When we conduct development of a large-size SI project, it is highly necessary to utilize an appropriate application framework which helps to build a qualified software with high productivity in a short period of time. In this paper, we propose the architecture of a dynamically reconfigurable CBD application integration framework that has been used for developing large-scale e-business applications to achieve high development productivity and maintainability. This Integration framework can easily extend its functionalities, and dynamically change its configuration during run time according to the business category, such as applying interaction patterns among main components in software architecture, rules, policies, and environmental parameters. Dynamic reconfiguration has the feature to make applications be easily customized for changeable requirements. Through our application integration framework, huge sizes of contents can be managed according to the business category as well, by keeping configuration informations and huge volumes of source codes. In order to evaluate out application integration framework in terms of performance criteria, we present experimental results of throughputs from the framework by yielding dynamic configuration without any performance degradation.

Under rapidly changing business surrounding, companies need information systems to keep their competitive powers and forecast business surroundings beforehand. In these trends, interests of ASP (Application Service Provider) service is increasing because of the advantage for efficiency to maintain a system and an inexpensive investment to build a system, and this service is rapidly spreading to many parts from simple functions to ERP system. In this research, we argue about these problems and about administrative framework technology for efficient ASP service of ERP system.

소프트웨어 개발 프로세스의 품질관리 문제는 일반 제조상품과 달리 개발 공정과정과 제품자체의 복잡성 등으로 단순하지만은 않다. 최근 이러한 소프트웨어 프로세스 품질개선, 능력결정과 개발을 위한 국제 표준 ISO/IEC 15504가 완성되어 국내에도 적용되고 있으며, 이 결과는 국제적인 사례적용 보고서로 제출되어 등록되고 있다. 표준에 의한 소프트웨어 프로세스 심사의 기본은 해당 기본 프랙티스들의 수행여부와 수준을 확인함으로서 시작된다. 그리고 심사책임 및 신뢰성과 관련해서는 일반적으로 팀 단위로 구성된 심사원들이 프로세스 심사를 수행한다. 따라서 심사 팀의 구성과 프랙티스들의 중요도 선호가 프로세스 심사결과의 신뢰성과 객관성에 미치는 영향은 매우 크다. 본 연구에서는 실제 심사사례를 통해 나타난 해당 프로세스에 대한 기분 프팩티스들의 중요도와 심사결과를 비교해 소프트웨어 프로세스 심사사례를 분석한다. 연구 자료로는 ISO/IEC 15504 표준을 적용한 SPICE 실제 심사사례에 참여한 심사원 및 인터유 대상자들을 중심으로 수집한 설문자료를 이용하고, 이를 통계적 인자분석 방법을 통하여 결과를 도출한다. 향후 본 연구의 결과는 객관적이고 합리적인 심사 팀 구성을 위한 판단기준과 프랙티스 중요도 선호에 관한 정보를 제공함으로서 소프트웨어 프로세스 심사의 신뢰성과 효과성 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The objectives of this study is to develop a strategy for the adoption of BPM(Business Process Management) standards and an implementation guideline of the BPM standard for BPM solution developers focusing on BPEL(Business Process Execution Language) which is regarded as the most important BPM standard. In the heterogeneous and distributed IT environments, every type of enterprise software requires standards to enhance interoperability. BPMS(Business Process Management System), which is a type of enterprise software requires BPM standards such as BPEL(Business Process Execution Language), BPMN(Business Process Modeling and Notation), BPQL(Business Process Query Language) and so on to achieve multi-system interoperability and component interoperability with their BPM solutions. It is quite helpful to provide the adoption strategy concerning BPM standards for each type of BPM solution vendors who need the BPM standards. Since the BPEL is conceived as the most important BPM standard and widely adopted by many BPM vendors, we have proposed a reference architecture for BPEL implementation and also developed the detail implementation guideline of core components of the BPM system supporting the BPEL standard. Using the strategy and implementation guideline proposed in this work, BPM solution vendors can establish their own standard adoption strategy and they can also develop their BPM solutions supporting the BPM standards more efficiently.

오늘날, 기업에서 업무의 80%이상이 정보시스템을 통해서 이루어짐에 따라 정보시스템은 복잡해지고 대형화되면서 이를 사용하는 사용자의 영역 또한 다양화 및 전문화 되고 있다. 그리고 최근 경영전략이 실시간 기업에 초점이 맞춰지면서 기업의 조직구조가 빈번하게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 비즈니스의 연속성을 확보하기 위해서 유지보수자와 사용자의 업무 이해의 차이(Gap)를 해소하여 업무의 누락을 방지하는 것은 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 사용자의 실제 업무 수행 규칙과 절차를 업무 시나리오로 작성하고 이를 최적화하고 정형화한 결과를 소프트웨어 유지보수 프로세스의 활동으로 전환하는 모델링 기법을 제안한다. 본 모델은 변경구현 결과에 대한 반복적인 피드백 체계를 통해서 점진적 상세화(fine-grained)를 유도하여 재사용성과 활용성을 높인다. 그리고 실무 적용을 통한 유효성 여부를 검증한다.

