We live in the digital era, and the characteristics of our customers in the digital era are constantly changing. That's why understanding business requirements and converting them to technical requirements is essential, and you have to understand the data model behind the business layout. Moreover, BI(Business Intelligence) is at the crux of revolutionizing enterprise to minimize losses and maximize profits. In this paper, we have described a leading study about the situation of desk-top BI(software product & programming language) in aspect of front-end side and the Data Lake platform based on Big Data by data modeling in aspect of back-end side to support the business intelligence.

With the development of information and communication technology, online fractional investment platforms have emerged through the convergence of online platform technology and new investment techniques for asset-backed derivatives. In this study, the concept and previous studies of the online fractional investment platform business, commercialization models and service processes, market status, and pending discussions and alternatives were presented. Recently, the Securities and Futures Commission's decision on securitization of split ownership has become an important guide to the stable business sustainability of platform operators, but academic research is needed according to the current status and case analysis. To identify specific market issues, examples of representative online fractional investment securitization platform businesses such as "MusiCow" for music copyright, "Tessa" based on art, "Kasa" for real estate, "Piece" based on real assets, and "BangCow" for Korean beef shipments were analyzed. Through the case analysis of this study, the characteristics of the business model according to the basic assets of the online fractional investment platform were compared and presented. Since most business models are judged to be securitic, they must comply with the provisions of the Capital Markets Act or be recognized as the target of innovative financial services. From a practical point of view, it is meaningful in that it presented improvement directions that online fractional securitization platform operators should consider and organized institutional considerations for investor protection.

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of home stay platform on guests' willingness to comment online under the Shared home stay business model. Shared platform of home stay facility in addition to providing a variety of support services, help the landlord to the tenant do offline accommodation services, implementation, trading, will need to take some measures to actively promote the tenant groups to the landlord, the evaluation is objective, effective and sufficient number in order to better promote the sharing credit ecological establishment of home stay facility. In this study, consumers who have used the Shared home stay platform are taken as the research objects. The survey method adopts network questionnaire survey and Likert seven subscales. The statistical software SPSS24.0 program is used to process the data. Firstly, descriptive statistical analysis was conducted, followed by validity analysis and reliability analysis. After the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were determined, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to verify the proposed hypothesis. The research results of this study are summarized as follows :(1) the usability of platform comment function, guest satisfaction and platform reward have a positive impact on the guest online comment willingness; (2) The credit mechanism of the platform has a positive regulating effect on the process of tenant satisfaction influencing tenant comment intention.

Precise and systematic mapping techniques are required for mapping object-oriented artifacts into a platform-specific design. An effective and systematic mapping approach for an adequate platform or programming language in needed, because the characteristics of an initial design are independent from an implementation language and a platform. In this paper, we propose systematic and concrete methods, guidelines, and design patterns that can be used to design business operations at EJB (Enterprise JavaBeans) source code level. We show how various EJB mechanism can be utilized in designing business operations for beans. We believe these proposed methods can yield high-performance EJB applications that can also be well maintainable.

웹 UI 자동화 테스트 환경 구축하여 운영할 때, 현실적으로 어려움이 있다. 자동화 셋을 구축하는데 초기 투자비용이 많이 들고, 구축한 흐름에도 유지보수 비용이 많이 발생한다. 또한 필요시 바로 실행될 수 있는 자동화 셋을 통합 관리하려면 많은 공수가 투입되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 UI 자동화 테스트시 발생하는 이런 어려움들을 효과적으로 해결할 수 있는 키워드 기반 웹서비스 UI 테스트 자동화 프레임웍 (kUTAF: Keyword based web service UI Test Automation Framework) 을 소개한다. kUTAF은 웹 구성요소와 사용자 행위를 도메인 지정 언어로 매핑시킨 키워드를 사용해 테스트케이스를 작성하여 자동화 테스트를 수행하고, 작성된 자동화 테스트 셋을 효과적으로 통합 관리하는 프레임웍이다. kUTAF을 적용하면 자동화 셋의 유지보수가 쉬워지고, 커뮤니케이션 비용이 감소하고, 자동화 테스트를 통합 관리하는 부문에서 많은 효과를 볼 수 있다.

BIM (Building Information Model) and GIS (Geographic Information System) are applied widely to all stages (Planning - Design - Building - Maintenance) of construction. Recently, research for designing an integrated BIM/GIS platform has been conducted to determine the synergy effects. This paper reports the derivation of BIM/GIS platform application scenarios and definition of specific functions in construction planning and design phases. First, BIM/GIS application scenarios and platform functions are derived for each phase based on an analysis of business affairs. Second, SW functions, which compose platform function, are defined. In the construction planning phase, location selection and route location business affairs were analyzed. Preliminary design and detailed design business affairs were analyzed in the construction design phase. The result of this research can be used for BIM/GIS integrated platform design in the future.

The influence of online platforms has become even more powerful than ever and there has been growing calls to regulate its enormous market power. Issues relating to platform monopolies have been discussed in Korea and recently the Online Platform Intermediary Transactions Fairness Bill has passed the Cabinet Council. Thus, we aim to analyze online platform regulations from stakeholder perspective and then address the regulatory direction. We first investigate the consequences of platform strategies including mergers that platform owners take. In addition, we inspect the possible effects of online platform regulations on its stakeholders. Our research can contribute to having a more balanced view on the online platform regulation that is somewhat in the favor of protecting platform complementors and consumers.

With the energy paradigm shift from supply side management to demand side management, many researches have been done on demand side resource management and demand response. At the same time, Obix, BacNet-WS and OPC-UA are popularly used in buildings and industry energy management system. However, it is not easy to interchange the data and information among the systems cause a variety of protocols are used in buildings and factories. Therefore, in this paper, we are proposing an open business platform not only to integrate and manage the demand resources using various protocols and standards, but also to allow to plug-ins a new business service on top of the platform.

This study applies topic modeling to uncover user experience and app issues expressed in users' online reviews of a fan community platform, Weverse on Google Play Store. It allows us to identify the features which need to be improved to enhance user experience or need to be maintained and leveraged to attract more users. Therefore, we collect 88,068 first-level English online reviews of Weverse on Google Play Store with Google-Play-Scraper tool. After the initial preprocessing step, a dataset of 31,861 online reviews is analyzed using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling with Gensim library in Python. There are 5 topics explored in this study which highlight significant issues such as network connection error, delayed notification, and incorrect translation. Besides, the result revealed the app's effectiveness in fostering not only interaction between fans and artists but also fans' mutual relationships. Consequently, the business can strengthen user engagement and loyalty by addressing the identified drawbacks and leveraging the platform for user communication.

This study focused on the Korean-wave content consumed in the global market and analyzed success/failure factors of services through business model analysis. It aims to offer an effective new media content platform model. ViKi, Drama Fever, Maaduu.com which are representative global OTT were researched on management strategy by case analysis. The success of the global OTT platform is organized into three factors, target customer coverage, revenue model and community activation. Clear and wide coverage of target customer is important to determine the value of the service. Also, revenue model based on the pay service and community for Korean-wave fandom are essential to make good performance in new media platform business.
