  • In this paper, we wish to develop suitable TPM Model (C-TPM) in Korea's medium and small enterprises. TPM technique was informed well and there are a lot of success instances but there was problem that is not fitness in medium and small enterprises. In this study, we propose C-TPM model in medium and small enterprises by examining TPM success example variously. This model construction constructed based on medium and small enterprises field supervision and experience, and verification of model is assignment late.

어촌사회의 실태 및 어민들의 의식에 대한 조사 -충청 서해안 어촌을 중심으로- (An Investigation on the Actual State of the Fishing Villages and the Attitudes of Fishermen)

  • This paper aims to investigate the actual conditions of the fishing villages and the attitudes of fishery workers. In this study, field research, interview method, and survey research method are utilized. The regions of this research are 4 fishing villages of the Yellow Sea coast and the survey data are collected from 119 fishermen. The results show that the fishery industry has come to a crisis due to the staggering fish catches and fishery income, increasing expenditures am debt, continuous decrease in numbers of fishery workers, etc. In addition, the work morale of the fishermen appears to be very low. They take a dim view of fishery industry and their household financial status. They perceive that their qualities of life are very low as well. The implications of these findings far comprehensive development of fishing villages are then discussed.

The Success of Smart Factory Adoption: Firm's Dynamic Capability Perspective

  • This research explores how the success of smart factory adoption is influenced by firm's dynamic capability. This research describes the underlying processes on how organizations manipulate or adapt organizational elements harmoniously to implement smart factory successfully. Although understanding of these processes is essential to many researchers and practitioners in the field, the information system research literature contains very few examples of this type. The research is conducted in the following sequence: first, the concept of dynamic capability is presented followed by research methodology; and then the analyses of case data are presented followed by discussions and future directions. The results of this research show that the firms with higher dynamic capability adopted smart factory more easily through alignment of various organizational elements.

  • The purpose of this paper is to determine the actual strategies used in Inventory Management in the field of Distribution phenomenon. In the first part of the research, theoretical backgrounds will be reviewed in order to provide better understanding the importance of Inventory Management in Distribution Management. The qualitative data were gathered by face to face interviews and a phone interview from four selected intermediaries. The study finds intermediaries practicing JIT in the sales and distribution and maximizing the sales activities and minimizing the inventory cost by giving up on an opportunity cost.

  • Actually, brand personality is more and more important in marketing field. Considering the employee as consumer this paper will study the effect of employee brand personality on the intention to send a job application. In this research we tried to make the difference by following the qualitative methodology. we did ten interviews with IT engineering student in terminal classes and after thematique analysis tow thems emerged in relation with the brand personality factors which are sincerity and excitement. people are attracted by firms inspiring confidence and sincerity an exciting environment this is an important finding for firms who want to attract talented people. however, it important for enterprises in the IT filed to focus all their communication actions on the sincerity and excitement

경영사례를 이용한 군집화 유효성 지수의 성능비교 (Performance Comparison of Clustering Validity Indices with Business Applications)

  • Clustering is one of the leading methods to analyze big data and is used in many different fields. This study deals with Clustering Validity Index (CVI) to verify the effectiveness of clustering results. We compare the performance of CVIs with business applications of various field. In this study, the used CVIs for comparing performance are DU, CH, DB, SVDU, SVCH, and SVDB. The first three CVIs are well-known ones in the existing research and the last three CVIs are based on support vector data description. It has been verified with outstanding performance and qualified as the application ability of CVIs based on support vector data description.

