popular product categories sold online. Online environment attributes can facilitate flow experiences that are described as an optimal psychological state reached during an engagement in activities (e.g., games and e-shopping). This study estimated the path model to examine the causal relationships among shopping mall attributes, flow, e-impulse buying, and consumer satisfaction for fashion products. A total of 598 usable questionnaires were obtained from college students who had purchased fashion products through the Internet. Data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results showed that e-shopping mall attributes (visual attributes and product attributes) significantly influenced e-impulse buying (fashion-oriented impulse buying and promotion-oriented impulse buying) which was mediated by the consumer flow experience and then influenced by consumer satisfaction. In the path model, the flow was stimulated by shopping mall attributes, the e-impulse buying was influenced by flow, and the consumer satisfaction was influenced by e-impulse buying. Flow was the most highly related to the fashion-oriented impulse buying, and followed by the relationship of the flow and promotion-oriented impulse buying in the context of e-shopping for fashion products. A managerial implication was discussed for fashion product e-retailers to develop strategies on visual attributes and product attributes that could stimulate and increase the consumer flow to trigger impulse buying as well as consumer satisfaction.

The data were obtained from 603 questionnaires. Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 10 and LISREL 7.0. Major statistical methods were factor analysis, Cronbach's a coefficient, multiple regression analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Involvement was related to the consumer knowledge and the knowledge influenced evaluation of intrinsic attributes, social attributes, and economic attributes. 2. The dimensions of objective knowledge significantly influenced intrinsic attributes and economic attributes. The dimensions of subjective knowledge significantly influenced intrinsic attributes, social attributes and economic attributes. 3.
