대도시 도심 제조업 집적지의 형성과정과 존립기반: 대구시 수제화 산업을 사례로 (The Viability of Manufacturing Industrial Districts in the City Center of Metropolis: The Handmade Shoes Industry in Daegu)

  • 본 연구는 1990년대 이후에 형성된 대구시 수제화 집적지구를 사례로 대도시 도심 제조업 집적지의 형성과정과 존립기반 그리고 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 대구시 향촌동 수제화 집적지구는 과거 도심의 수제화의'국지적 생산유통체계'의 해체, 양호한 접근성 그리고 저렴한 임대료를 기반으로 형성되기 시작하였다. 그 이후의 핵심적인 존립기반은 생산 유통체계 상의 사회적 분업에 의한 국지적 네트워크에 뿌리내려진 외부경제에서 찾을 수 있다. 국지적 생산유통체계는'단일 업체 일괄생산체제'의 성격이 강하고, 사회적 분업의 조직자의 부재 등으로 사회적 분업에 의한 외부경제 효과는 매우 제한적이다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해서는 대구시 도심재생정책의'근대역사문화벨트 만들기'사업의 일환으로'가죽 공예 중심의 문화거리'로의 재구조화가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 민관협력체제의 전문지원기관의 설립을 포함한 체계적인 지원정책이 요구된다.

  • 글로벌 시대에 들어서면서 수입식품 안전관리에 대한 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 해외 식품업체 주소정보는 수입식품 안전관리를 위한 핵심 정보로써 식품위해 발생시 신속한 대처와 사후관리를 위해 반드시 검증되어야 한다. 그러나 각국의 주소체계가 다른 관계로 하나의 검증시스템이 모든 국가의 주소를 검증할 수는 없다. 또한, 주소검증은 사용하는 분야에 따라 검정목적이 상이할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 주어진 해외 식품업체 주소로부터 해당 국가의 행정구역 레벨로 분류하는 문제를 다룬다. 수입식품 안전관리를 정확하고 효율적으로 하기 위하여 수입식품제조업체 주소를 해당 국가의 행정구역 수준으로 정확하게 매칭하는 것이 필요하다. 수입식품이 생산·제조되는 위치와 식품제조에 영향을 줄 수 있는 환경정보, 재난재해 정보를 결합함으로써 선제적 수입식품 안전관리가 가능하다. 그러나, 일부 국가에서는 주소를 표기할 때 행정구역 레벨명을 생략하여 작성하고 있으며, 동일한 지명이 여러 행정구역 레벨에서 중복되는 경우가 있어 주소로부터 행정구역 레벨을 정확히 분류하는 일은 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 경우에 적합한 딥러닝 기반 행정구역 레벨 분류 모델을 제안하고, 실제 해외 식품회사 주소 데이터에 대하여 검증한다. 구체적으로 다중 레이블 분류 모델에서 멱집합(Label Powerset)을 이용해 훈련하는 방식을 사용한다. 제안된 기법의 검증을 위해 식약처에 등록된 에콰도르 및 베트남에 있는 해외 제조업소 주소에 대하여 정확도를 검증하였으며, 기존의 분류 모델보다 정확도가 각각 28.1% 및 13% 정도 향상되었다.

  • 본 논문은 지역냉난방 집단에너지사업의 열원다원화를 위한 미활용폐열의 연계공급방안의 수립을 통한 지역냉난방 집단에너지사업의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 산업단지에서 발생되는 폐열에 대한 효율적인 회수 메커니즘과 연계공급 및 활용방안에 대한 전반적인 검토를 통한 미래 산형 에너지공급시스템의 근간이 될 집단에너지사업의 장기적 발전을 도모코자 하였다.

  • This paper developed the computerizing assessment system modeling of the natural gas and district heating DSM programs. It constructed as each project in accordance with the business investment plans & assessment DB, related M&V data DB and cost-effectiveness analysis data DB. It is composed of total 58 tables which are 22 tables which are used in the plan and the assessment, 16 tables which are used in the cost-effectiveness analysis, 18 tables which are used in the M&V, table which is used in qualitative evaluation, as by each programs. This computer programs can contributed to DSM business investment system construction as implementing for algorithm development and an estimation by each programs.