협력 네트워크 패턴에 관한 연구: MIS Quarterly 공저자 분석을 중심으로 (Patterns of Collaboration Networks:Co-authorship Analysis of MIS Quarterly from 1996 to 2004)

  • 본 연구는 정보 시스템 분야에서 최고 학술지 중 하나인 MIS Quarterly를 중심으로 공저자 관계를 설명하고 논문을 게재한 연구자들의 협력 네트워크 패턴을 살펴보고자 하였다. 1996년부터 2004년까지 MIS Quarterly에 게재된 242편의 논문 공저자 네트워크에 대한 사회연결망분석을 통해 그 해답을 찾고자 하였다. 공저자 자료에 대한 사회연결망분석 결과 이 기간 MIS Quarterly 전체 불 완전 네트워크는 낮은 밀도를 나타내고 있다. 따라서, 세 개의 서브네트워크들을 대상으로 분석을 진행하고 그 서브네트워크에서 중요 역할을 하는 저자가 누구인지를 분석하였다. 다음으로, 키워드 분류 스키마에 따라 분류된 논문에서 관련된 데이터를 수집 및 코딩을 하여 MIS Quarterly 커뮤니티에 세 개의 중요한 협력 패턴이 존재함을 분석 및 확인하였다. 마지막으로 각 서브네트워크의 중심에 있는 연구 키워드들에 근거하여 협력 네트워크 패턴을 제시하고 시사점들을 논의하였다.

Factors that Affect Customers Satisfaction: An Empirical Study of Export-Import Service Consultant Companies in Vietnam

  • The purpose of the study is to analyze the significant impacts of expectations, performance, complaints, and fairness that affect consumer satisfaction. The methodology involves reviewing and referencing relevant literature carefully, then proposing a model for customer satisfaction. This study is empirically based on a survey with 50 respondents who work in the field of import and export in the region stretching from the north to the south of Vietnam. The sampling method used in this study is the in-depth interview method. The results show that: (1) expectation has a specific impact on customer satisfaction, (2) performance has a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and (3) complaint which is an intermediary factor between expectation, performance, and fairness has an impact on satisfaction, (4) fairness has a positive effect on satisfaction, in addition, fairness is an extremely important feature when customers choose an import-export service. Research implies that increasing expectations, performance, and fairness results in an improved customer experience and satisfaction when they use the service. It is suggested that the complaint factor continue to be studied and looked into because it still has some effect on satisfaction and is an intermediate variable that changes how the other factors relate to each other.

Understanding of Business Simulation learning: Case of Capsim

  • Purpose - According to the importance of business simulation learning as a new type of business learning tool, this study reviews the dimensions of business education and a brief history of business education simulation. At the end Capsim strategic management simulation program is introduce with its feature. Research design, data, and methodology - This study has been analyzed in a way that reviews at previous literature on simulation learning and looks at examples and features of Capsim simulation, online business simulation tools which has been used in the global market. Result - Capsim simulations are designed to offer focused opportunities for deep practice. That's why they are often more effective than passive tools such as textbooks, videos, or lectures. By the way, 'deep practice' is very different from 'ordinary practice'. After commuters who drive to school or work can accumulate thousands of hours of driving, but that doesn't make them expert drivers. The key to deep practice is self-awareness. That is, paying attention to what you are doing well and not so well. This is so important to learn that scientists use a specific term for it: 'metacognition', or thinking about the way you think and learn. Conclusion - The use of business simulation learning, such as Capsim, which is a given case, can create similar local systems by potentially engaging a large number of users in the virtual market. It could also be used as an individual to complete business training for students and those who are active in the business field of business.

Requirement-Oriented Entity Relationship Modeling

  • Most of enterprises depend on a data modeler during developing their management information systems. In formulating business requirements for information systems, they widely and naturally use the interview method between a data modeler and a field worker. But, the discrepancy between both parties would certainly cause information loss and distortion that lead to let the systems not faithful to real business works. To improve or avoid modeler-dependant data modeling process, many automated data design CASE tools have been introduced. However, since most of traditional CASE tools just support drawing works for conceptual data design, a data modeler could not generate an ERD faithful to real business works and a user could not use them without any knowledge on database. Although some CASE tools supported conceptual data design, they still required too much preliminary database knowledge for a user. Against these traditional CASE tools, we proposed a Requirement-Oriented Entity Relationship Model for automated data design tool, called ROERM. Based on Non-Stop Methodology, ROERM adopts inner systematic modules for complete and sound ERD that is faithful to real field works, where modules are composed of interaction modules with a user, rules of schema operations and sentence translations. In addition to structure design of ROERM, we also devise detailed algorithms and perform an experiment for a case study.
