인터넷과 WWW는 전통적인 비즈니스 모델에 혁신적인 변화를 가져왔고, 인터넷/인트라넷 기반의 전자적 서비스를 통해 비즈니스 거래를 가능케 하는 e-commerce를 거쳐 보다 확대된 비즈니스 개념과 모델을 제공하는 e-business 라는 새로운 환경을 만들어냈다. 따라서 현재 사용자의 요구를 보다 빠르고 정확하게 수용하여 원하는 서비스를 제공하는 e-business 컴포넌트들이 많이 개발되고 있으나 서로 다른 플랫폼이나 환경에서 개발된 e-business 컴포넌트의 통합과 운영에 한계가 있어 실제 컴포넌트 기술의 적용을 통한 효과를 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 플랫폼과 환경에서 새롭게 개발되는 e-business 컴포넌트들의 조립과 기존의 e-business 컴포넌트 재사용의 가치를 극대화기기 위해 표준적인 접근인 MDA(Model-Driven Architecture)를 기반으로한 e-business 컴포넌트 개발을 위한 프로세스를 제안하고, 사례연구를 통해 적용하고자 한다.

Unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) conduct various missions while exchanging information with control centers. Maritime security, coastal surveillance, and sea surface and undersea inspections are included in the important missions of USVs. To carry out these missions, large amounts of information are required from sensors, such as cameras, radars, and sonars. High bandwidth wireless communication is necessary to send this information to the control center in real time. In general, USVs are made using small boats. The motions of small boats are easily influenced by sea waves and the magnitude of changes in the attitude is large and the period of the changes is short in comparison with large ships. Thus, the direction of an antenna beam pattern for a wireless communication system in a USV can change rapidly, and with a large magnitude. In addition, since the reflection of electromagnetic waves on the sea surface is not negligible, the effect of multipath noises on the wireless communication system must be considered carefully. There are also several other elements that negatively affect wireless communication systems in USVs. This paper presents the wireless communication environment to be considered in the design and implementation of wide bandwidth communication systems for USVs. Short test results for wireless communication on the sea are also given.

The study aims to investigates and explore the quality of work life (QWL) and also to find out which QWL factors are considered as primary factors among employees of PT. Duta Transformasi Insani, a consulting service management in Indonesia. The factors of QWL in this study consist of nine components, which are: work environment, organizational culture and climate, relation and cooperation, training and development, reward and compensation, facilities, job satisfaction and job security, work autonomy, and resource adequacy. This study conducted a survey of every employee who works for PT. Duta Insani, which consists of various sample characteristics, such as gender, education level, and length of employment. The descriptive analysis also analyzes how the QWL condition in this company. The method in this research using quantitative descriptive and factor analysis, together with validity and reliability tests, to fulfill the study objectives. The results showed that most dimensions of employees' QWL are within a valid category, with an 80 percent average of this variable. Furthermore, the results also indicate there are two major factors constituting the quality of work life of the employees of PT. Duta Transformasi, which are supportive organizational culture, accounting for 47.75 percent, and organizational facilities, accounting for 13.03 percent.

Being able to survive during the Covid19 pandemic is a big task for a company, as such, empowerment of employees is a must. The sample in this study was 300 employees who worked in Spas throughout Bali. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis was using SEM and SMARTS as data processing. The results showed that green communication, namely communication that occurs between employees, superiors, and the environment, has a very good influence on the sustainability of employee performance. To become green management, a green organizational commitment that cares about the safety of employee health and the environment is an important factor as motivation in green dedication or positive employee productivity, but communication between work actors and justice is also a motivating factor. Work safety and job security for employees empower employees (which is a green line), especially for freelance work organizations so that further research in subsequent studies can make samples in a more varied industrial sector.

This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate communication and service quality on loyalty mediating satisfaction. The population of this study is 384 Islamic bank customers in North Sumatra. This research is quantitative research using the survey method. The number of research samples was 384 customers. Characteristics of this research sample were (1) Savings customers who actively carried out transactions in Islamic banks (2) Savings customers who had used bank services for at least 1 year (3) Savings customers who used services directly and individually. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) analysis technique, using Warp-PLS 3.0 software. This study investigates the largest Islamic banks in North Sumatra, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank BNI Syariah, and Bank BRI Syariah. The results show that company communication has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, company communication has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. There is also a significant effect of satisfaction on the relationship between company communication and loyalty, and the relationship between service quality and loyalty. This study contributes to Islamic banking to increase customer loyalty.

Product-related services in manufacturing industry are different from typical services in service industry. Product-related services ensure proper product functioning, provide additional repurchase, and offer attractive margin Product-related services in manufacturing industry are not core activity but taking supporting roles, while services in typical service industry are core parts. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of communication in linking IT and product-related logistics service in manufacturing industry. The relationships among IT, communication, logistics service and business performance are explored using a path analysis. The empirical research reveals that higher degree of IT usability leads to increased communication, and in turn, communication affects logistics service, and ultimately business performance. In addition, this study shows communication plays an intermediate role in linking IT to logistics service.

Our government has concentrated its policy capabilities on Software industry in order to realize software-centric society. Through such efforts, software industry has developed continuously. As well, it has been a high-valued industry by the association with other various industries, so its importance has been great and its market has grown explosively. However, owing to the hasty support policies focused on software industry, various problems and adverse effects, such as the decline of construction quality due to the confusion of business operator selection and the business area conflict, has occurred. Therefore, in this thesis, I will find the problem and its cause about software support policies and relevant laws according to rapid market change, and will suggest the improvement plan about them. So, I intend to minimize the problems associated with the confusion of business operator selection, through the business area clarification(software industry and information communication construction industry) about complex ICT industry.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the 6th industrial entrepreneurship and business performances on social capital. The 6th industry based on its social capital can have a significant impact on business performances. Design/Methodology/Approach For this reason, we examined the relationship between entrepreneurship and business performance using the moderator variables of social capital and the Sixth industry certification. As a result, the 6th industrial entrepreneurship affects significant positive business performance. In particular, the authenticity, communication skills, social responsibility, collaborative, risk susceptibility, and challenging mind have a positive effect on business performances. As a result of moderation effect analysis, the 6th industry certification has no interaction effect of entrepreneurship, and only challenging mind and communication skills, the authenticity showed that the positive effect on business performances. Findings Social capital has interaction effects on the 6th industry entrepreneurship. Low level of social capital improves business performance through a strong challenging mind and social responsibility. High level of social capital are more demanding authenticity, collaboration, and risk sensitivity. And the higher level of social capital, the lower the communication ability, electrical conductivity, and social responsibility.
