디지털 매체 기술과 제품 구매 태스크의 적합성 탐색 (Exploring the Technology Fit of Digital Media on Product Shopping Task)

  • 본 연구에서는 태스크-기술 적합 이론에 기반하여 TV홈쇼핑, 인터넷 쇼핑, 브로드밴드 응용(IPTV) 등 3개의 가상 쇼핑 채널에 대한 소비자 선호에 영향을 주는 적합요인을 탐색하였다. 적합 요인 탐색은 오프라인 대비 웹에서 제품 구매 시 불확실성에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 품질 파악 관점에서의 제품 분류 유형인 quasi-commodity, look and feel 제품, 그리고 look and feel with variable quality 제품 등 3개의 제품군 별로 차별화하였다. 이론적으로 도출한, 3개의 가상 쇼핑 환경에서 3개의 유형별 제품을 구매할 때 소비자의 채널 선호에 영향을 주는 적합 속성에 대한 검증은 서베이 데이터를 이용해 단계별 회귀분석 기법을 적용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 또한 ANOVA와 Duncan 사후 분석을 통하여 3개의 가상 채널과 제품 유형 별로 적합 속성의 상대적 중요성을 비교 분석하여 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 3개의 가상 쇼핑 채널이 기반하고 있는 미디어 기술과 다양한 제품 구매 태스크의 적절한 매칭을 위한 4가지 주요 적합 속성과 상대적 차별성이 파악되었으며, 본 연구결과는 디지털 융합 기반 쇼핑 채널 설계에 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

네일샵의 점포속성에 관한 질적연구 - 단독 매장을 중심으로 - (A qualitative research on the nail shop's store attributes - Focused on independent stores -)

  • The purpose of this study was to clarify store attributes for nail stores (focusing on independent stores) by qualitative research. Even though the nail market is showing a steady increase in terms of sales amounts, and the number of stores, related studies were very rare. Meanwhile, as long as the nail market is growing, many stores are suffering from bad business performance because of new nail stores are relatively easier to open than beauty or hair stores, but the nail stores don't have a discriminated marketing strategy. As nail the market is rapidly increasing, finding factors that led to success for nail stores is very meaningful, both for academics and business. The reason that qualitative research should be done before the quantitative research is due to scant theoretical background concerning this matter. For this qualitative research, 8 experts who are operating nail stores as an owner or a manager or a professor at a university who had over 5 years of related working experience were included. The attributes for nail stores were derived using one-to-one in-depth interviews conducted from March 3 to May 31, 2019. As a result of the qualitative studon the attributes for nail stores, it turned out that there were 5 factors-physical environment, product, speed, profitability, and reliability. Physical environment, product, and profitability were mentioned in most related surveys, but some details showed that and speed and reliability have been newly highlighted. Many unknown issues that were not easy to acquire from common academic research are included. After this study, I hope that many marketers may get basic conditions to apply to real businesses and that they can use it as effective data for the following quantitative research.

  • 비대면 거래 활성화로 증권사 간 영업점포 규모나 거래 비용면의 차별성은 줄어들고 증권거래 시스템에 대한 중요성이 높아졌다. 특히 개인 투자자들이 많이 사용하는 모바일 트레이딩 시스템의 거래 비중 증가와 코로나19 이후 개인 투자자의 증가로 모바일 트레이딩 시스템은 더욱 중요해졌다. 하지만 모바일 트레이딩 시스템에 관한 사용성 연구는 문헌조사나 설문조사방법으로 진행되어 사용자 중심의 사용성 연구는 부족하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용자 중심의 사용성 속성을 알아보기 위해 사용자의 경험적 인식을 찾아내는 레퍼토리 그리드 기법을 사용하였다. 사용자 관점의 모바일 트레이딩 시스템 사용성 속성을 도출하고 사용자 그룹과 개발자 그룹간의 빈도와 중요도 측면에서 사용성 속성 차이를 확인하였다.

