컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의한 이용객의 교통에 관한 연구 (Computer simulation of passenger flow)

  • In this paper the best way of servicing to the waiting guests at the Express Bus Terminal, is to determined by the computer simulation. The mathematical model for the waiting guests is formulated with the statistics data by researching the waiting lines of the guests at the guests at the specified Express Bus Terminal. The waiting phenomena is simulated using Monte Carlo method to decide the proper number of window and the time for servicing. Finally it present the way of the improvement of service with the good results of simulation.

  • According to the statistics, Korea is expected to reach a super-aged society in 2025. In preparation for an aging society, The government is making efforts to improve in social activity and welfare for the elderly people. But in case of people who live in urban-rural mixed cities, They can not benefit from traffic convenience that is essential in social activities. For example, surveys and interviews show that, The dwellers(65+ of some urban-rural mixed cities) have many restrictions on social activities because of mobility disadvantage. Therefore, We propose that expansion for the people who need to use the voucher taxi, Increase of the public bus service and rebuilding of the bus stop terminal. We are looking forward to this study will be used as basic data for transportation policy of urban-rural mixed cities across the country.

  • 본 연구는 한국전력 eIoT(: energy Internet of Thing) 플랫폼을 활용한 BIT(: Bus Information Terminal) 기능이고, 망구성은 터미널 디스플레이 디바이스, 게이트웨이, 플랫폼, 그리고 서비스서버로 구성 한다. 핵심기능들은 게이트웨이와 디바이스간 LoRa(: Long Range) 기술을 활용하여 프로토콜 데이터 전달하는 부분, 지능화된 애플리케이션 처리 부분 그리고 택시 예약 시스템에 연동되는 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)데이터처리 부분이다. 그리고 BIT에서 서비스될 수 있는 리소스트리가 제시되며, 이것은 애플리케이션 서버와 디바이스에서 공통적으로 사용된다.

차량 탑재형 모바일 디지털 사이니지 구현 (Implementation of Mobile Digital Signage System on the Moving Vehicle)

  • We propose a vehicle-mounted, location-aware mobile digital signage system that can be used for public transportation through mobile communication. This paper proposes the installations of the LED display panels at the backside of the bus., which display traffic information to cars behind the bus. Information to be displayed would include, but is not limited to, road information, public commercials and private commercials. We propose the system architecture and further implement the prototype of mobile digital signage system for demonstration. The system is based on the Client-Server system. Each bus has a client terminal which detects the current location by a GPS receiver and sends its location information to the server using mobile communication function. The terminal device receives advertisements and traffic information from the server and displays it to the large LCD or LED panel installed at the inside and outside of the bus. We use the Android smartphone as a client system, which inherently equipped with GPS and mobile communication function. GPS detects the location of bus and reports its geo-location data to the traffic information center server via a wireless communication network. On the server side, we developed a specially designed control server, where it communicates with the other traffic information center and updates and manages the databases contents being displayed by each position. The server contains location dependent variable information and returns selected information back to the vehicle in real time. Spatial database is used to process location based data. Server system periodically receives the real time traffic information from the road information center database. And it process the information by bus location and bus line number. In this paper, we propose a mobile digital signage service and explain the system implementation of this service.

버스정보안내기 이용요인 및 활성화 방안에 관한 실증연구 : 부산광역시를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Factors to Affect a BIS Use and Its Vitalization Plan : Busan Metropolitan City)

  • The government has implemented operating the bus information terminal (hereinafter, 'BIT') to use by building it at a major bus station to solve the problem of traffic congestion. Busan Metropolitan City has been continuously expanding the installation of 'BIT' since 2003. However, there are few research on the factor to use and satisfaction survey on 'BIT' from the perspective of the users. This study, in an effort to inquire into the 'BIT' utilization factor and its vitalization plan, conducted a face to face survey of 172 citizens who had the experience in the 'BIT'. The result of the data analysis showed that usability, convenience, and availability were the critical factors for a BIT use. In addition, the general intention to use 'BIT' was found to be very high as much as 90.7%. The contributions of this study are as follows. The academic contributions is that it proved the relationship between usability, convenience and the intention to use suggested by the information technology acceptance model is supported even in case of 'BIT.' For the practitioners this study provides ground data for a local government to make a plan of a BIT extension.

선로절환에 의한 과부화 해소 앨고리즘 (An Overload Alleviation Algorithm by Line Switching)

  • This paper presents a new algorithm for the countermeasure to alleviate the line overloads due to contingency without shedding loads in a power system. This method for relieving the line overloads by line switching is based on obtaining the kine outage distribution factors-the linear sensitivity factors, which give the amount of change in the power flow of each line due to the removal of a line in a power system. There factors are made up of the elements of sparse bus reactance matrix and brach reactances. In this paper a fast algorithm and program is presented for obtaining only the required bus reactance elements which corresponds to a non-zero elements of bus admittance matrix, and elements of columns which correspond to two terminal buses of the overloaded(monitored) line. The proposed algorithm has been validated in tests on a 6-bus and the 30-bus test system.

고양종합터미널화재 시 소방시설의 작동실태 분석 (Analysis of the Working Conditions of Fire Protection Systems in the Goyang Bus Terminal Building Fire)

  • 화재조사 결과를 토대로 고양종합터미널 건물 화재 시 소방시설 작동 실태를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 천장 우레탄폼에 불이 붙은 직후에 옥내소화전을 이용하여 진화할 수 있음에도 시도하지 않았다. 둘째, 지하1층 대수선공사 공간은 스프링클러 알람밸브를 잠가놓아 작동하지 않았지만, 지하2층과 지상1층, 지상2층, 지상3층은 스프링클러가 작동하여 지하1층 대수선공사 공간 이외의 층으로의 화재확산을 저지하였다. 셋째, 피난유도등은 정상 작동하였지만, 터미널 2층 대합실에서 승차장 쪽으로 통하는 출구(비상구)에 피난구유도등이 설치되어 있지 않아 터미널 2층에서 다수의 사상자가 발생하게 하는데 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 화재수신기에서 제연설비 배기 팬 제어반에 전기신호를 보냈지만 배기 팬의 제어반에서 수동으로 취급하여 터미널 2층 제연설비 배기 팬이 작동하지 않았다.

  • This paper presents a SISO nonlinear controller for the power system consisting of a synchronous generator connected to an infinite bus. The proposed controller is based on input-output feedback linearization, with a modified version of the terminal voltage equation used as the output. The resulting closed-loop has no internal dynamics, and thus stability is guaranteed. The controller performance is seen to be effective through simulations.