국가별 재생에너지 계획입지제도 절차별 우선순위 및 평가요소 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of the Priority and Evaluation Factors of the Renewable Energy Plan Site by Country)

  • This study compared and analyzed major policies and operational processes of countries that introduced the Renewable Energy Plan Site, through literature analysis of published governmet data, and previous research results. The procedures of the Renewable Energy Plan Site were classified into planned location designations, selection of power generation business operators, designation of the business' district and development and evaluating the factors derived for each procedure. Four contries were selected to be compared and analyzed, namely: Denmark, Germany, the United Kingdom and Japan. This was based on the criteria used to introduce and operate the Renewable Energy Plan Site, activate renewable energy supply and check the applicability of Korea's policies. It was analyzed that the priority of the planned location for the procedure was different for each country depending on the conditions there.

도시공원녹지의 입지별 토양특성이 곰솔의 형성층 전기저항에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Soil Environments by Location on the Cambium Electric Resistance of Pinus thunbergii in Urban Park and Open Space)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose rational methods in order to maintain vegetation condition and soil environment based on the analysis of tree growth in relation to the soil environment, which is one of the most significant environmental factors on vegetation condition in urban parks and open spaces. The result of the study can be described as below;The soil on every study site had strong acidity. In particular, study sites around industrial district and central business district showed extreme soil acidity. Therefore, soil management system is needed in urban parks and green spaces around those areas. Among Cambium Electric Resistance classified by locations of urban parks and open spaces, one in the costal area was the lowest. The Cambium Electric Resistance in the industrial area was the highest. Therefore, soil condition and locational environment in the industrial area are highly related to the Cambium Electric Resistance. Among the factors, which affect Cambium Electric Resistance in different locations, inorganic content was found to be the main factor in all of the study sites. Inorganic content was an important factor to the Cambium Electric Resistance in study sites located in industrial and central business districts. In the study sites located in costal area, Soil acidity was found to be other important factors that affect Cambium Electric Resistance. To improve the soil acidity, soil buffering ability should be improved from activating microorganisms in the soil by using lime and organic material, Since it takes a long time to make a change in the soil structure, well planed maintenance system is required by mid-term or long-term plans.

Utilization of the Outflowing Groundwater Resources in an Underpass Structure

  • For underpasses in Yeongjong Sky City business district, the guided drainage system, as a buoyancy prevention system has been designed, and is under construction. This paper investigates the safety of the guided drainage system for underpass structures being constructed in Yeongjong Sky City business district. This paper also calculates the amount of outflowing groundwater generated by the guided drainage system, and proposes alternative usages of the water. In order to investigate safety and field applicability of the guided drainage system for underpasses, characteristics of the surface flow for the area of interest have been analyzed, and the flow change of groundwater following the underpass structure construction has been evaluated using the 3-dimensional groundwater program MODFLOW. The influence of ground water on safety of the underpass structures has been calculated by FLAC2D analysis. For alternative usages for the outflowing groundwater generated by the guided drainage system, utilization methods of the outflowing groundwater in national and international resources have been researched. The amount of an outflowing groundwater to be generated in the area of interest has been analyzed, and efficient potential usages of this groundwater have been researched. When guided drainage technique is applied, the change in flow of groundwater must be evaluated and considered as safety factor relating to the buoyancy of the structure. As a result, safety factor demonstrated more than 1.2, meaning that the underpass structure is safe. The amount of subsoil drain generated by the guided drainage system was also analyzed. The quality and amount of water satisfied the standards and volume requirements, so as to make it applicable for a number of uses, such as X, Y, and Z, and should prove to be a valuable resource as the circumstances of the neighboring area change over time. These resources can be used as basic data for future urban water circulation studies, as well as generating research of alternative water usages.

