With the development of the Internet, electronic commerce, electronic markets, and digital economy, new business paradigm and new ways of business have been emerging and developing. The development of right and robust business models for electronic markets is a key for Internet business success. This parer reviews previous studies and successful cases for business models based on the Internet. This paper presents strategic factors such as the business value and the source of revenue, products and services, business processes and technologies, and the characteristics of electronic markets and relationship with customers and partners as a framework for developing sustainable and robust business models. This paper presents seven propositions for developing successful Internet business models as guidelines for practitioners and theorists.

This paper analyzed twenty-six production-related KPI(Key Performance indicator) factors of business diagnosis, such as personnel, equipment, materials, operations and quality affecting company business competition to 186 small machinery manufacturers in 2010. Also, we explained the concept of Business Positioning and divided research subjects into four Business Positioning Groups formed break-even point ratio & fixed cost ratio to sales and then we compared between the 4 groups using Logistic Regression analysis by SAS statistical software package. The objective of this study is two-fold. The first is to find out production-related KPI factor of superior Business Positioning Group. The second is to suggest improvement ways for small manufacturers in order to get better profitable Business Positioning.

언제 어디서나 편리하게 서비스를 활용하는 스마트 시대가 도래함에 따라 정부에서는 모바일 콘텐츠 산업육성을 위한 다양한 정책을 시행하고 있으며 이동통신사, 민간단체 등에서도 활발하게 모바일 애플리케이션 개발지원 사업을 추진하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 활성화를 위한 지원사업의 우선순위를 선정한 후, 결과를 분석하여, 1인 개발자나 소규모 개발기업의 모바일 애플리케이션 개발활성화를 위한 지원사업의 우선순위와 활성화 지원방안을 고찰하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저, 모바일 비즈니스 관련 문헌연구와 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 활성화를 위한 정부 학계 민간차원의 지원 사업현황과 정책동향을 조사하였다. 또한, 모바일 애플리케이션 지원 및 정책 동향, 문헌연구, 전문가 인터뷰 결과를 종합하여 일차적으로 애플리케이션 개발 활성화 모형을 개발하였다. 이 모형에 맞춰서 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 및 서비스 관련 기관 대학 기업 등의 전문가들을 대상으로 설문 조사한 후 AHP 분석기법을 활용하여 지원사업의 우선순위를 선정하였다. AHP 분석결과, 모바일 애플리케이션 개발활성화를 위해 최우선으로 요구되는 대분류 사업의 우선순위는 마케팅지원과 개발지원 부문이 높게 나타났으며 다음으로는 인력양성 부문으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 근거로 본 논문에서는 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 활성화를 위한 5가지 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 지원기관이나 민간단체 등에서 1인 개발자나 소규모 개발기업들을 지원하기 위한 보다 효과적인 정책수립과 세부 실행과제의 선정 등에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

QCC(Quality Control Circle) is a labor or employee group that regularly meets to discuss ways of improving product quality. Its goal is to develop and present various ways for employees to solve problems, generate and implement new ideas and gather information that would prove helpful in both areas. It will also educate employees of the responsibilities that a quality warranty will bring forth. This study conducted research on the QCC activity of Korean manufacturers in two primary ways: first part consisted of items used to diagnose QCC activity, Second part consisted of 8 items used to investigate goals and their effectiveness, obstruction and organization. Accordingly, main goal of our research was to find ways to improve through QCC.

The international marine system was plunged into the age of divided occupation with the adoption of the United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea in April, 1982. The exclusive economic zone of 200 Nautical miles set up by the Convention confirms the assertions of many coastal states whose fishing industries are not well-developed. However, it is unfavorable to the countries whose fisheries are being carried on in deep-sea, because the coastal state has sovereign rights to conserve and manage living resources in it. Under the circumstances the Korean deep-sea fisheries had to find ways out of the difficulties. The ways may be divided into two ways, namely, licensed fishing and joint-venture fishing. The former type becomes unfavorable to foveign fisheries because of decreasing quarts, rising fees and remunerations. The latter type properly meets the wishes of countries concerned and has some merits. However, there is a possibility of bearing the risk in case of investment in developing countries. The insurance system is effective to make up for the loss from the risk, although not perfect. The deep-sea fisheries depressed now by accumulated difficulties need more financial support from the Goverment for the active promotion of overseas joint-venture.