학교와 병원 영양사 인적특성의 비교: 중요도와 빈도를 중심으로 (Comparison of Human Attributes for School and Hospital Dietitians : by Importance and Frequency Scale)

  • Job analysis was done by the method of interview and survey to find out the human attributes needed for dietitans' job performance. The knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics including personality were major items in the questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to 340 schools and hospital dietitians. Among these, 201 were compeletely filled out, returned and statistically analyzed according to the frequency scale and importance scale respectively. The results were as follows : 1) The age, education, job experience and monthly pay of hospital dietitians were higher than those of school dietitians. This was partly due to the reflection of short chronicle of school foodservice. 2) The most important human attributes for rwo groups were commonly shown as sincere and faithful personality, good human relationship and responsibility for business outcome. 3) Computer skill and menuplanning ability were human attributes of the most frequently used by school dietitians, whereas knowledge of diet therapy, clinical nutrition, and pathology of disease were frequently used by hospital dietitians. 4) The correlation coefficients between two groups were as follows : Spearman's rho value of personality, skills and abilities, and knowledge were 0.806, -0.432,-0.203 respectively, according to the importance scale. 5) An overall view from t test between two groups, various human attributes, especially knowledge were more frequently used by hospital dietitians.

A Study on HMR Selection Attributes and Health Values of College Students

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to narrow the target down to college students representing single-person households to identify the main attributes of their choice of Home Meal Replacement(HMR) and to look at the impact on satisfaction and repurchase intentions. Research design, data and methodology: An online survey was conducted for consumers who purchased HMR products at least once and a total of 264 questionnaires were used for demonstration analysis. The collected data have verified for validity and reliability between measurement variables through exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis. Results: As a result, curiosity, economy, safety, and brand, which are HMR selection attributes that university students' value, have a significant impact on satisfaction, and satisfaction has a significant impact on the intention of repurchase, a variable of behavior. In addition, the adjustment effect of health value pursuit was significant only in safety attributes. Conclusions: This study divided the target group to examine what the HMR selection attributes of single-person college students are, the main consumer of HMR, and how selective attributes affect satisfaction and willingness to repurchase. In the process, we wanted to find out if there was a moderating effect on the health-oriented values in the dietary lifestyle.

Kano 모델을 이용한 수정된 중요도-만족도 분석 (A modified Importance-Satisfaction analysis using Kano's model)

  • Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) is a well-known methodology to find the area for improvement. However, the IPA uses different strategies depending on an attribute falls in either 'Concentrate', 'Keep up', 'Possible overkill', or Low priority' quadrant. Problems can occur when attributes locate near the demarcation lines. To solve this problem of IPA, I suggest a modified importance-satisfaction analysis which integrates the Slack(1994)'s diagonal approach and Kano's ASC(Jang et al., 2012) into Yang(2003)'s Importance-Satisfaction model. For this, I investigated 21 smartphone's quality attributes, which adopted from Song and Park(2012)'s study, and conducted a survey of 280 university students for the results of Kano' model and the importance and satisfaction of the quality attributes. The results show that the proposed model enables the business managers to prioritize the quality attributes for improvement through the interpretation on the continuous diagonal line using the Kano's questionnaire only, without acquiring any additional survey for importance of attributes. Accordingly, it is expected that the newly proposed method will diminish the limitation of the existing IPA. In addition, to test the validity of the ASC, this study conducts a comparative analysis between the Kano's ASC and Tontini(2007)'s method to determine the relative importance of quality attributes.

