Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of secondhand smoke on depression and suicidal ideation in adolescents. Methods: The study used the raw data of the Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (2018). Age, academic achievement, living with family, economic status, and stress were adjusted and the relationship between secondhand smoke and depression and suicidal thoughts was analyzed by gender. Results: The results showed that secondhand smoke had a significant effect on mental health of adolescents. Male students who experienced secondhand smoke at school and at public places had 1.41 times and 1.37 times higher depression rates, respectively. Female students who experienced secondhand smoke at home, school, and public places had 1.27 times, 1.35 times, and 1.39 times higher depression rates, respectively. Suicidal thoughts were 1.17 times and 1.22 times higher among male students who experienced secondhand smoke at school and at public places. Female students who experienced secondhand smoke at home, school, and public places had 1.12 times, 1.08 times, and 1.21 times more suicidal thoughts. Conclusion: Secondhand smoke has a significant effect on adolescent depression and suicidal thoughts. Therefore, efforts should be made to have institutional changes and increased awareness across the country, such as homes, schools, and communities, to prevent exposure to secondhand smoke.

With the growth of contents business, the expansion of domestic culture contents into global market became active. However, while some field such as game, music and movie have made fine results, education contents has failed to make significant success in global market. Therefore, this study intends to look into a case of Contents Management Institute(CMI), which spread G-Learning into La Ballona Elementary School located in LA. In this case, CMI successfully dealt with diverse difficulties to conduct a G-Learning class in the school and helped to increase students' achievement. Based on analyzing this case, this study suggests three reasons behind the success. First, by separating platform and learning contents in development process, CMI could save the cost in contents development and handle problems swiftly. Second, it could be possible to use human resources efficiently by constucting a support organization. Third, by sharing information and doing persuasion CMI could lead to chain persuasion process among local decision makers.

The purpose of this study is to establish the Balanced Score Card for 'I Company' which is a small and medium sized manufacturing company in Busan City. It is suitable for SMEs and suitable for the management environment. The study was intended to contain the detailed needs of managers and employees when developing the performance measurement system. It also allowed other SMEs to benchmark through this study. We also proposed a solution to the problems after BSC construction. In addition, BSC has been developed for the purpose of shifting business strategy from RDS to SSS in accordance with changes in the demand market environment. Strategy Maps were divided into the whole company level and each team level. You can look at strategic goals, core success factors, and key performance indicators at each glance. Finally, we developed a smart performance evaluation system that can easily calculate the score, strategic goal, key success factor, weight of key performance indicators, target score, performance, and achievement rate by creating a smart chart. This study conducted a hypothesis test to examine the effect of integrated service quality of nursing and care on medical service performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the perceived performance, loyalty, perceived performance, perceived loyalty, and perceived loyalty of medical service achievement, perceived performance of medical service performance, responsiveness, confident, empathy, The results show that adoption has a positive impact on loyalty. In other words, the integrated service quality proved to be very important for the medical service capacity. In order to do this, institutional efforts should be given priority to increase the number of nursing staff. In order to nurture excellent nursing team members, in addition to professional nursing ability, emphasis should also be placed on personality education for positive relationships through patient empathy. In this study, we can find the implication of the study that we measured the effect of integrated service quality on medical service performance.

The purpose of this study was to develop a program for the enhancement of Korean married women's quality of life(LQ) based on the results of the first year study(1996) and the second year research(1998). In order to construct a program, a psycological type test was conducted to 505 women and four preliminary programs were carried out focusing on self-esteem, understanding of one's own personality dynamics, efficient communication, positive emotion, social belongingness and expressions of feelings of unfinished business. For the final program, Jung's theory of psychological type(MBTI, Satir's family therapy approach and psychodrama were applied. An experimental and a control group were designed consisting 16 women for each group. The program was carried out for 6 weeks for the experimental group. The result of treatment were as follows: 1) There was a difference statistically in LQ related to family harmony, serif-achievement and improvement of relationship with in-laws. 2) There was a statistical change in psychological factors of expression of feelings, self-esttem, communication, and positive emotions. 3) The program participants self reports indicate that the program was effective for the reconstruction of family relationship, self-understanding, group coherence, and instigation of hope. The reports also shows that the program was effective for the perceptual changes in parent-child, wife-husband and siblings' relationships. In conclusion, the program developed for the enhancement of Korean married women's life quality(LQ) based on the Jung's psychological type theory, Satir's family therapy approach and psychodrama was erective for the improvement of LQ.

G-learning, based on online game, virtual reality activities and communities, is considered as a fresh, differentiated idea at learning which drives learners' interest and attention. The paper is to analyzed effectiveness of G-learning at the mathematics classes in elementary school. Fourth, fifth and sixth grade students in Seoul are selected as an experimental groups and their achievement scores are measured. The difference between G learning group and textbook group was significant. This result shows that G-learning has a positive effect on learning.

This paper provides a case for the comprehensive performance management system in Public Procurement Service. Public Procurement Service set up the BSC system at the beginning of 2006 by improving and complementing the earliest performance management system and made it possible to automatically connet the performance measurement and evaluation of the departmental and person by using CSF and KPI, which result from their mission and strategic assignments. Therefore, the public service of the adminstration is able to offer better customer service, as the private corporations do, apply the incentive and disincentive policies to the personnel and reward administration and contribute to changing the administration into an organization of competition and performance compensation. The application of the BSC system enables the strengthening of the individual evaluation system in the departmental, integration of various evaluations into one, and the establishment of a monitering system of achievement rate in the objective management in the periodic results. Such a case study of Public Procurement Service will determine the course of establishment of the BSC in other public institutions and suggest many successful methods and ideas for the performance management system.

This paper presents the methods to acquire the Safety Certificate from Independent Safety Assessment based on the IEC standard62279 which is commonly applied to railway system for Automatic Train Control(ATC) system in accordance with Urban Maglev project. This also shows approach methods and relative activities for project life- cycle to accomplish and ensure the system requirements of ATC system, RAMS and S/W quality activities. Furthermore, the key tasks conducted with ISA are noted in detail. These kind of activities for software quality of ATC system to obtain S afety Certificate could be a CASE model to improve the quality of domestic railway system and products, and also contribute to the growth of railway business and toward the achievement of overseas' railway signaling markets.

It is very important to decide probability precipitation that is used as hydraulic structure design and target rainfall for urban disaster prevention. Especially, National Emergency Management Agency (NAMA) announced target rainfall from probability precipitation in korea on city and district level. It make use to performance evaluation of disaster prevention and planning of development for disasters prevention capacity target. In this study was calculated target rainfall that is duration 1~3 hour based unit of gu (borough) by point and regional frequency analysis using rainfall data of Surface Synoptic Stations (SSS) and Automatic Weather Stations (AWS). The result of this study can utilized as a reference to related business such as disaster capability assessment and achievement of prevention capacity target against disasters. And it also will be contribute to establishment of prevention capacity target against disasters.

Career maturity and the acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge are important in entrepreneurship education for youth, and the environments surrounding youths influence their mental state and academic achievement. This study aims to analyze the influences of an educational program and environment in entrepreneurship education for youths on the mindset and the entrepreneurial intention for proper career decisions according to the education climate and entrepreneurial knowledge. A total of 216 questionnaires were collected from students who participated in a creative and entrepreneurial tour of Incheon. After excluding 30 questionnaires with unreliable responses, 186 were empirically analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and Amos 18.0. The results show that the quality of education service and education environment decide the education climate, and the entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. This research is significant because it strategically establishes directions for entrepreneurial education and as practical research for achieving outcomes of entrepreneurial education.
