We proposed electronic catalog document structure which can process information of goods configurationally and electronic catalog standard format to support various catalog document format and structure. using XML. We designed and implemented electronic catalog system that can use by user who takes part in the transaction the electronic catalog document defined in electronic commerce integration style. This system was advantageous in getting useful information as it was having a common electronic catalog document for all business transactions using interoperability of the Web Services.

Information technologies have been wide spread in the public sector, especially government administrative of office. The purpose of this study is to develop the standards for construction documents. The standards will facilitate efficient exchange and sharing of construction documents among the participants such as owners, designers, constructors and other related parts throughout construction work process. The current disaster management manual is being utilized as a book or document-based type. It causes a low applicability and interoperability in practical business because each information has a different document format and it is difficult to recycle those information as common disaster information. The information reading by text type without electronic data and visual object also has a limitations in guaranteeing a quickness of disaster management business. Accordingly, the electronic document management system with visual information is necessary and the system needs to tie framed by XML schema because the electronic document standard will be changed from DTD to XML schema. This study attempts to develop a procedural methodology of an electronic document management system based on XML for disaster management. The applicability of the proposed results is verified by the simulated scenario.

It has become commonplace to use web-based business process systems in a variety of fields, and electronic litigation is not an exception. In electronic procedures where court records are at the core of the system, the electronic document architecture should be designed in a way that electronic documents are safely circulated and utilized on the web with a consideration of the authentication of records, particularity of cases and document security such as prevention of forgery or falsification. Based on a study of electronic formats suitable for court records, the Extensible Markup Language (XMP) for management of special case information and security requirements for circulation of electronic documents, this paper suggests an adequate architecture for electronic documents designed for electronic litigation involving constitutional matters and looks into cases where such architectures are applied. The studies in this paper will serve as a useful reference for those planning to realize web-based business process that enables exchanges of electronic documents.

In the digital age, the most basic unit of records management is a document file. Depending on whether each document file is produced in an open standard format or an exclusive proprietary format, there is a cost difference in the process of use and long-term preservation. As government agencies moved to cloud-based business management systems, web-based document editing software was newly adopted. They had the opportunity to select a new file format for web-based document editing software. This paper deals with strategies to maximize the advantages of open standard formats while considering the legacy public document production practices. It introduces ISO/IEC 26300:2006 ODF, ISO/IEC 29500:2008 OOXML, KS X 6101 OWPML, etc. as open standard formats, and looks at considerations when choosing a format and web-based document editing software. In addition, it proposes a strategy to maintain the format of document files shared in cloud storage as an open standard format.

XML is becoming the standard of the new document exchanging. Due to the ability expressing various types of documentstructure through XML, ebXML, RosettaNet, and BizTalk are using XML as a core technology in the part of e-Business, To make the task automatically in the B2B EC now, a standard XML document is needed. Internal documents in each company should be transformed differently without any loss to work with other companies. In this paper, transforming XML document based on JAVA servlet is considered as realization of a XML system to exchange documents safely.

There are many kinds of applications or software components to manage files in a local computer, but it is very difficult to organize personal documents in a consistent way and to search expected ones in a precise way. In this paper, we present our development of a document management and retrieval tool, which is named Ontalk. Our system provides a semi-automatic metadata generator and an ontology-based search engine for electronic documents. Ontalk can create and import various ontologies in RDFS or OWL for describing the metadata. Our system that is built upon.NET technology is easily communicated with or flexibly plugged into many different programs.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to classify KOSPI listed companies according to their organizational character type based on MBTI. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 109,989 reviews from an online firm review website, Jobplanet. Using these reviews and the descriptions about organizational character, we conducted document similarity analysis. Doc2Vec technique was hired for the analysis. Findings - First, there are more companies belonging to Extraversion(E), Intuition(N), Feeling(F), and Judging(J) than Introversion(I), Sensing(S), Thinking(T), and Perceiving(P) as organizational character types of MBTI. Second, more companies have EJ and EP as the behavior type and NT and NF as the decision-making type. Third, the top-3 organizational character type of which firms have among 16 types are ENTJ, ENFP, and ENFJ. Finally, companies belonging to the same industry group were found to have similar organizational character. Research implications or Originality - This study provides a noble way to measure organizational character type using firm review big data and document similarity analysis technique. The research results can be practically used for firms in their organizational diagnosis and organizational management, and are meaningful as a basic study for various future studies to empirically analyze the impact of organizational character.