Technical advances contribute to the affluent life of human society. However, many people in underdeveloped countries live in poverty. Hence, many social groups are making efforts to improve their quality of life. The concept of appropriate technology is central to this endeavor. Utilization of appropriate technology in the textile design sector is one of the most efficient ways to make a living, while maintaining traditional skills and tools. It differs from the supply mechanism of advanced technology and products to people in the underdeveloped countries. In this study, we aimed to explore the fundamental ways toward self-reliance among citizens of substantially underdeveloped countries by integrating appropriate technology in the field of textile design. Application types were analyzed by researching cases that incorporate appropriate technology in textile design. These are classified into three ways based on underdeveloped regions, developed countries, and collaborative case with designers and companies. Improvement of the 3 aspects was approached in terms of product development, ongoing management and expansion popularity.

There are numerous researches being studied regarding Electronic Commerce (EC), that is one of the hottest issues for the 21 century in the various areas such as management, engineering and science; etc, This paper concerns the logistics functions which are essential for completing a commerce process even under the EC environment. Even though both the traditional and the electronic commerce via internet share many common problems regarding logistics, new logistical issues are generated as the EC is being popularized. We study the logistics competitiveness under the EC environment and provide ways to improve the logistical performance. We first point the emerging logistical paradigm to check the issues under EC. Next, logistics competitiveness factors are provided. Finally we propose several ways for the logistical performance and cost perspective.

Dispute plays a key role in maintaining the desirable performance of trade transaction. Although avoidance of disputes is always a priority, it is also important to prepare methods of dispute resolution which are efficient and economical. So, understanding of chinese dispute resolution system is a necessary requirement for successful business operation with chinese companies. This article analyzed and compared with the ways of trade disputes settlement system such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation in China in order to help the Korean traders who enter into business with the chinese companies to settle their disputes efficiently. This article suggests that two methods of negotiation and mediation are more likely to be effective than arbitration and litigation to resolve disputes with chinese companies because of problems of enforcement of arbitral award and the uncertainty of China's legal system.

This study deals sith some problems of foreign direct investment and seeks for the ways of activating foreign direct investment (hereafter F.D.I.) by analyzing the Korean economic structure that is faced with the neo-protectivism and nationalism of the advanced or foreign countries currently. During a transformational process in the transitional period of world trade environment, it is necessary for Korea not only to learn the higher technology for advanced countries, but also to apply techonology to their economic structure in order to enter into competition with the advanced countries. Based on the experiences and accomplishments from their investments, Korean enterprises should turn their business into F.D.I. and act appropriately in order to keep the balance between indoor and outdoor investment. Looking through the ways to activate F.D.I., we may make conclusions as follows: 1. Government policy transparency 2. Prudential Macro Economic policy 3. International policy coorperation system 4. 본 연구에서는 최근 수익성이 날로 약화되고 있는 은행산업의 현 상황을 살펴보고, 수익성 약화요인은 무엇이며, 그 해결방안은 무엇인지를 검토하여, 은행산업의 수익성을 강화할 수 있는 몇가지 방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 업무영역의 확대이다. 은행과 타 업종간의 합병을 통해 은행의 새로운 수익을 창출할 수 있는 업무의 확대가 절실히 필요하다. 둘째, 고부가가치 사업으로의 재편이다. 예금과 대출의 갭에 의한 이윤이 아닌, 고부가가치 영역을 발굴하여 수익성을 극대화할 수 있는 전략이 마련되어야 한다. 즉 은행의 영업 전략을 단기적인 수익성 확보가 아닌 장기적인 수익성을 고려한 상품운영이 필요하다. 셋째, 내부조직의 슬림화이다. 조직의 슬림화는 반드시 단기성 수익성을 고려한 구조조정이 아니라 은행의 미래와 관련된 업무의 효율성을 기반으로 하는 조직의 재편이 필요하다. 넷째, 예금 및 여신 금리의 차별화이다. 은행의 수익성 및 리스크를 반영한 예금, 여신상품을 이용하여, 은행의 수익성을 강화하여야 한다. 다섯째, 해외 진출 활성화이다. 은행업의 해외시장 확보를 통한 수익성 강화가 은행산업의 미래운명이 결정될 수 있다.