서울의 도심 및 부심 설정과 특화 기능 탐색 (Delineating CBD and Subcentres and Detecting Specialized Areas in that Central Places of Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 서울의 중심업무지구와 부심을 설정하고 그 기능적 특징을 비교하려는 것이다. 본 연구는 기존의 서울 도심 설정 연구에 대하여 두 가지 점을 개선하고자 하였다. 첫째는 기존 연구는 대부분 자료 구득 상의 어려움 때문에 도심 지역이라고 여겨지는 범위에 대하여 집중적으로 자료를 조사하여 분석하였다. 그러므로 늘 중심업무지구의 범위는 가설적인 도심 지역을 벗어날 수 없었다. 본 연구는 서울 전역을 대상으로 자료를 분석하여 도심은 물론 부심까지 동시에 설정하였다. 두번째는 이 자료를 공간 스캔 통계 기법으로 분석함으로써 도심 범위 설정에 있어서 연구자의 주관성을 최소화하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 서울 도심은 기존 연구에 비해 동쪽으로 더 확대된 것으로 나타났다. 반면 서쪽으로는 다소 축소되어 있었다. 또한 도심과 부심의 특화지역을 분석한 결과 도심은 중추 행정, 도매업이 발달하고 강남 부심은 대기업, 사무실, 병원이 발달하여 보다 근대적인 면모를 보이고 있었다.

The Spatial Performance of Multi-Level Shopping Clusters A Case Study of Nanshan Commercial Cultural District

  • With the intensification of urban development in Chinese cities, mixed land use in urban centers extends vertically into 3-D and expands its scale from a single building to commercial clusters. The multi-level pedestrian system in city centers also changed its role from one of traffic isolation to spatial integration, where transit nodes, street sidewalks, squares, building entrances, atriums, and corridors are interconnected, both horizontally and vertically, into a whole spatial system, within which pedestrian flows are guided and shopping facilities are arranged. This paper uses spatial configuration analysis of space syntax to examine the impacts of spatial patterns on movement distribution and the business performance of tenant mix in the multi-level commercial system of the Nanshan Commercial Cultural District in Shenzhen, China. The key objective is to better understand the interactions between the socio-economic variables and spatial design parameters of a shopping complex. The research findings point to the importance of multiplicity between syntactic variables and other spatial variables in influencing the pedestrian flows, business performance and tenant mix in highly complex commercial systems. Particularly noteworthy is the relationship between spatial accessibility measures and the location of escalators, and the ways in which individual commercial buildings are embedded into the overall spatial system. The study suggests that this may lead to the preliminary identification of the spatial qualities of effective vertical extensions of mixed land use in a high-density urban settings.

제주지역 호텔기업 부실예측모형 평가 (Assessing Distress Prediction Model toward Jeju District Hotels)

  • Purpose - This current study will investigate the average financial ratio of top and failed five-star hotels in the Jeju area. A total of 14 financial ratio variables are utilized. This study aims to; first, assess financial ratio of the first-class hotels in Jeju to establishing variables, second, develop distress prediction model for the first-class hotels in Jeju district by using logit analysis and third, evaluate distress prediction capacity for the first-class hotels in Jeju district by using logit analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - The sample was collected from year 2015 and 14 financial ratios of 12 first-class hotels in Jeju district. The results from the samples were analyzed by t-test, and the independent variables were chosen. This was an empirical study where the distress prediction model was evaluated by logit analysis. This current research has focused on critically analyzing and differentiating between the top and failed hotels in the Jeju area by utilizing the 14 financial ratio variables. Results - The verification result of the accuracy estimated by logit analysis has shown to indicate that the distress prediction model's distress prediction capacity was 83.3%. In order to extract the factors that differentiated the top hotels in the Jeju area from the failed hotels among the 14 chosen, the analysis of t-black was utilized by independent variables. Logit analysis was also used in this study. As a result, it was observed that 5 variables were statistically significant and are included in the logit analysis for discernment of top and failed hotels in the Jeju area. Conclusions - The distress prediction press' prediction capability was compared in this research analysis. The distress prediction press prediction capability was shown to range from 75-85% by logit analysis from a previous study. In this current research, the study's prediction capacity was shown to be 83.33%. It was considered a high number and was found to belong to the range of the previous study's prediction capacity range. From a practical perspective, the capacity of the assessment of the distress prediction model in the top and failed hotels in the Jeju area was considered to be a prominent factor in applications of future hotel appraisal.