Effective monitoring and testing during each step are essential for document verification in research and development (R&D) projects. In software development, proper testing is required to verify it carefully and constantly because of the invisibility features of software. However, not enough studies on test processes for R&D projects have been done. Thus, in this paper, we introduce a Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi)-based software field R&D test process that offers five integrity levels and makes the process compatible for different types of projects. The Software & Systems Process Engineering Metamodel (SPEM) is used widely in the software process-modeling context, but it lacks built-in enactment capabilities, so there is no tool or process engine that enables one to execute the process models described in SPEM. Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)-based workflow engines can be a solution for process execution, but process models described in SPEM need to be converted to BPMN models. Thus, we propose an approach to support enactment of SPEM-based process models by converting them into business processes. We show the effectiveness of our approach through converting software R&D test processes specified in SPEM in a case study.

본 연구에서는 기업의 조직적 특성에 따른 엔터프라이즈 시스템 품질 속성 선호도를 조사하였다. 이 분석을 위해 그룹웨어 시스템 회사의 세 기업 고객들의 요청사항 데이터를 사용하였다. 이 사례를 통해 조직적 특성이 다른 기업들간에 엔터프라이즈 시스템 품질 속성 선호도가 일치하지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. 기능성은 보험사 사례와 자동차 제조업 사례가 상대적으로 많았고, 공공기관 사례는 상대적으로 적었다. 사용성에 대한 요구 사항은 공공기관 사례가 가장 많았고, 그 다음 자동차 제조업 사례, 보험사 사례 순 이였다. 신뢰성에 대한 요구 사항은 자동차 제조업 사례가 가장 많았고, 그 다음 공공기관 사례, 보험사 사례 순 이였다. 이러한 품질 속성 선호도에 대한 연구는 기업용 소프트웨어 벤더들이 고객의 정보 시스템을 효율적으로 개발하는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 특히, 제한된 예산을 가지고 있는 벤처 기업을 위한 정보시스템 개발에 있어 더욱 효과적인 연구가 될 것 이다.

서비스지향구조 소프트웨어 품질평가는 품질 향상을 유도할 수 있는 기술로서 국제 표준을 수용하는 전략기술 개발을 통해 객관성과 활용도를 높일 수 있고 많은 소프트웨어 기업들이 비즈니스 요구사항과 연계된 솔루션을 구현하기 위한 방법으로 서비스지향구조 기법을 사용하고 있다. 또한, 정부차원의 시범사업이 추진되고 있으며 관련 업계의 기술 개발에 따라 서비스지향구조 기반 소프트웨어의 상용화가 확산되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 서비스지향구조 기반 소프트웨어의 유지보수성 품질을 평가하기 위해 시험 메트릭을 제안하였고 품질을 측정하고 그 결과를 적절한 기준에 따라 판정하는 방법에 대해 연구를 수행하고 평가 사례를 제시하여 평가 방법을 명확히 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 서비스지향구조 기반 소프트웨어의 유지보수성 품질향상을 유도하고 서비스지향구조 기반 소프트웨어에 대한 양적/질적인 수요를 충족할 수 있다고 본다.

소프트웨어 공학 측면에서 웹 기반 프로젝트는 상당히 비효율적인 분야이다. 웹 기반 시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 사용자 인터페이스 디자이너가 먼저 화면 레이아웃을 설계한 후 그 화면의 레이아웃 소스를 가지고 다시 비즈니스 로직 개발자가 코딩을 하여 프로젝트를 완성한다. 유지 보수를 하는 경우에도 이와 비슷한 형태로 작업이 진행된다. 이러한 웹 기반의 소프트웨어 개발 방법은 JSP의 태그 라이브러리와 같은 다양한 형태로 제안되었으나 실제로 적용하는데 여러 가지 문제점이 있으며 기존의 C/S 기반의 소프트웨어 개발에 비해 생산성 측면에서도 매우 좋지 않다. 본 논문에서 제안한 웹 폼 시스템은 기존에 제안된 방법들이 해결하지 못한 사용자 인터페이스 디자인과 비즈니스 로직을 분리하여 웹 기반 소프트웨어의 개발 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
