  • The purpose of this study is to analyse the country image, the pre-assessment, and the usage intention about overseas internet shopping mall service in china and how these factors are related to one another according to internet shopping mall using experience. And this study divided the country image for internet shopping mall service into two components : general country attribute and general service product attribute. In this study it is found that the country image of international internet shopping service is directly related to the pre-assessment, and the pre-assessment is related to usage intention especially in case that chinese consumer has a lot of internet shopping mall using experience. In the other case, the general country attributes affect the general service product attributes but the general service product attributes don't have any relationship with the pre-assessment. For a successful international internet shopping mall service business in China, marketer should recognize that it is important to formulate the policy extending the internet shopping mall experience as well as using the country image.

  • The aim of this study was to provide strategic implications for the coffee market in which competition got severer through IPA analysis based on the attributes of selection of a specialized franchise coffee shop. The results of a positive analysis conducted with undergraduates in their twenties were as follows: According to the evaluation of the importance of the attributes of selection of a specialized coffee shop, the most important were 'cleanliness and hygienic facilities inside the shop (6.09)' and 'taste and quality of the menu (coffee) (6.09)'. According to the performance analysis, those showing the highest performance were 'brand image (4.92)' and 'cleanliness and hygienic facilities inside the shop (4.92)'. According to the result of IPA analysis, what customers regarded as being the most important were 'taste and quality of the menu (coffee)', 'kindness of the staff', and 'cleanliness and hygienic facilities inside the shop', and, in fact, they showed great performances as well. However, 'price of the menu (coffee)' was regarded as being important but did not indicate a great performance; therefore, they showed dissatisfaction with it. Although they did not think 'environment around the shop', 'brand image', 'brand recognition' or 'interior size and scale of the shop' were important, the attributes did not appear to show great performances. Therefore, we need constant maintenance strate gies regarding the fact that consumers are considered to be very important for evaluation, and should make efforts to change the price in advance.

Factors that are considered to be more crucial when students use a cafeteria, such as menu, taste, price, and cleanliness, were tested. Based on the research of previous studies, it assumed that the selection attributes of students' cafeteria were menu, taste, price, and cleanliness. With 301 surveyed questionnaires, the study was carried out by AMOS 23.0 and the Structural Equation Model was used for examining the hypotheses as statistical method in this study. In consequence of the hypothesis test on the main effect, the factors such as the menu, taste, price and cleanliness were found to significantly affect satisfaction. Then, the moderating role of gender, age and allowance was analyzed. However, students' university cafeteria selection attributes differed depending on their allowance only. The path coefficients from menu to satisfaction were more significant in the group with a smaller allowance, while the path coefficient from price to satisfaction was more significant in the group with a larger allowance. The study analyzed that the effect of selection attribute of students' cafeteria on the satisfaction, and influence of students' allowance, and provide meaningful implications when they choose the attributes.

The subjects of the empirical study were selected by the Korea Fashion Industry Research Institute using the convention sampling method and the quota sampling method for 241 consumers who have purchased brands classified as "athleisure" within the past year For each variable constructed to verify reliability and validity of the measurement model, reliability tests using Cronbach' alpha were performed using IBM SPSS Win Ver. 23.0. To verify the unidimensionality of the measurements, we conducted a confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS 22.0 and a structural equation model to determine the structural relationship between variables. As a result of the study, First, both intrinsic and extrinsic attributes, which are sub-factors of selection attributes, have been shown to have a significant effect on consumption value. Second, consumption value has been shown to have a significant impact on brand attitude and fun. Third, brand attitudes have been shown to have a significant impact on brand loyalty. Finally, fun has been shown to have a significant impact on quality of life.

  • Purpose: Previous literature shows that a price promotion serves as a negative cue of product quality especially when consumers have no additional information about the product's other attributes. In this research, we explore how the effect of price promotions on consumers' perceptions of product quality changes depending on their ability to compare promoted product attributes with competitive products' attributes. Research design, data and methodology: Specifically, we use a series of scenario-based lab experiments using different types of products and explore if attribute alignability among competing products in a consumer's choice set influences consumers' ability to compare the product attributes and perceived quality. Results: Our study findings show that high attribute alignability among products makes consumers easier to compare the product attributes and thereby focus more on non-price information than price information. We also show that attribute alignability serves as a moderator and decreases perceived quality when the promotion level is higher. Therefore, the attribute alignability weakens the negative impact of a price promotion on consumers' perceived product quality. Conclusions: Our study findings provide new insights on how to implement price promotion strategies while keeping products' perceived quality, by considering the product's relationships with competing products in a choice set.

This research selects Paris Baguette as the research context because the market share of Paris Baguette was the highest in Korean bakery market. Design/methodology/approach -This research employed revisit intention as the dependent variable, while this research chooses six attributes to account for revisit intention. Six attributes are price fairness, taste, product variety, accessibility, display, and membership. This research uses survey as the main instrument. For the data collection, online survey using Google survey form was implemented. The survey participants are domestic consumers of Paris Baguette. The number of observation is 245. For the data analysis, this study used frequency analysis, correlation matrix, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression model. There are four control variables, which contains age, gender, visiting frequency, and monthly income. Findings - The results shows that price fairness, taste, product diversity, and accessibility are significant attributes with the positive effect. Among the significant attributes, taste presented the highest magnitude to explain the revisit intention. However, membership and display appeared as non-significant attributes to account for bakery revisit intention. Research implications or Originality - This study provides the bakery managers with the information to design their service and product. This study also contributes to the literature by understanding the consumer behavior more in the domain of bakery service.