Assessing Tourist Perceived Attributes of Overtourism

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to assess the perceived importance and satisfaction of domestic tourists who visited Venice, Italy, regarding the attributes of overtourism. Design/methodology/approach - An online survey was conducted to measure the tourist perceived attributes of overtourism from November 8th to 22nd, 2023. Convenience sampling was employed to target study participants who are domestic tourists in Venice, Italy. A total of 127 responses were used for analysis, including frequency analysis, paired-sample t-tests, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Findings - First, the results of the IPA showed that attributes related to urban facilities and spaces directly associated with travel behavior were highly rated in both importance and satisfaction by tourists. Second, attributes related to carrying capacity were perceived as highly important but had lower satisfaction level. Third, tourists evaluated the management of affordable prices for tourism products as both less important and less satisfying. Lastly, attributes related to the protection of local businesses showed higher satisfaction levels compared to their perceived importance. Research implications or Originality - This study contributes to an extended understanding of overtourism by examining the phenomenon from the tourists' perspective.

소셜 네트워크 서비스의 속성 : 분류와 비교 (Attributes of Social Networking Services : A Classification and Comparison)

  • Since a social networking service (SNS) isconsidered as an effective means to communicate and interact with customers, companies are trying to utilize SNS effectively. There is a lack of theory relating to the attributes of SNS. This study aims to investigate the attributes of SNS to classify SNS. Based on the social network theory, and previous studies on internet, blog, homepage, communication attributes, this study proposes the seven attributes to classify SNS: interaction, communication, entertainment, information, sharing, intimacy and connection. A pre-test, a pilot test and a main test are conducted. In the main test, 239 SNS users are participated. Through a factor analysis this study verifies the seven attributes of SNS. An analysis of variance with multiple comparisons of $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ method identifies that three attributes, interaction, communication and connection, are found to play significant roles to differentiate SNS. Looking at the overall mean values of the SNS by attribute, interaction, sharing, entertainment, intimacy and communication were relatively high in Facebook. Facebook showed higher values in attributes of interaction, sharing, entertainment, intimacy and communication. Twitter shows the relatively high scores for information and connection. Regarding interaction, Facebook shows higher scores than Twitter and Cyworld. For connection, Cyworld showed a significantly lower score than Twitter and Facebook. Cyworld was separated from the others in the light of communication. Cyworld is relatively weak in communication as it is limited to the message exchanges. The results will help in identifying major attributes for each SNS and classifying SNS.

비즈니스 여행자를 위한 국내 특급호텔과 중저가호텔 선택속성에 따른 만족도 비교분석(I) - 외부환경부문과 객실부문을 중심으로 - (Analysis Satisfaction of Selection Attributes on Super-Deluxe and Economy Hotel for Business Travellers(I): Segmentation for Outer Environments and Rooms)

  • 연구의 목적은 비즈니스 여행자들이 중요하게 생각하는 우리나라 특급호텔과 중저가호텔 선택속성의 차이점과 그에 따른 만족도를 파악하여 중저가호텔이 특급호텔과 구분되는 경쟁우위의 방안을 모색하고 이에 따른 숙박환경을 개선하여 국제적으로 경쟁력 있는 국내 중저가호텔의 개발과 활성화를 위한 것이며 신규투자나 중저가호텔을 건설하는 투자자에게 그에 따른 필요한 기본 개념을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 연구결과는 특급호텔 수준의 서비스를 원하면서도 상대적으로 저렴한 중저가호텔을 선호하는 비즈니스 여행자를 위한 중저가호텔의 모델에 대한 이해 및 시장 세분화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 볼 수 있다.

  • 최근 디지털 방송 서비스가 확산되면서 TV 기반 상거래 시장이 성장하고 있다. 그러나 기존 연구의 경우, TV 홈쇼핑과 T-Commerce 각각에 관한 연구만이 존재하며, 각각의 연구 역시 소비자의 만족을 높이기 위한 속성에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 TV 기반 상거래를 통해 소비자의 만족을 증대시킬 수 있는 품질 속성을 분석함으로써, 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 우리는 이를 위해 TV 홈쇼핑 및 T-Commerce의 특징을 선행연구를 통하여 선정하였고, 이를 기반으로 KANO 모델과 ASC를 기반으로 TV 기반 상거래의 고객 품질 속성의 만족도를 분석하였다.
